works acts. Yes. But hopefully you're all doing well. Thanks for hopefully catching up with us.
Apologies for the delay on a podcast. It's been an interesting few weeks needless to say so
events happening in the last few weeks and then a week of vacation in Florida, all that stuff
coming back from Florida, we'll say the aftermath of coming back from Florida just didn't didn't
give us a good opportunity to do one. Dwayne was planning on being here today. He had his own
shit going on that sprang on him today. So we said, Well, we got to get something out for everyone.
So we'll do it via phone one more time for y'all before before hopefully everything's back to
normal for us. I hope so because with you're locked in the last couple weeks of mine this weekend.
Yeah, we need to I hate to say it out loud, but we need to see each other in person. What's the
scariest thing is, I don't know if I want to see your ugly ass or not, but we got to be nice to get
back to normal at least, right? Right. Exactly. So I apologize. I'm getting over being sick.
Hence the reason we didn't have the podcast last week. So if I cough and hack a little bit,
I apologize in advance to everybody. We still know you wasn't faking it. Yeah. Well, maybe I'm
just good at coughing. You never know. Right. Well, I mean, we're still debating whether that was AI
in Florida. If you actually did leave the house and go to the race. I mean, I was there to watch
I was there to watch a single file hammer down a race that night. Don't you worry. Right. That
night was a diagonal session. Pay 50 bucks to watch, you know, five parade parade features
that night. So we're right. Actually, yeah, the big blocks we actually didn't stay for,
but Stewie ended up winning and that actually I think he passed with like four or five to go. So
that one was a little more interesting, but yeah, made much way down to Volusia during my
vacation. We'll get into that and other racing stuff. We're probably going to miss a lot of
stuff this week too. So apologies in advance. But before we get too far as always, we got sponsors

I know, name me Andrew. Yeah, so yeah, just to give everyone a rundown of
kind of the last few weeks. We unfortunately, the week before we went to Florida, we had to put our
one dog down, Mack. He was kind of the best dog ever, kind of a dog. If you talk to my wife,
she took it really hard. He started getting acting weird the weekend before, didn't really want to
eat much, and you know, wasn't himself and whatnot. And it turns out he had some cancer and all that
kind of stuff and was kind of living in pain there. So it was the right thing to do, not the
easiest thing to do. So that canceled us the week before we went to Florida. I had some issues with
my truck, so that got to get worked on while I was in Florida. We had a rental car, so I didn't
need it, luckily. I forget what else happened that week. It's been a blur. Then we went to Florida
on vacation. Yeah, well, I went to Florida on vacation. That went pretty well. There's no real
issues there, which is good. But yeah, on the way home, I started feeling sick. So then sure
enough, the night last Monday, it's, you know, Monday, Tuesday, it hit me the hardest, so we
didn't do it. Then, and then today, Duane's got his own shit going on. So it's, it's been,
it's been a rough couple weeks, minus the week in Florida, we'll say. So yeah,
apologize for not doing a podcast in the last few weeks. But yeah, we had some other important
stuff going on, whether we liked it or not. Let's put it that way.
Well, I was having issues, especially yesterday, like, oh, God, like,
yeah, it's not going to crap if I got a cancel on Monday. That's why as much as like, oh,
we'll do a phone weather, wherever I'm at, I plan on doing a phone call via however.
Yep. No, it's no big deal. It's life happens. And we got some racing to catch up on just results.
Again, we're probably going to miss a bunch of stuff. I know there's been all kinds of announcements
left and right. Probably missed most of them or have seen them just haven't noted them,
stuff like that. So apologies in advance, but we're going to go all the way back to, you know,
the sport of all sprint cars being on at Volusia to race to open their season for three nights.
Spencer Basin got the win opening night and, you know, with the new team. So that was cool,
interesting thing to see. That was very awesome. Lots of, you know, because he sucks at team sucks,
they ain't going to win shit without shell nodding shield. First race, bam.
