00:00
Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to Q&A Freakin' Thursday, where today we have a very special
00:25
episode for you. Joining me is Mr. RJ from WD, is it, shall I say, detailing or details?
00:34
Are you not that familiar with us?
00:36
I just didn't know, I didn't know what you want me to, how you want to introduce you.
00:39
So anyway, so we have RJ here, thank you so much for joining us today.
00:43
We have a special episode where we're actually going to be featuring some WD products
00:47
in the background, which is going to be pretty cool.
00:49
So over there in the yonder, in the wash bay, the gray bay, we have the one, the only, Gabriel
01:04
Can I even say that?
01:05
Don't ever say that again.
01:06
We won't let you back on the show.
01:07
I told Anthony, we want to have fun today.
01:08
You know, none of this is just dry as we got to crack some dad jokes, sling
01:13
around some WD, you know, all that jazz.
01:16
Well, you have a beautiful looking line in front of you, right?
01:19
This is, these are, these are basically the bread and butter, right?
01:23
Of everything from WD detailing.
01:26
You've seen the car restoration vids.
01:27
You've seen some amazing magic be done and it was all done with what's in front
01:32
To be honest, we've had the chance of watching him throughout this week as you know, showing
01:38
us some stuff he's been visiting and he's like, Hey, you guys should try this
01:42
So I'm trying this out coming out in front of camera and I'm going to play around with
01:47
some of the products.
01:48
The one product I'm going to mess around with a little bit different, which, oh, you
01:53
can tell me if I'm wrong, but I'm going to try the pre-wash, but I'm going to try
01:57
foaming the pre-wash.
02:00
The only thing is it might eat up the filters over time, but one time use, I think
02:04
It's, this pre-wash stuff's pretty nuts as far as he, we watched RJ do this
02:10
on bugs and oh my gosh, it literally ate up the bugs.
02:14
It was like Anthony eating a chocolate chip cookie.
02:20
I prefer snickerdoodle.
02:21
Generally speaking.
02:22
I mean, if I'm going to pick my cookie, but hey, that's all right.
02:25
So needless to say, we're really excited for you to use the products here.
02:29
RJ will be here as kind of the product whisperer guiding you along as you go.
02:33
You also have some RAG company products as well.
02:34
They're going to be demonstrating.
02:35
We're going to throw some citrus on this paint today.
02:41
Too many dad jokes and too short of time.
02:43
You're going to tell me.
02:44
We're going to reel that back a little bit.
02:45
My dad jokes too much.
02:46
I don't think they are.
02:47
Now, you guys are probably wondering where Dane is.
02:49
Dane Hen and Dane is locked up in the podcast studio kind of area where we normally have
02:56
He's actually running the comments today.
02:58
So if you're wondering where he's at, he is still with us.
03:01
He is just going to be without a voice this time, but he will be kind of chiming
03:04
from time to time maybe in the chat boxes here.
03:07
So RJ, well, welcome to Idaho.
03:10
How has your stay been so far?
03:13
Idaho reminds me a lot of Colorado, which I've visited a lot because a buddy lives out there
03:18
and it's very similar.
03:19
A lot of outdoorsy people, a lot of great breweries and pretty good food and I like
03:27
So the dry weather hasn't gotten to yet because everybody complains that all the
03:29
moisture gets sucked out of their skin once they make it here.
03:31
I'm from Cleveland, man.
03:32
It's always dead humid.
03:34
It's ridiculously humid in Cleveland.
03:35
So I don't mind dry weather at all.
03:42
So, but you made your way all the way out here basically because we are going to be shooting
03:44
a lot of content specifically for Amazon on the WD detailing brand and the line looks
03:51
It's really, really nice.
03:52
A lot of the smells are great.
03:53
The colors are wonderful and I'm actually a really huge fan of the labels.
03:56
I love those foil labels there with the matte black.
03:59
It just really pops and looks awesome.
04:01
So you guys did a great job.
04:02
How long, I mean, how long was it that you guys were on the YouTube channel doing all the
04:07
different details until you guys were like, you know what, we need a dedicated product
04:12
So it's a good question.
04:14
We have actually tried this a few times already.
04:17
The first time the supplier, actually both times, the suppliers of the products because
04:21
we're not chemical formulas and we were approached by a couple different parties and
04:26
it was not the right fit and we didn't feel like the products were adequate.
04:30
So we actually scrapped the ideas.
04:31
We brought one to market and it was a decent product but we weren't able.
04:34
We didn't have the control that we wanted.
04:36
And so we actually work with the company that I've worked with since my inception of detailing
04:43
cars and we worked hand in hand with the chemical, I'm sorry, the chemist that formulates
04:50
all of our products and it's actually only an hour south of us.
04:53
So those are the same products that not only have I used on the YouTube channel
04:56
from inception but then also eight years, nine years prior when I started a mobile detailing
05:02
business in high school.
05:03
So it's the same products that I've been using for about 15 years now but we've manipulated
05:10
and changed a lot of them and kind of curated exactly what we wanted and thankfully we
05:14
have fantastic partners that create some really, really great products and allow
05:19
us to work on some of the dirtiest cars in the world.
05:23
So I'm sure you're going to get a lot of questions and I'm actually hoping
05:26
that people ask questions about your process when it comes to kind of restoring these cars
05:30
and finding these cars and kind of what it takes to go and get these because it's not
05:37
What you guys do on the YouTube channel is pretty crazy.
05:39
You guys go beyond, above and beyond to find these, track them down, get them on a trailer,
05:45
get them delivered, bring them to you, do them there so you guys have a kind of
05:49
a cool background on what comes to that and we'll get to that here in just a little
05:51
bit but this is your opportunity for everybody watching right now to drop some comments
05:59
So we're still going to wait on some comments but what I do want to talk about right now
06:03
is what's going on right now at theragcompany.com.
06:09
We currently have a sale going on right now that you guys can score big.
06:14
Labor Day sale 20% off almost everything with 69% off particular doorbusters, up
06:21
to 69% I should say.
06:24
Simply go to theragcompany.com.
06:25
You're going to see Carson there as the main star here in the background of this photo
06:30
next to that is Nate's Toyota Tundra foaming some foam and doing some fun stuff.
06:36
So scrolling down here, let's go ahead and take a look at the doorbusters because these
06:41
So if we can click on that blue, up to 60% off doorbusters, there we go.
06:46
So what do we have here?
06:47
We have the Wolfpack towels, right?
06:49
Pick these up right now, seven bucks, freaking crazy.
06:52
We're going to get a ton of towel for the money when it comes to, that's a seven, right?
06:56
Is that a seven or one seven?
07:01
That's a crazy good deal.
07:02
Okay, so seven dollars.
07:05
That's an incredible deal.
07:06
Okay, so holy smokes.
07:08
Well, I might need to get some of this for myself.
07:10
So then we have the big one, right?
07:11
We have the premium FTWs in gray coming in at 12 bucks.
07:14
Also a killer deal.
07:15
Creature edgeless 10 pack coming in for an amazing deal.
07:18
Then we have some other awesome just applicators as well as the Eagle applicator, the
07:22
six pack of the Terry applicators, and then we have the cyclone wash mitt and a couple
07:27
of our smaller two ring packs.
07:29
So this is a great time to just stock up on general microfiber if you guys just need some
07:34
for application of product or applying tire dressings, things like that.
07:40
And then we also do have the Eagle edgeless four pack in gold as well.
07:43
So just a super awesome door buster sale with 20% off almost everything else.
07:49
So right now is the time to stock up while you can.
07:52
So now while we still wait for a few more comments to kind of collect here, Gabriel is
07:57
doing his first WDD telling photo shoot over there.
08:00
He's looking pretty good posing.
08:02
I think he's flexing his arms as he's going through and scrubbing these tires.
08:06
Gabriel, do you try to get a pump in usually before these shoots or how does that work?
08:10
You know what they call me, Anthony?
08:11
They call me the Enrique Iglesias of background washing.
08:16
I don't think they've ever said, nobody's ever said that like not one person has
08:20
even mentioned that.
08:22
Give me name one Enrique Iglesias song.
08:25
I can be your hero, baby.
08:28
That's pretty good.
08:29
I guess he came prepared for that.
08:30
Jamie's laughing over there in the background.
08:32
Intern doesn't know what to think of this.
08:33
But anyway, so let's get to know RJ, what I want to do is I want to get to know
08:36
you a little bit more.
08:37
So you guys, so you started as a mobile detailer, right?
08:41
And then after getting into mobile detailing, you did this in high school, right?
08:45
And so at what point did you guys kind of go all in with being, yeah, but making
08:51
So actually my first job when I was 14 was at a car wash.
08:55
I didn't realize that that was an omen for the rest of my life, but I worked at a car wash
09:00
and that was detailing cars on the side and then continued to do that when I was in school
09:05
in college for accounting.
09:07
Accounting didn't pan out.
09:11
Are you a numbers guy?
09:12
Do you like numbers?
09:13
No, my stepdad owns a accounting firm.
09:15
So he was just like, hey, do this?
09:16
No, I didn't even tell me that.
09:17
I was like, oh, well, I got nothing else going on.
09:19
I might as well try and then go to school for numbers and then I could take over the firm
09:25
It was very short lived and I kept detailing cars throughout school and actually I dropped
09:29
out right before the capstone course because I was like, I'm never going to use this.
09:33
This is absolutely pointless for me and most people thought I was stupid for it, which
09:38
I understand why they thought that at the time, but continue to detail cars and
09:42
then my business partner, well now business partner Brent, who is the other half
09:49
I don't know if anyone doesn't know, stands for Wagner the Cheser.
09:52
It used to be Wagner detailing and then I was like, well, I'm not going to make a different
09:56
Let's just make it Wagner to Cheser detailing and WD detailing, but Brent came on and started
10:02
working for me for a little while and then at some point he was like, hey, what if
10:05
we tried making a YouTube video?
10:07
I watched these videos online of people detailing cars and I really enjoy them
10:12
and I'd like to try my hand at it and I was like, yeah, sure, let's go ahead
10:15
and give it a whirl.
10:16
So we had tried filming a video onsite at a customer's home.
10:21
That's not how you film YouTube videos, especially detailing videos.
10:24
Everything takes much longer.
10:27
Don't do it in direct sun.
10:30
You can't control light.
10:34
So we went ahead and we decided that if we're going to do this again, we need
10:36
to set aside a specific day and film a video from start to finish with the correct
10:43
conditions in order to get the footage that we need to make a quality YouTube video.
10:47
We did that February 28th of 2020, a couple, and I said, we're going to continue
10:53
We're going to be consistent until it's a net negative on our lives.
10:55
Like it's harming either our health or we literally cannot afford this anymore.
11:00
And so, of course, as everyone knows, 2020 in March was a pretty rough year
11:05
for the world, a rather rough month for the world, a little something happened
11:10
that month and everyone had to stay home.
11:12
And our third video, I'll never forget, Brent did a good job titling it.
11:18
He titled it like cleaning a girl's dirty and hairy jeep.
11:22
I don't know why those three keywords were true.
11:24
The hairy part was it was a lot of dog hair to specify, but anyways, that video
11:30
ended up getting a million views and in about a month, which was a bummer
11:33
because we weren't monetized yet, so we made $0 on it.
11:37
But we did get, you know, accepted and everything was delayed
11:40
So we didn't get paid on that.
11:41
And nonetheless, that's what gave me proof of concept.
11:44
And I was like, Brent, we're never going to stop this.
11:46
And so it, you know, kind of evolved from disaster details to barn finds.
11:51
And then we bought, we bought a large, you know, flatbed trailer, then a closed
11:56
Now we travel around the U.S. looking for some of the dirtiest, most, you know,
12:00
the most dirty, enthusiast vehicles that we can possibly find.
12:03
We found some, some really, really incredible cars that I can't believe
12:07
that people let us take out of their garages without getting, you know,
12:11
I mean, we were insured, but they didn't ask for the insurance.
12:13
It's nuts, like Ferraris and low mileage RX-7, FDR-7s, that they just let us
12:18
grab and drive away.
12:19
So who, so when you guys are, are, are searching for these cars,
12:22
Mary, putting out applications, are you hearing from, like, word of mouth?
12:24
Like, where are you finding them to where these are coming to you,
12:28
right, these opportunities?
12:29
How does that happen?
12:30
Initially, it would be us reaching out through Facebook groups,
12:34
you know, checking our local community for cars.
12:37
And it was, it was hard at the beginning because
12:40
people didn't understand how we would do this because we did for free.
12:43
We don't charge anyone for any of the details that we feature on our channel.
12:46
Sometimes we even pay them because I need it on the date that I need it
12:48
to film the video in time.
12:49
So, so in the beginning, it was difficult.
12:54
Now it's gotten much easier.
12:56
So we utilize obviously our platform.
12:58
We built a very, I'm very proud of this, but we built a very good name.
13:02
You know, we take care of people.
13:03
If we make a mistake, we cover it because everyone makes mistakes,
13:06
but it's how you come back from them.
13:07
And, and thankfully we've done right by many, many people.
13:10
And so the word travels and now we're known as the guys that will travel
13:13
anywhere around the world to pick up a car and clean it for free and bring it back.
13:17
Or we'll buy it if it's the right number.
13:20
But yeah, it's gotten much, much easier.
13:22
The larger the channel.
13:23
Do you do you think that I mean, so in most situations
13:27
when you guys are going picking up a car, is that always a thing
13:30
where you guys are bringing it back to your guys's HQ?
13:33
Or how does that always work?
13:34
Ideally, because our shop is set up for barn finder restorations.
13:39
I have all the tools needed there, but we have packed the trailer full
13:43
of all the equipment and usually we try and find a local shop.
13:47
We're all of these details if you're familiar with him.
13:49
He actually allowed us to come out to his place in Virginia
13:51
when we found a barn finder, rather an abandoned super
13:55
that was left outdoor, outdoors of mark four.
13:59
So we have traveled around and done, done cars on site,
14:03
but I really prefer to do them back at home now.
14:05
So what do you guys do?
14:06
So when you guys get, because I mean, when it comes to restorations,
14:09
barn findings, things like that, right?
14:12
Sometimes these cars will still have paint on them, right?
14:16
What do you do on their paints?
14:18
And that's the most difficult part is like sometimes.
14:21
So there's three things that we need in order to make
14:23
a fantastic automotive detailing restoration YouTube video.
14:28
One, I prefer to have a story.
14:30
Well, I guess we start with the cars first.
14:32
I need a car that's extremely dirty.
14:34
Obviously that's number one.
14:35
Number two, it needs to be in a good enough condition
14:37
to where polishing makes sense because a lot of times
14:41
the paint's so bad or there's so much paint missing that
14:43
there is really nothing more that you can do on the outside.
14:46
And so that's always disheartening when you wash away all the mud
14:48
and then you're left with, or rather all the dust
14:50
and you're left with subpar paint that really needs a repaint.
14:53
It should have been sandblasted.
14:55
And then the third is the story.
14:57
And so I guess one of my favorite stories of all time
15:01
or rather favorite videos is her name's Denise Mingus
15:05
and I'm sure she'd love to be mentioned here today.
15:07
But she is the sweetest woman and there was a Monte Carlo that we filmed
15:11
and it was in an old farmhouse in the kitchen,
15:15
old dilapidated farmhouse and it was a 1985 or 1986 Monte Carlo SS.
15:21
And it was her father's car who was an ex Vietnam military,
15:25
or ex Vietnam veteran and the car had been in their family.
15:30
They had bought it brand new.
15:32
They were all there the day it rolled off the trailer at the dealership.
15:36
It's been in weddings of their families.
15:38
It's been in funerals of their families.
15:40
Denise learned how to drive.
15:41
She took it to prom.
15:42
I mean, just one of those cars.
15:45
And the car was incredibly dirty.
