Alright, happy New Year everyone. I hate one of my least favorite days of the year is New Year's Eve.
Just not a good day for me. Not interested in all that goes with that. So I didn't do anything.
I took the day off yesterday. Wow, I guess I didn't totally take the day off. I finished the
ultimate audio package setup and video at my house yesterday. I planned to wash some cars,
so I owe you guys some washing talks. But I was freaking freezing cold and I just wasn't feeling it.
So everybody says it needs more volume. Let's see here. I think I'll keep the microphone close as
well. If I exit the app though, it'll probably jack me up. Let me see. That's as much volume as I get.

I'll take this muffle thing off here because that doesn't really help me anyway. So anyway,
I got a road pod mic and then I got a plug that directly in my phone and then I got the road.
Let me call it cell phone, the MagSafe mount. So now I can sit here at my desk. So what I'm going
to do is I'm going to go from this office to I guess my new desk setup back in the back.
I've got the office at my house and then the garage at my house. So I'll kind of move stuff
around and use the various platforms of various areas of my life to mess with the podcast here.
So I've got some big plans for this year. I got some announcements to make. I'm making
some progress on what I'm planning for next year. I got big plans for Inside the Hex,
the podcast as well, the Obsessed Garage channel gaining some. I'm probably going to chase down
some sponsors and do some sponsorship like mid-roll, post-roll ads on YouTube on the Obsessed
Garage channel. I'm really excited for the Matt Mormon channel, this channel. It's my favorite.
And so the team will manage the Obsessed Garage channel and tell me where to be and what to say.
And the Matt Mormon channel will be, I do what I want when I want to do it. So anyway,
PGS12464 says Matt drove that car 25 miles, put a $25,000 exhaust on it, sold it. You're not
wrong. I took the exhaust off though, so I was able to sell that. Let's see, what did I do?
I sold the whole thing back to Dundon. So he took it back and actually traded me out for the
exhaust for the GT3RS. So that was the Brewster car that I made the thumbnail. I think I'm going
to make my thumbnails until I have somebody making thumbnails for me. I'm going to make
them just all my old cars and just put a goofy little text on there just so it gives me at
least a thumbnail. Dan Pfeiffer, good morning from Minnesota. Minnesota, you guys are in the news,
man. All kinds of chaos going on in Minnesota here with a bunch of fraud and stuff going on. It's
been blanketing my feed. So good luck with that. Let's see, thanks for getting armor in the store,
so I can buy from you. Only one missing is the glass coating. Is that coming soon by chance?
I'm not sure about the glass coating yet. I appreciate buying it from me. Yeah, I got some
more work to do. I really need to wash the Sequoia and I keep saying it. I need to get that thing
fricking done. Let's see, Shark Blue Turbo says, when is the easiest step to use water spot remover?
Can you spray some on and go straight into a maintenance wash? I don't think so. I mean,
I think you need to wash it first because you generally, most water spot removers,
they want you to agitate it or wipe it flat. I mean, I guess you could try and set it up to
where you just spray a bunch on there, but I think part of it is you need to kind of,
I've found that water spot removers, they very rarely work, but I've found that you need to spray
it on, spread it evenly, let it sit, and then I find that the wipe off helps to get the contaminants
off if possible, if it can come off. And then I would rinse afterwards. Or what you could do,
let's say you wash the car, dry the car, and then you want to address the water spots prior to
polishing, maybe just do an eraser, like an isopropyl alcohol, wipe down afterward to kind of get
the product off or a waterless wash like McKee's N914 or Armor Hero or something like that.
Let's say RB Beer Chick says, Hey Matt, love the fitness journey. Love that your fitness journey
is doing well for you. Question for you. Have you tried out Garmin Watch for your fitness journey?
I know you said you have an Apple Watch Ultra. I keep going back and forth and looking at those.
The Garmin Watch feels very Android to me. It just feels, it doesn't look right. It doesn't feel
right. I know that there's a endless debate from runners and adventure athletes and stuff like
that, that say the Garmin is the way to go. I just like how everything connects. I like how I have
it set up. I'm not super analytical when it comes to data for working out. If I get too analytical,
it messes me up. I spend too much time thinking about that instead of thinking about just do the
work. I like the fact that I can kind of track where I'm at. The thing that helps me the most
is the Aura Rings daily calorie calculation. I know it's largely nonsense, but
daily active calories and it's a relative number. Even if it's inaccurate, whether I'm burning more
or less this specific number, if I have a number of say a thousand or 1200 calories active to burn
a day and if I hit that every single day or I don't hit it in a day, it's relative. It just
gives me something to work toward and focus on. Really what I want Strava or Runa to do is just
feed my Aura Ring so I can kind of track what I'm doing for the day. Today I went to CrossFit
and I got my Aura Ring on and I can't show you because my phone's here. I think you guys are
right. I'm going to get a separate phone. I've already got two phones. I guess I'm going to
need to get a third phone for the podcast. The data that I'm pulling from Runa, which then feeds
me the information through Aura Ring is what I find to be most helpful for me.
It's Ryan says, have you allocated some time for an R34? That's my dream.
Not yet. The hierarchy of what I'm working on is I've got a bunch of work to do tonight
on the AR635 so I want to work on that and then on making a phone cannon function.
Then I've got to do the, I'll probably do my GT4 next so I'm going to coat that,
coat the wheels and the PPF. Then probably finish the Evo so we need to bring the Evo in here,
put the wheels on it, tires on it, probably adjust the suspension, realign it. It needs to go up to
get tuned so that the Evo's done and then get the Evo finished and maybe enjoy a little bit.
Oh, I got the headlights, the Evo 9 front bumper, the tail lights, so the JDM headlights and tail
lights to put on the Evo 9 front lip. I got to put that on the thing. So finish the Evo, photograph
the Evo, video the Evo, get it tuned and calibrated and set up and then probably sell it. Use all of
that content to sell the darn thing and then I'll do the GT3RS I think. So I need to pull the PPF,
polish that, send that down to Kevin and then finish the GT3RS and then consider doing an R34.
And if I'm going to do the R34, I'm going to have to sacrifice something.
You know, Ryan's going to have a car here and not too distant future. He got his permit this week.
So, I mean, I guess I technically have a year, so I'll have another car at my house.