Yeah, I'm going to say lots of questions. Here's a slick to bloom quest until all you guys hate it
on. Yeah, I mean, a lot of unknowns with where that team is going to go and how that was going
to work out. And they did pretty good job answering right out of the gate. And then the second night,
Friday, our buddy, our buddy, Buddy Kofo, I got the win of having some illness and having a little
bit of a shorter or longer stay being real sick overseas and getting back just in time to get
healthy to tackle the opener and then out of town or Anthony Macri got the finale on Saturday. So
yeah. And Buddy and gravel is tied for a point lead, right? I believe. Let me look here going
into this weekend because they, they're back at Volusia this Sunday and Monday. Well, Mike,
we hardly enough, Buddy Kofo, Anthony Macri and David gravel are all tied for the lead. Yeah,
that's right. Macra. I thought there was another one time. Well, we know Macri running the series,
but yeah, but they were saying last because I watched all those. They said, you know, because
Buddy was the hottest driver at the end of, you know, from mid season on, he had a terrible start
of the year. And they said, uh, war buddy, basically he lost the title as Florida and El Dora. He lost
like the 158 points runner. He lost to gravel. Uh, that's what it was those two tracks. So Buddy
is really concentrating on Volusia and El Dora this year against gravel to, you know, because he
says, you know, if we can at least come close to him or try and match an aim or what at those events
and, you know, they think they got a legit shot of chasing the title. And, uh, you know, so far,
the first three races at Volusia, uh, we got two more of this weekend, but first three, uh,
they're even. So, uh, it could get interesting. Yeah. Yes. Very good start for them. This call

Fat cheek. Yeah. Fat cheek. Yeah. It's funny because I'll talk to that. I've been talking to

I'm like, no, I'm sorry. The bigger scene. Yep. You're the tech guy of this podcast. We all know
that. Yes, exactly. Uh, but moving on to Volusia the second week, we had, uh, the dirt car for the
first few nights down at Volusia. Um, Brandon Overton got to win the opening night after he
swept, uh, Scravan Speedway, uh, down in Georgia the weekend before, uh, let's just say Don O'Neill,
Hudson O'Neill, uh, wins round two. And then Wednesday night when me and my dad went to Volusia,
they ran a three feature format. They just qualified and ran three features, 5000 to win,
uh, Nick Hoffman, Michael Leach won the first one and then Tyler, uh, won, uh, won as well. So
Michael Leach got the, uh, well, he got the benefit of being in the first, uh, first feature that was,
it was hammered down fast because the night before when O'Neill won the track took rubber.
So they were a little gun shy, uh, the next night for that to happen again. So they watered
the piss out of the track. So, um, like I said, it was pretty much a, uh, follow the leader kind of
night. Not a lot of passing, not a lot of side by side racing, uh, super fast track. And obviously
it's already a big track as it is. So a little bit of a let down for, for us going, but, uh,
it was still fun to see the big block guys, you know, back in town. I haven't seen them racing
in a few years. Yeah, that main was good. And Stewie went in that thing a couple of
months ago. That was a good race. Yeah. Stewie got the win. And they got a lot of support, man.
It was weird. Just these guys behind us were speaking to each other and I couldn't understand
a damn word they were saying. What is, what language are these guys speaking in? That's
right. All in racing gear. And I'm like, who are these people? I was like, Oh yeah. Right.
There was, uh, I forgot the big block. I forget the one guy's name who finished second, I think,
or third, uh, Felix raw, a roll. It's not Roy. It's roll or raw.
It's why you say it. Why? Why Felix? Why? Yeah. So he, you know, that, which he just,
I don't know if you've seen, but he lost right before Florida, his whole race shop, the entire
team burnt to the ground. Yeah. The only thing they had was in the trailer. Yeah. We're talking
about that, how he kind of came back from some adversity there and yeah. Yeah. So, uh, pretty
wild, uh, for him to have a good outing, but yeah, him on the mic, he's very French Canadian when
he speaks, you know, this is a different world, man. Yeah. Like what the hell's happening down there?
But then we had the, uh, word of outlaws on the card for Wednesday, Thursday, I'm sorry,
Thursday Friday, Saturday, uh, where Nick Hoffman got himself, um,
what's that? Hold on, hold on. I'm looking at dates here and it's screwing with me. Yes.