15:47
We actually found a dead cat underneath the car.
15:52
Hopefully it wasn't her cat.
15:54
Oh, we don't really know.
15:56
There was a dead raccoon in there too.
15:58
Anyway, yeah, sorry, sorry, sorry.
16:03
But we were able to drag it out and it was in phenomenal condition as we cleaned it up.
16:08
It was one of those cars that like truly had the upper like like all it needed was a good
16:13
And then we took it over to some friends at Power and Performance,
16:15
a shop that was helping us get the cars running.
16:18
Turns out he had drained all the gas out of it before he stored it.
16:22
And the father had no idea that we did this.
16:24
Anyways, he drained all the gas.
16:25
All we had to do is put gas and now the thing runs and drives.
16:28
And so we got to go back there, I'm sorry, reveal the car to her father for the first
16:33
time in 20 years since he had put it in there.
16:35
His health had deteriorated.
16:37
He couldn't drive the car anymore.
16:39
And so we all got to go into the car.
16:41
Well, rather Brent did with the camera and then Denise and her father got to drive
16:45
that car for the first time and they're crying.
16:49
They're hugging each other.
16:50
It was just one of those things where it's like that's all three pieces.
16:53
That I look for when it comes to making the videos that we do.
16:56
But it's hard to find all three in the same car.
16:59
It doesn't always line up.
17:00
But I mean, if you can get pretty good at that right there, that's kind of your
17:03
pedestal moment, right?
17:04
Of being like this is why we can find this and do this, right?
17:07
And you'll see it in my face.
17:08
Like I'm like, oh my God, like this video is going to be amazing.
17:11
And like it's a passion.
17:14
That's hard to explain to somebody who hasn't ever felt that.
17:16
And I'm very lucky to have a job where I can feel that kind of passion.
17:20
So Dane did chime in and say that he is ready with some comments and
17:24
they're ready to start jumping in.
17:27
17 minutes into the Q&A right here.
17:29
So we have a DIY with Cain.
17:31
So good afternoon, TRC crew.
17:33
Minnesota checking in via Maine.
17:35
OK, it looks like it sounds like Cain is in Maine.
17:39
Hans Klosen, the man with the dragon tattoo, says, hello, hello, hello,
17:42
people of the towels.
17:45
Glad to see you here.
17:47
Gabe's working hard over there.
17:48
And so I know he wanted to say hi.
17:50
Then Fred saying, hi, sheep, Anthony, RJ, Drago, and Dewar.
17:57
Hopefully everything's going well.
17:58
That Fred is a good guy.
18:00
I think he's selling a, Fred, you're selling a car, aren't you?
18:03
I'm doing a trailer right now.
18:05
Something really cool.
18:06
I see it on Instagram all the time.
18:08
Anyways, I probably should have.
18:09
Maybe, no, it's like maybe he'll chime in.
18:11
We're doing plugs all day here.
18:13
Steve the Fomer, right, says, hello, all.
18:17
What are the WD flagship products?
18:21
And why are they the WD stars?
18:25
Don't tell my boss.
18:28
So if I were to pick three flagship products from our lineup,
18:31
my personal favorite is our super slick ceramic sealant.
18:35
I think it's one of the easiest, one of the easiest sealants.
18:38
And also one of the most effective sealants.
18:40
It smells amazing as well.
18:41
I've used it on my cars for years and years now.
18:45
And I'm very blessed to have it a part of the lineup.
18:48
The glass cleaner is also extremely good.
18:49
It's safe on all tent.
18:51
It won't stain your dashboard because there's no ammonia
18:53
or alcohol in our glass cleaner.
18:55
And it works extremely well.
18:58
And then I'd probably follow that up with our iron kryptonite,
19:01
which I think is one of the better smelling iron removers
19:03
in the market today.
19:05
It smells like cinnamon.
19:07
And that's much better than the rotten eggs
19:08
that they usually smell like.
19:09
Oh yeah, totally, totally, totally, totally.
19:13
Well, that's helpful.
19:14
Next up, thank you for that.
19:16
We've got first from Puerto Rico,
19:17
Humberto says, hello, TRC team.
19:19
Humberto, what's going on?
19:20
Glad to see you here in the chat.
19:22
That dude does not mess around.
19:23
First from Puerto Rico, he is on it.
19:25
He is, I'm starting to think he has like a bunch of bots
19:29
or like an army of monkeys that we've overall logged in
19:32
saying, you know, first try everything,
19:34
first from Puerto Rico every time.
19:36
Mac Bergson says, no Dane, sad face.
19:39
He's just locked up Mac.
19:40
So feel free to say hello though he sees it.
19:46
Fred, saying Humberto, yes.
19:50
Humberto is, he is the legend.
19:52
AT4 says, oh, those bottles are eye catching.
19:57
They got good sprayers on them.
19:59
They're good looking.
20:00
I love the sizing, especially the 32 ounce,
20:03
the one liter size or like that size on there.
20:06
We put a lot of time and effort
20:07
into making sure that the bottles are extremely legible.
20:10
And also different enough to where you can identify
20:13
what product it is from, from a ways away.
20:16
So you can grab it quickly.
20:17
And it is pretty nice since that.
20:21
Prohibition is pretty straight to the point
20:23
and your QR codes are pretty sweet.
20:25
I will say though, your will and tire cleaner.
20:28
If you get the wrong breath.
20:31
You should use it outside or with proper ventilation game.
20:34
But he stopped huffing it over there.
20:37
Dude, we're here for a good time.
20:43
Or dilution would help as well.
20:46
Just remember to breathe.
20:47
Next up here, we've got David Boyce says,
20:51
Anthony, did you know WD can operate a small crane shovel
20:55
and he detailed it?
20:57
Anthony, did you know RJ has a twin
20:59
that occasionally makes an appearance in his videos?
21:02
Are these real things?
21:07
I have no idea what he's talking about to be honest.
21:09
Unless it's a different WD.
21:11
Okay, a small crane shovel.
21:15
I always look at heavy equipment and I do want like a front end loader.
21:18
You've never detailed a small crane shovel.
21:21
And you don't have a twin.
21:22
Not that I know of.
21:23
And I don't know who David is talking about.
21:24
Dave, you're going to have to spill.
21:25
I do have a half brother that I've never met,
21:26
but that's a story for another day.
21:30
Is that a real story?
21:30
I swear to God, dude.
21:32
Dude, that might be.
21:34
Maybe a story for the second half.
21:36
Next up here, that's too funny.
21:40
I'm a long lost relative and what do you know?
21:44
David Boy says, oh boy, Dane is back in prison.
21:47
He better, he's better off becoming an undertaker.
21:52
You guys have some loyal fans, loyal followers of the channel.
21:55
They know more about us than they probably should know,
21:58
You didn't know that you were like a fitness influencer
22:00
Fitness influencer?
22:01
Oh, they all know that.
22:03
I get reminded of that a weekly.
22:06
So, WDDealists, there's no Brent today.
22:09
Yeah, Brent's back home.
22:10
Him and Mike are handling the video of the week
22:13
and I'm out here hanging out with the TRC guys
22:16
and outside of my travel, because I had a crazy day
22:20
of travel the first day getting here.
22:21
It took me 19 hours and I was supposed to take like seven.
22:24
But anyway, I think I had a better week,
22:26
a more fun week than they did.
22:27
I think, dude, I think you did.
22:29
And it's still ramping up too, right?
22:31
You know, I still have one more crazy night here
22:33
in Boise, Idaho, as it always is.
22:36
Next up, we have on the list of comments here.
22:40
Tamara Chase says, I love watching RJ, Mike, and Brett
22:47
Comments like those, it blows my mind.
22:50
Like at the end of the day, we are glorified
22:52
car janners on YouTube.
22:54
But the fact that so many people from around,
22:56
not only the nation, but around the world,
22:58
watch us and enjoy watching us clean these cars
23:04
I think the camaraderie too, when like, you know,
23:07
you have friends doing it and people get to know you guys
23:10
and it kind of becomes like shop.
23:11
You know, they feel like they're part of the shop,
23:13
you know what I mean?
23:13
They feel like they're part of the process.
23:15
And yeah, it's kind of like having, you know,
23:17
friends, friends in all places.
23:19
Next up here on the list, we have Neil White says,
23:22
Glad I waited to order ADS's new coding.
23:25
It's on sale right now.
23:26
True, right now at ThreadComedy.com.
23:27
20% off almost everything that includes
23:30
the new ADS coding.
23:36
Dragon says, What is in the initial lineup of WD products?
23:41
What specific qualities were you looking for in your products?
23:45
So I would say our product line is definitely
23:47
more exterior focused just because I don't know
23:50
how many people use, you know, carpet shampoo.
23:53
I mean, you kind of have to have an extractor.
23:55
It's a larger barrier for entry.
23:57
So we start with a pre-wash,
23:59
obviously to break down dirt and grime
24:01
on the exterior of your vehicle
24:02
before you go ahead with your contact wash.
24:05
We have our cherry suds, which is our pH neutral soap.
24:08
We then have our tire and wheel cleaner,
24:10
obviously to clean the tires and wheels.
24:14
And then we have our degreaser for engine bay degreasing
24:17
or rocker or wheel well degreasing.
24:19
And then our iron remover.
24:20
And to finish everything out,
24:22
we have our ceramic sealant
24:23
to put the final touch on the paint.
24:25
And our tires shine, obviously shine the tires.
24:28
And then for the interior,
24:28
we have our interior cleaner and our glass cleaner.
24:31
So we wanted to have a product line
24:33
that wasn't too in depth or too into the weeds.
24:35
Obviously, you know, if you're really involved in detailing,
24:40
you might be looking into various polishes and compounds,
24:43
but then the barrier for entry is,
24:46
it's a lot more difficult to get to that stage,
24:48
you know, to invest,
24:49
not only in the equipment, the polishers,
24:51
but the knowledge on how to sand paint,
24:53
how much then you get in the paint depth gauges.
24:55
So people who watch our channel
24:57
tend to be weekend warriors or, you know, DIY people.
25:01
And so I wanted a line that could not only tackle
25:03
some of the dirtiest cars in the world that we detail,
25:06
but would be, you know, simple enough
25:08
and high quality enough for anyone at home
25:10
to have a professional job,
25:12
to do a professional job on their vehicle.
25:16
You liking it, Gabe?
25:17
Yeah, so the products that I think are really awesome,
25:23
obviously the Citrus Cleaner, nuts.
25:26
The other one is the pre-wash.
25:28
The pre-wash, I was really surprised
25:30
with how much it took off bugs.
25:32
We worked on a GMC this morning
25:33
that had, what, RJ, 180,000 miles,
25:37
and it looked like it hadn't had been washed at all.
25:40
So the paint was dry.
25:42
It had a lot of decant, you know,
25:43
a lot of contamination on the front.
25:45
He sprayed the pre-wash and it just melted stuff off.
25:50
You know, when I think of products
25:52
to do a really good job like that,
25:54
the initial idea is like forced and it's up there.
25:58
Like pre-wash and Citrus,
25:59
for anything that's extreme decontamination
26:03
and just gross, those are my two go-tos.
26:05
I'm excited about the pre-wash
26:07
because I personally like doing it like a dwell method,
26:11
So where you foam it and just let it dwell before,
26:13
and that way ensures that any contamination
26:16
off the surface, you know,
26:17
before you go into the contact wash.
26:19
So some good stuff.
26:22
I'm going to try foaming pre-wash.
26:24
RJ did pre-wash and a spray bottle, which you can do.
26:27
But I'm hoping you save some for us to have fun with, too, Gabe.
26:31
Oh, like you did on our first batch?
26:33
Yeah. Oh, yeah, I used to.
26:35
Like I blew through like an entire later.
26:37
I was wondering where all that went.
26:38
Dude, I was just going for it.
26:40
Like why are you asking for more fry?
26:41
I was having a good time with it.
26:42
I was just blowing it up.
26:43
I'm like, dude, this stuff's eating away,
26:45
I'm going to spray everything.
26:46
So yeah, and you said a pretty massive T-con
26:51
So Gabe's going to continue on here.
26:53
Engine Bay Time, which is going to be a ton of fun.
26:55
Next up here, we have Hydra Detailing says,
26:58
Anthony, what are your favorite things to use the Wolfpack on slash with?
27:03
So the Wolfpack, right, because it's on sale right now,
27:06
some people are probably wondering.
27:08
So that's going to be a higher pile kind of plush all around microfiber towel.
27:14
Now, when you compare it to something like an Eagle Edge List
27:17
or something that's going to be really high-end,
27:19
really Korean 500 GSM, ultra plush,
27:24
the nicest that you could possibly get.
27:26
The Wolfpack is a perfect happy medium between something that's affordable
27:30
and yet something that's still premium.
27:32
But basically, you don't feel bad using it.
27:35
Because what happens is people buy our Eagle Edge List towels.
27:38
They're like our Eagle 500s, RJ.
27:40
And they're such a nice towel that people put them on the shelf
27:43
and they go, oh yeah, I'm not going to use those.
27:47
Why'd you buy them?
27:48
Well, they're just so nice.
27:51
You bought them to use, right?
27:52
Well, I'm saving them.
27:55
A baptism, a purification process?
27:57
Like what do you save in those towels for?
27:59
Like this is like you got to use them.
28:02
And so for me, I think the Wolfpack kind of scratches that itch
28:06
of still having an ultra plush that you can grab and go,
28:08
use and abuse, not feel bad about it.
28:11
And the other thing too is that it's relatively durable
28:12
because it does have a butter soft suede edge on it.
28:14
So 70 30 blend, it's got the perfect GSM.
28:18
And I like the multiple colors there.
28:20
So where I like to use the Wolfpack personally
28:23
is I like to use it for waterless washing.
28:25
I'd use it for quick detailing.
28:27
I like to use it for kind of like, you know, spot cleaning, right?
28:33
So like if I have a bird dropping
28:35
or if I have bug guts on the front,
28:37
like it's just an easy towel just to grab and go.
28:40
I can use it on interiors around my dash.
28:42
I can use it around piano black plastics, things like that.
28:46
It's going to serve a lot of the same purposes
28:47
that you would still use with an eagle.
28:50
It's just going to be a little bit more
28:51
of an affordable version.
28:52
And due to the edge that's on it, it will have less roll.
28:56
So have you guys ever noticed
28:57
when you're using microfiber towel,
28:58
depending on the job, it might roll in your hand.
29:01
Like that's never like you got to wipe it.
29:04
Just like, so do you fold it
29:05
and like hold the eyes when you wipe too?
29:07
Some people do that, right?
29:08
You can do that as well.
29:09
But sometimes due to the density, the friction,
29:12
the surface tension, some different things on the surface
29:14
that towel can roll, right?
29:15
What I like about the Wolf Pack
29:17
is due to the edge that it has on there
29:18
adds a little bit more weight to that leading edge,
29:20
thus reducing the amount of rolling
29:22
that could possibly happen.
29:23
Now it also works great as a rinse-less wash towel as well
29:27
because it's going to be ultra plush
29:29
and it's going to be extremely soft.
29:30
So a lot of different uses.
29:33
I wouldn't recommend compound removal with it.
29:35
I wouldn't recommend polish removal with it.
29:37
It's not going to be the most fun for that.
29:39
Wax, light wax removal would probably be fine.
29:42
But just keep in mind due to the ultra plush nature
29:45
of that towel, you do want to wash those before use
29:48
and you want to wash them with other,
29:50
hopefully no linting, non-linting towels
29:53
because due to the ultra plush nature,
29:55
it can hold onto residual lint.
29:57
So just keep that in mind.
29:59
I was laughing there because the hoodstrike gave up
30:03
on Gabe and a him and a head.
30:04
Gabe almost got big.
30:05
Did you get to call me out?
30:07
Did he get bonked out?
