So give me some questions here today, get me back on track.
I was on time, prepared, great E46 photo, foreshadowing what I'm working on.
Everything was going to be great, and then the freaking thing blew up.
But whatever, we're just rolling with it.
I just got done driving the 997RS, so I'm feeling good.
I'm feeling real good.
I drove, I don't know, four or five miles, but hey, I'll take it.
I'll take what I can get.
So let's get the pop-up chat going here and give me some questions so we can work through it.
And we'll update the thumbnail afterwards, and hopefully everybody comes in here.
So anyway, everybody says they can hear me.

Let's see, Matt Nucci7716 says, just watch your wheel video.
I always wonder, since you advocate coding after balancing,
if when you got your wheels a new balance later in life, do you strip the barrels?
Yeah, I mean, what I used to do, and it was difficult if you had satin wheels,
you just have to kind of wing it and talk to the guys and try to make sure that you get a good adhesion.
But when you rebalance, if it's a gloss wheel, what I would do is I'd take the wheel off myself.
I would take, remove the wheel weights, get the adhesive off of the wheel,
and then I would polish the barrel so that way the whole barrel was ready to receive a wheel weight.
Now, this is pretty rare because I very rarely kept a car long enough to matter,
or kept a wheel long enough where I had to redo balancing or get new tires.
But yeah, I would do that setup, and then I would show up.
Usually I would put my wheels in another car, but if I couldn't do that,
I just put my unbalanced wheels back on and hobble over to the tire shop
so that way the guy's prepped and ready, and then it doesn't have to use a screwdriver
to jack the end of a hammer to jack the weights up off the car,
and I wanted to have it prepared and ready for them.
So I always found that the more prepared I was for the tire place,
before I had my own machines, both in palm in a mohondo
and then just showing up prepared, ready to go, was always an advantage for me.
I had less chance of getting my wheels jacked up.
So find the right guy, find the right place with the right machines
that don't clamp the face of the wheel, and you can usually end up with a pretty good result.
If you're lucky, you'll have the traveling mountain balancer guys.
Those guys are usually more astute, and they'd be willing to, you know,
you can easily pay them a little extra, and they will likely take care of you.
Or if you're lucky, you have some like fancy tire shop that's used to dealing with fancy wheels.

and we have like 10 times what we had on the first shipment coming.
So LeaderMax will be here probably in three weeks, depending on the issues with,
depending on if we have any issues with customs.
And DHGAdventures says, did you find a cotton terry for leather seats?
No, I just used, I just used a microfiber again to wipe the,
I did the 997RS, so I just did those today and used the regular.
Brian's Car Stuff says, I see you have the Active 3.0. Have you tested it yet?
No, I forgot about it. It's back in the assembly room.
I need to get it out. Colton from Out of Speck loves it,
loves it, or likes it more than his AR630.
Same performance at two-thirds the price.
I mean, I opened it up, and the thing that the electric motor looks nice,
there's just some jank design to it in comparison to the AR, where AR,
the reason why I always like the Crenzel more is the Crenzel was just the fit finish,
the way that they put it together was just better.
Well, now the new AR, I think, is superior to everything else,
and the way that it's the plastics, the fit, the finish, and as well as the performance,
the performance matters, but like, if I was buying the top performing car,
I would buy a C8 Corvette.
But the package, the whole package that comes with is what matters to me,
and when you open up, so I opened up the Active 3.0,
and you just look at the pump head, it looks just cheap.
There's some plastic, there's some like, just like some Phillips screws
that are kind of holding it together like zinc.
This is Phillips screws that were an afterthought in the design,
and so it's very hex-lighty looking to me.
Now, I haven't tested it, it's mess with performance yet.
I'm assuming it's going to do okay, but my initial reaction from 20 feet away,
I think it's the best looking pressure washer ever built.
Well, it looks great, but when you get up close and you put your hands on it,
the brass pump head is like, it's like they pull it out of a parts bin somewhere
and just chuck it on the pressure washer, so I'm not in love with that.
And for me, it's not just about how much flow it's producing,
just like a car isn't just how much horsepower, it has to sort of, all that has to come together.
So I need to use it, and because opening it up didn't inspire me,
you know, that's another tell-tale for me, is like if I open it up,
I'm like, man, I got to have this in my life.
Like my Dynaudio contour legacies here, it's like, I got to have this,
I got to open this, I can't wait to open it.
But back to 3.0, I opened it up, and you know, it's like,
there's this intangible where I have to kind of love it,
and if I don't love it right off the bat, it's not looking good.
But you know, I still have to use it and try it out, and maybe that will change.
You've also seen me warm up the things over time as well.
But my first gut reaction is the most important part of the pressure washer is the pump head,
and it's not ideal looking.
So we launched the new bucket packages, the new colors with the new labels.
The labels go, what we wanted was to have a full labeling system for our future gallons,
our press-all bottles.
We need to figure out what we're going to do for our squeeze bottles,
and then also our buckets.
And so that same kind of foil-backed, you know, beautiful looking label.
I wanted it so that it didn't interfere with the bucket dolly.
And so, and then I wanted to make it more monotone, get rid of the red, white, and blue.
Back in the day, I mean, I guess I probably could have figured out a way to get all black.
I don't know why I didn't do that.
I want to say we only had red wheels when I started, and I don't know why the heck I picked red, white,
or I guess red, blue.
Why didn't I just do black game of seals?
I don't know.
There was some reason.
I think I had to buy the dollies in three packs, or there was something.
There had to be some reason why I didn't do the monotone look.
And so I have all three.
So I haven't decided yet.
My gut tells me the gray is the best, but the gray may not fit with your color scheme.
I mean, gray is kind of neutral.
And so I have the gray buckets in my studio in the back.
I have the white buckets up front here in the showroom, and then I have the black buckets.
Actually, I'm sitting out here.
The black buckets are going to Middleton.
But I think I'd pick the gray.
Let's see.
What auction site do you use to buy watches?
So almost all the watches I buy are on the Moda watch community on Facebook, M-O-D-A.
And that's where I buy most.
And then I use Graham Moda, G-R-A-H-A-M.
He's one of the members of the group.
I'll use him.
Like let's say when I bought my Hulk.
Hulk's are oftentimes counterfeited.
And I didn't want to make sure I got a legit.
And so he negotiated, bought it, sent it to him, and then authenticated it.