Hoffman got the win the first word of all night on Thursday. Um, his third straight little gator
and then, uh, Brandon Shep one, Brandon Shepard, Brandon, Brandon Shep, B Shep. We'll say it right.
Uh, got the win on Saturday night.
Uh, yeah, I believe it was Saturday night. And did they rain out Friday or something?
Am I missing something here? No, I thought they were erased on Friday night. What the hell? Um,
was that the one, you know, Neil and one of those two? Yeah, that's what I'm looking at dirt on
dirt's, uh, website and it's kind of, kind of throwing me off as to, uh, because Hoffman ended
up with the big gator. Yeah. Wait, Hoffman one too. That's what it was. Yeah, he won. Yeah,
first two nights, then B Shep on Saturday. Yeah. Um, and then they, uh, obviously go to
all tech for word of all Lucas oil, um, on top of Henry County, having the word of outlaws down
in by Lake Okeechobee, uh, where Bobby Pierce won the opening night down at Henry or Dev Moran
won up at all tech. I watched the race with Moran that night because he let every lap and
was for competition. Nick Hoffman kept the momentum going. He won the finale,
20,000 to win. I believe that was the hell of a race down at Henry County. Did you see that one?
Yeah. I watched the whole thing. It was get him Pierce was battling and then there's literally
three and four wide for second at one time. I mean, for lap after lap, I was one of those that
had a lot of, uh, a lot of players that could have won and you thought Hoffman, you know,
okay, he's going to win then Pierce and then, uh, Guston and then turbo is up there. I mean,
it was, uh, it had a lot of movers and shakers and that one for sure. Yeah. And that was a track
many were skeptical about. Um, and I think it turned out just about as good as it can. Like,
we were talking before we started recording. Dwayne said, uh, they had to quit selling tickets
earlier in the afternoon, even because they sold the place out. So yeah, which is cool.
Well, that's cool. I mean, yeah, I mean, the track, I mean, I've seen worse conditions.
Yes. It's saying because you're that far south in Florida was the southern most speedway in the
United States. They say that it had some character, but it wasn't, it wasn't non-raceable by any means.
Yeah. Obviously that finale feature, uh, you know, prove that. Yeah.
And then, uh, then, uh, Hudson O'Neill won 15 grand on the finale at Altec on Saturday night. So
yeah. And they start their week off, uh, with practice tonight at Bubba Raceway Park,
and move on through, uh, keep moving on the new Florida speed week schedule as we start tomorrow
night. So tomorrow night would be interesting tomorrow on Wednesday because that's non-points
look at shows and, uh, um, I don't know if they have to be there because if you know to start to go
well, I looked at practice and there's so 35 cars practice tonight, but no RTJ. I don't know if you
seen, they loaded back up and went to North Carolina back home after Florida and redoing
some things and said they'll be back. So you may not see an RTJ there till about Thursday.
Yeah. From my understanding that was their goal as they're going up home regrouping and
going to make it back down for, uh, the Lucas oil nights, the, you know, the true points nights
or whatever. So, and suppose they're supposed to be at Davenport sighting too. If, um, supposedly
Bubba's doing some promotion with him. I guess I don't know if you've seen it, which I like Davenport,
but if you don't go to a series, here's the thing. He said, they said Bubba, Bubba was pissed
because Davenport fell off the series and, you know, and kind of Davenport's post while we're
going to hit some new tracks and we're going to hit this and that kind of, if you want me to show up,
you can pay me. And they said there is no money at exchange, but his, his, uh, things was he's
got to have his t-shirt trailer on the midway and he's got to be guaranteed a promoter's provisional
every night and Bubba accepted that to get him there, which to me it's like, come on. I mean,
yeah, I like Jonathan Davenport and he does draw some people, but if you're not joining the series,
you're starting to man on tracks. Well, if I show up and I don't make they mean,
you got to put me in or I'm not coming. Come on. Come on, man.