30:07
Did he get bonked out?
30:08
He played it off well.
30:10
Yeah, literally the hood fell on me.
30:12
Yeah, that's what I call Hyundai quality.
30:15
Hey, sir, Hyundai are premium quality vehicles.
30:18
I think it's more of a user error.
30:20
Are you kidding me, Anthony?
30:21
Hey, listen, if the Hyundai wants to guillotine you,
30:24
then you just got to let it happen.
30:25
I thought there was a Genesis.
30:26
What? What is that even?
30:28
No, that's definitely a Hyundai.
30:31
Genesis is the upper badge, right?
30:33
That's when you do the badge swap.
30:39
Next up, we do badge swaps here.
30:43
Sheepstar says, putting a brand new product on sale,
30:46
who do you think you are?
30:50
Anybody know what RCA is?
30:53
I don't know what that means.
30:56
The fact that I have to ask is a problem?
30:59
Chime in, Dane, what is RCA?
31:04
He's not going to say anything.
31:05
He's just moving on.
31:10
They're pressure washing it too loud.
31:14
Carlos Colley says, what's the biggest factor for you in testing
31:18
or choosing chemicals, performance, safety, or ease of use,
31:23
and how do you decide which ones make the cut
31:25
for your detailing process?
31:26
That's a good question.
31:28
Over time, I'm going on, let's see,
31:32
if I started detailing cars when I was 14, I'm 29.
31:34
So I got a decade and a half of detailing experience.
31:37
You pretty quickly know what works well.
31:40
And thankfully, the chemist, rather,
31:45
that has formulated our products,
31:47
I've been using his products for the last 10 to 12 years
31:51
on our YouTube channel, out of our YouTube channel,
31:53
in, I guess, traditional detailing on customers' cars
31:56
or on some of the dirtiest cars in the world.
31:58
So as far as effectiveness, I'm just, I guess,
32:02
lucky enough that I've worked on the whole spectrum
32:05
of, like, extremely nice cars and extremely, you know,
32:08
that are extremely well-kept versus, you know,
32:10
some of the dirtiest cars that you'll see on the internet.
32:14
So I guess that's how we have tested it
32:15
for effectiveness and ease of use.
32:18
And although I'm hanging out with some awesome guys here
32:21
and I was invited out here and whatnot,
32:23
it might seem like I have, you know, my life together,
32:26
I'm also still moron.
32:28
Like, don't say that, RJ.
32:31
Okay, so hang on, our guy.
32:33
Let me rephrase this.
32:36
I don't care what Anthony said.
32:37
No, I know I'm intelligent, but also self-deprecation
32:40
is a great way to balance, dude.
32:44
To keep yourself humble.
32:45
So maybe moron was the wrong word there,
32:48
but I always know there's more to learn.
32:51
You're still learning.
32:52
That's what you're putting up.
32:52
Yeah, I know enough to know I don't know enough.
32:56
And so when it comes to our product line,
32:59
I'm just lucky enough to have an incredible,
33:02
incredible team around me that has helped, you know,
33:05
not only make sure that these chemicals are safe,
33:07
but also, again, if I can use them,
33:10
that's where I was going with the moron save.
33:11
If I can use them, if I can make a car look good
33:14
using them, then I'm sure you guys at home could too.
33:18
Gabe's put on a show.
33:19
So Gabe, what product is that?
33:22
So this is the product that I really, really like.
33:26
Based off of what, watching RJ,
33:29
I'm just doing it in kind of a different application,
33:33
but if you've got a car that maybe isn't so hammered,
33:37
I would say pre-wash because it's slightly diluted,
33:40
but if you have a car that is just absolutely hammered,
33:42
you want to go straight.
33:47
RJ, you want to tell Anthony how we met through the TikToks?
33:53
So that was actually Brent that had reached out.
33:55
So it was one of these live streams and Brent had commented
34:02
on one of your TikToks, I believe, how you're TikTok lives.
34:05
And then I really don't even know what the conversation was.
34:08
All I know is that he reached out to you guys
34:12
and then he passed along any of that in.
34:15
Brent is usually the first point of contact.
34:17
And then at least when it comes to relationships,
34:20
he's the first point of contact,
34:22
and then he maintains the contact.
34:24
But then I handle all of the business side
34:26
and business communications.
34:28
But obviously now that I know you guys,
34:30
I think I'm probably closer friends
34:31
with you guys than Brent is.
34:33
And we've also talked a lot more.
34:36
But yeah, we met on TikTok live.
34:39
So I guess TikTok's good for something.
34:42
That really doesn't TikTok me off at all.
34:44
But you know that me and RJ met before you guys met,
34:50
Actually, Jimmy met RJ before you did.
34:53
Jimmy met him at the same time.
34:55
It goes Anthony and then most impactful me.
34:59
Well, there was a really cool creator summit
35:01
that happened a few years ago over at Car Supplies Warehouse.
35:07
And we had a fun time there.
35:08
It was really cool.
35:09
Next up here, we have here we go,
35:12
Dragon asking, are your products PFAS free?
35:20
Like the forever chemicals.
35:22
The forever chemicals.
35:25
You know, that's a good question.
35:27
To be honest, I'm not sure.
35:29
So we didn't formulate it.
35:31
I don't know if he's from California where that is irrelevant.
35:37
So now, so face, I mean, I don't, this is a
35:41
Dane throwing up a rabbit hole question.
35:44
And I don't know why you threw this up here,
35:46
but basically, Dane, you dog.
35:51
So what there is, right?
35:53
So when the forever chemical thing has been brought up
35:56
over the last few years because we found out
35:58
in a lot of different manufacturing
35:59
of a lot of different products, right?
36:01
Whether it's plastics, chemicals, bottles, everything
36:06
can contain forever chemicals, right?
36:08
Once these forever chemicals are essentially sprayed
36:11
and held and ingested, things like that,
36:13
these chemicals stay inside your body forever, right?
36:17
And so what there is, is there is a few brands out there
36:20
that are claiming that their chemicals are PFA free.
36:24
And then basically saying that, hey,
36:25
they don't have forever chemicals,
36:27
it's not going to affect you.
36:28
Well, I mean, which I think that's a great marketing.
36:31
That's a great thing to market, right?
36:32
And it's a great thing for just overall health.
36:33
But there's so many of these forever chemicals
36:36
and so many other things that it's good to know
36:38
it's not coming from the detailing product,
36:39
but you're still getting these in plenty of other forms
36:44
of ingestion and whatnot.
36:45
All of our products are VOC compliant.
36:47
As far as forever chemicals, you know,
36:49
I can't confidently say, I do know for sure
36:53
that SiO2 is one of those, like silica dioxide
36:56
is one of the forever chemicals,
36:58
and which is why you're supposed to wear a mask
37:00
when applying a ceramic coating
37:02
where it is a very high percentage of silica dioxide.
37:05
Our ceramic sealants is,
37:07
most ceramic sealants are under 7%, 8% silica dioxide.
37:12
So really, I think it just comes down to
37:15
working on your vehicle in a well-ventilated area.
37:17
I wouldn't necessarily want to be huffing any chemical.
37:19
I don't care what it is.
37:21
But I can't confidently say yes or no to PFA.
37:24
That's my first time hearing about it.
37:28
It's probably many people's first time hearing about it.
37:32
Anyways, that is a massive rattle.
37:34
We're not going to, I'm trying to very surface level
37:36
just graze the top of that.
37:38
And moving on, as Sheepstar says,
37:40
do your SDS sheets show hazard symbols?
37:44
Sure, they probably do.
37:45
No, they actually, some of the labels
37:47
will also carry over those hazard symbols as well.
37:49
Actually, all the labels have hazard symbols,
37:51
but the SDS sheets will have the diamond.
37:55
What people are asking is a very,
37:57
so what they're, I'll never mind, RJ,
37:59
this is too pure of a stream to do this.
38:01
They're asking some facetious,
38:03
they're facetious questions that some of these people are asking,
38:06
not involving you or your brand or anything else,
38:08
some other companies.
38:09
But some other companies.
38:10
Yeah, they're being facetious.
38:12
Man, you really have like a cold following.
38:13
They have the inside jokes.
38:14
Dude, they got inside jokes.
38:15
They've seen the pictures of you flexing and everything.
38:17
They've got tons of inside stuff,
38:18
but Dane's feet in the beast right now.
38:20
I don't know why he's doing that.
38:25
It's his way of getting back.
38:29
Carl F. says, I missed last week.
38:30
Did you guys all paint the spray,
38:36
That's a lot of rhyming.
38:39
Yeah, so basically we finished the rest of the wrap
38:41
So we now have Gray on one side,
38:43
Gray on the other side.
38:45
It looks really cool in person.
38:49
In video, it might look a little bit blue
38:51
or a little bit dark in person.
38:53
It looks really, really good.
38:54
So take our word for it.
38:56
The one downside though, RJ,
38:57
is that when you wrap a wall, paint a wall,
39:00
do an accent, oh, that's darker,
39:02
it really sucks a lot of light, right?
39:04
When that was white, it was glowing, right?
39:07
I get a ton of light coming from that whole section.
39:10
Now it's kind of looking slightly parking garage, right?
39:14
Dark corner of a parking garage.
39:15
It looks great if you're here in person.
39:17
I do like the look of it, but I understand,
39:20
I can understand what you're saying here.
39:21
I think maybe if you guys mirror the Rack Company logo
39:23
on your other wall, or maybe a smaller Rack Company logo,
39:27
at least would make it a little bit more enticing.
39:30
Yeah, Hanzo says, good day everyone.
39:33
For everyone new to detailing,
39:35
could you go over the importance of removing
39:37
bug splatter and bird droppings from a vehicle,
39:39
even if it does have a ceramic coating?
39:43
I would say that is my priority.
39:45
Whenever I drive my personal vehicles,
39:49
I personally don't care about marring or scratching.
39:51
If a bird craps in my car, or if I have bug splatter,
39:55
I will just wipe it away with whatever I have nearby.
39:59
It could be a paper towel, doesn't matter.
40:01
I'm not a stickler for scratches,
40:04
although my cars are pretty scratch free,
40:05
because I do polish them often.
40:07
And I don't mind polishing, I can fix that,
40:09
but once bug splatter or bird droppings
40:12
etch in your paint, and then I'm putting sandpaper
40:14
on my car and polishing, I don't need to be taking away.
40:21
No, so the importance really is that
40:23
as soon as you possibly see it, Hanzo,
40:26
you have to do something about it.
40:27
I mean, the second you see a bird dropping,
40:29
the second you see a bug, this isn't like a walk away.
40:31
Oh, I got to get that maybe later in the day.
40:34
This is a grab whatever you can,
40:36
as soon as you can, and clean it off.
40:39
And I kind of treat hard water the same way as well, too,
40:41
because, I mean, hard water spots can also etch.
40:43
I mean, bird droppings can etch.
40:46
Certain rain can etch, right?
40:47
So there's a lot of different things that can happen,
40:50
and if you are aware that that's a possibility, right?
40:53
On, especially on your vehicle,
40:54
you've got to do something about it quick.
40:56
So especially what I find is sometimes
40:59
during the fall and during the spring, right?
41:01
A lot of etchings are going to happen here.
41:03
I mean, even during the summer as well,
41:05
but what happens is temperature change
41:07
throughout the day, while a,
41:10
let's just say an acidic poo or whatever it is,
41:12
is sitting on your surface, or bug guts, whatever, whatever,
41:17
the temperature change and between the paint shrinking
41:21
and expanding the clear, swelling during the heat,
41:24
shrinking during the cold.
41:30
Yeah, Dane says acidic poo is a great band, Dane.
41:34
Anyway, so what happens is that process,
41:37
that bird dropping, those etchings,
41:42
everything's just going to get dig deeper and deeper
41:44
and deeper into that clear, right?
41:45
And so the second it does that,
41:46
it just, it's already kind of too late at that point.
41:48
So the general rule, like RJ says,
41:51
if you have anything to be able to try to remove that,
41:54
whether it's water in a t-shirt or a quick detailer
41:59
and a random towel, it doesn't matter if the towel is dirty,
42:01
some light scratching and marring is always going to be better
42:04
than an etching because once an etching happens,
42:07
you're going to be doing a lot more scratching to get that out
42:09
than you would if you were to just remove it in the first place.
42:12
And sometimes, even when you sand and polish an etching
42:15
or a hardwater spot, if the paint isn't at the temperature
42:19
that that stain was induced, that etching was induced,
42:23
you're not going to actually be able to reach that initial stain.
42:27
So you have to, I've seen, I don't know if you've ever seen
42:29
people use the infrared lights while polishing
42:32
to mimic the temperature that the damage was done at.
42:37
So if I can avoid that, if I can avoid that, I don't care.
42:40
I can polish out a scratch, but polishing out etching
42:44
when it's hot and then cold and the hot and cold is...
42:47
Etching, etchings and dings, the bane of my existence.
42:51
Scratches, again, I'm okay with scratches.
42:52
I had one of my cars keyed like a year and a half ago
42:56
and listen to me, listen to me.
42:58
I had one of my cars keyed like a year and a half ago,
43:01
sucked, right? I freak out about everything Gabriel,
43:04
but I'm just saying that a ding is the worst to me
43:09
because now I have to call somebody because I can't fix a ding.
43:12
I'm not good at PDR. I'm an amateur PDR specialist.
43:15
I can barely do it. I can just barely do it.
43:19
But I have to, yeah, I have to call a friend
43:22
and have somebody come out right now that costs time and money.
43:25
A scratch is something that I can handle.
43:27
And etching is something that I can also handle,
43:30
but man, I do died.
43:31
Whenever I'm doing, I'm always just cringing.
43:33
I'm always like, oh God, here I am removing precious clear coat.
43:38
And thank God I got a really, I got a super, super nice
43:41
paint up gauge from my friend Jose
43:44
and this particular paint up gauge.
43:47
Now it makes it a lot less stressful
43:49
when I'm sanding through precious clear.
43:52
It is the, gosh, the carbon.
43:58
Gabriel, is it DTG?
44:00
I'm trying to think of the brand.
44:03
Okay, I'm blanking, but it's a carbon.
44:06
It's in a carbon case.
44:07
It looks really, really cool.
44:10
Gabriel, what was that gauge called?
44:14
It's the something pro-carbon.
44:16
Something, something pro-carbon.
44:19
Do something pro-carbon?
44:22
Anyways, it's pretty good.
44:23
Do you have the little status scope?
44:25
It's no, it's just, it's on, just on your phone.
44:28
And yeah, it's on your phone.
44:29
So you do that, right?
44:31
And what I love about it is it straight up pops up
44:33
and it says resprayed, right?
44:35
Like this has been a second layer of paint.
44:37
It tells you if there's Bondo or filler,
44:39
it tells you everything.
44:43
That's pretty impressive.
44:44
Ron here says, good afternoon everybody.
44:46
What's going on, Ron?
44:47
Get to see you here in the chat.
44:54
Which product from WD are you most proud of?
44:57
So there's actually three.
44:58
Super Slick is my favorite to use
45:00
and I think it's honestly, for the money,
45:03
I think it's one of the best ceramic sealants
45:05
that you could buy.
45:06
And it's so versatile
45:08
and I don't even coat my cars anymore.
45:10
Probably more so from Laziness
45:11
but also because I have this
45:13
Super Slick product that allows me
45:15
to make my car feel like it's coated
45:19
after every single wash.
45:20
But our Iron Cryptonite
45:22
and our Purple Rain Wheel Cleaner
45:23
both are a gel formula
45:26
and I'm proud of how our Iron Cryptonite functions
45:29
but also smells, again,
45:30
iron is incredibly stinky.
45:33
Ours, once it's aerosolized,
45:35
smells like cinnamon
45:36
and then our Purple Rain Wheel Cleaner
45:37
I think is, I don't know too many wheel gels
45:40
out there on the market.