Yeah, I think it's so aqua blue is pretty close to Le Mans blue.
I'd say it's a shade darker.
But it's totally my color.

I know you changed systems recently and did a video on it.
Yeah, I think on the Matt Mormon channel, I think it'll be worthy of doing or maybe inside the hex.
It'll be worthy of doing some updates to sharing with you where we're at.
I just promoted Tommy to VP of Operations and we're doing a real deep dive.
I think next week we're launching our t-shirt promo.

You know, I built and created too many t-shirts and we're going down to say from 40 t-shirts to, I don't know, maybe 15.

And so that's an example of like we're digging through inventory and really getting things cleaned up.

So I think you guys are going to really like how this is all set up.
And that all coincides with the inventory system.
So we're using Deposco is our software platform that is our warehouse management system that we're using to manage inventory, manage outgoing shipments.
And so we're installing some new plugins and having some new software written to be able to do better, you know, proper forecasting.
So it's going to be good.

Last I remember they were willing, they're waiting to build a new garage or did they end up taking the cash?
No, it's still on the docket.
The house is in construction.
I'm not sure.

Any update on the leather and pine re-diffusers, the any chance of bulk essence refills at the pouch is the pricey part.
I don't think so, but maybe so that would be a good thing for us to consider doing selling refills for the essence pack bags.
The re-diffuser, I just approved a new clear glass bottle with a new label and black.
They're like little black diffusers.
So I think we're probably a month or two out from having those ready to go.

