I'm here in the room with Adam Grasso, and I'm also here with online with Patrick and Rizzi Ross, or what is happening with you going on? Nothing much man after much Soul
happening, Mansell happening where we out there we live.
We're gonna check it out, cars, tell her the big resource does.
This always living a big always doing the doing the Big Dreams.
He's a dreamer who isn't here is Ross.
That's it, man. Today, I was checking out
top-of-the-range Cody at RS. Yeah, pretty pretty, pretty
impressive, man. They've got Alcantara seats and
carbon-fibre around the glove box.
And on the Out of line is pretty cool car.
Yeah. So and that's the that's the way
this one. Yeah.
It's the latest one with the virtual cockpit and everything.
All right. Okay.
So anyway, checking them out. So I'll fill you guys in on what
the Back stories later in the show.
Yep get to that in a second Blake's.
Got a call a few reasons like you're dreaming of space.
Ligament every day and every night he says he needs a new dream. I think that's a great dreamer
is. I think that I think that dream
is a good dream lair. All the way it is the same as
the way we roll going to the I went to the Lego doesn't work.
Then builds a big Leo shopping in High Point in the other.
Let me see my really. Yeah I got to go.
I see isn't it? I was like, aw, like that with
you Ross, you know what? That's it, man.
You know I'm saying? It's it's the way.
We, we building big things, building blocks all the way to the top. I used to crash this.
I used to build two cars smacking against each other to see, which one was the strongest, and then used to upgrade that one, according to build my cars.
But when I was a kid, I used to, like, think I was like a racetrack and like Debbie like training pain in like the little lighter fall off, a little part of body would fall off and buy them and they come into the pits and after repair and it was good. Yeah.
Things you do as a kid that I don't be stubborn but I still do Lego is one of those things where I think everybody has an attachment to and I think you know especially going to the LEGO store today. I was like, I like me I could
leave here, I'm I'm in heaven right now.
It's like the pistol rifle, one thing I can't get out of this.
How expensive Lego is for a little bit of plastic?
I mean, understand designs pretty pretty good, but she'd have been milking that for how old is like a 50s was?
Yeah, it's expensive. Now, Lego is good stuff, though.
I mean, you guys are all probably like I'm missing at one point or another. Yeah.
So I've still got a Lego my mom since I was a little kid.
For Christmas and I've never get it, you know, I'm saying? So now I'm all about Lego, you
know, building big things. Going to drain.
Then you build dreams. Go to drinks with your ass
patrick-man stop video. What's happening with you, man?
How you been car updates will get?
It will get with into it with you first, what's going on?
Nothing man? Just, you know, just been
working a cop. Dates are not much really start
looking to arm, or during colder and colder air intake, or a short ram for my car. They're pretty pricey action
know, like, I think kni charging like think there's like 800 bucks for an intact. And I'm all like yeah nice not
happening if anything I'll try find even like secondhand or make one myself. You know, just ridiculous
exhaust probably straight after Christmas after because it's Christmas. It's looking at all from
spending or crap for everything. Definitely going to be looking
at getting in X-Force catback. Order that I'm just come on.
My may say just do a muffler delete but I don't want a drone or whatnot, you know, it would drive me insane off.
So I figured I just I spend, you know, was it?
600 bucks for a good exhaust system.
Gives it a nice night when I step on it opens up and like that be contacting people about regarding H&R Springs as well.
Let's get out of the car for a bit.
See how he looks good. The stock rooms.
All right. Yeah.
Good. I'm de Nom if I was a child
dreams, I'm debating whether to go MPS rims because they look nice off the bills or go generic and go like obviously.
Reps burger like RPF once or something.
Yeah still tossing and turning on what not but you know cut otherwise the cars just been fine.
You know, just been chilling. Drive me around clutches doing
my heading. I can sung to go a bit but it
was still drive. Yeah, you'll be wrong with that.
I think I shall I say to you, I saw him PS on the DIY Auto Parts wrecking page Bill MPS with the original Wheels in.
There came up today on my own account on Facebook, so if you wanna get there, Tomorrow. I think they are either release
the tail releasing tomorrow into the yard.
Yeah. I'll cough workout one.
So maybe I might have to give him a quick visit because if that if the wheels are there and if the wing is still in good condition, I might pick up that as well.
Yeah, yeah, definitely, they're figure something out, but they have had a black one there. So in your car's black.
So yeah, he's like yeah. So that would be definitely
something. You should go and have a
subscriber, don't ever. You need to bring safety boots,
I think, you know, or just like steel steel caps, And you'll be right. Really Ross, what's happening
with you carved? Those ma'am?
Nothing really, man? I think I mentioned something to
you earlier this week of got a book in my car, for service or 60,000 case. It's only a year and a half old.
But even on the cap price servicing, they want to charge nearly 650 bucks. No, well, okay, I had a look at
the inclusions van and literally it's Oil air filter just a dealer. Yeah.
That the deal of basic inspection.
I mean this is on the main website.
Anyone can access that that sort of information as a no.
Now, but, I mean, I spoke to my friend mechanic and he's, he sort of said, look, you know, if you know, if you feel no rush, we could do in the next couple of weeks and probably everything with all the inspections and stuff for about 200 bucks.
Now, the issue is well, the only thing that I'm not too sure about and he sort of said he he'll have a look is what happens with these newer cars when you have to reset the service log in the computer itself?
So is that something that only dealer can do or is that something that, you know, a normal mechanic can do as well.
Because a lot of the manufacturers are holding that information, Yeah, this is true. This is true.
But also I think It'll be done enough now, and K is what especially they were. I don't think that'd be so
different from car to car. So I think that probably generic
think of a reset. So you put you'd be able to do
it at some point. I'd say you reckon this and OBD
thing or it is a sequence like used to start the cars up, or put a deer with the button pushed in the dash.
Like for argument's sake. That's a good point, a cluster,
but it's probably done by BD because the case.
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking as well.
And he sort of the same, he reckons he can do it.
But it's like that's my only sort of consider was come to, you know, worst-case scenario is I take it back to the dealer and say, is my service. Reset it under warranty?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Seven years of got about five
and a half years left or whatever but I'm thinking, you know, that's what I'm going to try and do because what?
They're charging, I clock up. I mean, my last service was
probably in April, yea nay, but because of covid Island been driving as much, but I clock up so many kilometers man, like I'm back at the deal. Every three or four months.
Yeah. So what they charge is just
ridiculous and, you know, I think it comes down to the resale value and if I do decide to sell, I don't really care about the resale value. You know, that's why most people
go back to the dealer to get it serviced from them even though the dealers don't really do much in terms of water it's provided some part of them and no real other carpets apart from my brother said he's gone. Look, he wants to get a new car
from Miss say Mark 7.5 golf. So where I went out and had a
look at the Kodiak which I was mentioning earlier but that's about it. So he's going to he's going to
get the SUV route Kodiak route, he wants he does a lot of hiking and he's got a professional cycle of like you know, road bike and stuff. So he wants bit more ground
clearance and save money on Tax. So probably looking at Salary
sacrificing. So you can use his pre-tax
income, okay? But apart from that that's you
know, but he sort of wants to get something that's four by four and preferably European. Yeah.
