Rod Emory Part 2

His grandfather, Neil, was one of the major players in the start of the Hot Rod seen in Southern California with his shop Valley Customs. Later on Neil started working at Chick Iverson Porsche as well as Rod's dad Gary. Gary went on to start Parts Obsolete, which was a very well known Porsche parts business. Gary and Rod started making cars for themselves that combined all the family know how and the Outlaw Porsche movement was born.Today, not only is Emory Motorsports a leader in the Outlaw and custom Porsche scene, but they also restore very prominent and historical Porsches like the #46 car. The #46 car is the 356 SL that gave Porsche their first victory at Le Mans.
