A V8 engine has eight cylinders arranged in a V shape, which helps it produce a lot of power. It's commonly found in larger cars and trucks because it can make them go faster and handle better.

My grandmother didn't just own one of these cars, she owned two of these cars.

She owned the first one was a six-cylinder, and my dad was coming home from college, and

he ended up sliding on some ash that, back then, they used to put ash down on the road for traction

in the winter, and he slid on that. It was dry, it was in Pennsylvania in the road. The road was

covered in this stuff, and he slid on it and totaled the car, and he told my grandfather,

if I had more power, I would have been able to power slide out of this thing or whatever.

When they replaced the car, they got the V8 version, because my grandfather literally went

out to the crash site and looked and said, yeah, I think you're right, if you had more power,

you could have made it. My grandmother got a second one, same color, same identical cars,

what it sounds like. But with a V8 in it.