Yeah. So it was again you want to keep
it in that in that family of the VW family.
Yeah I think he does but at the same time his car and golf is manual. And the Kodiak I think is only
in DSG. So we know some of the issues
around that but I mean the deal was shot.
I had a quick look at the IRS they had in stock outside.
They don't have a lot of stock at all.
That's was this was Eastside skoda which is in none of auditing and scored his only got a handful of dealers and stuff so he sort of wants black on black you know how we do it.
Yes, So I see, but and I sort of said, in the only thing that I would want in that car, is that new virtual cockpit which has been around for about six months now.
I don't know if you guys have seen how they the Audi Volkswagen scold us, sort of virtual cockpit.
Pretty cool. They're very expensive.
Yeah. So apart from that sort of
upgrade and I think with the technique pack you get like the Harman Kardon system. And all of that sort of stuff if
he can get that under sixty thousand, I reckon it'd be a girl. But I don't think there's much
talk. Especially what's already here.
Yeah, so it's trying to save money on Tax and get that stuff but really cool car man. Like even from the outside
because the deal wasn't open the Alcantara seats.
And you know, the red RS on all the seats sort of stitched in.
I don't think they cut any corners on On sort of the premium build. Got two things and they look way
better than the tig ones in my opinion.
Yeah. Much better.
So anyway, that's what's cracking nicer.
So easygoing going to get to later or 1.4 turbo I think to
leader. Okay.
Yeah, totally. Dad will have to see man.
I guess it just, he just wants a 4x4.
That's his only and a bit more ground clearance.
Yeah. But yeah, we'll have to see.
We haven't even looked at the engines or anything like that, but it would more than likely be the to leader.
The 14 is only in the N 3 level one, I think.
So, is this the Golf GTI murder? I don't think so.
No, I think it's a 140 TDI. I think it's a diesel on this
one. I'll have to have a look.
I haven't even looked at into that just yet.
Yeah, that's real will be. They can pretty well committed
and they are apparently a nice drive so if you if that's what he does, that's what he's feeling.
And yeah and well in that sort of looked at the new what they called this code, I can For whatever.
And it's very small, it's literally, like, I don't know, like a golf on stilts. And then in the European range,
there's not many four by fours, you can sort of get for, you know, under 75, 80 grand, when you venture out into some Japanese or he wants to stick really to European, man.
Ideally, I would think that a Subaru Forester would be really good for him. I was going to say that that
would be the better options because I've driven one eye, my eye depends on which But I've driven the newer one.
Yeah, not good. Like I felt like I had no power
the CVT. I don't know, I couldn't really
comment on that because I didn't drive for long enough, but I felt like I had zero power, man. Yeah, that is one thing that
they're sort of lacking and I agree.
It's not, it's not it's not great.
I did deliver a new one probably about a year ago a forest uh, sort of 2.5. I Oh, I think, which is just
under the top of the range 1. They're not bad cause even like
a Subaru, Outback. But the issue with him is you
sort of want something European and and I agree that they the CVT doesn't gel well with that with that engine, but that's the way Subaru. And all of these car brands are
going. Now, especially when it comes to
their hybrid versions because all of the hybrids automatics.
Yeah. And that's it.
It's a big thing. So, like I didn't so over.
You Tommy Adam before that, you did drive it.
You draw that first. And then the new one and you
were like, yeah. If they if they had an XT model
cover, have a turbo, I probably would have said you know as I get it but then I'm still worried like everybody else is a better CBT. I mean there's a lot of bad
stuff there's also a lot of good stuff people like it's fine.
Hmm. Make sure you change the oil
even though it's got a lifetime filter.
But yeah, I don't know. It doesn't really like people do
said the Subaru cvts the one to go for if you had to go for a CV. Because apparently Miss
someone's a gobby gobby Joe chiodo has been making it for a while as well. But Subaru, I think has been
making for longer the longest. Okay, maybe.
I don't know. I from what I've read but yeah,
they've been I mean I think they had one in the 90s CBT correlation but I'm pretty sure I read something like that.
Becca don't know what it was, but then for a while, I don't like driving cvts in general. They feel weird to drive, man.
Agreed. But I've driven, I've driven a
few ends just like I don't know, I'm not used to well, I would refer images shit. I got a terrible automatic
compared to a CVT. They just like just the
sensation is that doesn't feel right?
I feel like I'm like I'm killing the car but he just singles, a single girl, just takes you up to space.
Just yeah, I know. Yeah.
There's just there's no feel of changing user anything and just just goes Earthly was Subaru. They kind of put that feeling in
their sort of the mimics, the gear gonna tell ya, eight years.
Six to eight years. Some of that it can mimic actual
gear changes, but I read somewhere that does that actually put more strain on the key the drivetrain, because it's trying to mimic this feel that the CV things aren't supposed to do, but that's the case. I'll be worried about engine,
Milton strike that. Will you feel much more?
Yeah, you get that feel from a CVT what?
It must just like shunt it into gear or just quickly change.
I don't know how they make that. There's something to shake
something or make a thud house. Yes.
We are joined by the one and only has to himself, mr.
Allen sing. Hey, Donna.
Good, thank you. John apologies for my lateness,
not gonna not good enough. If it makes you feel any better,
I was watching our videos brother-in-law, we watching stuff on. Was it the F40?
Something on the Maserati MC12 a few of Singapore, Shand.
I think a 250 looser. So also that we can afford,
right? Yeah, the would know what we, we
came down settled on a GT40 came and recited.
So that's what we go for. As the next project car.
From loans. What?
I got from the hopefully they work out there, but yeah, I apologize for being late on that front.
Here I am but don't have to join the conversation.
I was gonna say I'm just adding to the topic of the cvts.
Basically, what they would be doing obviously is going against the principle of a CT CVT, which is continuously variable well, the being continuously variable is going to hold it there at that ratio and then jump to the next ratio jump to the next ratio that'll make you feel like you're sitting in in that.
But if additional style transmission sudden, jump more of a shock rather than a smooth transition.
Yeah, we're like they could make it smoother so I'd say they'd probably make it a bit more sudden and again, I agree that's it's because it's not working the way a CVT should work.
It's probably not necessarily great for the transmission.
That's the they wanted to mimic that feeling the Ryman bother with the CVT in the first place. Well, if you only give it the
natural feeling don't put a CVT and put a know a lot about it.
But then again, I think the principal things because they are more cost effective business.
There's, let's move this one. Tried the new, like the Mustang,
10-speed order or terrible. Terrible.
My brother who works at Ford and he says, he's driven, both the auto and the manual looking like he'd even take his on a manual Puris and all that. All three pedals or you need
like a that for a Mustang that actual dog shit.
The ten speed is said like the way it goes into gear.
It's just a house. Slow, it's terrible.
He reckons. Yeah, very bad.
Did he say the older six people's better?
I'm not sure about his take on the six speed.
But I know for a fact that he said the ten speed or think he was attending the 8-speed configure, its beer, there were, it's terrible. I worst thing ever, to put in
the Mustang and they're having issues or more.
This is I naught that is not that I can.