So I'm probably, something's going to have to go, at least two because three cars in the back
here really fits the best. So we'll see how it goes. Or maybe I'll put one in storage or something
like that. Ratspeed's garage, it's time to hang that picture. No, this picture is going to go
out in the hallway, but we have to finish the hallway. So maybe I should just hang it on the
hallway for now. On the wall back here is my acoustic treatment that I'm going to do of my GT4RS.
And so they made one and it was a jank city and so they're making me a new one. So hopefully,
hopefully I'll have that in the next couple of weeks so I can finish the look of my,
look and feel of my office here. I'm really digging my office though. I like this place.
Let's see. Yeah, my wife says hang that darn picture behind you. Again, I don't want to put
a hole in the wall because it's not going on the wall there. It's just sitting there and
because it's going to go in the hallway so I can see it outside there. So I'll get that done.
And let's see. AlexR3510 says, do you think the AR635 can and will change OG like Crensla did
in the beginning? It's a game changer product. I think it's triggering a major wave of upgrades
sold out on the OG site. Yeah, I think it has that potential. And that's what I told the AR
folks. I mean, I think this could become the industry standard. And so we were just talking
about this with Tommy and Joe, the engineering team of engineering products. And so we're going
to pull out my dual Crensla out of my house and put a single 635 because I need to do some
long-term testing and calibrating and playing with the thing and making sure that it is what I
want it to be. I think we have more coming hopefully sooner than April, but the original
intent is April. Yeah, it has the potential. And what I'm going to work on tonight is trying
to make the foam cannon work with it. So I've got different orificizes. I'm going to play with
different soap dilutions and figure out what I need to make the darn thing work because it doesn't
work very well with that pressure washer. But yeah, I think it has the potential. I mean,
how many people are really going to do, and you're doing it kind of at your own risk. If you do
dual pressure washers, it's not really designed to do that. You're always going to be better off
of a single pressure washer. And I always see comments like, you don't know what you're doing.
Why don't you just get one big pressure washer? Yeah, I would. But the big boys, there's so many
trade-offs. You get heavy inline pressure. They're real loud. They generally don't have
auto stop start because it's not great for the motor, the electric motor on those things. So
we've got some work to do. And there's real promising some of the stuff I was testing out
with Crensla and then the AR635. There's no reason I don't think to do dual 635s. So I've got some
work to do and do what I do best, which is to figure stuff out and then create a solution that
makes sense. So yeah, Neil White says, Matt, you should have gone into the daycare business,
much more money to be made. Yeah, I was thinking about that. Let's see. Kyle says,
any chance the vacuum hose microfiber covers are coming anytime soon? Yeah, I think they're due in
any day. So we need more of those. We sold out of those pretty quickly. And I think he's getting
them made in China. I mean, you got to get them made where microfiber is either Korea or China.
So we sold a lot more than we anticipated.
DHG Adventures says, hello from California. Excited to be excited for all the growth at OG.
Yeah, we actually had a really good year. We were up, say,
four million year over year, three and a half million, which is awesome.
The question is the profitability is down. So I need to get into the day to get into the numbers.
And so far, it looks so good. My bank account doesn't look very good. So we're trying to figure
that out. But what I'm doing structurally, I changed, I want to think about business more
this year than I did last year, but more specific. And so what I'm doing is taking all of my meeting
structure. I now have COO, controller, VP of marketing. So my three different sort of divisions
of the company are now dialed and set up. I have the right, I think I believe the right people in
place. And so what I'm going to do is on Monday from two to 4pm, I have blocked off my schedule
where I'm thinking about the business, I'll come prepared, they'll come prepared. We have 30 minutes
for the leadership team, 15 minutes to work with operations, 15 minutes to work on finance,
30 minutes to work on, what did I set up on media and the media structure and the scheduling of
that. And then 30 minutes to an hour to work on products. And if I do that, so two, two and a
half hours blocked off every Monday, everybody comes prepared, we were very efficient. Because
what I find is that when I have several different meetings throughout the week, it sort of disrupts
the creative flow. And so what I'm planning on doing, and I'm going to share this on Inside the
Hex, I'm going to pull it into a screen share. But we have the Obsessed Garage channel. Obsessed
Garage channel is garage focused. It's going to showcase all the stuff we do, new products,
detailing, car projects, design. And that channel will be story told, right? So you've seen us sort
of transition on how the story is told on the channel. And we're going to continue that path
where it's garage specific. And then we've extracted out all the other, the traditional,
the old school, Matt Mormon, which I'm calling a lifestyle channel showing all things obsessed
and long format, traditional OG style. And so the Matt Mormon channel will be, what I'm hoping
to do is three videos a week on the Obsessed Garage channel, three videos a week on the Matt
Mormon channel, including the podcast. So the podcast added to that. So we'll do the Dalton
podcast into a weekly episode. And what I'd like to do is have the podcast edited and put up properly
on all the, right now I'm just vomiting it up to the normal podcast platforms. But I hope that
those of you appreciate me, I'm doing it. I'm producing this, I'm sort of pulling the audio
down, formatting the audio, putting it up on Lipson so that it can go to Apple and Spotify and
all the various, you know, RSS feeds. But we need a, we need a thumbnail, we need a description,
we need to, you know, focus on that. And so the Dalton podcast, I want to, I want to get a sponsor
for it as well, or a few sponsors, because what I'm looking to do is I'm looking to make the media
division a, you know, a profit center. So have it pay for itself. That way I can invest heavily
back into it to provide you with, you know, more resources and more, more, you know, more value,
I guess you could say. So the target on the Obsessed Garage channel is get to a million
subscribers. And the target for the Matt Mormon channel is get to 100,000 subscribers. And then
we need to reactivate the OG Shorts channel, which we're going to call the Obsessed Garage How-To
channel. And the How-To channel has 12,000 subscribers. Now the goal would be to get
that to 100,000. The main purpose of the How-To channel is for the really granular detail stuff