45:41
I think it does a great job of both
45:43
combining gel properties
45:45
with iron removing properties.
45:47
I use it on my BMWs, Apex wheels
45:50
and it's nice, especially when I'm trying to get,
45:53
when I have to allow the Wheel Cleaner
45:56
to dwell a little bit to break down the iron.
45:59
And so those are the three products
46:00
that I feel really stand out amongst our line.
46:03
Sweet man, right on.
46:07
Oh no, Gabriel's still going.
46:09
Gabriel, what are you looking for?
46:10
Are you looking for that blue bottle?
46:13
We're gonna go to town.
46:14
Bring that over here really quick.
46:15
Bring it over here really quick.
46:17
Actually, I gotta hit with a little bit of iron.
46:20
Let me get a whiff of this thing.
46:21
Oh, you want to get a whiff of it?
46:22
Yeah, let me get a hit of this stuff.
46:27
Like, what is that?
46:27
It's like hair shampoo.
46:30
The scent's actually tropical, tropical breeze.
46:34
But I thought so as well.
46:35
I said it smells like L'Oreal for kids.
46:39
Ryan's going deep into paradise,
46:42
seeing a sand between my toes.
46:45
What's in the water?
46:47
Joey Belinsky says, hello, my friends.
46:50
Looking forward to visiting Boise
46:51
in a little over a week.
46:53
Get ready, Anthony.
46:54
I don't know why they keep saying
46:55
in this really mysterious way.
46:58
They keep saying, get ready, Anthony.
47:00
They're trying to prepare me for something.
47:02
And I don't know what they're doing.
47:04
I don't know what they're bringing.
47:05
I don't know what they're trying to say.
47:06
But is this someone you know?
47:10
Yeah, but he's just being very mysterious about this.
47:15
Next up here, Joey.
47:16
We have Mac Bergs and says, hey,
47:19
is that the Enrique Iglesias background detailing it?
47:23
Crap, somebody did say that.
47:25
I said before nobody's ever said that before.
47:27
And somebody has said that, Gabe.
47:29
So I guess I was wrong.
47:30
You want to know the new saying?
47:32
That can be your detailer, baby.
47:36
Man, Gabe, I could literally hear Dane literally stabbing
47:41
his eyes out, you know, and ears.
47:43
Oh, he is moaning in the background.
47:45
He's moaning back there.
47:47
It's more of a groan.
47:50
Next up here, gosh, this is great.
47:53
Megan says, I've heard about brake buster to clean sneakers.
47:57
What other off-label uses for detailing chemicals
48:01
Brake buster is clean sneakers very well.
48:04
I would avoid particular fabrics with brake buster.
48:06
Like rubber is great, right?
48:07
It'll look great at cleaning particular rubbers.
48:11
Other off uses for detailing products like RJ,
48:13
do you have anything that you guys like to use?
48:15
The WD products for off-label stuff?
48:19
So I actually got this idea from Matt Mormon over at Obsessed
48:22
Garage, but that guy seems to ceramic coat everything.
48:24
So he would ceramic coat his kitchen counters.
48:27
He would ceramic coat his glass doors in his shower.
48:31
And so I did the same with the exterior of my window
48:34
with super slick as well as with the glass doors in my shower
48:38
just because I try to avoid the hard water spotting.
48:41
And I have like a little squeegee.
48:44
So you like, you know, squeegee all the water down.
48:47
And it's made it so much easier.
48:49
And so that's the only application I've used inside my house.
48:54
I have seen a couple other details.
48:55
You use like a really heavy acid to clean toilet bowl stains,
48:59
but I'm not advising that.
49:01
That's just something I've seen.
49:03
Well, I like to use rinse-less washing
49:05
for cleaning my baseboards around my house.
49:09
I like to spray my microwave and my fridge refrigerator
49:12
with particular products, bead maker, spray sealants,
49:16
things like that, granite countertops.
49:18
I will eventually hit with a sealant of polish
49:21
my granite countertops as well.
49:25
Gosh, man, APCs for floor cleaning.
49:28
I've done a lot of different stuff.
49:30
I mean, there's lots of cool things you can do.
49:31
I don't think there's any wrong answer.
49:35
It's everything's worth trying.
49:37
It's just particular chemicals,
49:39
maybe aren't meant to be on food surfaces,
49:41
if that makes sense.
49:42
So just keep that, yeah, keep that in mind.
49:45
Next up, here we go.
49:48
10 minutes left until the break.
49:49
Steve Pearson says,
49:50
Joe Belinski seems like you can't stay out of Boise.
49:53
Just move there already.
49:54
Geez, Steve, that would require
49:57
Joey to leave Sacramento, California.
50:00
And I think he really loves Sacramento.
50:03
I think he's the only person that loves Sacramento.
50:08
Boise can't afford me full time.
50:12
Oh, Joey, you silly goose.
50:15
Next up here, Jose Martinez.
50:19
The man, the myth, the legend.
50:20
So this guy, he'll know the paint up gauge.
50:28
Anthony, can you add one on one on one
50:32
or group detailing class
50:34
since everybody's doing it?
50:35
So I guess he's asking if we can do
50:38
a RAG company detailing course here.
50:40
So, Jose, we've talked about this
50:43
and thought about this for years.
50:44
We do have everything pretty much set up here
50:46
at the TRC studio to be able to host something like this.
50:50
It's mostly been about capacity,
50:53
literally with our schedule and with our team
50:55
and basically who can kind of commit
50:57
to putting something like this together.
50:59
And so when Levi was here,
51:00
we had talked about it for a while
51:02
and we had thought that it would be something
51:03
that me and Levi could possibly do
51:06
on a few weekends throughout a year
51:08
and offer a training class
51:10
and have it be something as easy
51:12
as the basics of detailing,
51:14
like detailing 101,
51:15
all the way up to polishing, coding,
51:20
But really, it's a big undertaking
51:22
because when you're hosting a class
51:23
and especially you're getting people
51:25
to visit from out of state,
51:26
it's okay, where are they staying,
51:28
you make them responsible
51:29
for their own hotels and whatnot,
51:31
but then it's during the days here.
51:32
Is it a Saturday, Sunday?
51:33
Is it a lunch provided thing?
51:35
What are the hours of this training class?
51:37
And then what other things could we do
51:40
to support our audience, right?
51:42
Whether it's in the form of a discount code
51:44
or something for them attending,
51:46
building them a cool care package.
51:48
So what I'm trying to say is we've had ideas,
51:51
we know how to do it.
51:53
It's more of a capacity thing
51:55
and who would all be involved.
51:56
If I'm involved, then who else is joining me
51:59
from Team DRC to be able to make this happen
52:02
and how many people are we committing to to do this?
52:04
And so I basically what I'm getting left with,
52:08
what I'm saying is I'm gonna be left
52:10
with Enrique over here to be my co-partner
52:14
and I don't know if I'm ready to handle that just yet.
52:21
We're about to go to Georgia together, come on.
52:24
You and I, we're gonna have a vacation.
52:27
It's not a vacation,
52:28
it's actually a work trip.
52:29
Gabriel, stop calling it that.
52:32
Anyway, so I'm not saying never.
52:36
Like I'm saying this probably will happen
52:38
at some point in the future.
52:40
I just don't, I don't know when yet.
52:44
Michael DeBlau says,
52:46
Hello peeps from Belgium,
52:47
tuning in with a fever.
52:48
Oh no, I'd be proven for the win.
52:50
Yep, stay on top of it.
52:52
Get behind the fever,
52:54
get behind, we're getting in front of the pain,
52:55
getting in front of the fever.
52:57
Try to keep it away.
53:00
Next up, Drew Detail says,
53:04
Good afternoon from Montreal, Canada.
53:06
Nice, we got a candidate in the house.
53:10
Gabe's going to town over there.
53:13
And then Carl F says,
53:14
WD Detailing, I've watched quite a few of your videos.
53:18
What was your favorite resurrection?
53:20
Do you have any specific detail that inspired
53:22
any of your current podcasts
53:25
Sorry, don't podcast.
53:27
As far as the products go,
53:28
I would say all the,
53:29
I know it's a generic question
53:31
or rather a generic answer,
53:33
but the, all the products are rather,
53:35
all the cars that we have featured
53:36
have kind of inspired the,
53:39
you know, the whole entire line
53:40
because I wanted it to be,
53:42
you know, I don't know if there's ever
53:43
one vehicle where I was like,
53:44
I really wish we had a product that did this
53:46
because we run through a very
53:48
rigid step process.
53:49
You know, I would say most cars,
53:51
generally, the only thing that differs
53:54
is sometimes we use pre-wash
53:55
and sometimes we don't,
53:56
depending on the kind of paint.
53:57
Pre-wash is a highly alkaline.
53:59
And so if you have a single-stage paint job,
54:01
you are going to stay in that paint
54:03
and you are going to have to polish.
54:05
Sometimes the guy's back home,
54:07
they don't know that
54:08
and they do it on accident
54:09
and then my polishing takes much, much longer.
54:12
But the fact, the favorite resurrection,
54:17
yeah, that Monte Carlo, I don't know if-
54:19
That seriously, that video stands out to me
54:21
just because that family was
54:24
so sweet and so dear.
54:25
And like, you know, when cars are,
54:28
you know, at the end of the day,
54:29
cars are just metal, glass, and rubber.
54:31
But when people attach emotion to it
54:34
and then you're able to bring out that emotion
54:36
just by cleaning the vehicle,
54:38
any video where the car that we cleaned
54:42
is either a memory,
54:43
reminds them of, you know, their youth
54:46
or maybe another family member
54:47
that's no longer here,
54:48
those are the ones,
54:49
we had actually a good one
54:51
that I can mention is we had cut out
54:53
this 57 Chevy Bel Air from a barn.
54:58
We actually had to cut the back out,
54:59
the father and other veteran,
55:01
he was 92 years old
55:03
and he was in a nursing home
55:05
and they wanted to get the car out
55:06
to clean it up to sell it
55:07
to help fund, you know,
55:09
the cost of him being in the home.
55:11
And so we got to clean the car,
55:12
he had no idea, we brought it,
55:14
brought it to him at the nursing home
55:15
and he came out in the wheelchair
55:17
and we surprised him.
55:20
And, you know, he's looking at the car
55:22
and he goes, wow, you know, wow.
55:24
He goes, it hasn't looked like that in a long time.
55:27
You can almost see it in his eyes.
55:28
It's flashing before him
55:30
and all the memories with the car
55:32
and he goes, you know, it was a good deal
55:33
and I drove his car all the time.
55:35
You know, you can just see
55:37
someone who's lived 92 years of life.
55:40
It brings back a lot of memories.
55:42
And his whole family was there
55:43
and, you know, they go,
55:45
you know, he never smiles,
55:46
And he was sitting there in the car
55:47
touching the steering wheel
55:49
and, you know, it's moments like those
55:51
that I, again, I feel so privileged to be a part of
55:53
because it's just, it's special.
55:57
Yeah, that's why I think it's why I love cars.
55:59
Cars signify freedom to me
56:01
and they also signify, I guess, expression.
56:05
You get to express yourself through your cars
56:07
and, you know, people identify you
56:08
based on what you drive.
56:10
At least a lot of people do.
56:11
Like Gabe drives, what is it?
56:13
That four-runner outside
56:14
with a little whittle-watter on it?
56:16
Yeah, it's technically a land.
56:19
He'll tell you it's a land cruiser.
56:21
A land cruiser, sorry.
56:25
I mean, it's all right.
56:26
I mean, it's, you know, it's okay.
56:28
Well, you have a raft.
56:31
What vehicle stands out to you the most out there, RJ?
56:33
That raft is sick, dude.
56:36
Don't give him that.
56:37
It's just an F-150.
56:39
I think bronze rims would do so.
56:40
Dude, I almost went bronze.
56:42
Yeah, I think bronze would move.
56:43
I was afraid it was going to be too loud.
56:46
I was afraid it was going to be a lot.
56:48
But no, thank you, Gabe.
56:49
I just wanted you to hear that he's a pretty big fan of the Raptor.
56:52
So anyways, moving on.
56:55
The one who shall remain nameless, right?
56:57
We normally give this guy a name throughout the week,
57:00
basically because he says he doesn't have a name.
57:02
What would you like to name him?
57:03
Give me a good name.
57:06
So when I hear the one who shall not,
57:09
well, shall remain nameless,
57:11
it reminds me of Harry Potter and the huge shell.
57:13
Yeah, I knew Harry.
57:14
You're Voldemort for the day, man.
57:15
You went Voldemort?
57:16
That's a huge shell-mappy name.
57:17
No, here we go, Voldemort.
57:18
So Voldemort in the chat saying,
57:20
Happy Friday, Jr., all of you handsome people
57:22
from the sunny South Coast of Massachusetts.
57:25
Going to catch this one.
57:26
Oh God, Voldemort's not going to hang around?
57:28
Okay, he's going to catch this one later.
57:29
Have a great Labor Day week in everyone, you two, man.
57:32
Yet be safe, have fun.
57:33
Don't do anything that we wouldn't do, whatever that means.
57:37
Next up, fine detailing here in the house says,
57:42
how do you get a one million view video asking for a friend?
57:47
That's a good question.
57:49
Again, I think it comes down to the three things that I'd mentioned,
57:52
obviously cleaning an extremely dirty vehicle,
57:54
a vehicle that is an enthusiast vehicle that's in good shape,
57:57
and then finding a story.
57:59
What we've realized over time is that people
58:01
are attracted to people.
58:02
They want to know some kind of storyline,
58:05
and you need to have a payoff.
58:06
You need to have a question that you asked
58:09
at the beginning of the video
58:10
and some kind of resolution that finishes the video at the end.
58:15
And I guess our simplest question and answer is,
58:19
can we clean this car?
58:20
And at the end, yes we can.
58:21
But when we can add in something more,
58:25
what will the reaction be from the owner of the vehicle?
58:29
And then getting to show them the clean vehicle
58:31
and having that big reaction.
58:34
And not a fake one, like a really honest one
58:37
where it invokes emotion.
58:38
I think that's the ticket,
58:39
at least when it comes to detailing.
58:41
Because detailing's niche, so I don't know
58:43
if you can make a, I'm sure there are people,
58:47
I feel like that part of detailing is kind of over,
58:49
like the how to polish a car.
58:51
I feel like Larry has done many videos like that.
58:53
There's a couple other creators
58:54
that have done really well on the how to,
58:56
Chris Fix, for example, how to hand polish a car.
58:59
And I'm sure there's still a market for it,
59:01
but I think that might be in short form now.
59:03
I think that might, TikTok would be a great place
59:05
to get a million view video how to detail a car,
59:07
how to polish a car.
59:09
But attention spans have shrunk.
59:11
So if you're looking for long form attention,
59:14
you got to find a good story
59:15
or you have to have a crazy question and a great payoff.
59:19
Actually, so it's funny.
59:20
Yeah, you see a lot of the same things in a good way
59:24
that some of our other YouTube friends have said.
59:27
And it's almost like that's really the answer, right?
59:30
There's a story and there's a payoff, right?
59:32
Usually seems to be what keeps the biggest,
59:35
the tensions being longest for a long form video
59:38
because I do agree that the short form stuff,
59:41
has completely destroyed all of our attention spans.
59:44
And unless we're getting information as fast as possible,
59:49
So, Sheepstar says,
59:51
I know how you get one million subs.
59:55
Sheep, good to know.
59:57
Making YouTube shorts and post lots of shorts.
59:59
They'll get a million subs.
00:00
Yeah, you post lots of shorts.
00:01
And you'll get the gold plaque
00:04
and the people who long form will be crying
00:06
as they see that and they go,
00:08
how long did it take you?
