Hello and welcome to the CarGuy Coffee Podcast.
This brew has been brought to you by CertifiedSolutionaries.
And if you want to consume more brews or want more information
about how to build your brand on our podcast
and want to see how you can sponsor the brew,
go to CarGuyCoffee.com.
Let's brew!
What's going on, Car Guys and Car Gals?
It's Lou Ramirez, the Car Guy.
It's Fred Linnard, subprime hero.
And we are excited to be brewing solutions with you.
And we're pumped up to have a guest
that's not really new to this show whatsoever.
If anything, she's definitely a Car Guy
that you've seen brewing before with us.
And we are so very thankful to be
able to have just a moment of her time
while she is making sure she does all that BDC, Master,
Shasta stuff right now.
Fred, I am really excited about what we're brewing
because this is like a little sister to us.
Yeah, no doubt about it.
We've been watching her grow,
but she's always been doing it.
I've been seeing her do it for a long time.
She just started to put her voice out there
when she started doing the show
and started to just do some big things.
Networking, being out there, putting herself out there,
going to all these different events,
really just growing quite a bit.
I honestly believe I've seen her grow more as a person
than in the business that I could ever imagine.
And I love watching that happen,
just right in front of our eyes.
It's special.
She's been a talent.
I think we've known that.
We know the DNA.
We know what's going on over there right now at Epic.
They're doing some big things.
But what we also know is that she's always
been back there doing stuff.
Again, it's just about getting her voice out there.
And we've been blessed to do some stuff with her on our show.
We've had her come on the show a couple of times.
We did one where we did it at an event.
I think it was NADA walking through the halls.
We interviewed her and Jessica at the time.
We had a great interview then.
We had another one where we had them come on.
What was that one, Lou?
That would definitely be at the Accelerator event
over at NADA.
And the one I think you're talking about,
the brew on the move, that was at NADA,
where we were just getting around and making sure
that we kept moving and grooving,
having great conversations with awesome people
inside of the industry.
For those of you that want to see more of that,
make sure that you go ahead and you like
and you subscribe over there on our YouTube channel
and see all of the great footage out there.
The majority of great people inside of this car business
right now that are worth talking about and highlighting,
I would have to say, go to CarGuy Coffee
and then put their name in.
They've probably been on the show.
I'm just saying.
I don't know about them yet,
but they've probably been on the show.
But with that said, this is somebody
that's not a stranger to having conversations with us,
whether it's in a room where it's just us
and family breaking bread
and learning about new solutions to help the industry,
or if it's on some of the biggest stages
inside of the industry,
we are so thankful to be here
with another fellow podcast person,
a pod head, if you will.
We're pumped up to be able to have fun
with all of our friends,
but we are very, really so thankful to take a moment
to catch up with our friend,
the one.
The only.
Shasta, had it.
I love that you said that, Lou.
I wanted to jump in there real quick
because you said something about pod heads, right?
That sounds funny,
but the very first podcast I ever went on
was a show called The Pod Heads.
And that's what inspired me.
Honestly, true to God.
Shout out to my boy, Frankie Acevedo
and his crew over there, man.
They started doing a show and I went on.
I had so much fun doing it.
They did a lot of really cool satire stuff on there, Lou,
like that satirical stuff on it.
And it was a lot of fun to do it.
And it made me go, I could do something like this,
why not?
I think a lot of us have done that.
We've been on shows and we go, hey,
I can do that too, why not?
And I'm glad, I'm glad I got to do this.
I'm glad that I thought Lou should be the person
because then we wouldn't be here right now
with one of our favorite people
in the whole fricking world, Shasta.
So Shasta, what's up, my friend?
How you doing, Ms. EpicVDC herself?
Oh, I'm so good.
And thank you for having me again
and to your point, you guys wouldn't be here
and we wouldn't be here
because you guys gave us the idea to even start one.
Next month, less than a week and a half away,
we're going on two years.
That's what I'm talking about.
I think one of the episodes we had with you,
you were on like episode 12, right?
And it was still cheering you on.
That's exciting.
A lot of people don't even get that for.
Lazing, two years, Fred, that's incredible.
Yeah, no doubt about it.
Two years, we know, we know how hard that is.
And you've seen it, Shasta,
just since you've started in two years.
