Got my business co-cheese that I've got to meet with after this.
But I'm here in Middleton today because I was working on the villages design studio.
I had a meeting with them. We're going to be working on hopefully having some sort of structure
where we can make the math work. So I'm feeling pretty good about it. I think that we're going to get
the deal done where one of the difficulties I have is that the way that their lease structure is set
up is that you share a percentage based on your sales, based on performance. So that percentage
is generally designed for restaurants and small retail and stuff like that. Well, our
issue is that our average order value is going to be somewhere around $10,000 to $15,000. And so
we get into a high revenue number really quickly, but not a high profit number.
We're going to be operating on something like 25% margins because I have to allocate some of the
margin back to OG to do all the work, do the designing, do the storage, do the shipping,
delivery, all that kind of stuff. And so my net margins are off substantially. Now,
once we start doing volume, we'll probably be able to get better margins. But in the beginning,
the math just didn't work. And so I needed to ask for some concessions. And I think that,
talking with Gino, I think there's a good possibility. And then we're going to show them
some solid returns and that we're hosting a big car show tomorrow, the big car event,
which would be the start of many. The argument that I had is we're going to bring lots and lots
of people to this area. And it's going to bring some diversity for the down square. So
I was working on that today. I do have a bit of a hand problem here. I took a chunk out of my hand.
I'm letting it air out here, but I've got a big hole in my palm. So it's kind of limited my
working out and polishing and all of that I was supposed to be doing here today,
polishing the 997. I was working on my mountain bike and the rear, so it's a direct mount rear
derailleur for the Schramm 1987. And so that direct mount, I needed to take off the derailleur
bracket, but it just, they put a little Loctite on it and it just wouldn't, it wouldn't break. And so
I didn't want to like clamp it with some vice grips or something like that because it was going
to ruin the derailleur, which I ended up kind of scoring up anyway to get it off. I did put
some on there afterwards, but I was holding on to it and using a, you know, Allen, and I just
couldn't get it to break loose as a reverse thread. And so I was holding tight because if it spun
around, it would chip my frame, my carbon fiber frame and chip the paint. And so I was holding
on to it and then I hit the impact. And on this like crease area of my hand, it took a big chunk.
I probably should have gone and got some stitches, but you know, I don't, I don't want to do that.

and we'll dig in here. But, oh, I did want to, did want to say, so tomorrow is probably going to

Good afternoon. Any update on leader mat conditioner availability to ship?
I think it's probably three quarters of the way here, our next shipment of all the stuff.
So my guess in the coming week or two, you know, should be shipping out.
Any update to the 635 and foam cannons after finding out you had a beta unit? Yeah.
It, it works. It's stable. It's fine with agrios or whatever the heck you got. You just need a 1.5
millimeter orifice. And assuming you've got decent voltage and amperage coming out of your outlet,
just to bring everybody up to speed and working on this forever, spending all this time and energy,
I have to credit out of spec, Keeve and Ryan. So Ryan from Find Detailing called me and said,
hey, we've all talk and we don't understand what your problem is because ours are working and
put an ammeter on it and everything's fine. It's pulling like summer 19 to 20 amps and no grinding
or problems. Well, it dawned on me. I had a prototype unit, not a production unit. So I went,
opened up a production unit and a man, he tested it and it tested somewhere right around 19.8 up
to 20.1 amps and doesn't make any noise and sounds great with agrios and a 1.5. So it should work
with everything. Brett1571 says, what are those all of colored new balances you have?
All the new balances that I buy are from Drift House in, I probably shouldn't tell you this
because you're going to snake my shoes. Every time they come up with a new color, I grab them.
But it's Drift House here in Melbourne. They have a great website and I buy, there's the two,
three main shoes that I like are Japan Pro A6. They have a bunch of different colors.
The new balance, so those awkward, those olive greens are new balance 440 V2s.

I've been a developer for 25 plus years and it's changed the way I do things.
Chains unfiltered, any update on the DI station. I don't know what we're going to do with,
right now, we can't produce enough of them to keep up. So in the beginning, it's going to be
full high flow pressure washing station to start. And so I think we ordered all the materials to
get another 20 built and then we'll announce it. And so we're going to do it for the foreseeable
future. We're going to do it in drops. The base, the single pressure washer unit with everything
included is like $6,200. The other thing that we're going to do is order, there's a slight design
difference and do it without water treatment. So it would just be a cabinet with shelves underneath
it. Because many, many people have said, look, I don't really want it. My water's fine. I don't
really care to treat it. I don't want to deal with resin. And so we're going to have two versions.