Yeah. Yeah. That's to me, that's bullshit. I mean, they're just plain and simplest. I mean,
and I like Davenport is this, but it's like you, I think you're starting to get too big
of a head of yourself there, bud. Yeah. Other action going on in Florida,
USAC national sprint car series was on hand at Volusia and Ocala for a few nights for their
winter dirt games yearly endeavor. They raced two nights at Volusia where Logan CV got the win
one night, the first night, second night, Jake Swanson got the win moved over to Ocala for
three four nights, it looks like. And Trey Osborne winning the opener down in Ocala. Yeah,
tall, tall did so well that he quit his job this week or last week and run USAC national title
for the USAC national title now with one motor that he built his own motors. He says he's got
some people that bought him a block or whatever. So he's going to build a spare motor for the next
USAC show. And yeah, I told his place that his work he's quitting that he had a goal if he came
out of Ocala and the top 10 points he's quitting his job and going full time USAC racing and
well, guess what? USAC got another member. Yeah, he ran good down there all week.
Yeah, I saw his name top 10 lot. So
yeah, good for him. Yeah, Ohio kid Columbus area I know and we've watched him race at Rumble and
stuff over the years. So I had D2 midgets. I mean, Kenyan midgets, he's racing Kenyan midgets,
you know, at Anderson in different places. And he's still a very small budget team at
70s girlfriend. I don't think they have a full time mechanic at 70s girlfriend and they just
literally have up to just very, very few spare parts. So it'll be interesting because
it'll just be interesting to see what happens for sure. He's trying to pick up some sponsors. So
be interesting and follow that. I know like up until like last year he had an open trailer
even he finally has an enclosed trailer. So yeah, definitely did it on the budget has been doing
on the budget. We'll see where he goes. But good good start to the season at least to get a win
over that group. Logan see if he got to win the second night chase stocking got a popular win.
The third night in the finale went to Justin Grant at Ocala.
Yeah, it was good race and I watched them and yeah, Chase is a real good out of the box.
So is Jake Swanson and tall and somebody that isn't came back from injury. You know,
that's the thing about freezing. He hadn't raced, you know, for several months and Robert Blue
made his return and did not go so well. He might want to regret some of his interview
for the season because he's like, you know, there's only really four or five fast cars
or one of them want to get back up there and he flipped one night, but the nights he didn't
flip. I don't think he was in the top 10 at all. Yeah. Yeah, I saw opening night rec or whatever.
And it was, uh, yeah, it was pretty like, man, the guy just come back from injury and he's
yeah, you know, it's already looking, already looking sketchy.
Um, hopefully hopefully get it together. But yeah, that was a very rough start for him. And it was
cool seeing like tall getting his first win and chase doing well. And uh, uh, I don't even know
if Jake Swanson's running the whole tour, but he, I mean, he ran, but I think he is, but he's,
he's running pretty good too. And I mean, that's basically our own car too. I mean, that's him
and one other business guy partnered up, but kind of back to his old home team too. His wife used
to drive locally there that car for a while. Yeah. Um, like we mentioned, super dirt car,
whereas in action of Volusia, uh, opening night went to Stuart Friesen. Matt Williamson took the
next two nights and Larry White got himself the win in the finale. I think he had a pretty long
drought, uh, down at Volusia was finally able to break through again. So I said six years, I think.
Yeah. And he, he just ate someone up the night I was there for in a heat race. I mean, I wouldn't
even call it a pass. It was a eight tires are better than four kind of deal. And, uh, yeah,
sent a, sent a, sent a fella up the track quite a ways. Nobody wrecked harder or anything, but
definitely screwed the other guy out of a transfer spot.
Um, what are the races in my missing Dwayne? I know, I think that's about all in Florida up to
this date, but, uh, ASCS, Southern had the three sixties, uh, which a lot of our guys down there,
Davey frantic one last Friday and, uh, Chris Martin, but, uh, Max Stan ball got, uh, two top
five finishes, a fourth and a fifth, uh, Van Gurley got that, I think a seventh and, uh,
eight or something. Corbin Gurley was the top 10 one night, Danny Smith, uh, was 10th one night.