How many podcasts, you don't have to tell me the number.
It's just a question, right?
How many podcasts have you seen that came?
You're like, oh, that's going to be a good one.
And then you're like, where's the next episode?
Right?
It's never happened.
Because we know, we know, us three know
how much work it is.
And I'm very proud of you.
I knew it when I mentioned it two years ago
when we were there and we were talking
with you all, Lou and I, we were like,
hey, you should do this.
I knew it then.
Because I just knew that you were the type of people.
For one, you have accountability in your life.
You have people that count on you.
You have a team that counts on you.
And you work with somebody that's not just,
it's more than a mother.
That's a mentor, right?
Somebody who would make sure that you do your thing.
And that's a great thing to have.
And then you do the same for her.
You got, you're really, it's a two-way street right there.
I love what's happening with you two, right?
It's a beautiful thing to see that grow.
But no, super excited.
I knew it was going to be successful.
And it continued to be successful.
And it's transformed.
We're going to talk about stuff like that today.
This is a little bit of a different show.
Today, we are talking about rising solutionaries.
Right?
Solutionaries rising.
And that's what you're doing.
You're rising up right now and you're doing some big stuff.
You've made some announcements recently.
I'm so glad that we got you on the show.
Probably one of the first shows you've had since that.
I know you made a lot of comments.
You put a post out talking about you are now
a board member of a beautiful group.
Tell everybody about that.
Yeah, a year ago, back when, of course,
Jess and I were doing the podcast together,
we started up doing some social events
with Women in Automotive, bringing events regionally
to ladies around the country and making sure
that they could partake in events
if they couldn't make the one annual event
that Women in Automotive was holding.
We wanted to bring that networking to them
and bring that learning to them
and the camaraderie that comes from those.
And it really picked up steam
and there was a lot more interest for it.
But there was nobody really on the board
who had the time to just take hold of that
and organize those and reach out to the people
who were interested.
And so I raised my hand to Veronica back in February.
Veronica Dunford, the owner of Women in Automotive
and said, hey, I'll spearhead these for you if you want.
And she said, yes, please, I don't have the time for it.
I'm slammed right now.
And then it was Connie made an underhanded joke of
if you want someone on the board
who is doing these socials, like I'll do that too.
And then two weeks later, there it was,
I was on the board.
My main position, I think on the board
is heading up these socials
and making sure that we can bring these events
to people just around the country.
And I think that's the future of conferences
because if that one week a year is the week
that they're on vacation
or they've got an event with their kids,
they're not gonna be able to make it.
And then they have to wait a whole other year
to get a chance to talk with you.
And that's not okay.
We'll find a way to bring it to them.
That's Bruin Solutions right there.
And we definitely love everybody over there
at the Women in Automotive.
You guys are always, or gals
are always doing something incredible things.
And we definitely love to see the forward progress
of bringing in somebody like you
that has the vantage point that you have
but also that go get it attitude.
There's one thing that we do celebrate about you
is how you just ain't scared.
And even if you are a little like frazzled or worried,
you still face it, you still go after it.
But I encourage everybody
never feel like being scared is the problem.
Stopping in your tracks is the problem, right?
That's what gets a deer hit.
They might be worried,
but you stopping the tracks,
that's what gets you knocked out.
You keep moving, you truck through,
you keep trying to find a solution,
but you also keep pulling some people in.
Now, you did an awesome job over at NADA this year.
You were at Authenticom, rolling solo,
but you had an incredible guest list
on that particular stretch of time
over in SNOLO this year.
And there was a lot that we had the chance to brew on.
What were one of the biggest interviews for you
to actually say, wow, they're on the list?
So exciting because we know what that's like
when we get somebody that we're really trying hard,
especially in our earlier days
of try to get somebody on the show.
Wow, they said, yes, they're gonna be on the show.
What were one of the biggest highlights
for you during the event?
Having Mike Stanton on the show was pretty big.
He's the CEO of NADA.
And then having the experience of what happened at NADA
where New Orleans got that much snow
and they shut down the airport
and everybody's trying to figure out how to get there,
had a really strategic conversation with him.
And he was really strategic the whole time
as far as how he moved the schedule really quickly
to accommodate the people who were coming in late.
So it was a really good conversation with him.