I can remember, I'm not too sure if they are had many issues with the 10 speeds in there. I'm not saying I'm couldn't get,
was I know that that transition was a joint venture between them and Chevrolet, I believe in the state, in the states.
So they kind of design that tends to be for, for use in their trucks and a few other things.
I don't want to only think it's the same Trend tends to be, that's that's in my Others new ranger and that, that's a Glasgow ten-speed that's actually been a rocket.
You know, there goes well and as she's very smooth and it's but I just feel like it's constantly shifting, but it's just your brother's Ranger, they are, which is it that they are the two liter biturbo, herded by Turbo my brother's got.
There was it 3 or 3 .6? 3.2 3.2 3.2 with the 6-speed.
He was gone. When he was the going to buy a
range of he was got was looking at, look at the tossing between the biturbo. A 6.2.
And he went with the 6.2. He reckons that mechanically
even the engines that better probably, apparently, apparently, the by turbos are gutless he reckons compared to get quick as. I mean, Tyrone is, he's got the
3.2 with the 6-speed Auto my brother's one.
It's probably quicker because it's in its talk radio all the time, but I still think. Yeah.
It could have had to be more go to your, I didn't, they are a little bit Cutlass. Is your brother's a manual or a
is a 26 feet. He believed that.
No, 66 be Auto, it's real. Yeah, he bought it brand-new was
a 2017 or 2018. It's all right, John.
Yeah. As you had a good run with it's
been good like uh, yeah. He loves it.
Yeah. Perfectly certain complaints.
Yeah. Yeah.
No, it's good. Like a lot of people that were
the range is really, really love them.
Although some don't like them under the earlier ones had a bit of issues but but the current one seemed to be assumed to be okay. I like when they ran backwards,
His motor literally turned backwards.
Really see one of them know these videos on YouTube of this switch off a rain. I think, I'm pretty sure was the
Rangers, the literally switch off the car car.
Pretty much comes to almost a stop and it starts running backwards after Google the video or whatever it was but it ran backwards. Yeah.
It's pretty cool. But yeah, that's that's the
issue. I know you unboxing at the
moment but updates via e-mail car was not a lot.
The end up taking the STI to the detail.
Yes I know. So initially he told me a week
kind of heat that they want kids colorful.
So I dropped off on Thursday morning he said look it'll probably done by the end of next week if not a couple of days into the the week after that. So clearly basically having two
weeks with the car Um, and it was anyone else?
I'd be like, you're being a bit dodgy here, like what you need, two weeks with the car. But since it's this guy, and I
obviously seen him work at this point for several years online, I'm okay with that because all I suspect is he's going to do some more stuff to the car for free, which because he's obviously, I think there's a chance at the sto will be on one of these videos in the future. So, just going to record his
work and stuff. So it'll be about two weeks with
other car, which I'm really sad about that.
At least the car. I'll be finally, you know, mint
step it up because I was like, I said, I've made, I've made no secret, I was quite pissed off and Subaru with the delivery experience because one the guy who's supposed to quote, unquote, introduce us to the car never showed up because I got, he'll be here and shut in like five minutes.
He'll be here shortly. She never locks up.
Any find that original guy who had no business.
I think giving us the car. He was just like do you any
questions for me then? And I was like I don't think you
know you've got to answer any questions.
I had any way but let's just move it along and I saw the the condition of the car. Go home.
There's like seeing a small scratches all over and I'm like I'd expect a little better from a pre-delivery team.
Yeah, I understand that like cars always going to be perfect because, you know, you're dealing with different volumes and different costs when you're working at, you know, dealership. But just the fact is that a week
later, I went with my uncle to get his Tiguan which is a next demo, already had thousand case on it and I could not find a single imperfection on that paint.
This is actually you know, put in the effort, they hired somebody to come and clean up the I work right before the sale and that's kind of what you'd expect, especially for a completely brand new car. Not even a demo.
Yeah. So yeah, I was just and I
obviously have never watched the car while I had it until I guess this guy's going to finally give it a short cut and polish, make sure everything's, I think it said around about 95 percent perfect paint work wise, put the coating on and then, I'll be happy. Yeah, right.
Yeah, so those ceramic coating. Yeah, I'm going for the Envy
Nova Pro. This is a Like they Envy Car
Care in Australia, they sell the coding here and do.
Luckily, the you get the Nova as a customer but if you want the pro, you have to get installed by a certified installer.
Yeah. So hopefully it all comes out
good. Hopefully they'll be a video of
the car being detailed to watch celebrity.
Let's see. I think
it's all done. Yeah.
Sis, I want to drive it some more.
It's just I wasn't fully ready to drive until the cows.
Yeah. And I kind of one bit.
So all the pro news because my detailing hustle, what you're going to shoot and any money from my new pressure.
Washer ends up coming in. It was a big blood pressure,
washer which works to me because I'm a big boy and like, is leagues better than my old cunny even the new grantee that I had.
That had to return way better than that.
I got it would like the short wand and the hose back course like a 13 me a hose. I go all around the car and get
everything down. I've had some new products come
in. There's a new, it's not really
new company in the world but it's new in Australia and like the state and stuff Koch. Cami the German they do.
Want you to detailing products and stuff.
I see you some of the new stuff now is amazing stuff.
So I'm having a bit of fun during the summer that I'm excited. Want to wreck secret.
Well, the STI comes back. I'll probably driving, get a
dirty and then give it a wash. I think that's the most exciting
thing for me, which I'm like to get done when you think about it, you know. It's time to look forward to.
So in other words I'll be bringing over a few cars, mr.
Mr. Yes, you will. If you will everyone has a lot
of scratches I need to be on. It will get a lot of every day.
Yeah, my phone's got plenty of scratches man.
I'll bring that around. You can pop them out for me.
Hey, I'm not I'm not doing I just do the wash pot in the Decon. All right, I tried my hand at
polishing, I think the WRX under polishing once it turned out okay. But like yeah I don't I don't
think I'm the gift with polishing.
Just need a clay bar then just claim honestly, be okay.
Does anyone want to buy a scalper rights?
May discover a PS1 Blake's like it's okay.
I'm I can't publish either and he would just be this like, a crying face emoji. Yep.
That's we leave it to the professionals.
Yes, I was The conversation goes away from me and I'll start pulling more stuff at the Box.
All right? But yeah, that's basically
carpets for me so I'm sorry. I can't bring the STI to the
station on Tuesday because I won't be here.
There was no worries at all, that's fine, that's fine.
It's all times. Like is it all the R-rated
magazine said that's in? That's in there.
I mean it might be, you know, but you'll have to stay tuned.
So we keep people who have a box.
Everyone's like, what's in the box?
It's a car show. It's got nothing to do with cars
but they're like, what's in the box?
So it's already giving it to you.
I was like, I think plus well you should be on the sure to tell him that turn but that's definitely turn.
Some of us are here, you know, putting ourselves in the webcam putting ourselves on microphones.
We can leak out week in week out.
Now all Google with you, Adam Carlos with you, man.
Zero. Now I'm here.
This work that I did? I did do some work today.
Something I was probably I should have done a while ago.