that you need if you're purchasing products. And so a lot of those videos will be embedded on the
Obsessed Garage website. But I think it's, you know, when Nick was doing it, a super valuable
resource to show you how to use everything. And so I think it'll probably be me and the team.
But I want to do two videos a week there. So there's three, six, eight videos. And then inside
the hex, what my intention is to hex log once a week, hex cast once a week, and then possibly come
up with some other, you know, video ideas specific to behind the scenes. My goal would be to, you
know, really promote that and talk about it more often. I think we have 1,000 members or so. I'd
like to, you know, triple that. And if I do that and create some consistency, and if we're able to
then support that on social and share with you on all the different channels, what we're doing on
each channel, I think we can, you know, hit these numbers and grow it pretty substantially.
We'll have the OG Instagram handle, the Matt Mormon Instagram handle. I'd like to do five
stories a day and one reel a day on each. The Obsessed Garage Facebook page, what I'd like to
do is take, in order to sort of reach new audiences or to just create more palatable viewership,
but take what we do on the Obsessed Garage and Matt Mormon channel, make it into a five-minute
short form and upload that to Facebook. And the goal would be to double that to 200,000 followers.
And Matt Mormon target 25,000 followers and again, make that more personal and, you know,
target lifestyle and whatever heck I'm doing. And then I haven't fully committed to, but we're
going to fully commit to TikTok and then TikTok Shop. And so that's something we're going to add this
year. The other thing I'd like to do is really engage more on the OG Facebook group and start to
grow it. Again, there's 49,000 people in there. I'd like to get to 75. Same thing with the inside
the hex group. I'd like to double that and then grow the OG marketplace and continue to make that
a valuable resource. So the media portion of the company, I'm hoping to really spend quite a bit
of time this year adding to that, generating some specific revenue just to help reinvest back in,
make it pay for itself. And so, you know, for OG, what I'm looking at doing is I'm going to target,
and this isn't a very good target to have, but I'm not hitting that target currently, is to have a
10% pre-tax profit margin and then long-term, you know, the next year to get to 20% pre-tax profit
margin. So that's going to require, you know, expense management. It's going to require maybe some
margin chasing, you know, try to find a way to increase our volume. And that would be through
having West Coast distribution and then head toward free shipping, which will eat into profits.
And so I'm going to give us time to increase our volume enough to go to that target 20% profit
margin. We're going to have departmental budgets, which like the media department will have its
own budget. The products team will have their own budget. The design team will have their own budget.
From that profit center, each department will have then upside potential and, you know, revenue
sharing bonuses based on performance for each department. And so if we hit our 10% pre-tax margin
as an organization, so I want the whole organization focused on profitability,
and it's the right thing to do, and make the OG really viable, including all the improvements
we're talking of doing, and make it, you know, make it viable. I put sell two cars. This is my
financial vision for the year, sell two cars. So I'm thinking about it. We'll see how that goes.
Then from the marketing and products perspective, all of our products, I want to be bottled in a
entry level bottle, and a press all bottle, and a fancy gallon. I want branded packages,
like a box, say like a car washing package box, so we can wholesale and retail those. And if I'm
bottling it, and we're going to be bottling, you know, car pro and bottling, hopefully griots and
bottling the curated products, then I'll have better margin in order to, you know, one chase
our profitability, but then also be able to wholesale and increase volume as well to, you
know, some people who want to sell my stuff. New buckets, new microfiber, so microfiber 4.0,
the new pressure washer lineup, which will include OG spec max flows on the high and low end,
the, you know, the R635, including the, you know, the FU version, and then a product streamlining.
I'm no longer doing home stuff. I'm focused in on OG design, garage, detailing, you know,
the whole package of that, you know, this year. I sold destination OG. I sold, you know, any
real estate holding I have outside of my own house. I'm going to keep lean, mean, focused,
and really focused on creating, you know, content and making the business. Taking some of the risk
off the table. If I can do that combined with all the fitness work I'm doing, maybe I can drive
a car again someday. And then operations. We want to be ready for West Coast distribution by Gen 1
of 2027. So we're going to be working on that. We have the villages to the showroom inventory and
vendor negotiation. That would be our promising. We're going to buy more stuff because we're,
you know, going East Coast, West Coast and shipping things out to people quicker. I'm going to get the
building painted, finish the OG bullpen for all the employees, finish their new break room,
finish the curated warehouse or go up with the ceiling, do an outdoor wash bay, new photo studio,
and I want a published org chart on the wall. It looks really cool. I want box boxing and
packaging revamped, analyzed for cost and efficiency, and I want every single room
inventory and dialed in in here. That's what I've got thus far. So that meeting that I've
structured, I'm going to share the vision and then have the leadership team focus in on these
things that I'm, you know, looking to accomplish. And then I'll have a calendared structure where I
can, you know, hold them accountable to the vision, you know, or here's where we at in each department
from a vision perspective. So what I'm looking at doing the, I'm hiring two people in media.
I'm hiring probably two people in, in products. So if you are looking for a job,
you, I need a, you know, social media person, cinematography person. And then I need the
couple of products people. So hit me up if you want to come work for OG. And the
products job somewhere, you know, in the 45 to $75,000 range, depending on where you're at in,
you know, in life, the, the media positions, same thing, you know, somewhere in that range.
All of which I think you're going to have, you know, some, some upside and upward mobility.
And that's what we're going to be working on structuring for the entire organization.
What's the upside for people. And if we can chase profitability, and then I share,
you know, a portion of the revenue or the profitability, not the revenue, but the profitability.
If you share revenue, you can go out of business pretty quickly. So anyway,
you didn't ask or, but that's my, that's my 2026 plans. And I think it's going to be fun.