I guess it'd be four versions. One version would be just the full system with water treatment and
everything. The second version would be a single pressure washer with just a cabinet and shelf
underneath with no TDS meter or anything like that. And then the other two versions would
be the dual versions of that, which is just taking two of the singles and putting them together.
So I would guess that pulling the water treatment out would probably take about $1,000 off of it.
And so the complete system with the pressure washer and everything is probably going to be
somewhere around $5,000. This is all we're going to make a few of these. It's really, really expensive.
It's really, really awesome. And I think we're going to sell quite a few of them.
But it's not going to be cheap. So we're going to be doing it in drops. And just stay tuned.
I'll announce it here and announce it elsewhere. I would guess in the next couple of weeks,
we'll announce and start taking orders for the next 20.
Let's see. Philip says, hey, Matt, moving into a new place that's about 1,000 square feet.
Wanted to see if it's worth going all out for Lutron Radio Raw,
or do you think basic Lutron Casada hub would suffice?
So Casada and Raw 2 select operate pretty similarly. And then of course you have Raw 3.
I haven't done Raw 3. I think Raw 3, you need a professional license to do,
but maybe you can correct me in the comments. So really, the only advantage of Raw 2 select is
that you have zero to 10 volt options. So if you were going to do like the OG lighting,
you'd want to do Raw 2 select. But Casada, I think is what is it's 50 devices. I know,
I think it's up to 75 now. And Raw 2 select is 100 devices. The other thing you could consider is
the Casada stuff is so much cheaper. If you're not going to do zero to 10 volt dimming,
then you could do Casada. And even if you needed to do two systems,
would be quite a bit less than doing Raw 2. But if you're going to do like the H.E. Williams lights,
and you need the zero to 10 volt dimming, Pow Packs, it may be worthwhile. I mean,
on a smaller house, I think if you're talking 1,000 square foot garage,
then you're talking a decent, decent expense of the house, maybe worthwhile. Like my house here is
all Raw 2 select. I have, forget how many devices I have. In fact, I need to finish the darn device
setup. Let's see, Matthew Dunlop, can the OG Hex logo come on the Viper chair Robustial Pro?
I think it's only on the Robustial Max. It will be, we just talked to Alex, we're working on it.
We're not going to do them in blue. We're going to do them tone on tones. It's going to be black
with a dark gun metal finish. And so all, if you go watch the Viper video on the OG channel,
we're going to carry the, what, four or five different versions of the chairs.
We're going to set it up and do it all in dark gray stitch. And then we're going to come out with
two versions. We're going to come out with like a short drop with like, with Alcantara and Deepsea
blue. It's going to be a really, really crazy, all stainless hardware and different casters.
And then we're going to come up with a different version that isn't quite so crazy. So we're going
to do like a hundred chairs or maybe 50 chairs that are like the Matt Mormon signature version.
And then we're going to do in perpetuity, we're going to do a sort of a watered down version.
I want to do better casters, which adds quite a bit of expense. So that'll be coming soon.
Let's see, trading for science. What Rolex are you wearing today? Are you going to start
collecting? I guess technically I have started collecting. I have 14 of out. So this one is
the bluesy. I actually bought a bluesy on auction and I got it for like,
so on the Moda, the Moda watch group, I mean, bluesy sell for somewhere in the
$12,000 to $20,000 range, depending on, you know, what year and how new they are.
So this one still has stickers on it. I just got it yesterday. I had bought one at auction
that was, I think I paid 13 for it. Just no one was bidding. And so it was probably a $15,000
watch I got for a couple thousand bucks less than what they sell for. And I just didn't love it.
It was pretty, I mean, it was used. And so I like to buy them pretty new. And so this one
came up. And so I asked the guy, I said, Hey, I'd like to, I'd like to trade,
could I trade you mine for yours plus cash? And so I paid to upgrade. So now, because I really
liked this watch. And so I love the Submariners and I love the blue, the shiny glossy blue dial.
So I traded them. I just got it yesterday. And so this was a complete new old stock.
I think it's a 2019. And so it was brand new. It still has stickers on it. I got to take the
stickers off. And I prefer it that way because, you know, I'm going to take decent care of it.
The other one had just some patina that I just, I don't know, I wasn't loving it. Now I really like it.
Let's see. I just got, so I got this and I got a flat four Kermit. So I think it's a 2006.
Maybe, no, I think it's an 09 flat four Starbucks, meaning that the number four
has a longer, flatter spot on it, which makes it rarer. And so I've been looking for one of
those for a long time. So I got a really clean one with the original box and all of that too.