I just did a: flash dropping it on the Falcon.
That's really. It mean a little shit came out
of it but otherwise. Yeah, pretty good didn't bring
it out tonight because obviously my my gasca gu needs to cure but let me see it. Let's go to top it up tomorrow.
She'll be right. LM sure.
He's got cyberpunk. Did you give me a copy?
Like, I asked wait for others. It was supposed to be as
pleased. PlayStation PS4.
No terrible. Mistake my friend, terrible
mistake. Take his books, you have to
work. Did you see the preview of it, a
for more? I'd like Grand Theft Auto San
Andreas, really? Yeah, look talking dog shit,
she's going here. So I ordered this before the
game was announced to be coming out of next-gen.
You know. This is the PS4 collector's
edition. You've got a scar.
Yeah. So if anyone wants to buy our
way above Market rates, please hit me up.
Yeah, that sounds good. Looking on the decision, a
decision at ex-chairman, close it up.
You can rent cars inside the fun.
Wow, yeah. So this is the whole shebang.
I'm actually playing the game right now and Xbox One X.
That's the one. Yeah, it's not very
good-looking. I think I have to upgrade my PC
and play on PC. Okay.
Is it that bad? Is it like it is.
It became a thing that they're basically not making it for next-gen and they're like, look you can run on previous channel.
It's not a really good time especially if you don't have like a PS4 Pro. Yeah 1X.
There's a PS5 out. Says siren died.
You LM so he's again throw some shade look, it's hard.
You know when he's not even on camera he's being you're hard behind the scenes. I've taken seriously.
So yeah, that doesn't work out things with you that, I uncovered the charger today as well.
I'll show them. Show them my missus uncle just
so I haven't seen him, huh? Come on, have a look.
My going to uncovering the whole car because I can't be stuff but he's just the back half in the passenger door and let's see.
That's that's that's the other. Any other car up thing Years
with me, over some parts are coming from the UK Sky, really quickly. It's like week and a half, and
it's here, which is, which is awesome for the MR2 so obvious Guys are going out on the road. I got my stick.
Is it came in so that's what my floor.
He's handicapped. But, but basically, they will
replace all all the Sinners, the similar stickers and they boot release. And if you're really stickers
because they're all either missing or completely just worn out, got that got the lock for the the spare wheel.
The spare wheel clamp, This is another part 2, coming as well.
And I've got an original genome that arrived as well, which will, which will be good. Now, it's on the road.
It was actually really enjoy it. It's getting better.
The more I drive it. I think because it's hasn't been
driven, and it's set for two years while the guy was, you ain't seen me. So, I think it's, it's been,
it's been fun. But in getting, in, in going
forward, I do need. I think I do need to fix that
throttle cable, and I do wanna get the aircon done, but it's that's not an absolute necessity.
Tomorrow, I'm taking off the steering wheel and the center console to go. I get to go get Reef redone and
sorted by the interior guy, and then the interior should be pretty much means, but LM on Tuesday after the show had a bit of a drive, and so did mr. Grasso today have a bit of a
drive of the little Emma to Allen Craig at the small of his face. Could you have them?
I had such a good time. Like I said, then and I said,
now I'm Legit jelly. You know, if like if you weren't
my friend like hard for me, we keep by now.
Sola like is such a, such a fun, little like tiny package, you know, you know. It's like it's very go caddy.
As you said, you're nice and low to the ground, which is considering how cars are these days.
It's you're nice. You know, change.
It's refreshing to be like Gary. This is nice and low, you know,
you feel connected. Everything is obviously manual.
There's no Keller assistant anything.
It was just a great time. Like the only thing was once
again, me being a big boy, is a bit tight, squeeze it in there with me. Be good but it was just yeah.
Everything just felt so like not on Titan like you know the public pretty much go wherever you want.
It is sharing with a nice to get to go hard because of speed humps. And we were going to obeying the
law but I certainly will have to give it a go.
Once the cars like dialed in we've got those little like Nichols out of the way and just yet have a go then.
So I think it's just cause asking for it like it'll be a fun time. The movie kind of go for it.
It's a fun time. Imagine it was answer back to
have you a lot of fun. You just a little cherub, is
that a little bit more there? Be a little bit more fun?
Like it's fun. But yeah, there's definitely
more that can be had in it. What's really surprising is of
the about a color rose so high. It just keeps rubbing and
rubbing. I'd like you think you've got,
you know, you think should change billing.
You still another 3,000 RPM to go, Yokel?
Yeah, I just felt like yeah. Felt like your revving forever.
It's not a bad thing. But yes, just is a lot to plane.
It's almost like VTEC men like the way in vitek the kick in Where does kiki know when it goes?
It's nice and the in the exhaust I changes to, it says really.
Yeah. So trying to think about reminds
me of I still can't remember, but it has a nice night to her.
It's been great. It's been follow.
Sobs. I'll draw a little dated, a
Three Degree heat and perfect didn't do no hate.
Just stay in the center but I do I'm starting to get used to the little the little weirdness about the car because I got the wrong set of wheels and stuff on there the Speedos out by that 10K. So if she's doing 60, if you
don't 60 on the speedo, you don't 50.
So and I put the GPS thing on my phone just you know, like the actual real time, we speed speed track and I was about ten case off and I bought a deal with all my cards to see how far out that I how far off they are. It's funny though, the card is
the most accurate, the probably the one that's worth the least, which is the LTD. And if you had 100, it's on 100.
It's actually unbelievably on spec.
Typically they react like Were three to five k's.
Yeah. Depends on the car.
Oh Mi golf balls out by like nearly 10 by 10.
To 100 really is ridiculous. Yeah, and it sucks when you're
gone 100 which is quite nice, really good.
I think. Exactly on 50 when you got about
two you know like a hundred I think is that by like maybe two k's at the most that's pretty good.
That's pretty. When you get to about 200 go to
buy think about what 7 R ik is. Not that I would go to 200
doesn't matter if it's accurate at that cave.
That's been who cares? I cares?
Well I'm sure the cops would care.
I don't care either. Yeah I've got a little further
screencap. I took somewhere in Mexico where
the max speed is showing 22 or 2.3.
I think it makes God. If the engine doesn't Mexican
drive, you know, they have no speed limits there.
That place is so nice. There's a going jefe's, gimmick,
Corona, and you're on your way, have any trouble getting across the border. You knew mu Nu wa no, I did not
all the troubles on the other side trying to get into New South Wales. I mean Australia, I mean yeah.
That's that's good. But yeah, it's pretty well.
So I've ordered a rocker cover gasket for because it's got it has got a bit of a week not to leak.
So you know, I can get that that sorted.
So once that's done, I think I want to change the plugs, give it some new leads, and just give it like a proper service like that. And, you know, I want to adjust
the cable but I spoke to rallies like he's like, look, it's the original cables on 318,000 case you probably wouldn't hurt and they're cheap. Anyway.
They like, they like 60 bucks for all for a new cables and Carola. Yeah, seems know they're
different but he's like they're pretty cheap 60 bucks.
And you know, just just you know what you do is you pull the other Mountain you just tape it to the other one and just pull it right through. So it's okay.