So a couple of our guys, uh, now archival Ohio, Max Stan ball, right? Uh, two top fives, uh,
two top five. So a couple of teams went down there and it's not an official Ohio car,
but, uh, Tim Schaffer's driving the old one, Danny Williamson ride, which I think, which
that shocked me because, you know, we've had Tyler gun in that ride, Ryan rule on that ride,
uh, uh, Brad Lamberson has been a Michigan car and, um, seems like, uh,
seems like it don't last the whole season, but we'll see that, uh, right now they don't have
their four or 10 inches done, but to three sixes, they went to Arizona. I think it was.
Yeah. Or maybe that's in Florida because Justin Peck won in Arizona. I know. And I thought that
was on Schaffer. Was that? Yeah. Um, yeah. The ASCS went to Volusia first. I don't know if we
talked to them since we recorded or not, but Tyler Courtney won the first two. Brady Bacon
got himself a win. Uh, ASCS didn't want out to Arizona. Um, last night and night before
Central Arizona speed to adjust and peck one opening night, Matt Covington one, uh, the second
night they last night, they go to the 28th there and the 30 and the first, uh, as well. So a lot
of racing out West, uh, for those guys right now. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. Um,
local schedules. So yeah, the other thing I really have is we had some local schedules get
announced. The Attica schedule finally came out. Uh, Millstream released their schedule just like
this past weekend, which is obviously, you know, especially event only kind of deal. Um, nothing
too crazy. Attica did, uh, add a 20,000 to win sprint car race, uh, in May. So that was a pretty
cool on a Thursday night, open competition. Yeah. So the day before, uh, let's race two at
Eldora in the two days after a $20,000 win all star show at Fremont. So I think it's awesome
timing in my personal opinion. I mean, you got 20,000 to win a Fremont on Thursday or on Tuesday,
20,000 win at Attica on Thursday. And then let's race two at Eldora Friday and Saturday. I mean,
uh, long as the weather's nice, I think that's awesome. And it's non sanctioned. So, you know,
you know, outlaws are only allowed for races unless they make it a bypass, which they don't,
I mean, Captini is about the only thing they let that go, especially this early in the season.
The outlaws probably won't get a free pass. So we'll like Carson and Cole Macedo. That's,
you know, Race to Attica growing up or a Buddy Kofoid that's been excellent there.
Make that one of their four races. Will they not? High limit guys don't use your race. A lot of
outlaw shows anymore. So, um, you probably won't see any of them. So it could be very, very good.
I think you'll get some Pennsylvania guys. I think obviously you'll get Mackery and maybe Dietrich
and, you know, being a Thursday, you may get a few central Pennsylvania guys, but, uh, you know,
what a payday for our locals because it's paying 1200 to start yet to boot. So
guys like Cap Henry and, uh, uh, DJ Fuse and those guys are looking their chops for sure.
Trey Jacob's like 20 grand to win and non sanctioned. I mean, that's for the 20th anniversary of John
Borg's, uh, promote Natica. So, uh, uh, pretty cool deal. Then kind of a higher risk to be honest.
I like it because it's old school. The old school of, you don't know who's going to show up. You
don't know if any high limit guys will. You don't know if any outlaw guys would take the permission
slip to do it. One of their four races or central PA guys or maybe some Iowa guys, you know? I mean,
especially with the 20,000 down the road on Tuesday, I mean, it could draw some people or
it would just be locals. Who knows? Kind of, you know, it's a big risk of fans, you know, like,
okay, who's going to be here type thing to get that part. But the other part is, uh, you know,
who's going to be there. So I think it's awesome. Yeah. The only bummer about it is that Friday
at Attica has traditionally been a Ironman late model race. Uh, the last couple of years that
did get pulled off the schedule, uh, in lieu of the 20,000 to win Thursday night race. So I understand
it to a point, but as a late model guy, obviously I'm kind of bummed because that was always a cool
race to get to. Uh, good chance for late models. I know. I mean, yeah, but you guys are having a
$7,400 win show now on, uh, it was a Labor Day weekend. Yeah. I mean, it was, it's obviously
not the only decent late model show we had there, but, um, it was a bummer because it was a good
showcase. So one of the bigger ones, one of the bigger ones they had of our area, but, um, regardless
of Attica still putting up some risk and doing a big sprint car race. And like you said, and you
never know what you're going to get. So hopefully it's a gamble that pays off. Yeah, for sure. I
know I plan on being there. That should draw maybe zero fans, but yeah, I plan on it. Uh,
Millstream was also announced their schedule, which was again a, you know, special event
only schedule. It starts, uh, there's a house print speed weeks, actually their first race, uh, down
there. Yeah. 14th, uh, USAC national sprint cars come back June 26th. Uh, and then they do just
add it too. Yeah. And then they do a two day show in August to 14th to 15th for the ironman
late models as well. So, um, you know, put some sprint cars on the board too. Yeah. We got some
greatly on wing sprint car, right? And fast on dirt as well. Um, yeah. With, uh, the traditional
sprints on Friday night, uh, and then, uh, sorry, I'm reading through all their shit.