I didn't know if I could order blank. No, we don't have blank labels, only the drying aid.

but not for the Tolcos. Let's see. Taylor says, hey, Matt, when is the merch and
solo 260 sprayer is going to be on the Canadian website? That's another thing. Canadian website
is done. So I've got to bring it back to the US. I can't focus on it the way I want. So, yeah,
you're going to be, I'm going to figure out some sort of partnership with the Carzillar,
TOC or something like that. That's on our docket to focus on. I should put that on my,
on my list here, you know, Canadian distributor. So we'll put that into
operations, wholesale, we'll call it wholesale, national and international.
So I'm going to be looking for, to have somebody else to distribute it for me. So it won't be
yesterday. Did you ever put together tool packages with all the original tool grid
pieces and diagram of how it should look in a drawer? No, I haven't yet. But yeah,
you'd have to hit up design and then have to just kind of work through it, you know,
one piece at a time with you. Are you going to carry that water spot remover from SEMA?
I think so. It was a nasial water spot remover. I think I might, but I'm kind of in the,
let's get all the products we have supported before I launch a bunch of new stuff. And I think
we're going to move fast. So once I get the team set up, we're going to move pretty fast.

we have fully supported, dialed in Milwaukee. They kept cutting margin because I wasn't selling
enough. And so I finally just said, look, I'm out. So I sold off all the Milwaukee stuff.
I also, I love, I want to like Coach Kemi ASC, but I don't ever use it like ever. So I have it.
I have it as one of my spray bottles and I never, ever use it. I would either use eraser,
I would use invisible glass, or I would use, you know, Griot's interior cleaner on the interior.
And so I just never used it. And so I'm like, if I'm not using this, what's the point?

some product leftover that may need to kind of rub off, but yeah, I haven't experienced that.

I don't know of anything, but they're going to have to. And I'm excited for it. I want to,

we need a great cotton towel, like a really nice one. It doesn't lint a lot. I'm sure you'll have
to wash it quite a few times, but we need a really nice cotton, you know, organic cotton towel.

Would you ever bring your tire machines in there to the ultimate garage, or does just take up too
much space? We've been talking about it, I may. Maybe we're talking about doing an indoor wash
bay there and kind of setting that up for dry ice cleaning, indoor washing.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, but I think the tire machines will stay put.
They take up a giant amount of space and they actually work really great in the air conditioning
room. So I'm probably going to just maybe do a little better lighting in the air conditioning room
and leave it be. Let's see if it all says, I've watched at least 15 different AR videos,
and the only one that appeared to have no issues with foam cannon was Pan, not sure what he did.
Yeah, well, whoever's using foam cannon, they don't know what they're freaking doing,
because I haven't solved it yet, and so I'll solve it for everybody, and then they can just copy.
So yeah, the foam cannon doesn't work, so we need to get the foam cannon to work.
I'm not sure, I'm confident we're going to get something to work, but I'm just not sure what
it is. I'm going to actually work on that tonight. I'm here till eight o'clock tonight,
after the podcast I've got another interview to do, and then I'm going to go work on that