That's pretty clean enough. We have to run.
Nothing. Yeah.
Make your life, a lot easier, make our lives a lot easier.
And but yeah, like I drove it last night and I drove it into the City. And yeah, it was, it was just
perfect perfectly fine, took my mom to, to a dinner, she had and I gotta get to a car park and because going up and everything's reserved, everything's reserved.
Everything's I get right to the top and it's full time.
I call that Bell had about like, two or three levels that have like the 10 levels that were actually available because normal people biking. So my God, we're going to go to
go back down and meanwhile stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic in there and it was pretty warm inside the car park.
I did notice that like when I got when I got really warm in there like, you know, know I wasn't moving the ribs were like a little bit jittery. I think it because it had a
puppy. The extra heat that was an
escaping out of the out of the engine bay behind you.
And it has an engine fan, but but I was just still drive, okay? And it was, it was fine, but I
was just like oh, maybe that maybe that's when it's, it's not, it's not, it's happiest. But apart from that it's it's
really fun. And I my driver this morning and
I went to go get breakfast. And I mean, really, I don't
know. I mean Williamstown and I see
this red, yo, RSG are, but the plate.
Gazoo as in front of Gazoo racing, gives me a big thumbs up, and I'm like, Thumbs up to you.
There's a lot like I respect that.
Yeah, that's a cool car. As we as we drove past each
other in opposite directions and but yet there's Yaris is look, really, really cool. And Patrick.
You were saying you saw on the other day, I saw a red one, like, four days ago, I obviously going towards no Melbourne Airport and you take the first exit into the all the industrial streets. As with my mate, you know, we're
just, you know, doing life activities.
Of course in his SV 223. We're not not not doing bit, not
being silly. Kids.
I see this sitting in a, in a red Yaris, G, ir s-- and open Woods coming past them, and then it was obviously stationary and then he just punched it. And this thing went flying down
the street, and I was just so shocked and I'm like, need to get me one of them. They are a fast fast car.
Like, I've seen the reviews in Jerusalem.
There is something one. Yeah, insanely insanely good.
I think for the forgot. For money propositions, they are
pretty damn hard to beat. I just hope they don't this
Spike up in value because of covert X, or JDM tags, or one party, give them as it is. Sorry, I don't think you can get
them as it is getting very hard to get like very hard.
I think like Tara did the same thing that they did with Japan.
They launched a super, I was sort of a lottery sort of system to try and get him. Yeah, but you know what?
That was kind of like with the Focus ST.
Room and I first came out with the first is T.
It was like we are doing whatever it was Good point of view, but yeah. Really, really cool cars are.
Yeah, I'd love to drive on for sure.
Patrick, I work with the lady who's got a brand like a brand-spankin'-new rough for. And she had the way about four
or five months first to rock up and I was reading that at the moment like if we've got record sales of hybrid vehicles in Australia, I think know that there's is the highest it's ever been. So with that in mind, these cars
are going to be at the Argan. At that point, they can start
charging more. All they will, they are charged.
More like a, they are charging more.
There's barely any discounting on.
Any of these hybrids from Canada?
I don't know if you guys know Subarus recently launched their heart birds in their Forrester. Yeah, I mean I've been here
about that a while ago, I didn't know.
Yeah. Probably about six months ago,
they launched they had the launch event.
And I think I mentioned something to marry earlier this week that Harvard's hell's are going to peak in the year 2028.
So in seven or eight years from Day is when they're predicting, Harvard sales will be at the highest before we eventually transition to electric cars. So it's a really, really
interesting segment, nearly everyone.
I believe your Mitsubishi the new Outlander coming out.
Next year is going to have a hybrid variant.
It's funny that they're doing Harbor variance because like a lot of countries are facing at hybrids or anything with combustion. Anyway yeah that's right.
It's really interesting I think that think At in the next three to five years, they got to capitalize on this on this hybrid sort of uptake but the European standards in terms of the fuel emissions and stuff, they're forcing them to, you know, have bring these new powertrains in to reduce them, their emissions, otherwise they can't sell cars in Europe.
It's just crazy to think that's the case for then.
They can still sell Yaris gr. You know, that's just the big
middle finger to everything. That's that's see.
You know what it's great? They're doing it because 10
years down the track from now we're going to look back and go shit. We had cool cars and now we've
got nothing hybrids and electric since just going to be cool as well. But not like this.
There were no definitely not yet.
It's one of those issues of Kind of hard to like imagine how cool the car can be when all you hear is like hmm like no you be gone faster that that sound for me is you know half the battle there to do think there may once we switch over to a Visa and all that car people are kind of Theseus, know as a community as a whole, we will eventually die out because it isn't really much to do. I reckon they'll still be stuff
to do, but it'll be expensive as mean, especially at the start.
It's like of anything. I just think it's I don't think
we're ready for as a society just yet.
Like I don't think we're ready for that for that change like we especially in Australia, we don't have it.
We don't have the infrastructure up like full electric yet.
We don't have, we don't have that stuff in our and it kind of just sits scaring a big way because it's a big change.
I'll what's interesting is that you know what's happened and to ask our people and last 10 years, how many, like people are not modifying cars, the cars that could be modified are no longer around. So all they are very limited and
the prices have skyrocketed. So you know I think car
enthusiasts that love the 90s Japanese Japanese era.
We won't be talking the same, you know, like literally in the 2000s they haven't been many cars out of Japan that have been that exciting for car, enthusiasts to do any modifications on, maybe the BRZ, but or the 86, but apart from that, That whole, you know, segment of cars is no longer around. So you know, it's that
Generations missing. So car enthusiasts will be less
and less of us. Agreed agreed.
You're right that this is why As you know I'm a guy and yes some of the cars. Like what I want to bring the
opportunity to work that day, the kids knew what I was like like they come and talk to me unless I'm missing my your lives on it. They knew what engineer had.
They knew all of, they know all about it.
They were geeking out over and I'm like well what kind of do you guys want? And that was still stuck on cars
that we like, I guess, fifteens and and stuff like that.
Because because that there was like a, they kind of do ideally rival, but freaks, for example, for them, for the hot for the middle. 2000's, like the naughties that nothing, really
Aksum like switch from from the front from Japanese cars are just like, well, it is. It is what it is.
Really like this is just like, well I still prefer a car from, you know, the early, early 90s or late 90s and that's just it's interesting to see that. That's that transition.
But I'm Japanese cars in the naughties.
They didn't mean I had a few little had a few little things but nothing was real eighties. And nineties.
Like that's where it like it was doing like Now is with time they've I think like that back in the 80s and 90s or very brave and flamboyant and to do whatever the hell they wanted an experimental. Want not because I feel like
there was a market for that, but I feel like these days people were just No, they don't want to deal with you know, flamboyancy or just you know crazy. They just want to stick to one
specific thing. They don't want to differentiate
to the rest of society or the rest of the crowd so that's why everything. Now in my opinion, you know, all
cars these days they look very dull.
No Gran said there may be ten times better mechanically on what, not safety. But cars these the current cars
like this generation of cars. They don't have character.
Is what I believe I believe they like for example, take alumns you know WRX you know, I'm sure it's he's St.
