They will plot five sub-40k vehicles, not all of them will be fully EV, by the way.
One of them, of course, will be the electric Maverick.
Don't call it a Maverick, Ford don't, but it's going to be an electric equivalent
of a Maverick, isn't it?
And so that's coming next year on their universal EV platform.
Ford have confirmed as well that E-REV versions of their trucks will be coming.
That's probably a pragmatic choice if you are selling them in the United States
to a certain audience who want to use those vehicles for a certain use.
It means that also if you really want to go and visit a gas station, you can.
No one's stopping you, but of course you can still plug them in.
The engine's only ever a generator and those E-REV versions will come to the F-150
Lightning next year.
They say 700 miles of total range is the target.
I suspect that when people start plugging them in overnight, very cheap,
that they will all of a sudden do a lot of electric miles.
With that little safety blanket of the gas tank, if you need it.
Volkswagen's ID Polo has been spotted testing ahead of its global launch later
in 2026 alongside a GTI variant now confirmed as well built on MEB plus
architecture, same size as the petrol Polo should be around 25,000 euros
when it launches, but wait for some offers and things like that.
And that'll come below 20.
No doubt ID Polo will be a pretty small car.
Tesla's supercharger station in Lundby in Sweden has been offline for two years.
They can't get it connected because the electricians are joining sympathy
strikes with others at Tesla are also on strike and Tesla keep taking it
through the Swedish courts and the Swedish courts keep knocking it back
and saying the strike is legal and that we'd have to follow
or conflict with any kind of European Union law.
Tesla will appeal likely to a higher court in the land.
But the fight with Sweden is ongoing.
The 2026 Porsche Macan GTS version is the fifth variant of that sitting
below the turbo and hopefully filling the gap for those that want a bit more
but not the full fat version is still it's still a full fat price.
There were one hundred and seven thousand dollars.
No, it's full of amazing like specs, technically build quality,
engineering, the Macan is just fantastic.
Ninety five kilowatt hour battery, two hundred and seventy kilowatts DC fast
charging, but it's not cheap.
Audi is integrating some new apps into their infotainment system in their
EVs. Easy Park covers 60,000 public and private locations.
When you go into one of the zones, if you like a supported area,
it will kind of pop up and say, do you want to pay for your parking?
You pay for it with the app.
I presume I say ride RYD don't have it here or RID maybe.
But the RYD app, you can pay for your charging that way.
And again, it's on the infotainment screen.
When you pull up to a DC fast charger, it's all fully integrated
so that you can do it that way in your Audi.
A Boston counsellor is proposing a ban on delivery drivers,
the likes of the door dashes and deliveries of the world
using electric bikes because some of these ones which are coming in
from China go extremely fast.
They say that these e-bikes are encouraging unsafe riding
and that these food delivery services prioritise speed over safety.
Essex police will be recharging their fleet of electric cars.
Now the Basildon bus depot, when buses aren't charging,
the police will be diving in for a quick top up charge after those did a deal.
The Mercedes Baby G will be arriving in 2027,
got some spy shots of that and Waymo unveiling their sixth gen sensor suite.