Haven't seen him a ton.
What projects are you working on?
Just the OG building.
Yeah, he's focused 100% on the bullpen, which is where all the people are going to be.
So we're hoping to have that done by the end of the month.
I think he's on vacation right now.
But we have a lot of car projects we're going to be working on.
Matt, I thought about something.
This is from No Handle AT.
Is it possible that you were removing finest sea quartz and the paint underneath was near perfect?
And it was finishing, that why it was finishing so well?
No.
I mean, sea quartz finest is not thick enough.
So the imperfections would have been through the coating into the paint.
That coating is nanometers thick or nano, whatever you want to say, thick.
So it wouldn't be.
Adamos says, is Carzilla now an OG distributor or are they OG Canada?
No, they'll just be a distributor and we'll work on figuring out products in the future.
It's on our short list to work with Chris from Carzilla to be our distribution for Canada.
It differs from what I was doing with the guys at Mantis because Chris would just buy this stuff from us.
We'd ship it up there.
And then the stuff that he doesn't need to buy from me, we'll figure out some sort of royalty arrangement.
And what we're going to do is we're going to likely create a page where you go to Carzilla
and there'll be like an OG tab, you can click the OG tab and you go to that page
and you can buy our pressure washing packages and apparel and high flow pressure washing system and all that kind of stuff.
Here's my plan.
Joey Boscorino says, I have matte black wheels that are coated and I use brake buster.
Any reason why they always look like they have brake dust on them after cleaning.
You could have iron contamination, so you may need to hit it with some iron remover.
Remember, brake buster is not like a super aggressive wheel cleaner.
Maybe try some, do some iron removing, use your fingers, put some gloves on,
use your fingers to kind of get in those cracks and crevices.
You just have some build up and so you have to manage that build up,
make sure it doesn't get build up, you might have some really aggressive pads.
So sometimes in between, and if they're not coated, you're going to have to do some interim work,
do some iron removing and some claying to kind of get that.
I mean, they're satin or matte, so it's kind of hard.
That build up over time is something you kind of have to figure out how to get off.
Let's say, hey Matt, my father-in-law lives in the villages.
We missed the Middleton Motor Show.
Are you planning on having it multiple times again or at all?
Do you have videos coming out on the event?
No video.
I started shooting one and I'm like, this is terrible.
And so those, I don't like car spotting, car show videos.
So I didn't do a video.
We shot some like promo stuff so we can have ads in the future,
use it for ads in the future.
I would like to do some big events there, do some events.
It ended up being pretty small.
It was kind of rained out almost.
It was a pretty dreary day.
But we had maybe 50, 60 cars and probably 100 people show up, which was cool.
But it was certainly smaller than we were hoping.
I think the weather had a lot to do with it.
Also, the clarity of, the event was too long.
We had run from one to eight.
So when I find out about the Village's showroom,
well, they're working on the back end to see if they can accommodate what I need
in order to make the math work.
But if the showroom happens, then we'll certainly be doing tons of events in the future.
If not, we'll just do it up here at HQ.
CEO detailing, what home pressure washer do you suggest I'm looking at a 4.2 GPM or better
and one of the best ones if affordable?
What I would do is call Dirt Killer, who's the Crensla distributor.
And I would get a Crensla pump and it's not affordable though.
I think they're pretty expensive.
But it's a Honda motored Crensla pump.
Gas is what I have.
Note t-shirt designs in the works, but once we get our t-shirts cleaned up here in the spring,
then we're going to come up with some, you know, a new design here and there
and try to do a drop like every other month is what I'd like to do.
CarEnthus says, thoughts on getting the ultimate Comet pressure washer package to hold me over
until I can get the right dedicated power for the AR unit need something for two to three years.
I think that's a good option.
The other option is just get the Crensla and just run a 4.5 nozzle on it
and have 1.5 in the foam cannon.
So if you get the 1322, you could still run that on a 15 amp.
Even if it's not dedicated, it should still work.
But yeah, the Comet is a great option as well.
You're getting, you know, 1.8 gallons, 1.9 gallons a minute.
You get two or three years out of that easily.
You can probably get a decade out if you take care of it.
But that'd be something that I would do.
Matt, will you ever sell a nice Polo shirt with a small hex logo in the front?
It'd be great for playing golf in it.
Yeah, we've had those in the past.
It's something, you know, we'll probably do again,
especially when we do the Middleton showroom.
I want them wearing those.

So let's see, I'm 36 hours in.
I'm doing 472 hour fast because I want to get to my goal weight.
I was 205.7 this morning.
My low I've seen was 203.8.
And that was after last week's Sardine Fast.
So what I'm doing is I'm doing one meal a day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
then Friday morning.
And then for the month of March, I did a Sardine Only Fast from Friday, Saturday, Sunday
into Monday morning.
So 72 hour Sardine Fast.
And then again, I'm doing the whatever four day regular eating three day fast.
And so now I'm doing a three day water fast.
And I feel great.
I'm starting to look better.
I'm not great, but look better.
And I want to get to my goal of 195.
First, I want to see 199, which I'm hoping to see in the next week or two.
I'm going to keep pushing forward, keep pushing through.
Make sure I might even see 199 after this water fast.