I'm sure it's a fantastic car, you know, does amazing things.
But you know, but comparing it, to, for example, AGC, AGC.
A, you know, STI, you know, is that the actual wrongness of a car? I feel like it's completely
eliminated. Granted, his does have better
handling and electronic stability and all that.
I feel like just, you know, what we've put why we exist is because We find character in Cars and, you know, and the stuff they do and then enjoyment short newer cars can do that.
But can they do it as well? I believe this debatable but me,
personally, my opinion. I personally believe that newer
cars won't bring this same amount of enjoyment as you know, 80s and 90s cars. Not just from Japan but from
Europe and America as yeah, no, that's a good point.
But I also think that That Subaru was probably, the Subaru was probably, the only coming. It was still kind of making
interesting things like that, like they had and manage their as well. I'll give that measure and
Street. Like mess that the MPS program
in the nineties, which we MPS 6 and PS3s, which were, which were fun comes to really sort off there.
And then, liked Subaru, still maintained wsme.
Adam had had a GD. Blah, blah, blah, blah, Iraq's,
you know, and they've still kept the STI Mitsubishi kind of died off. They're like, well, No, we're
making the Evo, he was a great car but then they just had not memory though which is CV teen but your clutch in the but even that sucked. Yeah.
Don't you say goodbye? That's it.
So so I think that Golden Arrow is some people hot on specialty but others from as a special thing to I should say however I see a girl, I was gonna sound like Sorry, please remember, I was going to say that they are cars in the current day that kind of gives you that character.
But in terms of pricey generally far more expensive than any average person can afford, that's I think one of the biggest issues that arise like if you're looking for that car, that you're going to have to just customize this from the factory or, you know, just have like real fun with both cars.
Like you're paying over 100 Grand at this point for them, you know. And that's again.
Like as people obviously are spending a bit more modern cars and they used to, but not that kind of money.
So what's the point of these Japanese cars there were made for the average People Like Us? Yeah, cheap and to compete with
what was, you know, being put out by the more expensive Brands, but no in Europe. That's why people weren't a lot
of people like us. We fell from so easily and built
off to what is, you know, one of the biggest in our communities in the world, so the world everyday hero.
Hmm. And Gary, do you want, you want
an offer anyone, any pain with 7 grand for a shit box and it's like no it's not where these causes supposed to be worth.
Trust me. I can already rants enough last
time about. Wait yeah honestly they sorry
I'll just buy in like one second.
You're saying that the guys at your school with the kids at your school saying I everyone like a nice 15 or whatever.
Right. But in this 15 demands, like
what were you saying last last time, I drank like 20 grand 1500? Not even like, I think, I think
it's a scam to one of the pages. Are 1, an auction popped up for
a automatic as 15 GT. They had the GT spoil leather
seats and all that and apparently auctioned out at 26.
Yeah. So 26, which is ridiculous for
an automatic, you know, like, we're talking about High. 2011
12, they want to get their first car.
You're not going to spend 30 grand on the 25 year old car or thereabouts. The cheapest s of phenol Car
Sales right now is 37 Grand. Are you serious?
Yeah, they're ridiculous. When I was the one I was looking
for them. I could when I was in the market
for one, I could pick one, he's a felon, 14, 14 Grand 15, grand, the 144 a message to the guy for 14 Grand and I said, put on hold, I'm coming. I'm picking up the car.
I'm buying it. Yeah, easy.
Next day. Yeah sorry mate.
Someone came and offered counter you off on my bastard.
Yes. When I bought the Rex, I could
have had a 200SX but basically the same thing for like nine ninety four hundred dollars, and now again the cheapest 200SX is what 20 grand on ourselves. So it's ridiculous.
What is it? I think, I think you're right.
Like, when the second-hand Market mankind, Susie assists.
We're able to sort it by car between ten and twenty thousand dollars that was cool. I guess one thing we forget
sometimes is how much these cars were brand new.
So you know, as an as an example, I'm looking at a 1999 Honda S2000 manual. Brand-new there were six seventy
thousand dollars. Sort of the same price as what
you would pay for. Like ask 370Z 353.
So many. Yeah, so brand-new, there were
roughly the same. If I mean, if you look at
inflation, then there were a lot cheaper, we're sorry, the current cars are a lot cheaper than what those cars were.
So we're talking like, you know, 99 it's nearly 21 years later and you buy a 37? It for about the same same
amount of money. But you're right on the
second-hand Market because there's less and less of them and they're not, there's nothing in the 2000's there are which the Japanese released that was very exciting or affordable.
We're just we're just going to see less and less of us because we can't modify a 40,000 dollar. S15 because nobody's got the
money to do. It should be right.
You speak spend all the money on the car.
People get 3000 is 41 Grand. It's killing me.
Be serious. Yes, that is the cheapest that
it is another 1442 44:57. Why is context of why carbon tax
is an actual thing to me indirect world's gone crazy.
Yes 150 drugs because they can someone will pay it.
There's more of em. We got a bit of competition like
think it's just basic supply and demand at the moment.
That's right. I think this is what it's sort
of come down to in the There are.
But in general, the cars that were looking at this and there's so much more popular most spoken about, you know, the Mighty Car Mods, tax and everything else. There's so much more popular
than what they once were every player wants.
One every older person who were once a p played at once, one, and there's not enough there, why want him?
If you've always wanted one wide, get one.
Now, when you came clearly, previously you could have obviously bought one for boredom for much cheaper.
So, I understand why now. Now, what's this time?
Now, everyone wants one, I guess they just they might not have another chance. Maybe that's right.
I've always wanted one. You know, that's, that's always,
that's always been one of my dream cars, S15 Silvia, or FD obviously, and if these kind of gone through the roof now, but in this 15 would always always fall in second and just well, well Patrick man, I've got an offer for you.
The car, my car, the week this week is something that I think is comparable and it hasn't got the covert.
It's it's VTEC kicking in, it's everything that you ever wanted.
Well, let's get into a, into a Xerox.
Let's give the car the week because I, we are, we are running out of time in the podcast, but it's probably that.
Merry Christmas cards, All crew. He's doing great 21 from Darren,
dr. Rock Renaud.
Thank you to you have. Merry Christmas to you all.
And hopefully, that you and your family are doing very well too, but she'll face was shining to point.
But we Share the screen. So R is explain to us the
incredible car that this is right now.
Look this here is all you have to do is read the first sentence in the description experience. This red Michelle this read that
we've got here is a 1989 Honda Integra manual ten thousand dollars and it looks pretty Immaculate for its age it looks like one of those cool cars that we've been talking about the you know the engine bay the Veals this you know the inside its got the gauges there's got more gauges there then you know even the S15 Came with, it's one of the coolest examples that I've
come across of a car that ask how people would want.
And look at in Queensland, I think it's a really, really nice sort of example. She's even got front power,
windows power steering sunroof for a car in the late 80s.
This, this fund has got it all. That's before she looks very
clean. Looking at him said, that's, it
looks tiny form, like this. We're looking at it right now.
It looks. It looks clean.
So, yeah, I think it's a really good example of not.
