always grand to happen in your headquarters, were in your homes, SA dude, what introduction? Last night when we got here, we got to get
a tour of the whole place with Steve. He showed us every nook and
cranny in this building. They have everything you can imagine. You can come
here and literally stay the night and wake up the next day and be fine.
They got showers, They have everything you need I'm telling you, this is the place to work. This is one of those places where you get
excited to go to work because it's always it's nicer than your house. You
really don't want to go home any a bear. You can have a cup
of coffee that's in. It's great coffee. It's not like there's a weak
cup of coffee. That's really strong. I had me a couple cappuccine as
ready as you can tell. Now, we're excited and know we've already seen
really amazing speakers today. We had Glenn Lndy come up today, we had
Ashley come up, Carlo and now Jonathan Dawson's up there, and then we also got to see Steve Grace's stage for a little while too. And you
did a great job introducing the show, getting everything kicked off and getting it ready to go. And I know that you're still emptying and you're getting people
lined up, but we appreciate the little time that you do have free right now, and that's something that we definitely want to take advantage of what we have. You. So to Everyboddy, what made you think of let's have
these DC twenties? Why are we putting these events together. What's so special
about this me? It stems from my time in the medical industry. I
one of the things I try to always bring in some practices from other industries into automotives hands. When I was going out there showing surgeons how to get
better in their surgeries, I would hook up a neurosurgeon with another surgeon.
Right, it's medical, But how can I do something like that in automotive?
And I look at what we do at drive Centric as a lot of different specialties. So if I can do like a general surgeon, neurosurgeon,
orthopedic surgeon, ob gyn whatever. I started thinking mentally with our software as
different specialties, different speakers, and so I thought, why couldn't like Carlo be an orthopedic surgeon in my mind and have Ashley be a general surgeon with whatever they do really well in drive Centric to help sell cars. The goal
and to get better in the o R was get another procedure in that hospital and that doctor gets paid more and they're doing three procedures versus too. So
it's the same thing in automotive. How do I basically share the no knowledge
of what somebody is doing really well in the auto industry, so more cars and bring that knowledge into an event like DC Tourny. It is and it's
right on time. One of the things that I love that I think it
was Glenn that stated it was that the timing of y'all's business. You guys
saw that there was a little bit of a lack of basic goal approach to most of the businesses that we're currently doing what you all do in the CRM world, where they had good products, but they just rest in the laurels.
They were grandfather products that are old that they literally just they were working, but they weren't doing what we need today. The way we communicate changes
in it evolves all the time, and that's something that you're on the forefront.
As old as we all are already, like we're considered kind of like dinosaurs in the technology world, we are still ahead of the game in a lot of ways we unhearage a matter of fact, we're open to and I love that about you. One thing the Live would Drive Guy, that's the

to rip anybody or to take away. You're there to enhance, So give
them a call. You never know where they could figure out what loophole's a
They may be able to pull for you to make it work. If you're
in a position where you can make the decision, great, if you need somebody that you need help on helping whoever makes the decision maker make this decision for you. Give them a call. They're not gonna do anything, but
give them real information. Tell them what's going on. Help hand over some
case studies from all these amazing dealers that are here today, and they can see that this stuff works. Not only does it work, but it's well
ahead of most of the other ones out there to include sitting within and and really that is it is good we have. It's great that you're a fan.

This way you can see where you dealers, where you get the advantage of how they're able to be all speed up the process. One of the
things we had at least here a moment ago and the least is with frank Leta, and she says that the thing that she loved the most was the fact that anytime she has any type of issue, whether it's with the software or with their customer, you guys collaborate with them immediately and try to make it fixed as fast as possible so that conversation keeps continuing. Yeah, every
product is it is only as good as the support. And we did we
take a lot of pride with our support. Just expand two more pods with
our growths who are at eight pods and there's four people in a pod.
They take care of a lot of stores in every pods. Yeah, it's

good, big, nice treatment with well the dealers and people who have coming in. So you getting this our second event. So We're real exciting what
we can do with this kitchen to really entertain some folks. And this isn't
like they're not kind of doing it here they doing it. This is like
doing it, doing it. This is beautiful stuff, great facility. Pick