Yeah, I don't, I don't plan any of that.
Everything in me for me is on the fly.
And so, you know, the Wabos would do a lot of planning right now.
You know, Wyatt and Alexis are what a month and a half in.
They're starting to do some planning, starting to do some prep work.
Same thing with the products team.
We're starting to figure out how to kind of set me up.
So that way I don't have to do all the thinking, all the, all the working.
I can show up on set and, you know, jump from meeting to video to video and do it, do it more efficiently.

We had made hex logos in the past.
Actually, we sold quite a few of them.

I got to do that.
GT4RS, I got to pick an exhaust and order it and radar detector.
The Tesla suspension install breaks radar detector floor mats, wheels and tires.
I already have all the suspension parts.
I already have the wheels and tires.
I ordered the wheels and tires, so I was just paying for right now.
I got to do the Tesla and alignment, which we can do with my alignment system.
I have all the tools that I need to do that for my CSM precision alignment system here in the back.
The Bronco, I got the new springs, but I'm getting new axle boots and axles.
Those are coming in a couple of days.
Polish, coating.
I want to do a stereo radar detector.
Let's take stereo off the list.
I need to repolish and recode it because it's contaminated from sitting outside so much when we moved to Middleton and fixed the exhaust.
The exhaust is too loud, so I'm putting a new resonator in the middle.
I got those one, two, three, four, five projects to do.
I've got to figure out, I want to get all those done.
Then my driving update, so here's what happened.
I mentioned this a bit, but my friend Ken, who's an OG follower, had recommended me to his world-renowned fear psychiatrist or a guy who is an expert in agoraphobia and phobias in general.
Agoraphobia is what happens when you have a fear of something and your world starts to narrow, so you find less and less safe spaces and that started to happen to me.
My general angst, I've figured that out and don't have that.
It's almost like I took some jello and squeezed it in my palm and it squirted out my finger gaps, where it squeezed the anxiety and fear spilled into other areas.
It spilled into my kids' sporting events, stadiums, restaurants, and then it spilled more into driving when I couldn't drive at all.
I got this guy and he has a curriculum that I'm going through while he's working with me.
I think I'm on my fifth or sixth session and so this past week, he had suggested that let's do a double session.
I'm doing it on Zoom with him and he didn't prepare me for this, but he just said, let's just do a double session.
We started working and he said, you know what? Why don't we do this? Why don't you go out and show me your cars?
We transitioned from Zoom to FaceTime and he said, why don't you just pick a car? Which one do you want to get in?
I got in my M3 and then I started to feel the rush of I know where he's going with this.
He said, why don't you start it up? You know, just sit there. So I did that and then he said, let's go for a drive and so I'm here at HQ and so just drive around the parking lot.
So I drove, I did a couple laps around the parking lot and it was like, I don't know, 11am and there's a steady line.
I can see a steady line of cars going up and down rolling acres and I hadn't gone a rolling acres in a long time.
And he said, well, let's pull out. I said, I can't do it. And so I sat here staring at the stop sign. I couldn't get to the stop signs.
I did a few more laps around the parking lot and then we went up to the stop sign and I backed up and I went up to the stop sign and I backed up and I went up to the stop sign.
And then the third time I went to the stop sign, I pulled out onto the road in traffic, went down to the next parking lot, which was like 150 yards down the road, drove around there.
But then I had to get back to HQ and whatever that did, it broke the seal. It opened me up. And so then at that night, I drove around Middleton, which I haven't done in three or four months.
And then the next day, I came up here and I asked Chris Gorber if we could kind of go out and so we went out to the back road.
So he drove out to the back roads and then I jumped in the EVO and I drove like 10 miles or something like that.
So I'm starting to get on the mend and then I got ahead of myself. And so then I'm like, well, shoot, if I can drive, I'm buying like 50 new cars.
And so I started shopping for cars. And so I had to slow my roll. All right, slow down, Matt, because what I wanted to do, so I have two things that I want to do, three things I want to do.
I want to do the R34 GTR, but that's going to be like $350,000, $400,000 to do. And I'm just not, I'm not prepared for that. We haven't gotten to like really clean profitability yet.
I'm still in the risk on zone. And so we have to assimilate our payroll, get an incentive structure in place for the future, and make sure that our inventory and all that stuff is dialed before I make a huge purchase like that.
But, you know, I could buy a more reasonable car. And so I also have space now that I have that stacker trailer here. I've got an extra, you know, extra spot at my house. So I've got room.
And if I'm driving, you know, I'd love to start playing with some more cars. And so the projects that the two things that I thought of that were a bit more reasonable to do than buying our 34 GTR and not buying a Porsche was
E46 M3 that I do want to do that project. So that will be a really fun project car. When I get all my other cars projects done, that would be fun.
Or an M2, so a new M2, because what I would like to do, this is how I got back to driving in 2011, or sorry, 2014, or 15, early 15, my dad and I went to the Performance Delivery Center and I got in the car and drove through the mountains.
I should probably get to the grocery store first here, which would be wild if I could do that. I'll be so darned, I'll be so much gratitude going on if I can get to the gas station, would be sick.
And so then what I'd like to do is do, once I start to have that happen, I get all these projects done. I'm either going to be buying an E46 or an M2 and the new M2, and I'm going to do a Performance Center delivery and then bring it back home through the mountains.
Maybe stop at the Helen House, do some mountain driving and kind of attempt to pull that off.
But I don't want to create pressure, and so in order to slow my roll, I created this pact with myself.
Alright, finish the GT3 RS, finish the Evo, finish the GT4, finish the Tesla, finish the Bronco, get those cars all done, and that way I can then, if I do another car, I can obsess over it and I can enjoy the process of it and maybe drive it.
And so combination of, I'm on a new medication which doesn't seem to have any side effects for me, I've got a new, you know, I'm learning how to roll with the panic.
If I can do that, then maybe I can get through a stop light, you know, that's coming soon. If I can start to get through stop lights, then I can go drive around and later at night and then I can start to assimilate with the rest of society and this could happen.
And then my dream, it's a very simple dream, one would be driving the mountains, two would be just drive to and from Middleton to HQ. That would be awesome.
If I could like change cars twice a day, that's what I want to do. Or change cars every other day and that gives me an excuse to wash them and maintain them, put miles on them, and yeah, that's what I want.
So I made some huge progress. You'll see me smiling ear to ear in the video coming up here this weekend. So hopefully you don't flame me too much.