We got that the other day, a couple of weeks ago. So I'm hooked. And the way I look at it,
it's a store of value, right? So I have 14 of these things of a, I don't know,
a couple hundred grand. I don't have any really expensive ones, depending on what your definition
of it is. But, you know, I sold the Helen house and I bought some, some, some AI investments.
I have a bunch of cash and, and I was planning on buying some watches and sports cards. I haven't
pwned enough for the sports cards yet, but I did want to buy some, some, invest in some things
that I'm interested in. And, and so I love, I love these watches. I like wearing them. So I
like collecting them. I like chasing shopping for them. I really need to get with an authorized
dealer so I can start getting some direct. And, and so I, it's something that I could
liquidate very easily. And maybe worst case scenario, I don't know how much appreciation I'm
going to see. But worst case scenario, I'll be able to, you know, just, it's just a store of value
that hopefully will at least keep pace with inflation. So that's why I bought a couple
hundred grand worth of watches in the last couple of years. And so, yeah, whatever you'd say,
we'll think whatever you want to think about that. Let's see.
Hey, Matt, I'm on my way to becoming a track bro. I ended up with tire rubber on the paint.
I've been using Griot's track spray and it takes a lot of effort to remove. Do you have any
recommendations? Well, I wouldn't put any of that stuff on the paint. If you just coat it,
so if you polish PPF or polish and just coat it, then the track rubber won't get all over and
it'll just come right off. It's when you don't have proper protection on the painted surface
that the track rubber, you start using this like, it's kind of like putting on a pre spray. So the
bugs will come off easier. If you just polish and coat it and make sure it's not contaminated,
then it should wash right up. You may need to use something like Carpo Tarex to get it off.
It may help you get it off easier. But I wouldn't use that kind of track spray stuff if I can,
if you can help it. Let's see.
When are you going to talk about the 4.0? It's not a 4.0, it's a 3.8.
It's a Mezger 3.8. I'll talk about that in coming videos. I kind of want to save it
because it's really cool. It's a really cool story. So I want to save it for a little while and
you know, I don't normally do that. But in this case, it's such a cool story that I think it's
worthwhile to save it for the future videos. Any chance we can get those sweet press all labels
for squeeze bottles, shampoo, decon wash? The problem is that the squeeze bottles are so pliable
that the labels stick. You can put them on there, but they kind of bunch up and eventually will
fall off. So we need to come up with some sort of naming system. We're working on that right now.
Hey Matt, will there be other products shipped to Europe through the TRCE website?
Probably at some point. I don't have any plans for it right now. I'm just
attempting to get everything dialed right now in the US. Thoughts on news?

It's definitely on the back burner. I just got my laundry room stuff. So I need to do the laundry

I want to get OG really firing on all cylinders, get a lot of the projects done, get OGHQ dialed.
I owe you an inside the hex video of all the things I've done. It's really looking good.
Every single night, my parents and I have been working on going through one room at a time,
just cleaning up junk. And so we're getting really close. We're weeks away from our team
moving into the bullpen where they'll all be set up. So we're less than a month away from that.

series of behind the scenes inside the hex and really go out and convince a bunch of you to
become members. And I want it to be produced a lot like Nick Baer's channel. I want it to be that
level of production for the hex vlog that we're going to do once a week. And then we're going to
commit to a 50 part series. And then what I'm going to do at the end of the year, I'm going to sort
of sell the whole package if you wanted to binge watch an entire year and watch life and business
and how everything goes through. Jack says, anybody can get the certification to raw three,
the online training takes about three hours and allows you to access the program software,
very easy to set up as a homeowner. Okay, that's what I thought, but I wasn't sure.

holidays. Every day is a holiday for me. Let's see. Do your shoes have great art support? I have
some issues with lack of support and my Nike's cows forming likely from basketball and crappy art
support. I buy super feet insoles for all those shoes because otherwise those shoes are like
unwalkable. And so I'm buying what a $35 insoles for $90 shoes and I've got like,
I don't know, 25 pairs of them. So I've had to buy a lot of insoles. And then that makes them
nice and comfortable. And you could just choose, you know, the level of insoles support or a level
of art support based on the insoles you purchase. I like a medium arch. And so I'm actually buying
so for all those skate sneakers, they all have terrible insoles stock. So I like
super feet and I bought all their different insoles. So the green version, those are like
55 bucks a piece. Those have a pretty hefty arch. I like the, which one is it? I think it's the basic
version. Super feet. So I bought like two of every one of them and walked around in them for a while.
