took too long
they should have
done that recall
earlier
but they didn't
but that's beside the point
before
they
announced the recall
they had the issue
isolated
and fixed
so
it will not be a problem
on anything
that you purchase
currently
so
I can tell you personally
I wouldn't have any issue with it
I would go right ahead
and look
I can't tell you
how many people
I personally know
that with the 6.2
that never had an issue
but
they were there
and it was a bad problem

Toyota went through the same thing
with theirs
so

it happens to the best car companies
it wouldn't
it wouldn't worry me a bit

but since like I said

I think it's a great way to go
but if you know
for a fact
that you're going to
keep the car
for you know
10 years
like you've kept the last one
it's
it's typically cheaper
to buy it
up front
than it is to lease it

if you want to try leasing
and then get on a

cycle
of leasing
something new every three years
there are advantages to that
you've got the latest
and greatest features
you've got the latest safety features
you'll never spend any money on the car
except gasoline
and a few oil changes
that's a great way to go
that's what I do
but
you're never going to have a
free and clear title
doing that
you're always going to have a car payment
it'll be a
much lesser car payment
than you would normally have with a purchase
but you're never going to get
you're never going to get a clear title
so those are things
those are things to think about

you know once it hits 150,000
because those cars
you'll start having problems
and I haven't had that issue with this car

I think it's going to happen
and when it does
it's going to be very expensive

a big major repair
will take the value
completely out of your BMW
so you want to avoid that
you want to trade it before
you want to trade it
while it's still running good

the same engine, same transmission
they come with the same 10 year 100,000 mile warranty
but then past that
you start getting into the differences

I personally like the Palisade
I think it's more luxurious

but I'd go with the Palisade
that's just me
he went with the Telluride
they're almost the same vehicle except one sportier

and that's the way I categorize them
the Telluride Sportier
the Palisade is actually more luxurious

the biggest difference
is the third row seat
the Palisade has got a power
fold down third row seat
the Telluride
you have to do it manually
now
it's easy to do
anybody can raise and lower the seat
they made it really simple
but it's not power
but other than that
you just pick the one that you like the most
and you'll be real happy
does one seem to have more room

they're almost identical
inside room wise, cargo wise
head room, leg room
they are the same
so drive both
see which you like
see which one you like the looks of