What is the shelf life for LeaderMax products? I used a lot less than I anticipated,
worked great on my 992 leather. I would assume a long time, assuming you don't have like crazy
heat cycles in your garage, I think years and years. But all, yeah, it was great meeting you
in cars and culture, and shouldn't be too impressed with our headquarters yet. It's still kind of
janky, but someday it's going to be impressive, I hope. I'm excited, but everybody can kind of,
let's see. I want to install, let's see, Mo3N8862 says, I want to install speakers in my ceiling,
with a power node for general music listening. What's the best way to air seal these types
of speakers without impacting sound quality? You really don't have to. I mean, they almost all
have a, generally they'll have a foam ring around them, and then they'll clamp the dry wall.
If you wanted to really seal it up, I mean, you could build a box around it. Generally,
they're designed to work in open air, or what I do is just go up in the attic and just push all
that cotton foam insulation around it, and it's fine. So you're usually okay. You could,
I wouldn't recommend it, because it'd be hard to get a speaker out in the future,
but you could caulk around it too. That is one easy way to do it. Just caulk around the grill.
Let's see. Do you still have the GT3 touring in the thumbnail? No, I traded that touring for my 991.1
RS. What speaker is that at your desk? That is an Evoque 10. So Dynaudio Evoque 10 powered by
a Dynaudio, or I'm sorry, a blue sound power node, and then I usually connect my Mac to it. So the
new power node has more power. It's 100 watts per channel, I believe, and it has USB-C connectivity
so I can connect my laptop to it. The only disadvantage, the volume on your laptop, it
shows that it's changing the volume, but it doesn't adjust the volume. And so you have to use the
volume slider on the device, but way easier in some of the old DACs that I was using to connect
speakers. So those are passive, you know, non-powered speakers, so they're just a regular speaker with
a regular speaker wire input, and then, again, I'm using the power node to power it. And then I have
a sub 18S, so the Dynaudio sub 18S underneath the desk that just kills. It's awesome.
Frank Salvioli says, Happy New Year, Matt, and everyone at OG would love your input on placing a
center channel speaker inside a media cabinet. I have a BDI corridor media console that can
house my Clip504C Series 2 center. Now, you never want to put a center channel in a cabinet if you
have a center channel that has some downside to it, arguably. The BDI has already vented,
right? So they designed it for a center channel. But technically, you would want your center channel
open so it can, you know, whatever, an open air so it can breathe and, you know, and utilize your
walls and everything like it was designed. But oftentimes, you got to make do with what you
got. If you don't want to mount your TV too high, you may want to put the center channel in the
cabinet. So I'm a proponent. I do it often. My current two setups have the center channel on
top of the stand. But generally speaking, I think it's fine to do it. I've done it many times.

Spencer asked, any chance Matt watched Stranger Things? Yes. And you know what I'm going to say.
The previous have just so stupid, you know, disappointing. I wasn't like a super fan of

artists get weird and, but it was fine. Let's see, what are your thoughts on Ultra Fit on your
GT4RS? It's good, really good. I need to go wash the thing and put the darn, you know,
coating on it and finish the darn thing so I can fully assess it. But as of right now,
it looks great. Any update on OG Cosit Solutions? No updates. We're going to hit that ground run in
here very in the next coming weeks. So I would say we have it available for national sales in the
next month and a half or so. That'd be the goal. Any, Shane says, any opinion on Sonos 5s
for a stereo pair in the garage? I already have them in the home and in the Sonos system.
They probably do okay. I mean, Sonos is the new Bose, right? So it's not good. But if you're already
on the ecosystem, you already have the app, it's, you know, it wouldn't be the world's worst thing.
I would probably rather have get the Sonos amp, well, I forget what they call their amp, and then
get, you know, the amp has, you know, speaker level output, and then get a pair of something else
like PSB P5s, you'd get a much better result. So if you wanted to stay on the Sonos architecture,
you'd get a much, much better quality sound out of doing their amplifier with some other pair of
speakers. But I mean, it'd be fine. Better than nothing. Better than some Bluetooth soundbar
bullcrap or a little, you know, little Bluetooth device.

We're doing it. I've been wondering if you've been working more with Carzil and Calgary to get
press all bottles. We're going to work on that here in the first quarter. The occasional detailer
says you liking the road mic more than sure. Well, the shore is a what they call low level
mic, low impedance mic. And so you need some sort of some sort of active gain.
So you need a cloud lifter and then you need a device. This is a USB-C mic. So I'm going to do
squat. I just plug it into my phone with a with an iPhone USB-C cable and I'm done. So all I have is
this plugged into my phone. I have the road app. I can adjust the volume and I don't need any
DACs or dongles or XLR cables or anything like that. And so I've kind of gone to using this
microphone and audibly I'm sure there's a difference. But there's a $200 microphone and this little DS1
stand and I would highly recommend it. I use it for doing zoom calls and stuff like that. It's
T self 777 says Matt with how much I use touchless in my wash routine.
By the time I'm doing a full contact wash, the surface is pretty dirty and I'm typically
reach for carpet reset instead of GSF. How about you? No, I mean, I use both.
I kind of use it like every third time I'll use reset. But yeah, I mean, both are good. I mean,