Lightning sprints as well with dirt trucks. And then Saturday, uh, traditional sprints with the
fast on dirt sprints, uh, as well as, you know, the ironman late models. So that'll be a good one.
Uh, end of August, they do a Great Lakes super sprint night, um, with the lightning sprints,
D2 midgets, uh, Ohio Valley late model series, which is the steel blocks. Those guys do put on
pretty good show. Um, and the dirt trucks, that's their family night event. And then October 8th
is the big one. The word of outlaw sprint cars come to town. And, uh, Dwayne will be at that one,
especially too. Yeah. Thursday night. It's that new, uh, was it three, four night deal, three
night, I guess. I'll swing in October and, uh, yeah, they, uh, wanted us, uh, the AFCS 305s.
We did a couple of shows over there last year. Uh, they wanted us to do the USAC one again this
year too, but seeing as how Attica runs 305s regularly that night, um, I told them that would
not be a good, good deal either way. Cause you're going to get, you know, 12 cars at each place.
And then, you know, this wasn't a good, good situation for, for the 305s that night. So, uh,
but yeah, gonna be over there with the outlaws on October 8th, which is going to be a non point
show, uh, uh, month after our seasons quit. So I kind of like that cause it's going to be the
bigger purse like they, you know, last show, two shows we had there and, um, gonna do 24 starting
cars like the world outlaw. So, you know, um, maybe it's a chance on a Thursday night for
everybody to make the A main. If we, you know, uh, that late in the season, we might get some people
to travel. I know some are excited about it. Some's like, uh, we're going to be done by then. And so,
um, and you never know. It could be a surprise entry or two, uh, could be a 410 driver, uh,
racing a 305 that night too, or a couple of them, uh, from some of the rumors I'm hearing.
Yeah. Um, otherwise I don't have much on my notes. Like I said,
ill prepared tonight. So apologize, but is there any, I know, um, you know, the Michael
Dutcher car announced they're going to go full time high limit racing. Yep. Uh,
Hank Davis has gone full time. Yep. Yep. Full time, uh, switch from race and 80 to 90 shows
all over to doing the high limit deal. So, uh, that'll be interesting. I like Hank and, uh,
the, that, but that car, uh, you know, is new to wing racing. So hopefully,
hopefully, uh, Hank's got a couple of crew members he brought along cause I think they lost, uh,
two of their crew members that was a shaper on the wing deal and, uh,
hopefully they get that thing rolling in the right direction with the high limit.
And did you see the, uh, the big news that, uh, your buddy, uh, Brad sweet stole Kyle
arson's sprint car ride. Right. Right. Kind of. If you, if you read online, that's, uh,
that's what's going on. Oh yeah. Yep. Stole his brother-in-law's ride. Yeah,
I was racing the W car with Paul Silva at the wrenches.