I'm trying to figure which one I like the most. Shop all. Yeah, the all-purpose cushion is the one
I'm buying. Not the all-purpose high impact, all-purpose cushion. And believe it or not,
it's the cheapest one, $34.99. Those I like because you slide in best. Your feet slide in.
It has a, it's mid-thickness, medium soft or it's soft cushion and has medium arch height.
You might want the green ones, which is the high arch support, but it transforms the cheap shoes.
And there's better insoles than those, but super feet. And again, I'm buying the $35 ones, the
all-purpose cushion.
And saves you some money. So let's see. So if I want the blue OG Hex on Viper, I need to order
the Max sooner than later. Yes. Yeah, because we're going to transfer it over to Gunmetal in the
coming months. Can you please start a watch channel? No, I don't think I'm the right guy for that.
I'm an enthusiast, hobbyist. I have a hobbyist level of knowledge. I don't know. I've almost bought
a couple of APs. AP doesn't really appeal to me the style of it. If I was going to do an AP,
I would want to do it with either a silicone or a leather band. I don't like their bands. It's a
too hot boy for me. No, there wasn't a GT4RS drive video. I haven't really driven it yet.
So are there any ETFs you've looked at recently? No, I don't really buy ETFs. ETFs, I don't know.
I find boring. I have a bunch of ETFs at Merrill Inch. My financial advisor buys for me.
But generally speaking, I'd rather an open-ended mutual fund or a hedge fund. I've looked at buying
a few hedge funds. I just don't have enough cash to start heading down that road. I will be heading
down that road doing some private equity stuff in the future. And so my simple money is at Merrill
Inch or at American Express and Cash. I do have a Robinhood account with some individual securities
that I bought. I have watches and what I'd like to do is, but like my IRAs and 401k is all with
Kevin Barry at Merrill Inch. And then most of my assets are stuck in cars and in
in Obsessed Garage inventory and assets. So I'd say it's like probably today, it's probably 50-50.
50 in cash investments and then 50% in Obsessed Garage. Depending on what you
called the book value of Obsessed Garage, if that's the case, then it's 10, 90, 10, 90%
in Obsessed Garage. Christopher Donnelly, Matt, two questions. One, are you show car ready?
Two, my mother-in-law drove through fresh road paint. Any thought on how to remove from wheel
liner? What does show car ready mean? I'm not sure what that question. My cars are always show car
ready. My mother-in-law drove through fresh road paint. So I learned this from Ivan LaCroix years
ago. Get Vaseline, put Vaseline on the road paint overnight and then it should kind of melt off. You
may have to do that a couple of nights. Would you consider a 458 Speciale or is it too far gone?
No, it's gone. I mean, I would have loved to have bought one, the 350, 400 grand where they were
five years ago, but they're 800, 900 a million. So it's gone for me.
Matt2.087 says, regarding home upgrades, how much do you weigh neighborhood comps?
If my upgrades push value above the area, is it still worth it for enjoyment or if resale
gain is limited worth it? First thing, I don't look at my house as an investment.
If it was, it'd be a horrible investment, like the worst investment. And so I just buy whatever I
want to buy and then figure out what to do when it's time to figure out what to do. And so if you
do some upgrade and what I found also, now I can cheat a little bit here because I can start
advertising this to a broad audience and some, you know, I've had people wanting to move down from
states away to come buy a house. I don't live life based on appraisals and comps
and what the modification to a car might do. I always just figure out a way to engineer my way
out of it. So if you're buying a house, first piece of advice, stop thinking of your personal
residence as an investment. If it wasn't invested, it'd be terrible because even if you did buy into
an area, like some people have made quite a bit of money on their personal property.
But after you factor in your property tax, your insurance, your maintenance, your upkeep,
just the carrying costs of the home, interest if you have a loan. Generally speaking, you're
getting your money back if you're doing great. Your home almost never keeps up with inflation.
It'd be much better off, you know, having your money in the S&P 500, speaking at ETFs and VOO or
something like that, VTI. So I don't think about it at all. And if you overbuild your house, chances
are you can talk somebody into buying it. You know, every time I've done it, I've talked to somebody
into buying it and just publish it, price it above the market and chances are you'll find somebody
who's willing to come up. You know, even if it doesn't appraise, you may find a cash buyer or
a buyer who has more cash to pay for the difference between what it appraises. And what I've also
found is that oftentimes you can, you know, talk to the appraiser and say, hey, look, I mean, this
is, you can give them a list of the things that you've done and you can usually get some credit
for that kind of stuff. So generally, I would, I would, you know, I just do whatever the heck I
want and then you figure it out when you're ready to sell. So like this house here, I'll probably
sell it for more than any other house sells for in Middleton, just because it mines going to be
sweet. So I bought the house, spent a bunch of money on it, I'll upgrade a bunch of stuff. It'll
make it easier to sell. And then I'll make a decision. So another decision I could make is,
well, if you don't want the garage, I'll take it out. I'll sell it. Usually it's not worth the
effort, you know, that the convenience factor of leaving everything in one spot. But I've
generally always been able to just do simple stuff, not have to do simple transactions
and sell the house as is. I hope that makes, that makes sense.