He was tracking how many attendees had claimed their badges
so that he could let the dealers know,
let the vendors know the exhibitors
who had paid for a booth there.
He really stayed on top of it.
So it was good to talk with him,
but also Yossi Levi,
car dealership guys, most people know him.
He remained anonymous for a long time
while he was podcasting.
So getting to sit him in the interview seat
was pretty cool too.
But also I just love talking to my friends
I love the casual interviews,
maybe the names that not a lot of people know.
I think those are really good interviews,
but if it's high profile,
I got to say either Mike or Yossi.
Hey, really good names to drop there.
And I was very impressed by those interviews.
I was impressed by every interview you did.
You interviewed one of my closest friends
and somebody that I've had a chance to be a mentor to,
Courtney Pascal, absolutely love that.
He's a rock star.
I got to come by when you were interviewing here,
got a couple of pictures in.
That was really cool.
JR Tuthman, one of our former clients,
still a good friend of ours.
He's doing so much more than just his dealership.
He's got a new product coming out right now.
He's trying to really get out there.
I think it's an amazing product.
He is a beast as a dealer.
Like we worked with him on,
he was one of our clients for several years too.
And his dealership needs to be a thing of research studies.
He's an anomaly.
Yeah, there's sales people all selling like 20 cars.
Every one of them does.
Like it's like everybody there.
Yeah, great people.
There's something about those middle of nowhere stores,
though.
We have plenty of stores.
Virginia!
Did you guys get a chance to go to a store?
We went to both stores.
We went to his store there in Grafton,
and then the one he's partnered in with Sauer, Frank Sauer.
Oh yeah.
That one in Grafton is straight up middle of nowhere.
Like you almost get lost.
Around a bend.
You start to drive around a bend, and there it is, right?
And there's going tons of cars there.
Yeah, we thought the GPS was lying to us
when we went there.
We're like, no, we're about to drive off a cliff somewhere.
There's no way there's a dealership here.
And then it's a giant store.
You have almost no room for parking
because there's that many customers there,
and they're booking out the door every single day.
It's amazing.
What he's done there is amazing.
Really great.
Smart man.
I like him a lot.
He's a university in Miami grad,
so I'm a huge fan of him.
And he loves sports.
When he's worked with so many professional athletes,
he definitely does a lot of stuff with the NIL,
the NIL deals that he does
with a lot of the local college athletes.
He gets them in there doing stuff.
Very smart businessman.
Really enjoy what he's doing.
But seriously, you've done some really great interviews
where you're at NAD.
I was very impressed by that.
And you had to do it with like an audible
by yourself in a sense.
Granted, you had a great team.
You know, you do, you know that.
You have people behind you supporting you.
We even came over, tried to give a little love
to help out, set up a little bit, give you some ideas.
But overall, you still have to do it.
And at that moment,
there's a lot of things that happen with pressure.
Pressure does three things to people.
Either it turns you into a diamond,
which you turned into a diamond.
All right, love it.
Or it could just crush you
and just make you fall into pieces.
And you did the opposite.
I'm so glad that you turned yourself into a diamond
and you keep changing that diamond.
You've carved that diamond.
You cleaned that diamond up now.
You started a new name for your show.
Tell everybody about your new name.
Yeah, it was, I don't want people to look at this
and think, oh, this came super easily.
And to your point earlier, Fred,
you can get scared and stop and get hit like a deer.
And I operate most of the time out of fear,
especially when it came down to the decision
of this is gonna happen solo.
And there was a very real moment where it was,
okay, that's the end of the podcast.
And that was a discussion for several weeks
of is this gonna be end?
Is it not?
NADA was that turning point for me.
And I needed that.
I needed that to happen solo
to prove to myself that I had it in me to do it.
Because I was afraid that I didn't.
I was afraid I didn't have enough personality,
enough discipline, honestly.
A lot of things and I got thrown into a situation
that I had no control over and just had to do it anyways.
And then throw snow on top of it
and have my guests not showing up
and having to just grab people that I knew were there.
No, pressure makes or breaks us.
And the decision to do that and then rebrand was huge
because obviously the previous brand was chicks in charge.
I was only one chick moving forward.
So it made sense.
And we'd already done a lot of branding like shirts
and stuff with Ivacar chicks.
So that made the most sense.