Can I use quick detail to wipe down my gloss kitchen cabinets? You could. I would use a McKee's N914. So I would use a waterless wash instead.

Do you have any advice for compound and polish or gel coat on boats, RV, RVs, coaches? Would your typical products for paint like fast correcting cream and perfect finished work?
It'll work, but not the way you want. I think you want to go rotary, wool and probably, I know a lot of guys will use the Coach Kemi system. Coach Kemi heavy cut with rotary is probably a better option.
I talked about driving, making some breakthroughs. Let's talk about the E46 a little bit more.
Let's see, what's the current recommendation for an all-purpose cleaner? It's Surfex HD from Built Lamber. I'm not ready to drive home yet, but I think I'm going to be able to pull it off soon.
Hey Matt, at a high level, when would you advise someone to start their Porsche journey? Struggling with taking the selfish leap or would this fall into the buy it and figure it out category?
Yeah, I think you know in your gut, when I bought my $125,000 Carrera S, I think I was probably making, let's see, I had a $400,000 house.
Let's see, I bought that in 2014. I was probably making about $250,000. Michelle wasn't working. She was doing some photography on the side, so we were probably making $275,000 or something like that.
I gave up. I traded my E92 for that and I had the S4 until the S4 lease was up and then that's when I got the F80.
So I had my F80 M3 as my daily driver and I had my Carrera S and I had a loan on both cars still because I hadn't been making that much money for that long and I just figured it out.
So there is some advantage to taking that risk, creating a little bit of that pressure to make it show up and go get it.
And so I'm for, the smart thing to do would be to save your money and a couple of years later than pay for it with cash, but I'm a car guy and so I've always made sacrifices elsewhere.
Bob Herben says, I feel like letting the Model 3 drive you around would be good if you pass out the car will safely pull you over.
Yeah, I'm working up to that as well. I've been doing a little bit of Tesla in and out. So I'm working on the Tesla as well.

And so like today, Amy picked me up at, in her car, she picks me up in her car and I ride in the back
and I get work done and take meetings and edit videos and do my thing.
So I, let's see, I, yeah, and then she'll pick me up from the gym.
I ride over to the gym with Chris Goreberry and we work out and then she picks me up from the gym at seven.