That's something about Stranger Things. Red GT3244 is the OG vacuum cleaner strong enough to work
as a central hose house vacuum. Yes, but I would do the 240 volt version. It just depends on how
many drops you have. It would work for it, but I would do, and I have 140, it's just louder,
but I would do the bigger tank, the bigger version.
Spencer says, on a car related topic, it seems like you go crazy with audio in the garage,
which I understand because there's nothing, but how come you don't go crazy with car audio
in all your vehicles? I do sometimes. My GT3RS has a sound and motion system, has a Mosconi
Pico processor amps. It has Dynaudio three-way separate, so Esotar, Wolfers, Esotec,
Tweeters, all active, all RTA time aligned, so that was, I don't know, 20 grand or so. It has a
it has a down-firing kick panel, like a really sick illusion audio sub,
that single 10-inch subwoofer, and so that system's pretty sick. The Evo, I bought it,
I have the system still sitting there. I've got Dynaudio 12-inch Wolfers. I've got a full
Oddison processor amplifier, Kenwood, excellent head unit to put in, but I've been turning cars
over so much that I haven't been doing stereos as much as I have in the past, but if I was
keeping and if I was driving a lot more, I would be. Let's see, Mikey, will the clean garage carry
the 635FU and leader max? No, no. I know you probably can't talk about it yet, but any knowledge
or guesses about the new Active 3.0 pressure washer? I'm not involved, so I don't know.
Yeah, not sure. Any decent home audio setups, sub 1500 bucks? Yeah, I mean,
depending on what you're trying to do, if you're trying to do stereo or surround sound, but
ELAC, PSB, there's lots of great entry-level solutions that you could head down. Maybe give
you some more clarity and what are you trying to do? Stereo, audio throughout the house,
a surround sound system, it'd be hard to do a surround system.

monitors, interface, XLR, mic primarily because I'm using three different computers depending on
the time of day between personal work. Same thing here, man. I was setting up all these XLR
setups with all this fancy crap. And I have three setups now core core fives in the back.
I've got this evoke setup here core fives at home. And then I have a single laptop. And then I have
two of these mics one at home and one here and two of the so what I did is I took this DS2 stand.
And I just I basically took this extra arm off of it. So I took this arm and I bought road has a
magnetic mount for the for the camera that I'm using right now. And so that picture there's
like a little, you know, piece here and then the phone just magnet, you know, MagSafe just mounts
to it. And then I can turn it either way. And so right now I have the screen facing me. And
and I can kind of see, you know, see the stream, see the, you know, see the engagement on my phone
to make sure it's working. And then just plug the pod mic into that. It's just way simpler.
It's Ryan says a golf RGTI would be cool for Ryan. I agree, but I don't I don't seem to like it.