We've got a Facebook group, all sorts of stuff.
And so it really took the world by storm really fast.
I wasn't expecting the response that I got
when I made the announcement.
I was expecting a little bit of pushback
and some negativity and I got none.
I was really worried about, obviously,
Jess and I equally shared everything on the show.
And I was really expecting a lot of having to deal
with the awkwardness of people asking about her
and everybody really respected that
and nobody approached me about it.
And I really am so appreciative of that.
She's so successful doing her new thing and her new gig
and getting to spend more time with her family.
And I love that for her so much.
And I think that it brought both of us
a level of peace that we needed.
And I'm busier than I've ever even realized.
That's it.
And the truth is Shasta, that's the car business, right?
These things occur in the car business
on a consistent basis.
And you're making a microphone
to people that are facing similar challenges every day.
No, it's not showtime per se
with the cameras and the lights and the mics,
but it's showtime on the lot
each and every time they open their doors.
And you don't just present what's happening
inside of the public eye for the automotive industry.
You also are behind the scenes making things happen
and fusing together things for the industry
that you've been doing for a while.
It's just now started to surface
and turn into podcast form, webcast form
and being now media that's out there.
But you've always been trying to find a way
to bridge the gap in trying to help a dealer
connect to a customer in a better way.
And that's what you're doing at Epic BDC.
And you make things happen.
And there are a lot of things
that are brewing inside of the industry.
A lot of buzzwords, a lot of key things
that are going on.
But the biggest piece of it is trying to figure out
how humans are now willing to properly interact
with all this technology, all this AI technology.
You run a BDC.
And you run a BDC that's not on the dealership.
It's definitely off campus, off the grid BDC
that you actually help to operate and fuse together
for hometown car guys and car gals
that are trying to connect to their community.
But AI is jumping in here now.
And you have so many people
that stand on different sides of the debate.
Do I need a BDC?
Do I not?
Do I need to outsource it?
Do I use AI to leverage it or not?
And you're finding a way to help make some
of these problems get solved
because you're a solutionary.
Again, we just heard a whole lot of the story
of your adaptation capabilities
to when things get tough, make the adjust.
And you're consistently doing that too.
But how is it that AI is impacting
what you all are now starting to do
in the way that you interact
and setting appointments for the teams that you serve?
So we utilize AI too.
It's a part of the industry.
It's there's a speed to the lead that AI can have
that a human can never have.
It's instantaneous.
It can, it can make it,
no matter how fast you type,
it can make a response faster than you can type.
Like I have a crazy fast typing record
and it can respond faster than me.
Better than me, maybe not, but faster than me.
And so I think there's a way
that every dealer can utilize AI.
And it's not going to be the same for every dealer.
So saying that one product fits all is not true.
Whether it's for service or for sales,
full-scale, partial-scale, after-hours only,
it can be utilized by every dealer out there.
But we absolutely took scale of it.
I use some form of AI on a daily basis,
whether it's chat GPT, asking questions,
trying to revamp a post I might make on Facebook
or LinkedIn, something like that.
But we've got to embrace it.
It's a part of what we're doing.
If we keep just relying on ourselves
and our brains that are just tired,
honestly, like this industry
is just beating the crap out of us, we're tired.
AI's brain doesn't get tired.
That's the thing.
When I finally realized that,
because I was on the same side,
I didn't want to embrace AI
until I realized that my creative brain
was running out of juice every day
and I learned how to give it the right prompts.
And I'm like, oh, this is actually good stuff.
And it doesn't always have to look
like it was generated by AI.
If you give it enough information, it looks human.
So, no, I'm on the full side
of no matter what you have in your business,
if you have a full BDC in your business,
you can still utilize AI for one thing or another
to help them because BDC is so monotonous.
It is the same job over and over again.
It's high burnout.
If you can do anything to assist them, why wouldn't you?
I agree with you so much.
That's such a great answer to that question.
And we talk about automotive.
I love AI all the way around for all aspects.
I even came up with the next 90-day workout program
for myself based off my weight, my height,
what I'm trying to do, what I'm trying to build,
how much I'm willing to not drink.
Like I said, I still want to have
two to three drinks a week.
I said, all this stuff, right?
I put it all in there and it built me out of program.
I'm like, whoa.