I have the human scale one, which is pretty sweet looking, but it's squeaks and creaks.
This is the chair, but it's 3,500 bucks. This is the stressless magic. It is just
beautiful. Like you could sit on this for 10 hours.

I haven't experienced that. The reason why it's not foaming is your filters likely clogged. So
either want to take the filter out or just get a new filter. It's like that little charcoal
looking thing in there. So it's probably just clogged up from combination of the product and
harder water. Let's see. Yeah, Brian, you can always come by HQ, just not on Memorial Day.
No one's going to be there. But on the other days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
so the OGHQ is always open. So Matt Watcher says, any recent sports card pickups? No,
I haven't bought any. I haven't bought a single one yet. I just keep watching videos.
But what I thought I would do, what I would like to do is, let me see, where did I put it?
I hear somewhere. That's the Lotus plan. I probably hit it so that Michelle wouldn't see my
plans here. Oh, here it is. So what I thought I would do, if I was going to collect, I don't want
a bunch of freaking cards, like I don't want a bunch of bulk bull crap. So what I figured I'd do
is I'd choose my top 50 players and then I would go and I would get, I would want probably five
different Jordans, five different Cobies, five different Caitlyn Clarks, five different Lebrons,
five different Steph Currys. And so I would go and then I would probably five Tom Brady's
and then I would probably, again, pick another like 35 players or 50 players or something like
that, whatever that number left off to be. So let's see, five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35. I did Patrick
Mahomes. So there's 35 and then I would add in another 65 players and I would try to get like the
best card. So I would collect just 100 cards and then just upgrade from there. I think that would
be kind of fun. That would be kind of cool. And eventually try to get the 86 Flair rookie, Jordan
get like whatever refractor, Kobe, that's awesome or Caitlyn Clark rookie. I'm not really an autograph
kind of guy. So I don't know if I would pursue autos, but like I would go and find a PSA 10
Barry Sanders rookie, a PSA 10 Drew Brees rookie, PSA 10 Aaron Rodgers and just go build
players that I like that have value, collect them, put them in a safe and hang on to them for a decade
and then maybe do some buying and selling. And maybe I'll start with PSA 9s and then work to
to go to PSA 10. So that's what I'm thinking I would do. And so build a top 100, my top 100 cards
for my personal collection. And then I don't know, maybe put them on this thing over here behind me
so I can look at them. I don't know. But I may, I'm like 50 50 undoing this. The other thing I
thought about is going to do like collaboration with like King of Cards and say, Hey, if I bring
a hundred grand to the, to the national, help me, you know, get the best Jordan Kobe, you know,
we can negotiate it together and do some collaborating and be kind of cool. That's what I
thought about doing. Matthew Dunlop says, would it be weird to wall mount a Russo or Sonic upper
as a standalone above a toolbox rather than cabinets? I hate Milwaukee chargers and don't
have anywhere to hide them. Nope. There's all kinds of combinations you can do that would work great.

I'm taking the GT4 RS and the E92 M3. And then my, my Tesla, which no one will care about,
and my Bronco will be at my house. You're going to come, you can come check those out.
The GT3 RS and Evo. So the Evo is still at the tuner. The Evo did 397 horsepower at the wheels,
all four wheels and 352 foot pounds of torque. So Chris Carby is tuning it. It's going to be
down at HQ in a couple of days. Wait till you see my garage video. I think, I think it's coming out
Sunday where I build, I build a garage in like 15 minutes at HQ. So I have a secondary garage at
HQ and I think you guys are going to think are fun. It gets fun. And so I have a place to put all
the cars plus my stacker trailer. You know, Mike is selling his farm and moving to suburbia. So
my trailer is going to come to HQ and we're going to keep it, store it there.
So I'm going to be able to park cars in my trailer as well, which I'm psyched about.

Hey, Matt, do you fill wash buckets with deionized water washing cars? No, I don't.
I find that the pH neutral soap will neutralize it. So we're safe there.