00:09
Oh, do I did it in like two months
00:11
and you're like, wow.
00:12
I'm so proud of this because we were,
00:14
that we were like the last of the old YouTube generation
00:17
because then they introduced shorts
00:18
and there's channels that have 10 million followers on shorts.
00:22
And then you look at their long form videos,
00:24
they get 50,000 views.
00:25
And don't get me wrong, 50,000 is amazing.
00:26
1,000 views is crazy on long form content.
00:29
But there's people who have built and gotten that gold
00:32
and that gold and black meant something.
00:34
And now it just, it got degraded at devalue.
00:41
We've been making videos over a decade
00:42
and we finally got just our silver plaque
00:44
and we're like, oh my God, we're super happy about this.
00:46
But they shrunk it.
00:50
I just said that to them at the other place.
00:52
I go, did they shrunk the plaque?
00:55
They're dishing so many of them out.
00:57
I'm like, is it, they shrunk the stuff
01:00
because so many people have it.
01:02
Now, what the heck is this?
01:03
I'm so glad you just confirmed that
01:05
because I go, they shrunk the plaque
01:07
because the other one, it's,
01:07
I mean, the gold one's big.
01:09
But like, no, so that's crazy.
01:10
That's about probably a third smaller than the original.
01:15
I literally said two thirds of size.
01:19
It's quite a bit smaller.
01:20
So anyways, here we go.
01:23
That's actually a good stopping point right now.
01:24
We'll talk more about the history in just a minute,
01:26
but we do have a break right now.
01:29
So for the next few minutes,
01:30
we're going to be hearing some messages
01:32
from our friends in the industry,
01:34
as well as ourselves.
01:35
In this time, go to the bathroom,
01:37
grab some snacks, go to theradcompany.com,
01:39
score 20% off our Labor Day sale right now.
01:42
And we will see you here in a few more minutes
01:44
to answer more questions with RJ.
01:47
All right, and welcome back to the second half here, Q&A Thursday.
02:09
Joining us, we have RJ from WDD Telling.
02:12
And then over there in the Wash Bay,
02:14
we have Mr. Enrique Iglesias.
02:16
I mean, Mr. Gabriel Garcia.
02:18
Gabe, how's everything going?
02:19
Dude, things are going good.
02:21
To be honest, I got to go a little bit slow
02:23
because I'm washing this bad boy pretty quick.
02:26
Thanks to WDD products, of course.
02:29
But yeah, so basically we are kind of taking product shots
02:34
I got Jimmy and I've got Intern following me as well.
02:38
And we're kind of getting that done simultaneously
02:41
while washing this car.
02:41
We still have door jams
02:44
We got to get done.
02:45
Wow. Okay. Well, you made really good time.
02:47
So I just had one of those nature valley bars, right?
02:52
You're choked up. I get it.
03:01
It was a nature valley bar that's like exceptionally
03:04
dry there at the end and just really lodged
03:07
in somewhere non-ideal.
03:08
So I've been trying to drink as much water.
03:10
So I work through this game.
03:14
Mr. Glacius, can you please give us a rundown
03:17
on what you've done to the car so far?
03:19
Yeah. So we did Will and Tire Cleaner.
03:23
So we utilized those two products.
03:26
Then what we did for the paint was I did pre-wash,
03:31
but what I did was I foamed it and I did 10 to 1.
03:34
And then I came back and I did citrus.
03:38
Man, you are dying.
03:41
So I didn't fly once.
03:42
I just wanted something in the throat.
03:45
So I've been looking at pieces of plastic.
03:49
I saw it fly out of your mouth.
03:52
Wow. Second half is off to a great start.
03:57
I can't even educate these people.
03:59
I'm watching the rapper.
04:01
I've got a freaking peanut over there.
04:02
I think he ate the rapper.
04:05
I think he was part of the Mr. B's festivals.
04:14
You're going to make me cry.
04:16
Okay. So we did the pre-wash and then we came back
04:20
and we did a pH neutral cherry suds.
04:24
And then what I did was I came back while it was wet
04:26
and I actually clayed it using iron.
04:29
And then I neutralized it before doing.
04:33
I actually did what is it called?
04:36
I did Superslick and I did it as a rinse aid.
04:40
And man, this car was pretty dry.
04:43
In fact, they have a bluebird sticker.
04:45
So they've been running it through a car wash.
04:47
So as soon as we did the clay method,
04:49
it just made the paint super dry and it was just sheeting.
04:54
But after doing Superslick rinse aid,
04:56
man, it really, really, really made hydrophobic again.
05:00
And what I'm doing is I'm going to probably dress
05:04
the plastics really quick, finish dressing the plastics.
05:06
And then Jimmy, Mitch, and I are going to go on and do glass
05:10
because we are going to try out.
05:12
Now, glass cleaner.
05:13
I have a question on this because it is aerosol.
05:16
Is it just a simple spray and then do your typical box method?
05:23
Anthony, are you going to be okay over there?
05:25
I don't know what happened.
05:28
Can you carry this for the second half, RJ?
05:30
It could be like a Heimlich manure situation.
05:33
I'm not really sure what have.
05:34
So here's what, so here, I'll just be honest, right?
05:38
Once we get to the halftime, right?
05:40
I'm usually pretty hungry.
05:41
So like my time there is trying to like
05:44
whoop down whatever snack I can.
05:47
And today's case was like, it was called like a built puff bar,
05:50
right? Like a chocolate coconut one.
05:52
And I'm pretty sure there was like coconut in it.
05:54
And then I followed that up with a nature valley,
05:57
neuter green bar, whatever, or a nature valley bar.
06:00
And I was like, that's the two worst things
06:01
I can be putting in my body.
06:03
Coconut and a dry biscuit.
06:09
Like even drinking water isn't even breaking me down, dude.
06:12
You can't even freaking talk without it.
06:14
I mean, I sound pretty rough.
06:17
So anyways, okay, let's try to work through it.
06:19
Yeah, let's get into the second half.
06:21
I do have a question.
06:21
So Gabe had just mentioned, not necessarily a question,
06:24
but so me and you, Gabe, we like to use iron remover as both,
06:30
well, an iron remover,
06:31
but also kind of a clay loop.
06:32
I feel like when you have a lot of iron deposit on your car,
06:35
you need to abrade it with a clay mitt or a clay scrubber.
06:40
And there's some people here at the red company who told me
06:43
that they don't like doing that.
06:44
Well, I'll be honest, RJ, if this is a safe place.
06:50
I typically don't, but because you did it earlier
06:53
with the same clay scrubber, I was like, what the heck?
06:56
I'm going to do it.
06:57
But the reason why I think typically people shy away
07:00
from doing that is with the synthetic clay scrubber
07:03
or any of the synthetic clay products we have,
07:07
what happens is it breaks it down.
07:09
And the benefit is, if you buy a clay scrubber,
07:13
for instance, there is two in the pack,
07:15
but ultimately some different iron removers,
07:19
depending on how strong they are,
07:21
they can actually ruin your clay scrubber.
07:23
So that's why it's one of those things
07:24
where it's like, do it at your own risk.
07:26
But I mean, in theory, I guess you could.
07:29
I think that there might be some concern
07:31
that there's still contamination,
07:32
that you could potentially be pushing into your paint.
07:36
No, I probably wouldn't do that on my BMW
07:39
that I maintain pretty regularly.
07:41
But on all the cars that we're working on
07:42
that are super jacked up, it's kind of a must.
07:45
And honestly, I can promise you, because I've used,
07:49
and now I can't vouch for actual clay,
07:51
but the synthetic clay, our iron remover does not degrade it.
07:55
And honestly, I feel like, especially again,
07:58
those really roached cars,
07:59
you need that aberration to break down that iron.
08:04
Well, and in the back, this car,
08:06
it really wasn't bad as far as iron,
08:08
compared to the vehicle we had this morning.
08:11
So that's why I was like, you know what?
08:14
Let's have some fun.
08:15
Why are you looking at me like that, Anthony?
08:16
I'm just laughing at our jokes earlier.
08:21
We have fun on here.
08:22
No, sorry, you're doing good.
08:23
No, we have a great time.
08:25
I hope everyone that's watching us,
08:27
they're not annoyed by us.
08:29
Like probably, we might be coming off
08:30
as slightly unprofessional.
08:31
So let's go and bring it back
08:32
and let's try to make this a professional stream again.
08:35
So before we jump into this, let's go ahead
08:37
and head to theradcomedy.com right now,
08:39
because right now it's our Labor Day sale,
08:41
20% off almost everything,
08:43
including up to 69% off doorbusters with no code needed.
08:48
Meaning you're going to head there,
08:49
you're just going to get to shopping
08:50
and you're going to be a happy camper.
08:51
Now doorbusters, what kind of doorbusters do we have?
08:54
We have some pretty amazing ones.
08:55
This includes the wolf pack, the big one.
08:57
The premium FTW in ice gray.
09:00
The creature edge list in royal blue.
09:02
We also have the eagle applicator.
09:03
We have the ultra wash mitt.
09:05
And we have some eagle edge lists
09:06
as well as a couple of kitted items here
09:08
that are ready to go right out the gate
09:10
so you can get straight to washing.
09:11
So a really cool sale we have going on right now.
09:14
We only run 20% off a few times throughout the year.
09:17
This is one of those times,
09:18
meaning that you probably should pick up stuff
09:21
to get you through at least till,
09:23
I'll just say October.
09:24
I'm just going to throw it out there.
09:25
Just say until October.
09:27
Because in October, some fun stuff is also happening,
09:30
but I don't want you guys to have to wait that long,
09:32
especially if you're low on supply.
09:33
So five days left of the sale here.
09:36
This will be running until the 2nd of September.
09:39
So anyways, so that's going to be at Thracom.com.
09:42
So other than that, we've been running the first half
09:45
and RJ has answered quite a few questions
09:48
about the UWD line,
09:49
talked a little bit about the YouTube channel,
09:51
and really it's just been,
09:53
I think it's been an awesome few days, right?
09:55
You guys were actually filming a video earlier,
09:59
and I barged in, not knowing what you guys were doing,
10:03
and I said, hey, what's everybody's lunch order?
10:05
And everybody was like, hey, Anthony,
10:08
we're shooting a video here.
10:10
The whole, it blew my mind.
10:12
It wasn't necessarily that it had,
10:15
because I walk in when something's being filmed,
10:17
but it was the whole team going,
10:20
I thought they had flies that they were swatting.
10:22
You walked in and you're like,
10:24
hey, Jimmy, what are we having for lunch?
10:27
And we're all looking back,
10:28
we're like, Jimmy's like, we're filming,
10:31
and I'm going like this.
10:32
Yeah, I'm like, they're fighting off the same fly.
10:34
And then he's like, what are you guys doing?
10:36
And then I yelled, we're filming, we're on a live.
10:40
And then Anthony poses, he goes, oh,
10:43
so Jimmy, what are we having for lunch?
10:45
You know, Fisher, your hunger has caused
10:47
some serious issues today at Thracom.com.
10:50
But you know what it resulted in?
10:51
It resulted in pizza.
10:52
It resulted in good times,
10:53
good laughs, and everybody, you know,
10:55
seems to be back on track.
10:57
So that does happen from time to time.
11:00
Anyway, so back to some of the comments here,
11:03
some of the questions.
11:04
Ron A out here saying, well,
11:06
TRC be carrying the WD product line.
11:10
So this is actually going to be something.
11:13
Is that something we're talking about right now?
11:14
We're not really talking about in terms of kind of,
11:17
I don't think we're talking about anything.
11:18
No, we're not talking about anything.
11:20
This, we'll call this just a fun thing.
11:25
You guys are the worst at keeping secrets.
11:27
I mean, like I don't want it to be a secret,
11:28
but I'm just saying like, hey, we're doing this for fun.
11:31
They brought the line.
11:33
We're playing with things.
11:34
We've been shooting some content.
11:36
I don't know if they're going to be carrying it,
11:37
but we have been carrying your guys' towels
11:41
So technically there is a partnership already.
11:45
He's calling you out, Fisher.
11:47
I guess, I guess, I guess, you know,
11:49
Your towels are already on our website.
11:51
I guess in terms of questions,
11:53
I just didn't really prepare myself
11:55
for what questions could be asked today.
11:56
I literally talked to you about this at the beginning
11:59
before we went live and you went rogue.
12:02
So sorry about that.
12:02
So anyways, we might as well.
12:07
She is a little, I'm going to go this guy.
12:13
Hydra detailing says,
12:15
I use a Wolfpack to Wife
12:16
after shaving my beard multifunctional.
12:20
That's a great way to use TRC premium microfiber.
12:23
Just make sure you don't use the same towel
12:25
used with detailing chemicals on your face.
12:28
Drew's details says,
12:30
I've never heard of WD and yet,
12:31
and you have my full attention.
12:34
Well, Drew, we're here.
12:36
We've been doing it.
12:38
Put some pressure on me.
12:41
let's not talk about Lenny until he's here.
12:45
I don't know what he's talking about.
12:49
say his name three times
12:50
and he'll buy superior products.
12:52
I don't know what that is.
12:53
I don't know what we're talking about.
12:54
You guys were talking about,
12:55
oh, from last week.
12:57
We had a troll last week.
12:59
That's the best way to describe it.
13:01
And we don't try to feed the trolls,
13:04
right, if we can avoid it.
13:05
But this particular one,
13:06
we were like, yeah,
13:07
let's see what happens, right?
13:08
So we kind of just went into it a little bit.
13:11
It was, Dane was fuming.
13:14
He wanted to throw the iPad through the TV.
13:17
He was not happy about what,
13:19
by the time it ended.
13:20
And, but it was good.
13:22
It was good entertainment is what it was.
13:23
The trolls, I mean,
13:25
so, I mean, I'm glad to hear,
13:27
I shouldn't say glad to hear that you guys deal with them,
13:28
but you know, one of the things that people troll us on is,
13:33
you know, they say that all of our videos are fake
13:35
and we're throwing mud and dirt.
13:37
If I was as good of creating barn finds like that,
13:42
do you guys think that I would be doing,
13:43
like I'm talking to the camera,
13:45
but like, I wonder why these trolls
13:47
would think that I would be doing this on like a 1962 Dodge Dart
13:51
when I could be doing this on like a Mercia Lago
13:53
and getting three, four, five, six times a viewership.
13:56
Well, because dude, you know, we've seen it.
13:58
We've seen it on YouTube where you get the YouTubers, right?
14:01
They'd be like buying my abandoned, you know,
14:03
I'm just going to throw out an,
14:05
I'm going to say NSX, right?
14:07
And it's like an NSX that was clearly
14:09
parked in a field two weeks prior.
14:10
We did an NSX that was parked in a field in Fisher.
14:13
What the heck dude?
14:15
That was a different NSX, right?
14:16
This is a different, I'm talking.
14:17
Okay, there was like a week in a sexist.
14:19
Do you remember that?
14:20
There was like Larry had one.
14:22
And then there was like a couple other car YouTubers
14:24
that found it was like,
14:25
it was a month of NSX is in a field.
14:28
Well, okay, I'm talking about it.
14:29
Our guy really popular again on short form,
14:31
but we posted that video well over like a year and a half ago.
14:33
So sometimes things come around.
14:35
What color was your guys?
14:37
Black, this one I was talking about was like green.
14:39
Anyways, long story short,
14:42
there's been some situations where you'll see people
14:44
and you go, was this stage?
14:45
I feel like this was stage.
14:47
But you guys, seriously, you guys will go and find,
14:49
and the thing is you'll pull a non running car out
14:52
of wherever you have to do it to get it
14:54
to where you guys can detail it.
14:56
That's almost like a whole separate job entirely.
14:58
That should be a whole separate channel.
15:01
Well, man's off for a recovery.
15:02
I mean, look at that.
