[SPEAKER_01]: And if you don't care so much about a truck being a great daily driver, but you need it to do the most amount of work, HD is going to be the way to go.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, personally speaking, I have a 6,000 pound boat trailer that I haul in the summer, right?
[SPEAKER_00]: So I know you've been pushing me towards the diesel Cummins power wagon and other trucks.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's just a lot of truck for me.
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
[SPEAKER_00]: Just personally speaking, I do want the crew version, because I have two kids, even now my daughters, and I'm going to college.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and a small, small pooch, a small dog, but so a crew cap truck is important to me But a heavy duty is just too much even though I love the diesel But you might need the bench seat so you can have you the wife and the dog of front Yes [SPEAKER_00]: because he wants to be close to us right?
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: He always wants to be there.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's kind of a dream.
[SPEAKER_00]: So, so I'm still leaning towards a halftime.
[SPEAKER_00]: So, full size is kind of where my thinking comes, because I've tried this, right?
[SPEAKER_00]: I've tried the mid-sized truck, like we talked about, the color of the trail bars, and [SPEAKER_00]: My son is 62, you know, he's 15 years old, so he was struggling to get in the back seat as knees in his chest Yeah, so he even though he was pretty flexible, but anyways, so a mid-sized truck is maybe too small for me now Yeah, so I think half-ton is kind of where it's at as far as I'm concerned [SPEAKER_01]: It makes sense.
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that still doesn't give us too good of an indication of exactly what truck you're going to get.
[SPEAKER_00]: No, because I haven't, yeah, I haven't decided.
[SPEAKER_01]: I have a feeling you're maybe honing in on it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I, you know what, after talking to you about the three litre DRAMAX.
[SPEAKER_00]: that could be gears turning gears are turning yes because that offers really great torque a lot of towing capability and my wife and I you know we we go to Albuquerque a lot from Denver and we go to like Durango and Farmington which is like 400 miles 500 miles stints and that Duramax would eat that up oh you know that Duramax would be excellent.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's great on a road trip [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so that'll be interesting to see over time what you end up going toward.
[SPEAKER_01]: I agree with you.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that the 1500's at my heart is always with the H.D.s.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, just because I love pulling trailers with those.
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what we do with these trucks most at work.
[SPEAKER_01]: but the 1500s probably for most people.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for most people it makes a most sense.
[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
[SPEAKER_00]: But let us know what you think in the comments below.
[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks for joining us once again.
[SPEAKER_00]: I think we've kind of got lucky with the weather.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there was a little bit windy.
[SPEAKER_01]: It definitely could have been windy, are you?
[SPEAKER_00]: And our special guests, we had two bees, a show up on our podcast.
[SPEAKER_00]: Two bees, two shavis, one GMC.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_00]: So thanks for joining us.
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see you next time.
[SPEAKER_00]: Next week, next week and go from there.
