I'm Jim Farley. Welcome to the new season of Drive. Cars say a lot about who we are.

I have a lucky streak of finding a parking place.

Really?

I'll pull into a parking lot and I'll say one's going to appear right away.

And sure enough, someone's pulling out.

On Drive, we talk to all kinds of remarkable people about what they drive and what drives them.

Yes, we talk a lot about cars.

I will tell you that every single one of those buses drives differently.

They literally have their own personalities.

But we also talk a lot about work.

We have to get reconnected as a country to that part of the workforce on which we rely.

In our mission in life.

Maybe we can take what I am doing in person and put it on the internet.

Instead of talking and teaching 30, 50, 100 people, I can teach millions of people at the same time.

And just having fun.

Sometimes we do over complicate things and we get away from that.

And I think if you're still waking up smiling and excited to go to work, then keep doing it.