Um, yeah, I don't want that. I don't want that. That Broncos mine. Yeah, I don't care if I could
drive it or not. It's mine. So I'm doing power bookshelves now with a built-in DAC hardwired
to the main PC and Bluetooth to my mobile devices and work MacBook Pro dynamically switches as well.
Yep. Similar to me. Will the OG vacuum cleaner be available with an EU type plug? I don't think so.
I don't think it's capable. I don't think it'll operate on 50 Hertz.
So Adamo says, Hey, Matt, what road mic? So this is the road pod mic. So it's a USBC pod mic.
And then I have it on the DS one or DS two stand, which I think is pretty sweet.
And then I have the road here. Let me turn this around and I'll show you what's going on here.
So here is the microphone thingy. Right. So what I did is I took the DS two stand.
I took the secondary arm off. I bought the MagSafe. So it's the MagSafe road
piece here. I think this was like 80 bucks or something like that. And so then what I do
is I basically take it like this, turn it whichever way I need.
Right. And so, and then I put my, I'm going to turn my phone around and put it on it like so.
And so if I'm doing, if I was using as a webcam, I would flip it around and use it the other way.
And so that's the setup that I have. And so it's all on road site. And so you get those,
those three things and you got yourself a pretty sick webcam. Because, you know, my phone in continuity
mode works as a great webcam. Now, my system here, this system, I have the studio, the 27 inch
studio monitor. It's a little small for me, but it has the decent, decent camera built in. So I
use that sort of for zoom meetings and stuff. Like you said, so Mozmatic came out with a $350
trash foam cannon and now a $500 one. What did they charge for $200?
No. So Mozmatic launched their foam cannon at SEMA. And I didn't like it. It didn't do very well.
It's not 300, it's a $500 foam cannon. I don't know if somebody's selling for 350, but
it's the same foam cannon, be the same price. I don't know how much it is. I got to find out
what the cost is and I'm going to buy a lot of them. So the cost might come down.
So I'm just assuming it's 500 bucks because that's rough. Jamie said it was somewhere in the
$300 and something cost range, you know, cost to me. So that means it would retail for say
500, 600 bucks. But it didn't foam very well. It didn't, the foaming lance wasn't, wasn't great.
And so the new one, the one, the prototype that I have, no one has, I have the only one that exists.
And the head is 3D printed. And so it foams really well. It doesn't do anything better.
It just does it differently. It has a quick disconnect head. It has, it's all stainless.
It has an interesting new design. It has a different way that it produces foam, you know,
a different way that it functions. They didn't just copy what exists, like all the other Chinese
crap that copies the Italian MTM. And it's bespoke and interesting and low volume production with
high quality materials and it's expensive. And if it's great, then, you know, the Chinese will
knock it off and sell it for 100 bucks later. But it's made in Switzerland, you know, and it's
made out of T304 stainless, a lot of stainless on it. And so it's, it's one of those things where
like, do I want it to exist? Yeah. And is it 500 bucks? Yep. If you're poor and stupid, you can't
get it. So sorry, you don't know what to tell you. Don't be poor. Don't be stupid. Go get after it.
And then you can decide if you want to waste your money, like I'm gonna waste mine or not.
And I mean, it's just pretty, that's just the way I look at things. Like, you know,
I mean, if this microphone was $2,000, maybe I wouldn't buy it because I didn't value it enough.
But if it, you know, was $2,000 versus not existing, I would rather it exist and rather have
the option. And so that's what we're talking about here is do we want it to exist? And that's
what I'm trying to answer. And so I need to use it more to decide if I want it to exist. I think
I think I do. I like the disconnect part of it. I like the cap. I kind of like the bottle. There's
certainly some improvements I'd like to make to it. But, you know, what are we gonna do? It's,
you know, it costs what it costs to make it. And yeah, but yeah, what you're, you're not,
there's no delta between, there really is no old and new. The old is gonna go away,
because the old doesn't freaking work for squad. So that's why I never even made a video of it.
I used it for about 10 seconds. I'm like, this thing sucks. And now he brought me the new one
and we use it. I'm like, oh man, this thing's pretty interesting. So what are you gonna do?
JD Williams picked up a NUSBOM HF7 from you a year ago. Can you explain the safety mechanism?
No mechanical locks went up. I trust, but can you explain? But, but can you explain?
But, but I'd like to explain when asked. So it has a redundant, they call it the HF stands for
hyperflow. So it has a redundant, it's a redundant hydraulic system. So you would have, in order
for the car to descend, you would have to cut two lines. So you'd have to cut essentially both
of the, of the hydraulic lines. And then if you cut both, so if you cut one line,
nothing will happen, you know, because it equalizes. And if you cut both lines, what would happen is
the car wouldn't fall. It would, it would descend at the same speed that it normally does. So yes,
if you're like taking a nap under the car and somebody magically cut both lines, you're screwed.
You know, it's going to eventually come down and crush you. But it's going to descend like,
I don't know, whatever speed it does, it takes, you know, 20 seconds for the car to come down from,
from the top. So you have 30 seconds for it to come down. So yeah, it's, it's, it's redundant
hydraulic system that doesn't require a lock. But technically speaking, if you cut the lines,
I should have gotten some water. It would descend, but slowly in, in a controlled fashion.
Details, matter, mobile detailing, any update on Merca polishers? Nope. None.
Hopefully some updates on the, on the Bosch stuff, but yeah, no updates from Merca.
And let's see, pulling out of Canada is a great decision. I don't like it, but
we're going to figure out how to get all of our stuff there and then some into Canada and
make it awesome. So we'll do it. Let's see. Oh, Jordan, a little more context. Just stereo for
a $1,500 home audio setup, going to pair it with a LG C four, C five. Let's see. If I was doing just
stereo, it was going to stay stereo. I would want to do is pair of floor standing speakers.
Let's see. If I only have 1500 bucks to work with, I might have to go to bookshelves.
You're not going to be able to get a subwoofer. Not yet. You'd have to add that later.
I think I would do PSB P fives. I just like the way those speakers sound. So P fives and get
yourself a speaker stand, like a, you know, like a mono price pair of speaker stands. So
P fives, I think are 600 bucks a pair. And I would do a, I'd really want a power node,
but the power nodes, like what, 1100 bucks. So you would do a power node edge, which would
work with those and work fine. So a power node edge is what's 700 bucks, 800 bucks, and your stands.
And so that's what I would start with. PSB P fives and a power node edge hookup HDMI arc,
and you'd have high res music. It would play down about 50 Hertz. And then your next step
would be to add a subwoofer. And it'll be pretty sweet. And now the new, then if you were able
to step up to the power node, which would put you closer to 1750 or so, 1800 bucks,
the new power node has say amplifier for a center channel. So you can add to it in the future.
Let's see, Matt, which iPhone case do you use? I'm trying to choose between the Apple tech woven
or peak design. I didn't know peak design had one. It's probably pretty sweet if peak design
makes one. I have the Apple silicone, but I think I want to go to the tech woven because
that one's pretty nice. So my, my, I usually replace my case like once every three or four months.
So it's about time. Let's see. I don't think getting out of destination of G was a great decision.
I mean, I finished the project and the model I'd set up is not designed for a traditional
rental. You spent too much money on it. And so it makes more sense to finish the project,
have the, you know, have people borrowing it fund the project and they get to experience it as well.
And I think it was, it was, it was a sound move. You know, I think I probably netted,
you know, I certainly netted significant profitability on that whole project net of,
you know, my sales, because it certainly drove some sales, but, you know, I made, I don't know,
maybe, maybe I netted a couple hundred grand, you know, and now net of taxes about break even
on the project, but I got to do it and it was a lot of fun. Let's see, Rick says,

got this little cap. And clearly, I don't think about water. I usually just like, if I go fill
this up, I'll just drink it all, but I needed some fricking water here, some choking to death.
Are there any chance to get, press all labels to clean in shiny in the UK? Yes, at some point,
we will. Do you have any idea when the Madness signature edition AR will be available? I'm
not sure yet. We want to get a call set up with them now that everybody's kind of coming back to work.

Yeah, I'd still pick the LE, but 200 bucks. That's a pretty sweet deal.

Would you consider a Milwaukee 21 millimeter polisher to be good for a beginner?