Let's see. So let's talk about the E46 a little bit.
I have about 30 minutes before my next meeting.
So I called my buddy Drew from enthusiast auto group, EAG.
And remember, if you guys remember, if you've been around a while, I had bought a white, which I'd like to have that car back.
What was it? It was like a 25,000 mile or what, 27,000 mile white on black.
It wasn't a slick top though. It did have a sunroof, but I'm planning on doing the carbon roof anyway.
But I had a, I ordered and bought a white on black interior, alpine white.
I think it was a 2004. I think I paid 50 or 55,000 for it. So it was a really nice EAG car, pretty well restored.
But I was going to have a big project ahead of me.
And I forget what cars I had at the time, but it was just too much pressure, not enough room.
We were building the Harbor Hills house.
And so I decided to do the giveaway on the E92.
And so they had that $120,000, you know, 800 mile E92. That's my current car, the Interlagos car.
And so I made the trade. I traded it back to them.
God, this is before Eric had passed away.
And so I, before they sold it to Drew, and so I had, you know, sort of shelf the E46 project for some other point in the future.
And so I do want to build an E46 and decide if I want to do it or not.
So I, let's see, I think I want, you know, I want to try any 46. I think I want to have one.
I like the way they look. I hate the way they sound.
And so Adam Elzeev sort of hacked how to get it to sound.
There's a company called Castro tuning out in Los Angeles that builds a really great header exhaust combo that makes it sound great.
Go watch his latest video of the E46 ripping around the compound. It sounds amazing.
And so that sort of got me warmed up. Again, I'm looking for a new project after I kind of finished the ones I have.
And if I'm driving, I want to drive a variety of cars and E46 is on the list.
And so I started to head down the path and Drew, I said, you know, I'm looking for something great.
And so then he found one, 1600 mile, 125 or $135,000, you know, Imola Red.
And I said, I don't want to go down that path.
I want to buy a $55,000 or $65,000 really well sorted one that I can rip the roof off, do carbon roof, do the CSL air box,
do the CSL trunk, put Olin's TTX on it, do the exhaust, do a stereo, do sport sport sportsters.
So I actually made a list of what I wanted to do.
Recaro sportsters. So I have like a budget of $65,000 for the car, 35,000 miles or less.
If I'll do the same thing I did with the 92, if I fall in love, I'll build this one, I'll sell it, and then I'll buy the 1600 mile,
you know, unicorn car and do do do the next stage and put the carbon ceramics on and stuff.
So then I have to do subframe reinforcement, probably do some paint work, carbon roof, CSL trunk, CSL wheels, possibly BBS, LMs,
3DM, Olin's TTX suspension, Castro headers and exhaust, AMX for car rows to match the interior, interior replacement parts.
I'd probably have to do some stuff. Brimbo GT kit, suspension parts like frame, like sway bars and links and stuff like that.
The carbon air box, the alpha end tune, IND cosmetic exterior stuff like painted reflectors and painted badges, a stereo auto solution short shifter.
So I would need, and I wouldn't do it all at once, I'd do a little bit here and there, so I would need somewhere between $35,000 and $70,000 to modify it over the course of the years to build it out.
So then it'd be a, you know, $125,000 car all in, whereas if I buy a $120,000 or $130,000 car to start and I need to spend another $60,000 on all the parts,
I don't want to be $200,000 into a E46, at least not because it's not my unicorn car, it's not something that I want to do.
And I don't know if I'd be able to get that back. I probably would, probably find something to buy it, but anyway, that's my E46 plan.
And so right now my two car plan would be M2, go to performance center delivery, do the experience, drive the car through the mountains, talk to Jim about, you know, go into the Helen house, maybe he'd meet me there, we can go do some driving,
then drive it back home, detail it, modify it. If you want to hear my M2 modification plan, I've already built this out.
This is why I had to slow my roll. I slowed down my plan here because I was like, well, wait, I got a lot of projects before I do something stupid here and create too much pressure on myself and backfire and backpedal or revert and not be able to drive.
So the M2, lots of carbon fiber, so all alpha N, so carbon fiber front grille, front bumper trim, their class three front splitter, trunk spoiler, and rear diffuser.
Then the M performance front air inlet trim set, auto technique, so carbon engine bay trim set, IND painted reflectors, IND painted rear reflectors, IND black round L set, the carbon X plate frame holder, I should probably put that on the E46 as well,
IND gloss black floating center caps, BBS FIR Evo, Michelin cup twos, future classic titanium stud kit, MMX performance, carbon ceramic rotors, front and rear, Padgets carbon ceramic pads, front and rear,
let's see, 3DM, Olin's TTX set, you know, valved and sprung for the street, auto solution short shifter, MMX performance power control module, which would make, you know, more horsepower, even sherry intake, strut tower brace, carbon intake scoops, engine cover,
the INDIV, INDIV I think it is, cooling shroud, engine bay cover, ECU cover, the gold wrench, golden wrench black line engine cap set, and then AW switch path, so that was 60 something thousand dollars for the parts.
Again, I wouldn't do it all at once, but that's an 82 thousand dollar car, so I'd be 140 grand into that, so that's pretty, pretty pricey.
All right, good, Jimmy got paid, Susie took care of that, so let's talk about my M2 build here.
So, and I want to do the performance center delivery, I probably wouldn't have the M2 for very long, so it would be a, you know, it'd be one of those things I might do the M2 and then buy all the parts and then put it back to stock, sell it and part it out and kind of thing, sell all the parts.
So, let's go two series, M models, but I would want to do the whole experience, because I mean I probably won't love that car, it's a little fugly looking.
Where's it at here?
M2 coupe, build yours.
So, I spent, I spent a lot of time on this, so I would do the Porta Mal blue, you know, there's some individual colors that are kind of neat, but I would do the Porta Mal blue, I think it's Porta Mayo blue,
and then I would do, I would actually do the silver wheels, because I'm going to swap them for silver BBS LM Evos, I would do the,
let's see, the, yeah, the carbon buckets, so I would do the M carbon, M color highlight in black, which includes the carbon bucket transition, so that adds a bunch of money.
I would do the carbon fiber interior trim, I would add the carbon package to the build, confirm, I would add the lighting package, and then options, I would do shadow line lights, let's see, heads up display,
remote engine, oh no you can't do remote engine start if you're staying manual, so I don't want to do the M2 CS because it's automatic only, I don't want automatic, I want it to be manual.
Do the heated steering wheel, M carbon roof comes with the carbon package, I would skip the parking assistant, I would do wireless device charging, I would do the M Alcantara steering wheel,
manual transmission, I wouldn't do the red calipers, I'd stay with blue, and then as part of the M drivers package, I get to pick the car up in performance delivery center.
So the total sticker on that was 82,000 bucks.
I should just get a car loan, right, just get a loan and go out and do it, so those are the two things that I'm currently obsessing over, but who knows, maybe it'll wear off after a little while, but that's what I'm thinking.
The other car that I would want to do is, which would be a bit redundant, is I would do either a 50th Carrera S or I want to find a Carrera GTS.
The perfect build would be red, so I think it's carmine red that it came in either that or guards red, center lock black, the black center lock wheels with carbon ceramics and Bermister, which probably doesn't exist.
So, yeah, I think, I think it's going to be good.