And so I actually talked to Bradley or I was talking to Jeff at ADS to send me
more of my three sample soaps. I want to select my soaps. We have a video coming out on the Matt
Mormon channel, which will be good behind the scenes of the sort of the new package system
I'm creating for the detailing, detailing system for OG. Us arguing back and forth,
the, you know, the knock down drag out selection of all the products. And so me, Manny, Ryan,
Matt Rutledge, you know, are kind of battling back and forth on what goes in the packages.
So we're putting that video up here soon. And so I want to make sure that we have,
we're going to be making transition on soap as well, I think.
What color do you prefer with Swiss tracks? I like slate gray black, but we have a new
OG specific color coming out that's going to be a little bit browner gray. So it depends
on what you do. If you're doing MSS cabinets, you'll want the slate gray. Depending on the color
of your cabinets you choose, like we have blue cabinets or something like that, you'll want
slate gray. But if you have something like, like if you did like MSS plus with the,
with our countertop, you know, with the blue tree countertop, you're going to want the new gray,
new OG gray is going to be really sweet looking. It's a little bit more mature looking finish.
Those colors should be coming here in a month or two.
Let's see, Matt, any videos in the work on how best to outfit the various MSS next arrays,
given the XD foams won't work, any updates on the progress of developing your own OG Sonic foam
layouts? Yes, tons of progress. We will be starting that video series starting to support that.
Probably next month, Nathan has, I think, fully exited tech support and is now into products.
And so we're going to be digging deep into Sonic and all the different foam systems for the cabinets.
This year is the year of the tool. And so I want to do both Sonic and bespoke tools. So I've been
G1B says 987 spider six speed or 981 boxer PDK. Oh, for sure 987 six speed.
Also, have you used Chemex's stars and stripes? I haven't. You know, Bob soaps are quite a bit
more aggressive generally than what I'm looking for, because his stuff is catered toward,
and it works for cars, but it's catered toward cleaning big, big stuff, farm equipment, trucks,
stuff like that. Let's see.
Do you know yet if you can get larger Rousseau casters on the smaller multi-tech? No, I'm pretty
sure you can't. Can you send me a link to the office chair you have? I can't, there is no link.
You have to go to like a local store, Stressless Magic. You have to go to just Google Stressless
Magic local store and you have to order it from them. There's not really a good online dealer for it.
Update on driving. I am up to back up to driving about 250 yards. So I'm doing, I went from zero
driving. I'm working diligently on the, my brain and ketosis. And I actually just got,
I got a ketosis monitor thanks to Alex in the UK for offering to ship these to me. So I got them
yesterday. And so I've got a, I've got it on my, I'm using my phone here so I can't show it to you,
but it's a side bio. It's not, it's not approved in the US yet. So I had to order from the UK and
and have it shipped here. But I have continuous ketone monitoring now where I can monitor,
you know, my activity, what I'm eating, when I'm eating, how I'm eating, because I'm having a
really difficult time unless I do heavy fasting or eat sardines, which I freaking hate, having a
really hard time staying in ketosis. Because every time I work out, my ketones drop, I'm probably down
to like 15 flat, you know, body fat. I'm 206.6 this morning. So my body fat percentage has fallen
dramatically. And so I don't have a whole lot of fat left on me to be producing ketones,
but I should still be able to be lean and make ketones be in ketosis. But I'm working with,
with Dr. Julian, Dr. Copeland on the pharmacology on the, I found a, an SSRI that doesn't seem to be
having side effects called Velocidome. And so combination of drugs and, and, and fear therapy.
Now we just did this really cool exercise to help notice body sensations, which is what freaks me out.
And so I had a, I had a, I had a job. He gave me a job. He said, last week, you got to drive a
hundred yards, which is just down the street and back, which sounds ridiculous. Or you've got to
donate a hundred bucks to your least favorite politician. I was like, oh shoot. I don't really
care about that. But he says, we'll pick one. I said, who's, you know, I mean, I guess it would,
it was probably, I said, well, AOC. And so he said, well, you have to donate a hundred bucks to her
if you don't do this. And, and you're going to have to fill it all, fill out all the paperwork
so that will fill out your name, address, phone number. So that way you, you, you're getting
contacted all the time. I'm like, oh geez. And so I got my hundred yards. So I drove around the
parking lot a couple of times across the street the first night. It felt good. And so I was able
to go back and, and, and you know, drive down the road. So I'm going to start expanding that a little
bit. Yeah, I think Mike's out there, kitchen's done or close to it. He's going to have to finish
it to sell the house. So I think he has it done. No updates from Mirka. Yeah, Shohei Otani. And I
'm just not a baseball fan anymore. I'm a nostalgic baseball fan. Let's see. The players I put

Let's see. Jack says you have probably covered this in the past, but what happened to the listings
for Milwaukee and some of the other hand tools on the OG website? We stopped becoming or we stopped
being a Milwaukee dealer. The margins were like 12% and the inventory carry was well over $250,000
and the only way to get any extra money from them was to
hit like huge growth rates and I couldn't, couldn't hit because the first year I bought like half
million dollars, I could never beat that. And so the only way to get a little bit more margin,
it was only up to like 4%, it's always ended up with stale inventory and discontinued stuff
and I was losing money on it. So the hand tool stuff, we figured out that none of these like
Japanese and German tool manufacturers actually have anything in stock and so we had to pull it
down from the site and then go revisit with them on what we're actually going to stock.