15:03
Like, I mean, the amount of skill,
15:06
and people don't give tow truck drivers
15:08
or flatbed drivers enough credit
15:10
because like sometimes you have to do
15:11
some really on-the-fly critical thinking.
15:17
I mean, you have to put the puzzle together
15:18
and figure out how do I move something
15:19
where three of the wheels are locked up,
15:21
two of the wheels are flat,
15:22
and it's rolling, being dragged sideways into the trailer.
15:27
So someone's in there hitting the...
15:28
I mean, there's so many different ways.
15:30
So that has been something that R8 that we did,
15:32
that Audi R8, that was on bags.
15:34
All the bags lost air.
15:35
We had to take the front bumper off
15:37
to drag that Audi into the trailer.
15:41
Because you guys have to really not...
15:43
I mean, you can't damage anything, right?
15:45
That would defeat the whole purpose
15:46
of the restoration and the cleaning and everything.
15:48
It's like, well, we got it,
15:49
but we damaged the frame, right?
15:51
Yeah, God, that would be awful.
15:55
You're going to make mistakes working with cars.
15:57
Over time, it's just inevitable.
15:59
One of the mistakes that I had made
16:01
is we were working on a champion.
16:08
I can't remember what the freaking car...
16:10
Sorry, pseudo baker champion.
16:12
And back in the day,
16:14
they thought on the left side of the car,
16:16
if they had right-handed threads,
16:20
or I guess left-handed threads,
16:22
I can't even remember which one.
16:23
I think right-handed threads,
16:24
that if they were on the left side of the car,
16:26
that as the wheels spun, it would spin the threads off.
16:29
So half the car would have normal threads.
16:31
The other half would have reverse threads.
16:33
And I didn't realize that.
16:35
I thought that they were just...
16:37
I thought that they were just seized.
16:40
Yeah, you're zapping it.
16:42
Like, snap the stud off.
16:43
And I'm like, what the heck?
16:47
Snap another one off.
16:49
And now I'm just piss-snapping studs off.
16:51
So I snapped three of them off.
16:53
And then eventually, if I look,
16:55
I think it's right-handed threads.
16:56
Because on there, it says a little R.
17:01
How the heck am I supposed to know that?
17:02
Put it the way you zapped the first one.
17:05
It comes right out of the way.
17:05
Do you know how much...
17:07
A drum break with studs for a 1955 Champion Student Bakers?
17:12
No, I imagine it's probably quite a bit.
17:13
Well, that plus the air hammer,
17:15
because I was trying to pound them out
17:16
and put new ones in.
17:18
And I realized I can't do that.
17:19
So I bought a whole...
17:20
It was $650 and like 10 hours of my life.
17:23
But I fixed the problem then.
17:25
Actually, I didn't fix until the gentleman came back
17:28
to the shop and saw the car.
17:30
And, you know, I like it because the hub's off.
17:33
So I placed the tire.
17:35
Like, I was on a Jackson on the rear
17:36
and I placed the tire.
17:37
So it still looked like it.
17:38
I had to walk around the car.
17:39
I was like, sir, I just wanted to apologize.
17:41
You know, I made this mistake,
17:42
but it is being fixed.
17:43
I'm just waiting on the parts arrive
17:44
and I'm going to make this right.
17:45
Oh, I had to get a 10-ton jaw pooler
17:47
because I couldn't get the hub off.
17:52
He walked around the car,
17:54
And I asked him, or rather I told him.
17:56
I was like, I'm sorry.
17:57
I have to let you know this did happen.
17:58
I did it on camera too.
18:01
He didn't care at all.
18:03
And then just kept walking around,
18:04
looking at the car.
18:05
He goes, you guys did a great job.
18:06
Didn't acknowledge it at all.
18:08
Guy literally did not care at all.
18:09
I still fixed the car and gave it back to him.
18:11
But I don't know how I got on this topic,
18:14
but I'll mess some stuff up,
18:15
make some mistakes.
18:18
It's interesting in a good way.
18:20
It's essentially you spray on,
18:23
but unlike aerosol glass cleaners,
18:27
it foams after it makes contact.
18:29
Not out of the bottle,
18:31
which is nice because typically the aerosol,
18:33
they clog up on the actual spray.
18:36
So tell us about it.
18:37
Why does it do the actual foaming
18:40
when it hits contact with the surface of the glass?
18:42
That's a good question.
18:44
I would presume like I said,
18:45
so that's the one thing that we don't actually manufacture
18:48
in-house because you have to be very careful
18:50
in manufacturing aerosols.
18:52
But that's actually the same product
18:56
that I've used for the last 15 years
18:58
on all the windows.
18:59
So I'm not sure exactly how it foams up after contact,
19:05
but it's one of the most unique window cleaners.
19:08
And here's the thing too with WDOS supply.
19:10
We've curated this brand
19:11
and a lot of the products we are able to go
19:13
and blend and change
19:15
and kind of modify with the chemist
19:17
to fit exactly our needs and make it ours.
19:20
But sometimes trying to reinvent the wheel
19:23
is a lot harder than using the best product
19:27
and something that I've already used
19:28
for a very long time.
19:30
That's one of those products.
19:31
Again, also it's ammonia-free and alcohol-free,
19:34
which means it's safe on a window tint,
19:35
which is a huge benefit.
19:40
Intense window cleaning smell.
19:43
But it was just one thing that caught my attention.
19:45
First time, genuinely, this is my first time using it,
19:49
is how it foams after making contact with the glass.
19:52
Pretty interesting.
19:53
I have a question for you guys.
19:54
So you know that film that builds up
19:56
on the inside of your glass over time?
20:00
Someone told me a long time ago,
20:01
and I never confirmed this or really found any information
20:04
to verify this online,
20:05
but they told me that that's off-gassing from...
20:11
And I just thought it was just dirty air
20:14
that gets stuck on your window over time.
20:16
So there's adhesives, right?
20:18
So in your entire vehicle,
20:20
you have multiple different types of adhesive,
20:24
I mean, there's sealers.
20:26
There's different things that happen, right?
20:28
As temperatures change, right?
20:30
Some of this adhesive,
20:31
and it could be carpet adhesive.
20:33
It could be plastic adhesive.
20:35
There's lots of different adhesives.
20:36
Most door panels, right?
20:37
For example, a door panel
20:39
that has a piece of leather on it, right?
20:41
That leather is not sewn into the plastic.
20:43
That leather is attached via adhesive, right?
20:44
Alcantara on a door panel.
20:46
Once that was attached,
20:47
via adhesive, right?
20:48
Your carpet has a layer of adhesive inside it, right?
20:51
So there's adhesives all around the vehicle
20:53
and what happens is, as weather changes,
20:56
especially on newer vehicles, right?
20:57
You'll have an off-gassing process that happens
21:00
through warm weather and cold weather
21:02
and it will eventually create a film.
21:03
Now that's not the only thing that creates a film
21:05
on the insetic glass, right?
21:07
Air fresheners create a film
21:09
on the insetic glass as well, right?
21:11
So air fresheners, right?
21:12
They release a scent, right?
21:15
These scent oils, right?
21:17
They're in the air.
21:18
They're airborne once they are hung
21:22
mixing with air molecules in the air.
21:24
Well, those have to go somewhere, right?
21:26
And so oftentimes, they will rest
21:29
and they'll find their way onto certain surfaces.
21:31
On plastic, you're not going to notice an air freshener,
21:34
you know, we'll call it the evaporation process,
21:36
You don't want to notice it on plastic.
21:37
You want to notice it on carpet
21:38
or seeds or anything like that,
21:40
but you would notice it on windows
21:42
because it's something that directly affects your vision,
21:44
Being able to see out there.
21:45
So oftentimes, if you have a hanging window air freshener
21:49
or one of those ones that's oil-based
21:51
that like has like a little oil satchel in it, right?
21:53
A lot of times those will off-gassing.
21:55
Your front windshield may become kind of foggy or cloudy.
21:58
That's like a super, super common thing.
22:01
But it's not always adhesive.
22:03
Adhesive off-gassing happens
22:05
for the first several years of a vehicle's life
22:07
and it can be pretty prominent.
22:09
After that, it kind of calms down.
22:11
Usually following that,
22:12
it's usually something that has to do
22:14
with the air quality inside the vehicle,
22:17
which is usually the adhesives, the filter,
22:21
I just thought it was a Subaru thing.
22:25
No, everything does it.
22:29
Oh, you're talking about because they vape in their cars.
22:33
That also does it too.
22:34
Anyways, moving on.
22:36
Hydra detailing says,
22:37
my number one used for the Wolfpack
22:39
is to keep two in my car with a quick detail spray,
22:42
one for bird poops and one for the interior
22:45
as my window has dust.
22:46
And I don't want to use the wipers just for that.
22:55
I'm like against using windshield wipers.
22:58
Yeah, that would suck.
22:59
I don't like windshield wipers.
23:00
Yeah, I prefer not to use them either.
23:01
I feel like it's at your glass.
23:03
Yeah, I feel like it's not a pure process.
23:04
I feel that no matter what lubrication you have
23:08
with windshield washer fluid,
23:09
sometimes a contamination that happens on glass
23:12
and that rests within your blades,
23:15
it doesn't matter, you still gouge it.
23:17
You still gouge your glass.
23:18
And then the other thing too,
23:19
windshield washer fluid touching my paint.
23:22
It's not my paint's good.
23:23
I don't want that on there, sitting on there.
23:25
And granted, it's usually made with just water
23:27
and it'll evaporate, right?
23:28
I don't like it on there.
23:29
Still prefer to have it not.
23:31
Yeah, I would compare windshield wipers
23:34
And I would compare glass coatings to a bidet.
23:37
It's much more effective.
23:39
Right, it's much less messy
23:40
and it doesn't etch the paint.
23:41
It is, yeah, or etch the glass.
23:43
What's that the greatest comparison?
23:45
It's just, well, no, you're not wrong.
23:47
It's just you're driving, you're dry wiping more often
23:49
than you think you are.
23:50
And like my wife, she wanted to go use the,
23:53
she wanted to use her windshield wipers
23:54
on the forerunner the other day.
23:55
And she, the windshield was nasty, right?
23:58
And I'm like, and I was like,
24:00
it's like, oh, I need to clean your windshield, right?
24:02
Like here before we go.
24:03
And she's like, we don't have enough time.
24:05
And I see her press the button to start the spray, right?
24:08
Well, the spray starts after the windshield wipers
24:12
already begin moving, right?
24:14
So the windshield wipers have already moved up
24:16
six inches dry before they make contact
24:19
with any windshield washer fluid.
24:20
And I go, so there's the gouges and that
24:23
as I hear nails on a chalkboard.
24:25
And glass wants to scratch.
24:26
I know they make glass polish.
24:27
And I'm sure there's people who still impossible to get
24:29
the best scratch that a glass are horrible.
24:32
Like, so you have to use cerium oxide.
24:33
It's the freaking mess.
24:34
Also, it just smears bug guts anyways.
24:37
So like it makes visibility worse.
24:39
I don't believe in them.
24:40
I just, I'm anti-winshield washers
24:43
or windshield wipers.
24:45
Black Blank Blank Banshee says the Santa Fe is named Clementine,
24:59
So we're Clementine Orange.
25:02
Well, we're glad to have you in the chat.
25:04
Next up here, we've got David Boyce that says,
25:07
R.J. and Anthony, my apologies.
25:09
I got the wrong YouTube channel mixed up.
25:12
It's the Detail Geek and how he's based in Canada.
25:15
In my defense, the two of you kind of look alike.
25:20
So I have a story about the Detail Geek that I usually don't bring up often.
25:25
So when we first started, the Detail Geek was a big influence.
25:28
Him, Larry, and Stauffer's Garage.
25:30
Those were the three detailing YouTube channels at the time.
25:32
And the Detail Geek became the largest pretty quick with the disaster detail.
25:37
So, you know, I won't lie.
25:39
When you start doing something new, you know, very, very rarely are you going to,
25:44
or when you break into an industry, very rarely are you going to be the innovator.
25:48
You generally need to kind of find yourself in one of the best,
25:51
yeah, and one of the best ways to do it is to imitate, is to mimic.
25:57
Just to kind of figure out if it's something even worth doing.
26:00
And so, yeah, we were doing disaster details and,
26:02
you know, a lot of the content was very similar.
26:05
And it was when we were really, really small, like 13 or 14,000 subs,
26:09
Brent had commented on one of the Detail Geeks videos.
26:11
Someone had asked, I wonder how long it takes him.
26:13
He's like, oh, well, Brent had commented.
26:15
And I told him not to do this, too.
26:16
But he had commented and said like, well, you know,
26:18
it usually takes us around 12 or 13 hours to detail the car.
26:21
And the guy and the Detail Geek had commented and said,
26:26
why don't you guys, it was something along the lines of like,
26:28
why don't you guys have an original thought for once and stop copying.
26:34
And like, yeah, and so we printed that out.
26:38
And Brent put it on his, whatever,
26:42
his board at home to look at his motivation.
26:46
And I don't know, I, listen,
26:48
I want people to make as much detailing content.
26:50
And if they use our content to try and get involved in the space,
26:56
Like to be someone that to influence the next
27:00
potential YouTube personality and detailing is,
27:02
I think that's a great honor.
27:04
I think that's something to be proud of.
27:06
I guess he didn't see it that way.
27:07
And I don't know if he had.
27:10
She hasn't talked to him since.
27:11
We never talked to him.
27:14
And like, we had even made a video addressing it like,
27:16
hey, we took so much inspiration from you.
27:17
You know, like, you know, with all due respect,
27:21
like, you know, this comment kind of hurts because like,
27:24
we didn't do anything to you.
27:24
We just, anyways, and it was again,
27:28
detailing drama is not where I want to spend any of my time.
27:32
But nonetheless, it was a motivating factor.
27:35
And for a while we would, you know, we were like, you know,
27:38
we're going to kick his butt and views this month.
27:40
And eventually, eventually we did surpass him.
27:43
And he doesn't even make videos anymore.
27:46
He just repost some old ones.
27:47
But all credit to where credit is due,
27:49
he did pave the way for us to move on.
27:52
And then Larry from Ammo did as well.
27:54
And then we kind of have found our own space.
27:57
I mean, it's a little bit of both.
27:58
Well, you know, Larry, actually,
28:00
there's a certain point where Larry shifted his,
28:03
his efforts towards doing more of these types of videos, right?
28:06
Kind of the disaster restoration type of videos, right?
28:09
And so, because Larry's biggest thing was, you know,
28:12
education for a long time.
28:14
And then once he got into a studio,
28:15
it was going to be the plan to do, you know,
28:17
high-end details there, trainings,
28:19
things like that of that nature.
28:20
And then he found that the disaster details.
28:22
I mean, it really started working really well.
28:24
You might have seen some of the stuff that was working.
28:26
But he was the guy who started that first.
28:28
He just didn't dive into it all the way.
28:31
And so, but I mean, even he'd be the first to admit,
28:33
holy crap, it's a ton of work, right?
28:35
I mean, it's a lot of work.
28:36
And the other thing too is that these,
28:37
these are cars that you're not, you're not enjoying.
28:40
You're not wanting to clean some of these.
28:41
You're not wanting to dive into a rat's nest.
28:43
You're not wanting to do this because it is a,
28:47
It is a hazardous thing to be in, right?
28:49
You need protective equipment.
28:50
I'm going to live forever for sure.
28:51
I swear to God, the stuff I've ingested,
28:54
No, you're probably going to be just fine.
28:56
I wouldn't worry about that.
28:57
But I mean, you are, you know,
28:59
you're going into this.
28:59
And so sometimes, it's not pretty detailing,
29:01
but the result is so much, is it just so worth it?
29:04
And so, but I remember talking to Larry about that
29:07
because Larry and I have been, you know, friends for,
29:11
oh my gosh, now almost what, nine years,
29:13
something like that, right?
