Five years ago, I was paying $65 a month for my subscriptions.
Today, those same subscriptions cost $111 and I don't even use half of them anymore.
That's why now I use rocketmoney to manage my subscriptions for me.
The app gives you a list of all your subscriptions and reminds you of upcoming payments so you're
not hit with any surprise charges.
On top of that, it also sends you alerts when subscription prices go up, so you always
know the price you're paying.
If you decide you no longer want a subscription, you can cancel it right from the app.
No customer service needed.
And the best part is, Rocketmoney even reaches out and tries to get you refunded
for some of the money you lost.
On average, people that cancel their subscriptions with Rocketmoney save $378 a year.
And overall, Rocketmoney has saved its members $880 million in canceled subscriptions.

BMW Group hit 3 million plug-in sales with delivery of a 3-series plug-in hybrid built
in Munich.
Earlier this summer, they hit their 1.5 million fully electric vehicle.
Ford is back-topping the electric truck list in the United States' Cox data, showing that
it's now well ahead of the Cybertruck, Ford F-150 Lightning still not selling a ton.
Sure, Ford would love to sell more of them, but at least it has regained its crown as
America's favourite electric truck.
The F-150 Lightning also replacing the XLT trim with the STX trim, with a bunch of goodies
and the big battery.
F-150 Lightning also, my friend Tom Malogany from State of Charge, the YouTube channel, got
his Lightning three years ago, Larry at Trim, and did a 70-mile-an-hour range test.
He just did the same test, three years later, same time of year, a little bit warmer, otherwise
70 miles-an-hour, same roads, three years later, it went further.
He was trying to work out what the battery deck was going to be.
I mean, a slight tailwind, maybe Ford over the air update have unlocked some of the
previous buffer when they first released the vehicle.
He wonders, yeah, degradation, what degradation?
All right, Tesla's one trillion-dollar pay package has been talked about with their CEO
Elon Musk, and Tesla defending this, saying that Elon Musk met with directors and said
that he would leave the company.
They in return said that they wanted to rein in his political activity, get his
focus back on Tesla.
He said that without 25% of the company and a trillion-dollar pay deal, he would walk.
They say that they fully expect to be scrutinized over awarding a CEO trillion-dollars for seven
and a half years, sticking around at that business.
Tesla has also quietly rewritten how they define full self-driving, so for anybody
that buys FSD now, you won't actually be buying, according to their definition,
the same thing that everybody else bought at some point for $15,000.
They now say FSD is not autonomy.
And in the contract, in the fine print, they quietly changed the wording.
Electric found this to say that it's a driver assistance system.
And despite the use of any marketing term suggesting it's more, it really is just
a driver assistance system.
It's not autonomous, and it won't drive the car.
And if the lawyers have had to do that because of the mounting pile of court cases
from people saying, you sold me full self-driving, and it doesn't full self-drive.
And Tesla keeps settling them out of court, don't they?
People want their money back.
Well, Tesla's also launching supercharger ownership.
If you're like a supercharger in your back garden, you can now if you're a business.
Well, Tesla want you to buy at least four of them.
They point out, though, that if you put supercharge in your business, it attracts customers.
As of today, it's gone live, and you can buy your own superchargers.
V3s or V4s, Tesla will operate them and add them into the Tesla ecosystem,
Incarnavigation.
You set the pricing of it, though.
And that's all done with a kind of the back end that you can work out
how much money you're making.
In the UK, Citroën has opened up UK orders for the plug-in hybrid version
of the C5 Aircross with a bigger battery, 21 kilowatt hours.
It's 38,500 pounds on the road.
There's a fully electric version as well, which is cheaper.
And finally, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
launched a new online portal, giving firefighters and first responders
a standardized set of emergency response guides for each of the different vehicles
they could be attending on a new online portal.
That's a great thing to do.
That's briefly.