So that's the, that's the tricky part is getting the right inventory available.
So I'm working on that and so that's why you see me, we just put a video up on this channel,
that's why you see me working on organizing the drawers and going back through for a fourth or
fifth time all the different tools, having lived with it for a while, I'm getting even better
sense for which tools that I want to have in my drawers and then we can photograph it and provide
people, you know, hopefully some value. So let's see what else we were talking about here. Let's
see, America is more than I want to pay. I would love the form factor, any recommendation on
similar form factor in a lower range like ShineMate. Yeah, ShineMate and Barjack are just
Chinese knockoffs, so I'm not a fan. Mike is, I don't know if I'm supposed to be saying this,
Mike is moving to Winter Garden. They found a really cool house and like the downtown area
of Winter Garden, which is, you know, which doesn't require as much work, you know, and so he's
excited to go simplify things a little bit and have a house and a garage rather than having,
you know, a house and a bunch of acreage. So he's working on that. Yes, I have tried driving,
when I drive with other people, it makes it 10 times worse. So that's been a struggle.

swap that. I have a Neo Vintage Explorer Explorer and the white face and Explorer Black.
I have the Starbucks, which is the current watch. I have a Hulk. I have the Bluesy,
which I showed you. I have a modern Pepsi, modern Sprite, modern Root Beer. I like the
GMTs and the Submariners clearly. I have the Flat Four Kermit. I have the Cookie Monster.
I have the Black Date Submariner. And then I have an Oyster Perpetual Blue Dial.
I think that's it. So that's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. I'm missing something there.
GMT Coke, Flat Four, I'm missing one.
Two Explorers.
So the ones that I want now, it's all the big boys. I want the white gold Pepsi
and preferably with a meteorite dial, but that's $50,000, $60,000, which I'm probably never going
to get. I want the Bruce Wayne GMT on a Jubilee bracelet. That's $20,000, which I'm not getting
anytime soon. I would love to have the yellow gold Sprite, the lefty with the green dial.
And also the new white gold one. I want the Zombie, which is the yellow, gold, black GMT.
The one I really, really want is the white gold Smurf, the blue dial, blue bezel.
And then I do want a Neo Vintage like a 1990 No Date Submariner. Those are inexpensive,
you know, $8,000, $9,000. And then I want a Daytona Panda and a Daytona Black Dial.
And probably what I really would like to have is a Daytona Ghost with a Oysterflex band.
And then I would like to have the Oyster Perpetual in yellow, the Oyster Perpetual in dark green,
the Oyster Perpetual in red. I don't love the OP. And those are the watches I like to get someday.
I don't think I'll be a platinum Daytona guy or a paddock guy. I'm just not, I don't know.
I like the, it's kind of like cars. I like BMWs. So to me, the Porsche would be like the Panda.
That's just kind of as high as I want to go. Or, you know, or the white gold Smurf or the,
you know, the meteorite dial. So the, the real expensive stuff, like right now,
my most expensive watch is a Cookie Monster. It's like $35,000 or something, $32,000 or something
like that. And all the rest of them are in the teens, you know, except for maybe the Hulk,
which is like 20 maybe. So I guess the Pepsi and Root Beer are probably worth a little more
than what I paid for those. Matt, are you, what are you, what are you going to do with the Porsche?
I've got to get it painted and figure out what I'm going to do with it.

I don't know what an HYT watch is. Is that a brand? Has Michelle gotten Rolex 2? No, she
doesn't give a crap about that. I've talked to, tried to talk to her and get one. She's not interested.
Let's see. Michael W. Choice says, thoughts on a hose reel solution for an EV charger.
Enjoyed the boom pole video, but I wonder if Cox could be converted for a charger or another
solution. I don't know. I mean, I'm sure you could just figure out how to manage that. The problem
would be the transition. Because you don't, I mean, you're talking 60 amps. And to make the
transition with sort of ring terminals from one to the next would be a pretty complex thing.