29:14
So it's been a long time and eight, eight or nine years,
29:19
And then following that though,
29:21
so the detailed geek, you know,
29:22
we had seen some of his videos,
29:23
but it was actually like Stauffer's garage, right?
29:25
I remember seeing his videos popping up quite a bit.
29:28
And I was like, dude, this guy's killing it, man.
29:29
Like he's, he's finding these cars,
29:31
like he's showcasing them well.
29:33
He's talking through the whole process.
29:36
It was interesting to find that his background,
29:37
that he had been making different types of YouTube videos
29:40
for a long time before actually finding the detailing niche,
29:43
He had a whole family channel.
29:45
Yeah, his wife made YouTube videos.
29:47
So it was kind of like, I don't want to say this,
29:50
I'm trying to say this in the nicest way possible.
29:53
He, he shot everything at the board.
29:56
He literally threw everything at the board,
29:58
nothing stuck for like years and years and years, right?
30:00
And then eventually, right?
30:01
He had his big break with a couple of big videos,
30:03
and then it was, then it blew up, right?
30:05
And I think what it was, it was a matter of,
30:07
hey, keep trying things,
30:08
because you might find a career niche,
30:10
you might find something you like to do,
30:12
and it could eventually take off.
30:13
And I think that was a good example
30:14
of what he was able to do.
30:16
And then I remember when detail geek started,
30:19
we had started watching his videos,
30:20
and I'm like, you know what?
30:21
Pretty good documentation.
30:22
I feel like this is easy to follow.
30:24
And we remember when he had like,
30:27
5,000 subscribers, 4,000 subscribers,
30:30
and we're like, oh, his videos are doing pretty good.
30:31
So let's keep an eye on this.
30:32
We would check back in like a couple months,
30:34
and it was like, oh, 20,000 subscribers, right?
30:36
Check back another month, 60,000 subscribers, right?
30:39
Check back another month, 150,000 subscribers,
30:41
like, what the heck is going on?
30:43
Like, that's crazy.
30:44
He grew quick, really, really quick.
30:45
He definitely, like I said, all credit to,
30:48
when, where credit is due.
30:50
I mean, he had kind of innovated the,
30:51
him and Stoffer with the ASMR,
30:53
kind of like the entertainment, satisfying detailing.
30:57
And I'll be honest, like,
30:58
when we were making those kinds of video,
31:00
videos, they were doing well.
31:01
But what I personally really fell in love with
31:05
And also like messing around with the guys,
31:07
and like, I do a lot of characters,
31:08
and I like dressing up and being silly on camera.
31:12
It's, it's, you know, I'm like the,
31:15
like an F tier actor.
31:17
No, dude, that's, it makes it way more fun
31:19
when you can actually like, when,
31:22
so, because those videos for some of these guys, right,
31:25
they don't really get to be themselves.
31:27
So they don't get to be who they are.
31:29
They get to, they're providing a service
31:32
at a certain point of a template video
31:36
to the audience, because that's what you're
31:39
Your audience is there because you want to see
31:42
the initial, you want to see the vacuuming,
31:44
the blowing out, and then you're like,
31:46
please, are you going to extract that carpet?
31:48
Extract that carpet.
31:49
Then three quarters of the way and bam,
31:51
there's the extraction.
31:54
They're, they know exactly where to skip to, right?
31:56
And then they finish it off and then,
31:57
you know, they're having a good time
31:59
and the video is over, right?
32:00
But they know that they need to deliver
32:02
that same template for over and over again
32:03
because it's an, it's, it's something
32:06
But if you're able to have fun
32:08
or fit personality into it and be yourself,
32:10
I think that's even more rewarding
32:11
because then you get to be like,
32:13
okay, this is, this is who I am.
32:15
And you guys get to see, you know,
32:17
And especially after we launched the product line.
32:19
So I answer, I answer every email
32:23
that comes through our support at WDOsupply,
32:26
our support email, it's at wdosupply.com.
32:28
So if you email me there, I answer.
32:32
And I handle all the returns
32:33
and honestly, eventually it's a point,
32:35
I probably can't do that anymore
32:36
because I have other stuff I need to do.
32:38
But what's really nice is it's given people
32:40
the opportunity to reach out to us
32:42
because our other email, other emails aren't public.
32:47
And so the outpouring of, you know,
32:50
hey, Mike, get better.
32:51
When, you know, if we mentioned that Mike's sick,
32:53
he just got out of a two week really, really rough go.
32:57
But, you know, hey guys, I love it.
32:59
My kids love your channel.
33:00
We get to watch it as a family
33:01
because we are a PG or, you know, most of the time.
33:04
Yeah, and, and like, oh, you know,
33:06
one guy from Australia sent me
33:08
in this little hot wheel that had blown off tires
33:10
And I was like, what the heck is this?
33:12
And he wrote me a letter
33:13
and it was something along the lines of,
33:14
you know, I've had a tumultuous last couple of years.
33:19
You know, I had a divorce, lost the kids
33:22
and couldn't see them.
33:23
And I finally cleaned up and found your videos.
33:27
And they have inspired me to, you know,
33:32
clean the cars more and the kids get to come over now
33:35
and we clean cars together and watch your videos.
33:36
And life is a lot better now.
33:37
And, you know, I've sobered up.
33:40
And, you know, I wanted you to have,
33:42
I wanted you to have your littlest barn fine.
33:44
He sent this all the way from Australia,
33:45
which is like, it probably costs a good penny to send that little letter.
33:49
Yeah. But that connection with people is like.
33:54
I mean, you can't even really,
33:57
it's hard to describe.
33:58
I don't know these people
33:59
and they, they have an insight into who we are.
34:01
And when I see them, it's, it's all love.
34:03
Totally dude. That's amazing.
34:07
I mean, we'll kind of continue on here.
34:10
looks like the Enrique and Glacias.
34:11
Looks like, looks like the Enrique and Glacias.
34:16
He doesn't know who he actually met.
34:19
Dane said I'm more like George Lopez.
34:24
Dude, you're like knock off George Lopez though.
34:26
You know what I mean?
34:29
With the dad jokes.
34:32
It's not that funny RJ that hit me pretty good.
34:37
Well, just a news update over here in the wash bay.
34:41
This interior color is pretty nuts.
34:44
You know what it kind of reminds me of?
34:47
Because it's a neutral smell.
34:50
A little bit of like a Polestar smell.
34:52
It's a very neutral but refreshing smell.
34:56
Do you know what it is?
34:56
Do you want to know the, what it actually is?
35:01
So it's a, it's actually a heavy, heavy,
35:05
diluted version of black ice.
35:09
I can't say black ice.
35:11
Because it's trademarked, Arctic ice.
35:13
You guys don't know what I'm saying.
35:14
But it's like extremely, extremely diluted.
35:19
Mountain mist, ice.
35:24
Something like that.
35:25
Dark water, is that what it is?
35:26
They have like a locked in trademark on that.
35:29
Everyone sells a black ice scent.
35:32
We might even be coming out with a similar scent to that.
35:35
That's an actual air freshener.
35:36
Because I'm pretty sure it's based on like Joe,
35:38
what's it called that?
35:41
I mean that's like, that's like whatever.
35:43
They should have done a better,
35:45
they should have, as a scent company,
35:46
as a fragrance company,
35:47
they should have like locked that down or something, right?
35:50
We could have Dracar ice.
35:51
Yeah, something, right?
35:53
Yeah, they should have like licensed it to where,
35:56
hey, like, you know, people are licensing everything now,
35:58
You go get a ghost energy drink,
36:00
you can go and get that in whatever flavor you want,
36:02
a C4 and Starburst flavor.
36:03
Dracar, they should have just literally been like,
36:05
hey, anybody can use their scent.
36:07
Just, just license it.
36:08
And see what they'd be like.
36:10
Yeah, that's just a very, very, very heavily diluted black ice
36:16
Mac Bergsons in the next episode,
36:17
sorry after that, Neil White says,
36:19
my blood type is brake buster.
36:21
That's hilarious, Neil.
36:25
Chromatic garage in the house says my blood type is 040
36:29
in the latest sheep star video.
36:31
I don't know what that is,
36:33
but we'll have to check it out.
36:35
So Chromatic is up in Canada as another YouTuber friend.
36:38
He does awesome videos.
36:39
I think I've seen some of his videos.
36:41
What's his YouTube, Chromatic Detail?
36:42
Chromatic, yeah, yeah.
36:43
Yeah, I've seen his stuff.
36:45
Very, very satisfying.
36:46
Is it the realest, like he does like the realest
36:49
stuff and he's usually working on like old BMWs
36:52
He's got the white floor and the black walls.
36:55
Man, your stuff, if you're so hot,
36:56
your stuff is killer, man.
36:57
I remember looking at your stuff back in the day.
37:00
You have, and you know your stuff too,
37:02
but like your video editing,
37:04
I used to always say I was like,
37:04
this guy has some of the best videos.
37:06
And I'm glad to see you're still making them.
37:10
His style points are insane.
37:11
I mean, basically he, so he was a grandmaster back in the day,
37:15
right, and really started getting into YouTube videos.
37:19
He'd gotten his shop and started building out everything,
37:21
but he has like a really nice aesthetic.
37:22
Like, I mean, like everything he does
37:24
is just like picture perfect.
37:26
And so I always kind of joke around that,
37:28
you know, we have two picture perfect X grant.
37:31
Well, there's still grandmasters,
37:32
but we had Vermille, right?
37:35
So he is, I say that he is also
37:38
one of the most aesthetically pleasing,
37:40
like his videos, everything is like a thumbnail, right?
37:42
Like you could literally pause something
37:44
and be like, yep, that's satisfying, that's satisfying.
37:46
And chromatic just, I love, his lenses that he uses.
37:51
I love just the style.
37:53
I don't know if he uses a filter on some of the shots,
37:54
but like, it is just a glow.
37:56
Good man, like that is,
37:58
he's like the swaggiest detailer I know.
38:00
Like when I watch his videos, I'm like, this guy,
38:02
like I could, like, it's freaking cool.
38:04
You guys should hang out some time, you know what I mean?
38:06
I've never been to Canada.
38:07
Yeah, well maybe we do a TRC meetup.
38:09
Everybody meets up here and it's a big party.
38:12
We go out for a night on the town.
38:14
Dane shows us around.
38:16
Dane, are you cool with driving us around in a limo?
38:20
Oh, he said you got it, bro.
38:25
Oh, he doesn't want people going to his house
38:31
So this is Maddie says,
38:33
I would hope you aren't drinking or inhaling
38:35
crazy amounts of detailing chemicals.
38:37
We don't do that around here ever.
38:39
Ask about this, though.
38:43
I didn't see that too early.
38:44
What kind of beer is it?
38:45
It's actually a root beer.
38:48
I was like, I was just trying to get you guys going.
38:51
Yeah, no, Maddie's pure like that.
38:53
So it's probably a delicious root beer.
38:55
Well, Glenn also likes root beer.
38:58
So Glenn and Maddie, they're root beer, the root beer bros.
39:01
They literally took this thing off-road this last weekend.
39:04
So they're doing a little drinking and driving
39:06
root beer style, right?
39:08
You got a little too crazy with the root beer.
39:10
But they were off-roading with root beer.
39:13
That's like the one thing that gets shaken up the most.
39:17
Could you imagine opening that thing up on the trail?
39:20
Not at all, especially on like a washboard
39:22
or something like that, right?
39:25
Ken, Sheepstar says,
39:27
I only cover the bottle with one nostril
39:29
when I inhale safety first.
39:33
Next up here, Han says,
39:35
how much for your shirt, Anthony?
39:36
This is a Carhartt shirt, Hans.
39:39
This is not a special shirt.
39:40
You don't have to buy the shirt off my back.
39:43
That right there, RJ's shirt,
39:44
you can buy the shirt off his back.
39:45
We're going to start the bidding at $150.
39:50
Do I get another shirt?
39:52
With my gut out for the next.
39:53
Yeah, gut out for the next for the next little bit.
39:55
No, yeah, you're okay.
39:57
Until he pays up, this is how it is.
40:01
we've got Sheepstar says,
40:03
anyone in the chat used ethos defy?
40:05
A serious question.
40:07
I've never used it.
40:10
Is the owner of ethos, Chris?
40:13
I can't remember the last name.
40:14
I had, I had a good question.
40:17
Anyways, I'm not sure.
40:19
if I have to give my focus a spit bath
40:22
in order to get bird poop off, I will.
40:24
Tamara, that's what I'm talking about.
40:26
That's the effort and dedication
40:28
that we like to see here.
40:32
15 minutes left here in the live stream.
40:36
So get all your questions in chat.
40:38
Buff and Shine Tony.
40:39
Acidic poo is a scob and a hundred percent.
40:43
I'm pretty sure they had a track
40:44
on Tony Hawk Brosgater.
40:47
Was it Tony Hawk's Brosgater one or two?
40:49
You know, was it when you were jumping over the ramp
40:51
and grabbing the tape in the first one?
40:55
Dude, that game's so much fun.
40:59
Ronnie says, I just detailed a 2024 Subaru Outback
41:02
that just got bird bombed at the airport.
41:05
Two splotches of seagull crap etched the paint.
41:09
It's not a good way to start off, you know,
41:12
new vehicle ownership.
41:13
We have a crazy amount of seagulls at our shop.
41:15
There's a McDonald's and a Home Depot
41:17
that they hang out in across a lot.
41:18
And then they nest on our roof.
41:20
And so every year a baby seagull falls off the roof.
41:23
It's guaranteed every single year.
41:25
This year we named him Steven, Steven Seagull.
41:29
That's hilarious, actually.
41:31
And a poor little baby.
41:33
We carried him inside, gave him water,
41:35
and then we dropped him back off every day
41:36
because we couldn't put him back on the roof
41:38
without the mom dive bombing us.
41:41
And he made it for quite a while,
41:44
but they always face the inevitable end
41:46
because they never learn how to fly.
41:49
Dude, I learned that the hard way.
41:50
It was just two years ago.
41:51
I explained on a podcast there was a bird,
41:53
and the bird's nest above my door
41:54
and the one baby fell, right?
41:56
And I was like, okay, all right, I can save it.
41:59
It's not going to be...
42:00
Once you touch it, they don't want that baby back, right?
42:03
So you've got to kind of leave it there,
42:04
but I'm like, hey, you're going to come fly down
42:05
and come save this thing?
42:07
They can't pick it up to take it back.
42:08
So then you've got to figure it out,
42:10
but I know what you're saying,
42:11
and it's always a sad thing.
42:13
So there needs to be what I think,
42:15
like a bird, like a baby bird refuge situation,
42:19
like a drop-off, like a drop box.
42:21
For the babies, yeah.
42:23
I mean, light on fire, I hate them.
42:26
You have to understand, listen, you like cars, right?
42:29
You like your car looking nice.
42:30
I like my cars looking nice.
42:32
Imagine 90 birds pooping on your car every single week.
42:38
We just still love birds?
42:40
We don't get seagulls here in Idaho.
42:43
I mean, Gabriel, the only seagulls
42:46
that we have in like all of Idaho,
42:48
they're at the dump, right?
42:51
That's where they hang out.
42:52
They only go to our Boise dump, and they go straight there.
42:56
And then they'll migrate for, you know,
42:58
they'll be there for a little while,
42:59
and then they're out.
43:00
Seagulls are flying rats.
43:01
And you never see them?
43:02
They're flying rats.
43:04
But the babies are really cute.
43:05
They're not in Alaska, they're in Alaska.
43:10
Like dolphins in Florida, like they're nuisance.
43:13
Equivalent to seagulls, Alaska is eagles.
43:17
The amount of eagles in Alaska has?