Uh, it's not like they're not leaving California much except for Knoxville and the Kings Royal. So,
yeah. Um, so I found that here. It's going to race 30 to 40 times, but it sounds like all the
West coast, um, you know, big shows and then Kings Royal and Eldora. So, uh, uh, you know,
I think he's pretty serious. So it sounds committed, uh, you know, cause they took over a
lot and arc and you know, they got Chico and all that. So it sounds like he's still going to race,
you know, some shows, uh, try to win some money, but, uh, sounds like he's pretty committed to
run these businesses. Yeah. Um, the other news, um, as kind of, it was announced, but kind of like,
I say under, under the radar a little bit, but did you see Brent Marks and Logan Fenton teaming
up together? Yeah. Yeah. I don't know what that was interesting. Just a business partner. It sounds
uh, Fenton brought maybe so all his business sponsor and maybe a couple of partners, um,
which I find interesting. Uh, I think it would be interesting. Yeah. Yeah. Um, again, nothing too
earth shattering with that other than, um, well, Logan Fenton be racing with, you know,
is there a connection there to maybe? Well, they said something about, I've seen Marks and I,
I honestly didn't look a lot of it, but Marks said something the other day here. There's some video
he had about starting on the development team and that, that's kind of what Fenton,
they're going to bring like a development team in, which, you know, Fenton had two cars at one time.
Um, Skyler G and, you know, Fenton himself, which, uh, he might be, yeah, I don't know if he's
retiring or what, which, you know, he's, he's knocked the guy cause you know, uh, but he was
pretty good weapon out there. So you're doing a development team would probably be good, but
so I don't know if that's a deal. If they're going to have a second car, you know, like a regional
deal to help develop drivers that kind of what it sounded like, but I, I said, I 100% don't know
cause I didn't, uh, listen to it all. And I met two before we had a podcast, but I didn't.
Yeah. Yeah. Who knows where that'll go. I'm sure we'll see as time goes. Um,
well then the next question is in or Skyler G.
Yeah. I saw he was, he was out of the ride and looking for a ride, but have not seen any
details on 360 that car out west in Arizona. They raced a few times last year. So I don't
know if that'll turn into something or he's 99 back out or what quite will happen there. Yeah.
Um, it looks like, uh, we talked about Darren Knight, uh, he's selling a lot of t-shirts so good
for him, um, uh, as well as got himself a new ride too. Yeah. And, uh, I think, uh, you know,
I didn't know anything official, but I think we talked, uh, when we talked about Casey
moving, I said, well, there's a big push. I know by a lot of people to get Darren Knight and 11N
and, uh, that push must have pushed because, uh, that's what he's going to be in the 11N, uh,
Newmeister car, um, which, you know, it's had some good drivers in it and they've done pretty good.
So, uh, I think it would be awesome. They haven't really announced what they're racing yet. So, uh,
you know, and that team's kind of raced some 360 stuff and 410 stuff. Well, even Casey last year
won what, three or four, three, 60 shows and a couple of 410 shows. So, uh, don't know if that's
that same type of schedule or if they're going to jump on the all stars like Darren was last year
or quite what they're going to do yet. Yeah. Yeah. Those were kind of the big ones, uh,
did we, is there any other driver news announcements that you know of?
Bobby Allen signed back on with the all stars, uh, Layton Wagner back y'all. I think they're up to
five drivers, I think four or five. Um, cause they got Caleb Henry, Layton Wagner, Cody Bova,
Bobby Elliott. Gotcha. Um, Keith Sheffler, Jr. And the Brian go grow 45 right. So yeah,
they're throughout the five for sure. Committed guys. So cool. Yeah. I got, no, I don't think, uh,
can't think of any other rides that's been announced since. Well, well, I guess, I guess I do
got to share it to everyone with the most like Florida dirt track racing thing ever. I was telling
them the way, the only thing I bought at the race is, uh, you know, lots of t-shirt vendors and,
and Volusia really does a cool job. A lot of food trucks and stuff, you know, like it's, it's
really geared up for their biggest races of the year. But there was this place called gunslinger
knives there, a little easy up selling some, uh, some knives. And I like knives. I try to carry
one every day and you know, it's just my Amazon box opener for the most part, but comes in handy and
he had automatic knives. So that means you just flip the button up and it shoots out and you flip
down and it shoots back in, but that was about all I, that's all I bought for myself at the races
was, uh, was a new knife for the, uh, pocket. I thought maybe it was a stuffed crocodile or
something. No, no, when you, when you think of Florida though, you know, that's, that's America
right there. Just buying a knife at the racetrack, man. Can't go wrong. What I want to know is how
many times have you cut yourself? I haven't. Oh, I have not till tomorrow. Now that I jinx,
yeah. Now that you had to say something, I haven't, I haven't started carrying this as my EDC yet,
but, uh, here, look at that nice, smooth action assembled in the good old us of a, but, uh,
yeah, I had a cool conversation with the old dude running the thing and, uh, yeah, pretty cool stuff.