Sorry if it's been asked already and I missed it. If I'm waiting until April for the AR635
hot version, but the FU version is close to that. I'd rather wait and buy once and cry once.
Remember, the FU version is not going to be any performance difference.
It's just going to look fricking cooler. And I think it's probably, I mean, it might be double
the price. I don't know what it's going to cost. But AR is usually pretty good with pricing. I mean,
the price of the 635 is pretty sweet. I thought it should have been a lot more, but they were
able to get the pricing pretty awesome. OG franchise, no. Everybody thinks they're obsessed,
but yeah, just leave it at that. Any thoughts or opinion on bio bombs? I don't really know much

Yeah, I don't know. I don't know much about it. Seems like an interesting concept,
but you know, I've got my scent bag, which I freaking love. So I don't really
find that I need anything else. What was the announcement you mentioned at the start of live?
I was just talking about the non-announcement, just me talking through my plan for 2026.
That's what I was mentioning. Will you be making different levels for press all bottles? I have
some for household cleaning supplies. Yes, I'd like to nail that down over the course of the year
as we get our suite fully built. Yes. Thanks. I've been on the search for a good glass bottle.
I'm starting to hate the taste of water out of my Yeti. I don't like water in metal. I like it in glass.
Also, what water have you been drinking? I know you moved from Mountain Valley. I like
Icelandic glacier in glass bottles, but it's so expensive. I went and built my own filter system,
and so I have my activated carbon, so sediment into activated carbon to remove chlorine. I think
it's activated carbon, so chlorine filtration into softening, so sodium, you know, ion exchange or
sodium exchange. Then that goes through a four-stage ECHO RO system into the ECHO hydrogen
generator. Then what I do is I fill up ARK glass bottles. I have four of them, and I just fill those
up, and they're in my refrigerator. So now I don't have to get ice, because I don't have the filter
on my ice system, and so that water is freaking OG spec. Really good.
Carzilla to be the best partner in Canada. Is the OG design center still being considered? Yes.
So I'm meeting with Bryn, my partner on this tomorrow or Tuesday,
to go through our final numbers and lease negotiation. So I should be meeting with the
villages probably next week or the following, and assuming they can meet some of our requests,
then we're going to get after it. I'll talk about it on the next wash and talk of what I'm planning
to do. Will you ever sell your DI system not in the cabinet? I don't know yet. We're probably going
to have to, because the CR doesn't support the new high-flow pressure washers, and we're going to
have pretty much all high-flow pressure washers, and it doesn't work with it. In fact, it says on
the darn website, don't use it with a pressure washer. I'm just using it anyway, because it works,
but it's not going to work. So I'm going to have to figure something out.
Mini motoring 2 says, no more vices in your garage. Yeah, we have the, I think it's back up on
the site. We have the orange vise, and I'm going to put an orange vise in HQ here. So I'm going to
get that set up here shortly. We'll make a video on that, but it should be, if you go to OG,
I've got an orange vise. I think we got some in stock. It's freaking awesome. Yep, it's two grand,
so don't cry. Oh no, it's freaking sold out. So we have more coming. We sold them all out.
We got like 25 of them. Sick. Okay. Yeah, so I hope I have one. Maybe Jason can chime in if we
have more orange vices coming, but just click no to five when available. They're making them
and batches for us. We have to buy like 25 at a time or something like that. Let's see. Where was I?
Um, DI, if I use a DI to fill a 100 gallon tank outside my garage with a cattle trough float valve
keeping it top off. Who's your slot wall provider? It's pro-slat. As far as I can tell, I feel like

So I would like to make a few videos this weekend, but we'll see how it goes. I want to do a couple

but it's the installation of Sonic MSS in the lobby, you know, in the OG lobby here. So

Let's couple of questions here. Oh, and then no more pit boss jacks. Yeah, the pit boss jack,
but pit boss is really nice. I highly recommend it. They're a little dainty,
little finicky, but I got some new Sonic jacks that are pretty sick. The AC hydraulic jacks.
I just found myself not using the pit boss because I'd use the AC hydraulic instead.
So I think the new Sonic jacks are going to be on the low end. So we'll see.
I've had a few insurance companies send stolen recovered cars that were pretty abused. And
after steaming and extracting everything, I used Biobomb and it did a really good job. Interesting.
I've always worried about a DI system bottlenecking the Crenslist. So I made
a DI tank that's always full. Yeah. I mean, that's always better.
Orange vices are sick. Mike is the man. I sure hope you pay him handsomely. I do.
The CR spotless pro system is kind of interesting with RO and everything,
but only 2.5 GPM would be incredible if there was something that would work with the 635.
Yeah. Well, the CR spotless pro system didn't do two and a half. They must have updated it or something.
I have to wait on the garage expansion,
and Matthew Dunlop says, so I can't buy a couple of Sonic cabinets just yet.
What would you suggest for a hand tool and maybe a drill storage until then?
Tambor door versus cart.
I'd probably do a cart. Check out the new Sonic MSS cart.
It's pretty sick. It's got three drawers or four drawers. It's got quite a bit of storage.
It's something I would want to have anyway if you had room in your garage.
So check that puppy out. It's pretty interesting.
So I'm going to go play with the AR635. Oh, I'll have that video up.
So I'm going to play with the AR635 and see if I can get the foam cannon figured out or at least
head down the path of what I'm going to need to do to make it work.
And I'm actually going to pull out my dual Crenslaz because I know that works. I know it's great.
And we're going to put in a single AR635 and a single OG high flow wash station here.
So we're going to do that shortly and do that at my house to make sure that I'm
because I think the AR635 is going to change the game.
And so I want to, you know, I want to really dig into that thing.
So I'm going to, that video will be coming here soon.
But yeah, it's going to be a great year. I'm excited.
I'm excited for the year to come. And you know, my goal as always,
my New Year's resolution is to drive a car by the end of the year and
what five years in and I haven't reached that goal. So at least I got some to work toward.