It'd be a lot of work. What color temperature do you prefer for outdoor carriage lights? It
depends on the, depending on the color of the house, either 3000 or 3500. You don't want to go
4K, I don't think. Yeah. I mean, I would love a Daytona Platinum. My Bluezy is a 2019, I believe,
new old stock. It wears a little heavier than the traditional sub. I don't think it's hollow links.
I do have a Tudor Pelagos. So that was the only two watch. I have a Tudor and I have a,
my original watch, which is a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean, which I haven't worn forever.
I think I've seen the H1, HYT stuff. Yeah. You're right. The white gold yacht master on
flex is kind of cool. The Omega stuff don't really do it for me. I almost bought several
times the yellow carbon, what is it? There's a yellow carbon Tudor and then there's a
blue carbon with a white dial carbon. It's like forged carbon. Those are like seven or eight
grand and they're kind of cool. But I mean, I still have all these Rolexes that I would much
rather have, which are a much better investment. So I don't know. I dig the watches. I dig watching
and learning about sports cards. It's the first time in my life where my house is paid for.
My retirement accounts are fully funded. I am down to, the only debt I have is currently,
we have a little bit of inventory on the line of credit for the business and then the building.
And so I kind of have the cars I want. And so now I'm going to focus in on,
I've talked about this quite a bit in 2026, de-risking, de-levering and living life a little
bit simpler, buying things that I think are interesting, that have a store of value
and finding things that are interesting to me. Like if I buy a car that the car has,
it's the values stored in it. The Tesla I got so cheap that that car is not going to appreciate,
but the car that will appreciate or like my Evo will likely appreciate over time, my M3,
my GT3 RS, my GT4 RS, those will hold value. The R34 I think would be another thing that I would
like to invest in and head down that path maybe later this year. But I've got to clean some stuff up.
I don't want to take cash and buy it. I want to take profitability and buy it.
We also have to get our profit bonus structure working as well on the business. So
we're really cleaning up our inventory, cleaning up our website, making it amazing. And then we're
going to chase the Villages Design Studio chase. I mean, the E92 will not hold value. Are you stupid?
That car is worth five times more than what I paid for it or what it was new.
If I could sell a car for $175 right now and it has a $62,000 sticker,
so that's a pretty decent return. And I could sell it for that if I took all the crap off of it
and sell all the stuff. I think for Ryan, we need to do a, I think the BRZ, I think is what it has
to be, or the GR86. I'd probably do the Toyota version. See, you can't do, as some are saying,
Michael's saying, you need to do a garage build with Schmi. The people that don't know anything
about that stuff, they have to want it. They have to want to buy the stuff. And guys like that,
they just don't want it. They would have to want to buy it, whether they got it for free or not,
they'd have to want to go after it. I've gone down this path with many of these guys,
and they just don't, they don't get it. And so it's not like it's not going to be a successful
thing. I'm going to do all the work, make all the videos, leverage all of my contacts, and get
almost nothing for it. And so I don't want to do the work. I'd rather do it in my own garage.
So the collaboration stuff, and they just never participate. They don't do a good job of sharing
it because they didn't want it, right? That's my argument to all these big influencers that get
big money for promoting products, they're terrible at it. It's a waste of money. And so generally
speaking, I'm not building garages for people who aren't already reaching out to me to say that they
want to do it. Like I've got a guy that's interested that was, he was on the Linus. And so I told him,
I said, if you're into this, you want to do it, we'll do it. But I'm the only guy in the world
I don't do anything for, I can't do it for free. We don't have time or capacity to do it for free
because then we'd be violating some of our customers. So I might come out and do the install,
but even then, I can't be doing that anymore. It's just too, it's too time consuming.
And then it devalues the product. So yeah, I'm not interested in chasing them down.
Everybody's like, well, you need to do it for Cletus, you need to do it for Shmi,
you need to do it for these guys. And it's a great idea. But they would have to come to me and say,
Matt, I really want to do this. I really like these cabinets. I like these tools. I really am
into it. Like M39 restorations, he came to us. And so we helped them design it. So I think that
it's something that I'm happy to help, but they've got to participate. And generally speaking,
the guys that are at that level with the big following, they have a really difficult time
in executing and following up. And they have a difficult time
just being available to participate. So anyway, I got my coaching calls. I'm going to shoot some
videos for inside the hex. Hopefully my hand heals up here. So it's freaking gnarly. So there's
a big old chunk out of my hand. These are the dissolving strips that I don't want to rip it off.
I need another day or two for the thing to seal up so it doesn't bleed up all over the place.
