Kai has over 24 years of racing, testing, development, marketing, driving events, coaching, precision driving, and high-performance driving experience. He's run in SCCA Formula Vee, Improved Touring Car, American Sedan to Factory Stocks, Short Track Racing, PBOC Racing, and NASA Pro Racing. He's worked with numerous marques in driving events, hot laps, stunt shows, film, and more.  ​

Andy Lee is the Co-Founder and Driver/Coach at Track Rekord a company born out of a need to provide consistent, high-quality track day driver instruction across the US and Canada. The ultimate goal of Track Record is to reduce risk, improved safety, increased enjoyment, lower lap times, and reduce insurance costs. Andy is both a driver and a mechanic who has raced since 2003. He's run in the Volkswagen Jetta TDI Cup and in the Pirelli World Challenge Series in a Camaro. He garnered Rookie of the Year honors and a second place in the Championship. Since 2008 Andy has recorded 8 wins, 24 podiums, and 11 poles and he has raced in several series including IMSA Continental Series, Trans Am, NASA, and SCORE Off-Road Racing. He's tested and raced a variety of cars including Lamborghini, Cadillac, and Porsche.

1374: Steve Kimpton is the Director of Operations at Track Rekord

Steve Kimpton is the Director of Operations at Track Rekord, a company born out of a need to provide consistent, high-quality track day driver instruction across the US and Canada. The ultimate goal of Track Record is to reduce risk, improve safety, increase enjoyment, lower lap times, and reduce insurance costs. Steve has a Masters Degree in Engineering, Economics, and Management from Oxford University. He is a retired consulting actuary who loves to race. He built his first sports car after leaving university and restores English roadsters. He started racing in 2005 in a Lotus Elise and has competed at Lime Rock, Monticello, and was one of only three US drivers to compete in the Jaguar Simola Hillclimb in South Africa, driving a Saleen Mustang. Steve joined Track Rekord after it was founded by past Cars Yeah guests, Kai Goddard, and Andy Lee. They realized that two professional racing drivers left to their own devices might be a little problematic. Steve brings his business background to the table and is the voice of reason behind Track Rekord.

1373: Patrick Kelley is an author with a fascination

Patrick Kelley is an author with a fascination for all things automotive. About 15 years ago he expanded this passion and started collecting original automobile concept art. These are drawings and paintings of what future automobiles might look like. He decided that these designs, that came out of art schools across America, and the 'Big Three' automotive manufacturing companies, had to be shared. Today he shares his new book, Imagine! Automobile Concept Art From the 1930s to the 1980s, published by Dalton Watson Fine Books. It takes the reader back to a time when the sky was the limit, dreams and visions were encouraged and restrictions were few. 1372: Jeff Stumb is the Director of the Great Race

Jeff Stumb is the Director of the Great Race, an annual vintage automotive driving event that has taken in the United States for 36 years. The drive has grown to unprecedented heights, from a record number of rookies to the overall number of teams. Jeff grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and saw the Great Race for the first time in 1987. He participated in the event in 1994 competing through the years with friends, his father, and his wife. He had a career in the newspaper business for almost 25 years and has owned over 150 classic cars ranging from a 1916 Hudson to a 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air. The Great Race began in 1983 and has raised thousands of dollars for charity. In 2010 Corky Coker of Coker Tires took over leadership and the company he founded owns the event to this day under the leadership of past Cars Yeah guest, Wade Kawasaki.

Sawyer Dell'Aquila is a 21-year-old automotive enthusiast who works at On The Road Again Classics as an apprentice technician in Morgan Hill, California. The company was started in 2008 by Bill Hiland and they do everything under one roof in a 12,000 square foot facility. The team specializes in high-quality restoration for classic British automobiles. Sawyer owns a project '67 MGB, modified first-generation Miata, and a family-owned-since-new, 5 speed '91 Acura Integra with 1/4 million miles. Inspired to create his own business giving vintage cars a new life with modern touches, Sawyer hopes to appeal to more people in the classic car market. His goal is to bring a younger crowd attracted to cars that are slowly being forgotten. Regular Cars Yeah listeners will remember I had Sawyer's father, Dave, on the show a few months ago.

Michael was born disabled and his experience gave him a conquering spirit plus the ability to overcome adversity along with great respect for modern medicine. Over the past 15 years, he has worked as an editor on Independent film Documentaries and in 2014 he and Roger Hinze formed A Mile A Way Productions and their first television documentary is Rapid Response. The film also honors one of the doctors who took care of him when Michael was a child, Dr. Jerry Trammell.