And when I looked at the program,
I'm like, yeah, I can do that.
So it's not something that's,
I also put it in there.
I don't want it to be so hard
like where it's like a P90X2
where it's 30 minutes of just the most intense thing
that I can't even start, do five minutes of.
I'm like, oh my God, I can't finish this.
So I've done that, but that's just one example.
There's so many things.
It can literally, folks, it can write Excel programs for you.
You can do so much.
So just know that if you start to study it,
you'll learn a lot more of how it can help you
save a lot of time.
Time is something that is very valuable to us, man.
It goes away very fast.
AI isn't there to use our time.
It's there to save our time.
And I love that.
Makes us highly effective.
Makes a sales pro go for somebody who can communicate
to 80 people a day, to hundreds,
if not thousands of people a day
if they're using their AI correctly.
And I love that.
I love that capability.
I know as a person who would be a leader in a store,
I want my team members to have that ability, right?
I want them to be from a regular human
and they could become Iron Man, right?
And they could just shoot lasers out their hands.
Well, and think about what AI can't do.
And AI can never be human being too simple.
No, absolutely not.
Even if you get all the way to the point
of AI handling your phone calls,
it still cannot be a human being.
There are still going to be customers in your store
that you need to be human facing with.
And that's where your efforts need to be focused.
Your sales team needs to be working on
being the best version of themselves
when they're face-to-face with a customer.
They don't need to be burnout from all the phone calls
they've made or exhausted from all the email tasks
they've had to clear.
They need to be the best version of themselves
so that they can handle that customer
with the highest level of respect and love
and let AI do the rest.
Because otherwise, why are you employing humans?
Come on.
I can do the tasks.
Like what's the point of having a human?
Please chime in.
Anybody watching this on the replay or live right now?
Please drop a comment, drop a question
if you have anything.
This is a true BDC expert that is on here.
She's got some authority inside of this subject area.
And it's really very important that we do get a grasp on it
because no matter what we're doing,
we want to make the most sense out of every dollar spent.
We want to actually get the right product
out of everything that we're putting our efforts into.
And you do help to make sure that does happen.
What are some of the awesome things
that we should be expecting from not just the car chick
but your show?
We definitely want to hear what's popping
any big guests that are on the horizon.
And we also want to know what is it
that Epic BDC is putting together
because I know that there's some crazy stuff
that's popping right now for dealers
to get their people some social media activity.
We just got done teaching a bunch of solutionaries today.
Some more techniques are getting their following
inside of social media.
But sometimes they just don't do it.
And we understand that.
We try to teach as many as we can
but not everybody takes the lessons
and goes to actual work with it.
But you guys actually found a way
to solve that problem a little bit, haven't you?
Yeah, so to try to make the world's longest story short,
Epic BDC was born out of a social media agency
called SCP Agency.
We focused on organic social media
but had also started running Facebook Messenger ads
for dealers when one dealer said,
oh, these Facebook ads aren't converting for me.
And we're like, hold on, your team just doesn't know
how to handle it.
We'll put some headsets on our team in October of 2019.
And then COVID happened.
People sent home the BDCs
or they had to go home and homeschool their kids.
And word got around that we were dialing
and everyone's, hey, can you handle my leads?
Can you handle my leads?
And then Epic BDC was born.
At the heart of things,
we are focused on all things social media,
how to have the right engagement,
how to work the algorithm which constantly changes.
That's the passion of where we all started, even myself.
And years ago, even 2014, 15, 16,
before it was even cool,
we were training sales people
on how to utilize their Facebook page
to be an intrapreneur,
how to run a business inside of a business
and really create your own opportunities
instead of just relying on the dealership.
So that's been something
that's always been happening in the vaccines
when Epic BDC has been taking so much of this attention.
And then finally we realized
we keep trying to tell them to post.
And they're like, I got caught up doing this.
I got caught up doing that.
Or I don't know what to post.
So you tell me not to post inventory and sold photos,
but I don't know what else to post.
And so we kept trying to come up with,
okay, how do we solve that problem?
So we developed an app
because we needed another thing on our plates.
So we developed an app that finally solves that issue.
We give them all of the content they need
and a customized plan.