I've landed on Alclad D5 and Woo Stuff classic knives.
That's a good starting point, Alclad D5 is pretty good.
I prefer Demire Atlantis, but Alclad's nice.
Much more robust set of options and those knives are nice.
Any suggestion on impact driver bits?
Looking for longer ones on my M12 setup.
I would just do the Milwaukee stuff, I think.
I think the Walt bits and Bosch bits are pretty decent too.
Any updates on the America one and five inch, none, I don't think it's going to happen.
How do you prevent from destroying your garage with dust by blowing out pads?
I don't have a separate door and prefer to work with a garage door closed.
I think the way to go is to fill up a garbage can with water and blow into that.
Like a big garbage can.
But I'm working on that myself too.

Any plans to add more product labels to press all bottles such as interior quick detail?
No, you shouldn't be using interior quick detail, that product shouldn't exist.
So no, I think we've got a pretty robust setup.
Why don't you just use interior cleaner?
You don't want to add anything to your interior, at least I don't.

John says, I've seen people start doing one bucket wash method with 8 to 12 wash pads.
Microfiber towels in the bucket, thoughts on that.
Yeah, we've gone over this a bunch.
I think it's kind of dumb.
The dirt is on the paint.
It's on the surface of the paint.
So, I understand the point.
Now, if you did one swipe, flip one swipe.
You'd probably need 30 wash pads to do that.
And you wouldn't want to swipe too much because you're dragging the dirt across the paint.
So, that methodology just doesn't make any sense to me.
Because I take the pad and I swash it around in the bucket.
The bucket isn't introducing any more dirt.
Then the dirt's already on the surface of the paint.
The dirt's not coming from the bucket, it's already on the paint.
So that method, I just don't buy it.
I would need to have like 72 wash pads.
Because I would want to wash cars back to back often.