One of those. Was it Auto Salon sort of
modified vehicles that are just, you know, where people spend 40, 50 Grand on and they look like crap, yeah, this is pretty cool.
Those are the blocks being painted.
The book has been painted. How else are you going to get
additional killer wasps? Well, it's had.
Yeah, you're out of its time. It was extracted, cold air
intake. Is that money spent on in there?
Magnificence for me, the experience is written.
As you said, this car is pay about everything.
Completely rebuilt from the ground up includes a highly modified engine suspension body. And exhaust to me, too many
things to Lisa green for more details. 10K I like it.
I like it to look. Yeah, I think it's but yeah, I
think it's a it's a clean example of the cars that I just put a smile on our face. However, say yeah, I totally get
that. That's uh, yeah, it's an example
of one. This is this is my example of my
entire the week. It's not the perfect example,
but it's, it gives me the idea because there's a few out now because of the changed import laws, which means you can pretty much have A four-door Supra for a smidge of the price of a legit super. That's that's probably going to
go down at the moment. So you've some of you that know,
will know what I'm going to what's going to share right now and whoever doesn't check it out.
So those are the risto food. So Gusto, whatever you this one
is, but they they range from like 1996 to 2004.
Obviously. It's a four-door, actually those
pretty much, it's not Although stripper it is, it's an Aristo because there will they came before the Super technically, the original risk. Those were built before the
supervisor even released, hence, they had to Jay-Z before that.
So, nevertheless, this is a four-door super if you want to call it that with a to Jay-Z. And I think all speed, Autos do
with the Autos, these things pull like a train because obviously good that 2JZ with the sequential.
Once you've dumped a massive single turbo on the hear these things, halt, Ants and their graspers their family car.
They're pretty much a family car, I know.
But your xr6 turbos with ridiculous amounts of power, but this is a cool car. I think there are good buyer for
what they are. And if you're out of the market
for a super and you can't afford it, this is what the next best thing. That's my opinion anyway, are we
still getting used to getting that twin turbos?
Well, yeah, but not in this report and that their base, they are GS 300 so that in him, we might.
Yeah, that's all Remember today? Begin GS 300.
So pretty cool. I like it.
I'll go next. What Patrick Lennox.
Patrick the board, the floor is yours.
Who's some? Sorry for my kind of the week.
I decided to go and venture out a bit different than I normally do. This cars, actually quite
different from what everyone has shown so far but I reckon these are probably one of the best bang for buck to go off-roading.
Here we go. Yeah, hell yeah, a 1999 Suzuki
Jimny as no no Mighty Car Mods. Just recently bought one so you
know the MCM tax is going to go up and grab one now for a low price of five grand. And I mean this sick like this
place. Yeah.
With white brown and I think that race Prime, but yeah, that's cool. Okay, a car, you know, is just
look at it. It's so cute.
Where are the seats of patched? You know, that's all right.
But you know that, you know, it's a proper operating car.
So you don't know already and what not, they all wheel drive with a realistic. Proper fool drugs, they could
trust. Rear to front.
So it's kids in there you go. Back to for your children, you
know, take him on offering him Ventures, you know, it's just they're sick car. And that if you think I've seen
looking various on him today, actually, after the Mighty Car Mods, one dick. They have pretty capable man.
Ever Unstoppable. We can do with them.
Like competing with your big boys in your patrols.
Your Hilux is your cruises, you know, they do they keep it well.
And that aftermarket seen apparently is huge Them as well.
So you can imagine what you can do, you know, Chuck itself 29, it lift it you know out of curiosity house is a way because it 1.3 liter. This is yes is a, it's four
banger 1.3. How much it weighs.
Yeah, curious. Cause it's a small-time you to
be able to mention. It's actually a beautiful drive
gear. It's actually not that bad.
We put the live axle friendly as well.
So I'm going to details. What's this description?
Say nothing because they seldom stories.
Very common. Yeah.
Tonight, I'm Suzuki Jimny or do a domino 235.
It's all right, Roger until will that put this twenty six on the six. Next year, car, work working
perfect. Perfect.
Never had any issues aircon needs regas spare tire up, missing good, and it looks like you see sprayed the car with a rattle can because it's all all over the wheels.
Yeah. But you know it's offering so,
you know, appearances in there. You know, on point you're going
to get a scribe model. You're going to this is this is
sick mom. Honestly would you boys only one
of these? Or I would really want one.
Yeah, the stickman and the new ones apparently.
They sold out in the new ones and everyone is going crazy.
So I was what those are speaking to a guy's face from Sri Lanka.
And he's like to me, he had a, he had a Jimi and I over there and and all these measures we going forward driving And they laughed at me for green is Jimmy along, but they all had like two because I had Land Cruisers Land Rovers, and the likes.
And here he is in his gym knee, and like they're going up this thing and they're getting stuck in the June.
He's got a small smaller track. So he's like, oh I can I can get
up that and he went up because you didn't use that.
What he went right in the middle of the other cars tracks for the, how do you defeat any enemy doing between?
And he got up and they're all I have the hell did this guy give up? Small narrow wheelbase.
So they are a very Very, very cool car.
I'm a big, big fan of a big fan of a Jimny Alum.
All right, one minute want to close the curtains.
I've to screen share on my desktop and it makes those the inappropriate stuff again. Yeah, the rice queen who is here
to turn off, the only fans and weather.
Very very rare car bought it but I changed my mind looking for offering Cruiser, it has some cosmetic damage but very easy fix my scholar, great looking wagon.
And the review about this car is also not real person might help get roadworthy depending on their schedule, so closet running and running. Princely sum of 8,500, only
groups, it's got any 140,000 caves and over on the pictures.
See the important proven pictures of Dashing, he's been the cleanup lovely automatic. If these rules engine, it does,
191, kill offs. So clean leak.
I'd say. And leave There are three is
GTE, so fast, Japanese reliability and good price.
That's that's what I'm bringing to the table today.
Well, I like it, I like it a lot.
It's all for you guys to lose. That's spicy.
I'll stop the ship. So we all know with a Benz, you
broke too. All is now virus.
That's it, man. Lawrence up.
Papa Geniuses method is number one.
And, you know, you're, you know, you're super super rich.
When you keep this bands from day one, all the way till you die. Now, this is the type of car
that when my, my Facebook says the Lord and I think it's because type of card doesn't want to be shown you that I mean it crashed when you can't bring the car up.
Maddie. We can't score you.
So I think that's a disqualification, right?
It's those stuff. This one here exterior and
interior in fabulous condition, let you some electric sunroof electric windows, all working, there cracks will dance over 11 months of Reggio. Genuine original plates on the
car, always garage, no road, we know offers/price yourself from one deceased owner, so it was that good.
That he didn't, all she didn't need to buy a new car.
Now, look at, look at the paint, it's means this car original.
Original plate, is this is Cal to kill cui white.
I love them. So, but it looks so original,
like, that is awesome. I think I can fit my whole head
in that Gap. Yeah, that's really.
It's a heart. That's a high calming.
Forget about a chimney. This is the real off-roader.