So it's not just posting what degree of boneless
or what degree of chicken you eat
off of your bone and wing,
but the next day after you create engagement,
you're going to post a vehicle for sale
that maybe you have a special on or something like that
because that's about tricking the algorithm.
Algorithm, after you make a post,
you have so many hours
where those people will see your post again.
And so it's all about that.
We give the prompts, we give the content, the verbiage,
everything like that for dealerships and salespeople.
And that has absolutely exploded.
That app went live November 30th
and every single day, Robyn, our CEO,
Isaac, our salesperson,
and Shannon are all booked solid with demos
every single day.
It's insane.
So it's needed in the industry.
We've talked with a lot of other vendor partners
because they're in dealers' pockets
and they've developed products too.
And like, hey, you know what, give us feedback on this
and everyone's like, no, I need in on that.
Tell me how I can resell that for you.
So it's a great product.
It's very much needed.
All the sales managers are telling salespeople,
go make a post on Facebook,
go make a post on Facebook,
but they're sitting there like in their analytical brain.
What do I post?
Here's a car for sale.
Or, hey, here's a car I sold yesterday.
And that's all we ever see.
That's 100%.
That's right.
And they wonder why no one engages with their posts.
Just like you, to your point,
you put an engaging post out there,
the next post you put out,
more people will see and probably interact with.
It's super important to mix it up.
Can't have the same bag of tricks every single day
and expect different results.
That's really awesome.
I love that you guys have that app.
We got a chance to demo that app when we were at NADA.
It was really cool.
We were impressed by it.
Super pumped up for you guys growing with that.
There's no doubt you guys are gonna be busy
and it's just begun.
It's just gonna keep getting better
and more people are gonna be using it
so you're gonna hear some great praises about it.
With your show, just before we go to the next
and we were gonna go to that thing,
but I do wanna throw this out there.
This is a good question.
This is Melissa Hibdon.
Shout out, Melissa.
What's going on?
I hope you're doing well.
She says, what's your favorite CRM and why?
That's a good one.
She's got good questions.
She's pretty smart cookie.
I know.
She and I match brains a lot.
It's almost a two-way tie for futuristic,
like modern trackability drive-centric
just because they're so far ahead of everybody else
in what you can do.
As far as if I sign up a store that has this CRM,
it's so much easier to integrate with
and do all the things, VIN solutions.
So as a vendor or a dealer,
I would have different answers.
If I were on the dealer side, drive-centric,
on the vendor side, VIN solutions.
And if honestly, if drive-centric
would just open up their APIs, it'd be a lot better.
What's going on, Steven?
He's saying, what's up from ORAC.
Rucky, welcome to the party.
What's up, Steven?
What's up, bro?
Scoop.
Steven, what CRM do you guys use at your store?
I believe if I am not the guest,
I'm gonna say you all are a VIN solutions dealer,
but that's just an assumption.
Let us know inside of the comments.
But yes, I would agree.
On those two right there,
that's probably the most that we teach
and help dealerships operate within for those two.
And I would have to go ahead and tell you
that drive-centric, because of its capabilities
and its forward-thinking, is still a great light
here ahead of anybody else at the moment.
I love it.
Everybody over drive-centric.
Yeah, I love what you said, Shasta,
though they would open their APIs a little bit more.
Yep, you were right, Lou, VIN solutions.
But yeah, if they would,
but I know why they're doing it,
it's all strategic right now.
It's just partnering with the right people,
making sure things are done right the way they want,
as they're growing their stuff.
But it will, I think that they're gonna be
wide open very soon enough, man.
They're growing extremely fast.
VIN solutions shout out to them.
I really love what they're doing over there, too.
We just actually got to sit down
with one of their training teams
at one of the stores we were at,
and they did a great job.
I was very impressed by their squad,
so yeah, great job over there.
Okay, we appreciate that.
Stephen jumps in here again, saying,
I like VINs, but it leaves a lot
for the sales rep to want.
Laugh out loud.
I'm with you, I understand.
I understand what you're saying.
There's some areas in there that you wanna grow.
And especially if you see what drive-centric can do,
you're gonna really want it even more.
I'm just saying, but with that, everybody,
we are so thankful to be able to have
just a little bit of time with you today, Shasta.
We just wanted to make sure that we did have
a cup of coffee and a quick catch-up.
I'm so happy we got you.
And you are doing some really great things right now.