Boston native, George Levy, is an author, the former editor of Autoweek Magazine, and is the director of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. He is also the author of multiple books on motorsports, including 2016's Can-Am 50th Anniversary, a project on which he worked with the late and deeply missed photographer Pete Biro, who was a past Cars Yeah guest. The great racer Sam Posey said about the book, "Your book is just fantastic. As far as I know, you've got the facts exactly right, which must have been the product of a lot of hard work and good thinking." His current book, F1 Mavericks:  The Men and Machines that Revolutionized Formula 1 Racing is a sweeping account of the most innovative and glamorous period in Formula One racing history, 1958 through 1982. Over the years Mike has been active in community service and the International M100 Group, a Daimler/Mercedes Benz sanctioned club.

1365: Andrew Evans is a young American race car driver

Andrew Evans is a young American race car driver currently competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the LMP2 category and he is the 2019 12 Hours of Sebring winner. Andrew raced in both Europe and the United States in 2017 and 2018. This included several podium finishes, a win, and numerous pole positions in the British LMP3 Cup with teammate and recently retired 2x All-Star MLB player, CJ Wilson.  Andrew also raced select events in the IMSA Prototype Challenge Championship for Charles Wicht Racing and Performance Tech Motorsports. Andrew is on-track virtually every week, as lead instructor for ProFormance Racing School in Seattle, a school past Cars Yeah guest Don Kitch owns and operates.  He also travels frequently to drive professionally at marketing events for auto manufacturers including Jaguar and McLaren.

Matt Nasworthy is the Florida Public Affairs Director for AAA – The Auto Club Group. He has worked at AAA for over 20 years with expertise in Learning and Development and Public Relations. In 2007, Matt developed an innovative training curriculum for Road Service technicians. It focused primarily on safety at the roadside and this program has continued to reduce crashes, injuries, and damages in 11 states. Matt also spent several years managing the Teen Driver Safety and Impaired Driving Programs for the Auto Club Group Traffic Safety Foundation. AAA is a huge supporter of the Gasparilla Concourse, an annual event that takes place in April. Through AAA's support, the Concours donated over $20,000 to Shriners Hospital for children. Jenifer 'Jeni' Swanson is a member of the Board of Directors for Athena Racing, an organization founded by past Cars Yeah guest Loxley Browne, designed to support young women in racing. Jeni is a racer herself who loves to wrench on her cars, both race cars, and vintage cars. She and her daughter are restoring a 1964 Ford Ranchero. Her career started in commercial real estate and property management more than 20 years ago. She went back to law school and has been a practicing real estate attorney since 2012 where she helps commercial landlords with their transactional needs. She has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Corvette Magazine for her racing and she is a Super Lawyer's Rising Star for two consecutive years. Jeni is also a member of the Executive Committee for the California Lawyer's Association Real Property Law Section.

Christopher Pagani is the Head of Marketing for Pagani Automobili America. Pagani Automobili is an Italian manufacturer of spectacular sports cars and pioneer in the carbon fiber technology. The company was founded in 1998 by Christopher's father Horacio Pagani and is based in San Cesario Sul Panaro, near Modena, Italy. Christopher is currently living in the United States where he has been developing and supporting the Pagani dealer network in North America. He organizes and manages Pagani corporate events and activations bringing awareness about the brand through the press, media, and PR activities. You'll see a Pagani at the Concept Car Display, on the upper lawn at this year's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

1353: Ed Loh is the Senior Vice President of Content

Ed Loh is the Senior Vice President of content at MotorTrend Group and serves as Editor-in-Chief for MotorTrend. He has nearly 20 years of experience in automotive journalism and has held leadership positions as Editor-in-Chief of Import Racer! Magazine (managing editor of Road & Track's Speed magazine, and editor-in-chief of Sport Compact Car. Ed moved to MotorTrend in the spring of 2007, became its executive editor in 2010 and then editor-in-chief in 2011. In his time with MotorTrend, the brand has become the leading automotive enthusiast magazine and the industry leader across the web, social media, and video. 1352: Jackie Frady is the President and Executive Director

Jackie Frady is the President and Executive Director at the National Automobile Museum/The Harrah Collection in Reno Nevada. Her career in the collector car field began in 1981 with the former Harrah's Automobile Collection. Following a progression of management positions, she was promoted to Executive Director and later elected President. During her tenure, the Museum was named one of the Top 10 Auto Museums in the nation many times over. Since 1995 Jackie has been an honorary judge at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, one of a few women to serve in this role. She is a 2015 Top Business Woman of the American Business Women's Association. She's helped author and edit two books published by the Museum, Against All Odds and a souvenir book about the Museum's history. She also helped produce a short film, The Bill Harrah Story and The Legendary Journey to the Museum.