Well, you know, in Africa, they they, they still use these to go. So, look, how clean the booties,
okay? It's got to turn in 80,000
clicks on it, but if, you know, for an old proverb ends, not an issue, got cruise control as well.
We tried Work because Mom doesn't at school.
Look how look how neat and well preserved.
This car's interior is immaculate like it looks it looks really really tight. It's really the little piece of
wood trim here man 45 as well for for a car that's that original in that clean. Only on what's regiment, what
you do is you just put the red, you tell the radio in get on a car on a club permit and you be laughing the car like this.
Now the Chrome work looks good. Everything looks really, really
tight at this actually have any like thing or if I didn't get an MR2, I'd probably go and have a look at this, because this is like that, it's in. It's in really good condition
like for a Club Car, you getting that lovely straight-6, that 2.8, which were Saudis. Were really, really want
renowned for their. These are got, these are got a
air conditioning and as well. So, you know that it's a, it's a
quality motor. And when you start, when you
Shut the door on these. You get up.
Thunk like there they are Mercedes Bank V quality back then that's when that's when there were probably made in the more I stare at the front the more I see a Bentley.
Yeah, my stereo Up there.
L might need to come releases STI.
Yeah but yeah that is my that is my Carol awake.
I think I think it's a corker. Corker example I've got Ben's
that's that's that's my world. I'm joining up in Z.
That's claim for originality. That's changed man.
Yeah, Matt you got me Ben's to do, Adam.
I don't know. I'm look, it's Clean.
Right? It's nice.
I don't know. I'm never never really been an
old bins fan to be honest and I'll probably get shot down hard for this. I think they look ugly.
That's just my opinion. It's Timeless out of I know but
it's doesn't do anything for me. That's good.
But look, it's clean. So I'd say that too.
But if you had to choose a line you thought you could go after all the options, you got yours. Got the killed Nina, you got the
Jimny. This is pretty clean in terms of
value for money, and if you want to go to Club Red, If you look at it in that sense, this is the one to go for because a it's what four and a half Grand cheap.
Have any case I got 280. That's nothing right.
And yeah like you're saying it's really got 11 months Ridge, do the transfer it's a really cheap you're going to pay nothing for transfer it get some cash back Club, Bridget done, I'm sure it doesn't need much roadworthy and even if it did why cost that much and they are bulletproof those so yeah so yeah for the instance of going to coverage and Cheap access for cheap entry to it. That's the vote.
You sure. Hello?
I missed all the conjecture going on because my intent, subscribe itself. I am.
What are the votes that so far? Well, it's currently 34 the bins
and nothing for anything else. That's shameful.
I am voting for The Integra. Yeah, the thing we kind of
depends with, that's your line. Nisshin Maru, I think a lot
already been spent on it to just keep it in preview to come on like this. Someone, whether it's a JAP
versus Euro, you know? I'm saying it is, it is I got
you backwards. Oh, good moment.
But I want to show you guys one more car before before we go, which is for me Anthony's, his kind of the week, which is, which is cell is sending to us, but I really went for it.
I like the junior. Did you mean he's really, really
cool that they're doing is getting my about, you know, you know, I would like a Jimmy if it was a menu.
Well, I think it would have probably one tonight.
I think just because an order to be able it was already laid down on it. So, but Anthony saying in the
chat near the Merc is is mint though, and it is so clean.
Yes, her definitely deserves the win there.
So I think I'll take the wind. Thank you gentlemen.
I will happily take that win. So I think I think that Merck is
rizz, you know saying you broke till you got one man.
Don't don't miss out on the on the opportunity to great effect that out, man. That's the thing going off its
head. So this car in particular is
this one, which is only going to screen share with you guys, because this is what this is, Anthony's is from Anthony.
No, surprisingly not for the first time in his entire life.
It is a 83 Jeep Cherokee. Now, 360 5.0 liter of 360 V8, it
is electric talk image, it's all flat owner.
Lastly AMC models of these. Now this is like a great big is
with a grain wagon here and paint Works a bit.
Hey, she's very high you going, but they are quite a rare car and it looks it is on a moment by just for the engine.
Yes greens are burned. These are very sought after
especially got a lot of people restore these because these are like the cream of the crop goes like before with drives of America full drives. Anything to use messaging me and
making my finger off, but this one.
Yeah, they were a really, really cool car, but big, but a 5.9
liter 360 V8, that's a big engine.
So yeah, I do like that one thought of that one voice.
Not been good size. Look, I don't wanna get another
ticket on the road, you know, I'm saying, it's I'm behind the force. So yeah, I like that but
wristband, you know, No, it's always means is oink, oink?
Oink piss off. Ya raise.
I know your answer. I can't feel like a, like a bit
of a general officer Japanese cars.
Couldn't be your cup of tea, but if you had to that's a good option. But yeah, man, I really do.
I mean, just for a drama, put the ranges with the main man in the MR2. The main man, the STI, the main
man in Mazda3 it, all the main men up there and hopefully being chased by Anthony and a Jeep undercover cop car.
We got to get update. I'm saying yeah I'm gonna do it.
Okay Drago prophecy as well. Yeah.
Yeah get the tailgate on guarding the irrigate grab easy says, noted R is so he's taking it to a homeless Drifter.
Is going to be a petty. Let me, let me tell you.
When I have to find a car, the week every every time, or every week that I'm on, I start with Daihatsu.
So then I start with Suzuki's because they, they are my favorite sort of Japanese small cars.
What they could do for their size.
I think it's, you know. Yeah, I really, really do like
like this is Sookie, the head Sue's even older Honda's Is how I came across the Integra, your low to high.
But yeah, I really think that, you know, that the chimney is pretty cool, they are very sought-after, it's your has already that. Don't you?
Tell you what drug per usual for you?
Yeah, it's it's in Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast.
So yeah, we, you know, we're at us once we once we're not in covid, get up there, you know, if it isn't sold.
Yeah, like in terms of condition and it's very period of the mods of the early 2000s, however, it's not over the top You can still take out those gauges and make it just that little bit nice on but I think you got a great car.
Well, just just quickly. I was coming back from Albert
Park yesterday and I saw a gentleman in a Kluger with.
I think he had three gauges and he was swerving through traffic.
2019 2020 klug around Caulfield doing Lane changes and he had a huge High. Highlander sort of sign at the
back of it and Neon Lights under it like purple Neon Lights.
What the hell? And this was a black.
This, this was a black Luger Highlander, as he put it.
And just looking at that it just made me think about how cool were the cars from Japan in the 90s.
And you know we just don't see that anymore but it did it was silly. But it did, you know, bring a
smile but what can you do with the current cause not much.
Yeah. You can and then yeah, II
integrate ready? I'll probably have a small at
that. Like I had a real good small
today when I saw that. That yeah, yeah.
I'm like that's it's cool. You know?
Like yes thank you. Someone's got you know someone's
got the the the wheel to go by that because like as we know as we know it's a very non kind of a thing to do these days.
So but yeah that's I think Think ideally would be the you're right. It did it would bring a smile to
your face regardless because I think that's I think you know seeing that you saying yeah he's motivated the ways like but because we can't really do anything else these days with with them. I think that's a great thing but
the other podcast gentleman, thanks Maddie.