What is on the horizon?
Where should people get the chance to meet you,
see you, and maybe even grab that microphone
and say a thing or two as the year goes on?
I'm really focused, as crazy as it sounds,
that I can be focused in any one place right now.
I'm really focused in BDC operations right now.
We've made a really big change lately
in how we are doing BDC.
And so I've got my nose down there for a little bit,
but as far as places I will be,
we have a Women in Automotive Social in Dallas
on April 17th.
And then the Women in Automotive Annual Conference
in Nashville, August 3rd through 6th.
And then there's a couple of maybes,
like maybe a soda con or social grenade.
And then, I wanna say there's one more.
Oh yeah, by appointment only, duh.
We're co-hosting that one again in June in New Jersey.
So definitely we'll be there, BDC event, big deal.
So that one's exciting.
It is now a two-day event.
It's pretty awesome.
Yeah, other than that,
I'm just trying to nose down, hustle
and do all the things now that I've got
about seven different plates juggling in the air.
That's funny.
That's funny.
Let me make sure you don't kill you.
Whether the show should end with that.
What does it do?
It makes you stronger.
That's the better part, dude.
We do not own the rights for that music,
just so y'all know.
We don't own the rights to the music.
And I didn't even sing it right,
so it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
It wasn't even in the right tone.
It's fine.
But no, we're so thankful because yes,
what doesn't kill you does make you stronger.
Let's see, Melissa Hibdon said we should be,
we should do more women and automotive on Clubhouse.
Heck yeah.
I agree.
There's somebody,
I haven't been on Clubhouse a lot lately
because I got kicked out for some reason
of the main room that everybody uses,
but there's somebody that started up
a women and automotive Clubhouse not too long ago,
but I don't have the information on it,
nor do I know where to get it.
So if you hear anything about it,
tell me and I would love to be a part.
Drop it in the comments.
If you find about it now or down in the future,
make sure that you do,
but make sure that you do also to carguycoffee.com.
Listen to any of the brews that are out there.
Pay attention to what's popping inside of the industry.
And remember, there's some great people
that we are having great conversations with
and this is no less one of those best
that we've been on a quest to have a great conversation,
great cup of coffee and really just great relationship.
We love you as family.
We love to see you progress as you've been progressing
and couldn't be more proud.
But as you continue to raise the bar of your awesomeness,
you keep raising the bar of our expectation
and we keep expecting to see some greater, bigger
and we know that you're gonna deliver.
You have a great support system behind you.
You got it in your blood and we're so thankful
to be able to be connected to you
and to be able to call you family.
We're so thankful.
I love you guys.
You guys have been there for me 100% of the way
and never let me down
and always give me the kick in the ass when I need it.
So I appreciate it more than anything.
You rock my friend and we appreciate you.
It's a great network that we're part of
and we look forward to seeing this network
just constantly rise.
Lou and I'm excited, it's a blessing to see that
and I'm so happy to see that you took the reins of this ship
and just kept moving forward with it
and trust me, a couple of years from now,
you're gonna look back two more years from now
when it shows four years old
and you're gonna be like, my goodness gracious,
I just did that.
There are gonna be so many more things happen
that you can't imagine.
I'm pumped for you, excited to watch it happen.
Can't wait to be there with you side by side
on stages, having good times.
So let's do it.
Shout out to everybody in your camp.
We love you, Robin, Beverly.
Absolutely love every single person over there.
Shannen, you guys are remarkable
and we love what it is that you're doing for the industry.
If you wanna find out more about social grenade,
you can also reach out to Fred and Lou.
We would love to tell you why we call it 100% CGC approved.
But you know that not just Shasta,
but also the entire team over at SPC agency
and Epic BDC are 100% CGC approved.
All right.
Every one of you.
Thank you so much.
And you know what we gotta do before we head out of here.
We gotta like to catch everybody.
We gotta drop some F-bomb.
So let's forget focus fly and let's keep growing.
On three, one, two, three, forgive, focus, fly.
And keep growing, my friends, keep growing.
We appreciate you all.
Love you guys.
I'm Lou Ramirez, The Car Guy.
And I'm Frelinards, sub-prime hero.
And we love you, Master Shasta Haddock.
The one, the only.
We'll see you soon, everybody.
We are out.