43:19
It's like going to, like, you know how you
43:21
mentioned the dump when you go to the dump.
43:22
I love eagles though.
43:24
You would see nothing but eagles.
43:26
Are they as annoying as seagulls?
43:27
They're majestic and beautiful though.
43:30
Like, I love seeing a bald eagle in the wild.
43:32
I go, wow, look at that.
43:34
Look at that bald eagle.
43:35
It just took my trash.
43:38
Anyway, so, you know, seagulls, I, I don't know.
43:42
And they don't really taste that good, right?
43:43
You know, I've tried to cook one.
43:50
Dylan says, is there a specific ceramic coating
43:54
that you can put on vinyl wrap?
43:56
Or is it any coating okay on the surface?
43:59
Vinyl is new to me.
44:00
Is there anything especially I should be aware about,
44:01
or I should know about?
44:02
So when it comes to a coating on wrap,
44:05
you want something that's going to be relatively flexible,
44:07
So not all coatings are going to have
44:09
the same flexible properties as others.
44:11
So for example, you do have a couple good coatings
44:14
specifically made for wrap that are meant to be flexible
44:18
and be able to expand and shrink with temperature changes
44:21
as well as just the overall elasticity of the wrap.
44:24
And that is going to be G-Technics Halo V2,
44:28
which they have out, which is going to be their
44:30
dedicated wrap and vinyl coating.
44:32
And then you also have Diamond Wrap from Diamond ProTech,
44:34
which is also pretty good.
44:35
There's a few others on the market,
44:36
but those are the two that we sell here.
44:39
Next up here, Sheepstar says, RJ,
44:41
what was the process like starting a product line?
44:45
Any good or bad experiences,
44:46
things that surprised you?
44:48
That's a really, really good question.
44:51
Yeah, so I think it's when you come out with a full line,
44:54
like you have to launch multiple products at once,
44:57
otherwise the line, you know,
44:58
there's something left to be desired.
45:00
And I think we, you know,
45:04
we had to figure out how to do it in a very small space
45:06
before you moved into the warehouse next door
45:09
and we were able to actually have, you know,
45:12
So I guess what was very difficult
45:16
was trying to, we had the inventory in like
45:20
family's garages, we had like bottles and pallets
45:23
and all this because we didn't have the space
45:25
and then we had to remove the couch from our shop
45:28
so we could put up more shelving
45:29
to carry more of the product.
45:30
And we're also still running the YouTube channel.
45:32
So I would say we took on a lot,
45:35
but we have a great team.
45:37
Mike, who handles all the fulfillment,
45:39
Brent, who does all of the editing and the media.
45:42
And so without those guys, this was not attainable.
45:45
And honestly, Mike was the,
45:47
Mike is a character rather, you know,
45:50
he's on the YouTube channel with us
45:51
and he was an employee there.
45:53
And now he's a part owner
45:54
and he's one of my best friends,
45:55
but he's a part owner in the product line.
45:57
So I would say the bad experiences come
46:02
from the growing pains of working,
46:05
working with, you know, other people
46:06
and like being, you know,
46:08
trying to figure out how to work together
46:10
synergetically and to make sure
46:13
that everyone is on the same page.
46:15
And there's growing pains, I guess.
46:18
So I guess that's one of the hardest parts as well
46:22
as launching it with, I mean,
46:25
there's no template on how to launch a product company.
46:28
So thankfully we had great people around us.
46:30
And then the good experiences are the proof of concept,
46:33
like when you actually start to start to sell the products
46:37
and you see them for the first time.
46:39
And, you know, it's your name on there.
46:41
And so that was, I think that was one of the most special
46:44
parts of it, because this is something that's bigger than
46:46
all three of us, Mike Brent and I.
46:49
And I think one day it'll even be
46:51
bigger than the YouTube channel.
46:52
So, dude, that's sweet, man.
46:53
I'm really excited for you guys.
46:55
The thing, it's sweet.
46:56
It's a good looking line and Gabriel's in love.
46:59
He's over there enjoying it.
47:00
Well, I just did interior.
47:02
So we did some product shots on the door panels.
47:05
But one thing that I'm really, really happy with
47:07
and excited about is this car has cloth seats
47:11
and the two front seats have a lot of just, I don't know,
47:15
black and it's a tan interior.
47:18
This stuff, this interior, pull it up like nothing.
47:22
Literally with a detail factory interior brush,
47:25
just agitation and then wipe with a towel.
47:28
Dude, you're moving and you're grooving.
47:31
I'm a little, I'm a little tired.
47:33
Yeah, Enrique Iglesias.
47:34
I can be your detailer, baby.
47:37
That's, I'm telling you.
47:38
I didn't know this was selling.
47:39
That's like a good shirt.
47:41
Jay Hutan says, so nice to see,
47:43
so nice to see that TRC works so well with others in the industry.
47:47
Some others, not so much.
47:48
Jay, we love working with people in the industry, man.
47:51
We like, we like people that are like-minded
47:52
and like to have fun.
47:54
You know, we're not changing the world.
47:55
We're cleaning cars and, but we're having fun doing it.
47:58
So that's the most you can hope for.
48:03
I will gladly teach a class with you, Anthony.
48:05
You'll need, you'll need large hands for some tasks.
48:09
My hands are large enough, Joey.
48:12
You know, big enough, big enough for things I need to do.
48:18
Zero Day Detailing says,
48:20
good afternoon TRC.
48:21
Checking in from the sunny southeast.
48:23
Nice to see what's going on.
48:25
Zero Day Detailing, that's an interesting name.
48:28
And then Paul Woodcock says,
48:29
hopefully Wackstock will be out of hibernation next year.
48:32
Will RAG come in to be visiting?
48:34
Second question, what trend in the detailing world do you find
48:39
the most redundant slash annoying?
48:41
That's actually a good question.
48:43
So Wackstock is up in the air.
48:46
We, you know, we've gone to Wackstock.
48:51
And we've always had an absolute blast going.
48:54
I mean, it's always been so much fun.
48:57
Have you ever been to the UK?
49:01
So UK, English breakfast, right?
49:05
You got to start off every morning
49:06
with English breakfast, right?
49:06
Beans, toast and beans.
49:08
Beans and toast, yeah, yeah, yeah.
49:09
Beans, beans, beans and beans and toast.
49:13
And tomato slices with their version of bacon.
49:17
And then I don't recommend trying the blood pudding.
49:19
It's just a bad time.
49:20
But the vibes there are great.
49:23
We love the people.
49:24
We have tons of friends over there in the UK.
49:26
And we know that we definitely missed it this last year.
49:32
And we're hoping at some point
49:35
we have a good plan and good process for shows like that.
49:39
So they make sense for us to go to
49:42
with hopefully more expansion of TRC around the world.
49:45
So we'll see, we'll see.
49:48
Second question there.
49:48
What do I find the most redundant annoying
49:50
as a trend in detailing?
49:56
Trend, I don't know.
49:56
I don't know if you'd call it a trend.
49:57
But ceramic coatings are fantastic.
50:02
I don't understand.
50:03
And they get better and better.
50:04
And so the marketing behind graphing coatings
50:08
and like I haven't seen the proof.
50:10
It just feels like we're trying to invent something
50:12
that has already been invented.
50:14
And then slap on a different label
50:16
like the amount of graphing
50:17
that they're actually putting in these coatings.
50:18
I don't again, I could be wrong.
50:22
So it just seems like you're on the right path.
50:23
You're seeing the right things.
50:25
It just seems like it's a way that they
50:27
and I've never used a graphing coating.
50:29
But why is it better?
50:31
Like it's not harder.
50:33
You say it breathes more or like it's more flexible.
50:38
The ceramic coatings that people have brought to market
50:42
They do so well that it just seems like a cheap marketing
50:47
tactic to people who aren't as familiar with the ins and outs
50:53
So the graphing thing though, so a couple of years ago
50:55
that was like really prevalent, right?
50:57
Like being like, oh my gosh, like what the heck's going on?
51:01
I mean, it's still prevalent today.
51:05
But like when we were deep, obviously,
51:07
within all of our different companies and brand partners
51:11
and all of that, a lot of them were,
51:13
hey, do we have to go with this trend?
51:15
Is this what we have to go, right?
51:16
Because this is where things are going.
51:17
And we were against it here.
51:20
And we said, hey, this too shall pass is what we said.
51:25
And it has blown over.
51:27
And I think that some of the companies who did come out
51:29
with a full graphing line, a lot
51:30
of them have trailed back from certain products of those.
51:34
And that was a little bit of a trend, right?
51:37
A little bit gimmicky.
51:39
Some of the products did work fine.
51:40
I don't really have any complaints about it.
51:42
But I think that for people going, oh no, is my coating bad?
51:46
Do I have to strip it off for this new graphing?
51:48
No, no, you never had to do that.
51:50
You don't have to do that.
51:51
Another trend that is stupid is when, and don't be wrong,
51:54
we did it because it does give views on Instagram.
51:57
But if you take like the Theragun,
52:00
put it on the carpet and all the same vibrates,
52:02
It doesn't help you actually get it.
52:03
It just looks cool.
52:06
Are you talking about the polisher?
52:09
And that totally destroys all the Velcro on your pad,
52:14
or your backing plate, rather.
52:15
And it definitely jacks up your polisher too.
52:18
So just carpet gets all peeled up
52:20
and whatever gets all pulled apart.
52:23
Those wipes that basically make it look as if it fixes
52:30
Do you guys see those ones?
52:33
It's like wipe on clear.
52:35
Here's what you're talking about.
52:36
Wipe on clear coat.
52:37
Wipe on clear coat has been around for a long time.
52:38
Is that what it is?
52:40
Wipe on clear coat has been around for a long time.
52:41
It's a self leveling wipe on clear coat.
52:45
You see a lot of guys doing that.
52:49
It's just wipe on clear coat.
52:50
It's that's like it's always been like a last resort.
52:52
Like, hey, like literally this,
52:54
this paint is so trash.
52:55
This car is so wasted.
52:57
Is there anything that could possibly improve this?
52:59
Yeah, throw a little wipe on clear coat on there, right?
53:02
Yeah, but like, God, that's not like,
53:04
that's like, that's like auction car crap though, right?
53:06
I mean, like wipe on clear is like,
53:08
that's like, that's, that's an auction car situation.
53:10
And, and you, you would hate to be the person
53:14
to find out that your car had wipe on clear
53:16
and you go to polish it for the first time
53:18
and you break through the first layer of the wipe.
53:19
And you go, what is, what's on this, right?
53:22
And then you start breaking through more
53:23
and you go, oh no, right?
53:25
It can only be a couple of 10 microns.
53:27
I mean, it's, I mean, it's thick enough to where it's annoying.
53:31
Oh, it's thick enough to where it's annoying for sure.
53:35
It's, yeah, it's thick enough to where it's annoying to remember.
53:38
Like 30, 45th, like, could you sand on it?
53:41
Yeah, I didn't realize it was that thick.
53:42
So wipe on clear, you can sand on a little wipe on clears.
53:46
It's the same thing with wipe on clears for headlights, right?
53:47
So a lot of those headlight restoration kits, right?
53:49
What they have inside those packets is, is clear coat.
53:52
Just in, in one of, in a, in a cheesecloth, right?
53:56
And so you wipe that on and that's how you get the final result there.
54:00
I think it has its place, but I think it's in like the, like the,
54:04
like the end of life of a vehicle is worth it.
54:06
The buy here, pay here lots, probably.
54:08
The monkey lots, whatever they call those, the, the, yeah,
54:12
the cheap used car, lots, whatever.
54:13
So anyways, I would agree that that fad, that fad's kind of annoying.
54:18
I don't, I don't know.
54:19
There's a few different things going on.
54:22
So Jay says, are you going to start paying YouTubers to promote your products too?
54:29
Seems almost like everyone out there has now been bought out.
54:32
We need some variety.
54:33
They're asking if you are going to pay YouTubers to promote your products.
54:37
If we were going to do that, I would love to give YouTubers,
54:40
like some up and coming YouTubers, especially in the detailing space,
54:42
which I think we need more of.
54:44
I would love to give them their first paid,
54:48
that the first time you get a paid brand deal on your YouTube channel,
54:51
you're like, holy crap.
54:53
This might actually be something like a brand wants to pay me to promote something.
54:57
I'll never forget the first one we ever did was for Manscaped.
54:59
And I was like, holy crap.
55:00
Like this is, we put so much time and effort into the ad.
55:03
And like we were so excited, we had the shirts.
55:05
Yeah, we had a blast.
55:07
You know, it sure as this is like your balls will thank you.
55:09
I mean, it was, it was like the coolest thing ever.
55:11
And so if I could do that for, you know, some up and coming YouTubers,
55:15
then I would absolutely, and I'm not even really worried about the ROI.
55:19
I mean, they would have to have a certain amount of viewership
55:22
to make sure that at least if we don't get sales, we get exposure.
55:26
But I would love to do it to some, yeah, some new YouTubers,
55:29
give them that like that rush of like, wow,
55:31
like somebody wants to pay me for my influence.
55:33
And we're not influencers, but you know, it,
55:37
I guess technically we are, I just hate the term.
55:38
But anyways, I'd love to do that for somebody.
55:41
But as far as like a big promotion,
55:43
I think we have some other promotions that I'd rather focus on
55:46
that I had more fun doing.
55:48
Yeah, truthfully, I think that your stuff speaks for itself.
55:50
But I think what I think the biggest question is,
55:53
is in order for your products to get out there
55:55
to their hands of the right people,
55:57
is it going to be a situation where you might have to pay somebody?
55:59
And the answer is possibly depending on what people are going to try.
56:02
The problem is that there's so many people,
56:04
there's so much, there's so much stuff out there right now
56:06
to our people, you know, you got to find a way
56:09
to get some promotion.
56:11
But you have to do it, I'd like to say in a tasteful way
56:14
and most for the most part.
56:15
But to your point there though,
56:17
I can imagine in the YouTube space in that world
56:21
that getting your first paid promotion of some sort
56:25
is probably pretty exciting
56:27
because you're like, wow, this is sweet, right?
56:31
Let me make it fun.
56:32
Let me try to actually do something cool.
56:33
The first money we ever made on YouTube
56:36
was from an Amazon affiliate link.
56:38
And I was like, holy crap, we made a video and we made money.
56:43
This could be something that could actually
56:44
generate income and we could do more of this.
56:50
All right, so we are over time.
56:52
Now we are two minutes over
56:53
and that is going to be a wrap for today's Q&A
56:56
Freakin' Thursday, RJ.
56:57
Thank you so much, man.
56:58
I appreciate you coming and hanging out with us.
57:00
This has been a ton of fun.
57:01
Gabriel, Mr. Enrique Iglesias over there.
57:05
Cleaning Clementine.
57:07
I had a blast, man.
57:09
And your products are awesome.
57:11
We let you out of the TikTok cage.
57:15
Let's get out of the TikTok.
57:17
Don't even get me started on that.
57:18
You're on the main channel, Gabriel.
57:22
This does not count.
57:25
This does not count.
57:25
Gabe has been laying down the law.
57:28
WD detailing supplies.
57:30
So you guys can check those out.
57:31
Which goes website?
57:33
It's wdrsupply.com.
57:35
So go and check them out.
57:37
We made several recommendations throughout the video
57:40
and all of the whole line looks good, smells good.
57:43
I personally tested it.
57:45
Gabriel obviously loved using it today
57:46
and we appreciate RJ being out here
57:48
for the week to hang out, shoot content,
57:51
and hopefully get some food here, right?
57:53
And a little bit later.
57:53
So go to the raccom.com, 20% off site-wide.
57:57
Labor Day sale ends on the 2nd of September.
57:59
I get things while supplies last.
58:01
So thank you guys for watching.
58:02
Have a great weekend.
58:07
Do the right things.