I'm doing the best I've done a long time.
I'm going to hit hopefully my driving skills.
I'm going to hit my body weight goals.
And then I set up my next goal.
So theoretically March or post so last night I was working on this.
Actually on my drive over here this morning I was working on this.
What am I going to do next?
So we've been doing like traditional weightlifting, just, you know, bodybuilding,
whatever you want to call it, global gym weightlifting at Genesis.
Norm is reopening a new CrossFit gym in town here.
And so I do like the traditional working out.
And so I think what my April, May, June goal is,
and I need something to strive for athletically.
And so what I'm going to do is I'm going to set a 12 week sub 20 minute 5k
and stay under 200 pounds.
So that's going to be my goal.
And what I'm going to do is I'm going to work on doing that staying in ketosis.
So I'm going to stay one meal a day.
And so what I'm going to do is on even weeks, I'm going to run on Saturday,
long run on Sunday, and I'm going to use a run app to design my programming.
So it'll have me doing intervals and recovery runs and all that kind of stuff.
So Saturday run, either run or mountain bike, probably both.
So Saturdays will be a generally recovery run and mountain biking.
Sunday long run, Monday CrossFit, Tuesday morning run, evening, you know, bodybuilding work out.
Wednesday CrossFit, Thursday at Genesis, you know, doing regular weightlifting, Friday CrossFit.
So that would be, oh, and then probably Thursday, yeah, Thursday morning run.
Sorry, Thursday morning run.
And a lot of those runs are shorter.
They're like, you know, three miles, something like that or less.
So it's evening Genesis.
And then odd weeks, Saturday would be my long run.
Sundays would be off.
Monday morning.
So Monday would be a morning run, evening, bodybuilding, Tuesday CrossFit, morning run on Wednesday evening, bodybuilding.
So CrossFit two days a week, working at the regular gym three days a week.
The regular gym, we're just doing a lot of super setting, easy basic stuff.
It's why you've seen, I've never lifted, I haven't lifted buys and tries and benching in years.
And so everybody's accusing me of taking TRT, which I'd tell you if I was.
But I want to get to 195 pounds and then stay under 200 for a 12-week period, stay in ketosis.
I'll do, you know, 172 hour fast per month, 248 hour fast per month over the next, so April, May, June is my plan.
And then I'll design a new plan, a new structure.
I think I'm probably going to be better served to be somewhere at like, you know, 205 pounds, try to put on some muscle.
But I'm going to take advantage of this light body weight to sort of check that, you know, 46 year old sub, you know, sub 25K.
And then who knows, maybe we'll see how I feel during that.
If I'm driving, maybe I'll stay in ketosis and stay light and try to run a marathon.
I never ran a marathon.
The other thing I want to do in this three month period is I want to do the military standard ruck, I'm sorry, the marine standard ruck, which is a 12 mile, 45 pound pack out, you know, ruck.
Which I think I can do right now, right this minute.
It's just questioning, can I do it on one meal a day?
And that one meal a day is high, high fat.
So 70, 60 to 70% of my calories come from fat.
So ribeyes, butter, burger, you know, or whatever, ground beef, high fat, you know, like 70, 30 ground beef or 65, 35 ground beef.
And lots and lots of butter that I'm going to be doing, you know, high fat to try to stay in ketosis.
I'm kind of in a mild ketosis right now.
And after the 72 hour water fast, hopefully I'll get into a strong level of ketosis and I'm going to stay there for the month of March.
I'll have another water fast next weekend and another water fast.
So I've got this water fast, two more water fast and then eating one meal a day, high fat, low, lower protein, zero carbohydrates or less than 10 grams of carbohydrates a day.
They'll just be incidental to whatever I'm eating.
So I'm going to knock this out and get to my goal and see how I feel and then set some new goals from there.
And after I get to 195, I'm going to do some more blood work and see where I'm at and see where my supplement protocol is working.
And then I'll make a video of, I hit it, hit the goal.
Hopefully it's, I hit it and now I can drive because of it, because of all the work that I've done.
That would be great.