Like I see a sucker coming. I'm going to act like I'm knowledgeable, like I own the place.
Exactly. So I'm just a piece of shit knives that he thinks he's getting a deal on.
I was waiting for you to say you hit the button after you got home in the knife blade when flying
out or something. Yeah. Just shot across the room. Yeah. Nope. Didn't have that problem. Luckily,
good. But, uh, yeah, that's, I don't have much else to talk about the way unless you do.
Right. I can't think of, uh, I don't know if we talked about the squirrel going, uh,
Lucas soil and, you know, kind of had a little bit of change last minute in a few places like
that. Uh, Cody Overton dropping off the outlaws because he's already out of the engines and was
actually in a ride at the Lucas oil show. So a little bit of late model, uh, shuffling's already.
Yeah. Uh, Overton said he's going to get back on the outlaws just with everything that happened
early this season so far. Uh, the 15 K is actually Bruce Kane who was announced as helping him for
the season anyway. So that ride wasn't like a super big surprise. Um, they weren't, they just
weren't playing on race until the night after. And Bruce Kane told him, Hey, we got the car here.
You want to just run it tonight? What the hell? You know, so, uh, but Overton said he's playing
on getting back to the outlaw side of the world. Just obviously circumstances didn't allow it, uh,
to get down three hours, three and a half hours to Southern Florida. Yeah. And it sucks because
he started out awesome. Yeah. Yeah. He's had, he's had some good runs and, you know, everyone's
interested to see what he does again with, uh, with a full time ride and everything and, um,
just suck circumstances and happen that way. But that's racing sometimes. Unfortunately,
it's just how it was. I mean, surely kind of had some of that too. He, you know, took off
Volusia to just regroup for the Lucas oil run because, you know, he's just like, yeah, it's
not worth racing. We got to get our shit figured out because we got a points, uh, points battle
coming up. So just the way it goes. I'm Sam C. Right. Yeah. I don't know if we Sam C. Right.
And, uh, colt coltman farms, uh, Dio, uh, uh, didn't do too bad so far. Yeah. Donald McIntosh
announced just randomly that, you know, decided to part ways after racing for, I don't know,
I only raced a handful of races together early this year and, um, things didn't line up, I guess,
to finish the year and how they, each one of things to go. So McIntosh walked away and Sam C.
Right was there to, uh, jump in the seat and they got their season going. Um, Tanner English,
should you see that one going to be, there was a rumored that he was joining rigs motor sports
again, but it's actually not going to work out like that. Riggs is just going to help him on his
family car. Right. He's going to have his own car, but, uh, Riggs is going to support it. Um,
yeah. So it was a good for Tanner. That's good. He's getting some good support and, uh,
uh, I think that'll be good. Yeah. Yeah. I thought it was funny. McIntosh, uh,
actually after the first weekend, he just says it ain't going to work out. And then, well,
and then I don't know if you've seen, uh, coltman's Facebook video of just half hour rambling that
was, that was getting me lost. He was, he was all over the place. It's like, man,
if this conversation has with these drivers, I can see why some guys are leaving that thing.
Yeah. No, I didn't. I saw you posted it and I was like, yeah, I don't need to, I don't need to.
There's like a half hour of rambling in about five minutes of news.
Yeah. Sounds about right with, uh, with some of our racing folks, but
yeah. Well, I guess I got nothing else to weigh in. How about you?
Nope. I think that's it for me. That's about all I
have, but I can think of anyways. Yeah. We'll do, uh, we'll do better for you guys in a couple weeks
