Dan Roth, Ross Ballot, (Jeff Glucker)
Last episode about 2 months agoCars. Trucks. Life. Things that run. Things that don't. And anything in between. The Hooniverse Podcast is about the intersection of all things automotive and everyday life. That means we'll also talk about anything that pops into our little brains. From beer and wine to dogs to travel, and anything else that strikes our fancy in a given moment. Our attention span is nill. Our episodes are rambling. Pull up a chair, pop on some headphones or turn up the volume in your car, hit play, and stay awhile.Cheers.

Who said something about oil? with guest Michael Thomas from Pennzoil
Michael Thomas is a man who knows exactly which oil you should be running in your machine. It doesn't matter if it's a drag racer, a diesel rig, or your daily driver, Michael knows what's up. He's been with Pennzoil for many years, and he's got many great tales to tell. Ron Baugh and Jeff Glucker kick back and let Michael share his earned wisdom and let him tell his great stories.
SEMA Round Up!
Ron Baugh is back from SEMA and he spills his thoughts with Jeff Glucker. We talk about Ryan Tuerck's insane Formula Supra, Tavarish's McLaren, everything that Ford Brought, and more. Then we get into Ron's crazy dash-cam adventure before diving into talking about some press car stuff and our own cars.
Let's Build a Platform [Solo]
Jeff Glucker is on his own in this one as Ron Baugh is off in Las Vegas for SEMA. So in this episode, Jeff talks about his desire to build a sleep platform/storage area for his Mitsubishi Montero. He's not the handiest person but he thinks he can pull this one off. The goals are to have a sleep space over a storage area with room for a fridge as well. And the platform will sit in place with the second row still in place. It will have a folding section that goes up when the second row is in use and folds down when it's time for sleeping. Can he pull it off? We will have to wait and see.

After that, I have to debrief a bit about how our 24 Hours of LeMons weekend went down at the Buttonwillow race. Spoiler, we only got in one day of racing - but it wasn't Day 1, it was Day 2. How'd that happen? Listen in and find out!
Bring All Your Money

The ongoing adventure of used Audi RS4 ownership
Josh Ostrander just bought a 2007 Audi RS4. It's a rare car. With its Imola Yellow paint, it's finished in a rare hue. It's one of the best sounding Audi cars ever built. It's also a giant highlighter for just how annoying it can be to buy a car through a small used car lot.Click play and listen in to Josh explain his initial adventures with his new super sedan.
Talking 'bout that C8 Corvette
Chris Hayes and I attempt a new format for the podcast. This is a bit of virtual insanity as we podcast from two different places. Our chatter involves the new 2020 Chevy C8 Corvette, and a whole bunch more

The Late Late Show [Solo Episode]
I've been a bad podcast producer. This episode is almost two weeks late. I have many excuses but none are worth hearing. This is episode 293, and in it I'm sitting alone in my garage. More specifically, I'm sitting in my still-unsold Mercedes-Benz. I talk about that a little bit, some Bring A Trailer news, the recent Audi E-Tron drive, and the fact that I'm running in a LeMons race this weekend.Click play and listen up!
