that make happen for the people that make things happen inside of this entire industry and we are
so thankful for the opportunity to be here. Remember everybody watching all of you vendors
that are out there. We are all in support of those that are doing the exact things that are
happening right here inside of this small town dealership and we are so excited to be able to
be here upshifting and uplifting. Absolutely. There is a lot brewing Fred. I'm excited again
what everything that Lou just said right. I love what he said there except for that little stumble
but that's okay. Okay. First repeat and redo but at the end of the day we are excited. This small
town dealership is doing big things. They are taking things to the next level. They're doing
the things that big town dealerships need to be doing and I love that they're doing that. They're
taking everything digitally. They're really working on their team members. They're hiring people with
no car experience and bringing them in here and teaching them the way of the future of automotive.
Really pouring into them and I love it. We've got some excited sales people but the biggest thing I
want to say about the store we're at right now is the name Freddy Chevy. I love that name Fina. My
name is Fred and I grew up being called Freddy in the household because I was the third Fred.
So I got called Freddy my whole life. It's nice to be somewhere that feels like it's named after
me. So I wear their stuff so proudly but Freddy Chevy is an amazing place to be up here in Ohio.
It's the weather is great but more importantly we're going to talk about a place that has even
better weather in a lot of ways right. Some people who have that outdoor weather year round
they're in the middle of the desert. We're going to be talking about Las Vegas. We're going to be
talking about Mandalay Bay. We're going to be talking about what's happening there next month
and I hope you guys are going to be there and we have the person who's actually in charge of all
that right now the person heading it all up. I can't wait to talk to her really hear her opinion
about what's happening. We are pumped up to be able to get this opportunity to talk about
Digital Dealer with each and every one of you but we know that there's not enough inside of
the room right now so you have to help us out and tag a car guy. Tag a car gal. And share share share

what it is. We've got some great news to share about what we're going to be doing there too and
we'll talk about that some more later. I'm excited about that. I just saw a post that they just
announced it too so that's pretty big stuff. It was already on the website so we'll talk about
that some here in a moment but folks I'm going to have it down here the website digitaldealer.com

because this year's is going to be the best one they've had in a long time I feel it happening the
staff the people in charge people getting it set up are super excited they're working tirelessly
right now to make sure that everything is perfect and they change some formats we're going to get
into all that and help things work I can't wait to hear that what their plan is they went from a
two and a half day trip to now it's only two days and the way the expo hall is going to be there's
so many cool things happening folks so we can't wait to announce all that but before we do that we
do need to bring the guest the guest that's right the guest of honor you see her name inside of the
captions you see who it is that we're brewing with with folks we want to make sure that you actually

bring to the car guy coffee podcast for the first time the one the only jay me neil said welcome to
the show how are you hey guys that's the best introduction I've ever had ever that we've heard
that once we've heard that a few times I think when we had first talked on a virtual call a few
months back we mentioned that one of the things we do really well is introduce people and we love to
we love to be the hype men of the industry we believe in this industry it's changed our lives
and shows like your show is one of the reasons that we love what we do it's actually the very
first place that you lu and I brought car guy coffee in person and just brought it to the world
and a digital dealer everybody loved it so it's a big part of our hearts so we're honored to be
working with you all and I'm honored to have you on the show today oh I'm just as honored I love
that digital dealer is where you guys first presented your show that's such a good start to
a perfect relationship so I think that's a great story it really is and it means so much more like
people can hear us say it but it's not even the words don't even express how much digital dealer
means to lu and I so thank you again and we're really thankful for so many reasons like I said
we'll talk about before we're definitely excited to speak on your heart so tell everybody a little
bit about your history I know you you have been a busy person you've done a lot of things in your
career why is digital dealer where you're at now what brought you here yeah that's a great question
I have been in the events industry for about 15 years I started out and still run a military
show for the Marine Corps which is pretty exciting and then I was asked to help with digital dealer
and so I just stepped into that role about and maybe April timeframe and brand leading that show
I think it's a group show director if you will is the title but so I'm hoping to bring all of the
years of experience into such a good brand that's been around for a long time it's a staple in the
car industry I completely recognize that I am new to this industry so I'm looking forward to
meeting everybody and then learning more as we get on site a digital dealer and how we can continue
to help this audience heck yeah we are very excited that you are on board and we're so thankful for
your openness to you how to take it to the next level because if there is one thing that needs to be
done with this industry and all the crazies that are in it that include us and the many others
wait does that include me now I just want to be okay just nothing there are so many of us
so much personality so many different persons with personalities some persons with multiple
personalities this industry does have so many incredible characters and we are so thankful
again this is an incredible industry that has done so good for us then so good for so many
other people but our main mission is to be out there letting the world know how awesome automotive
is and the many different branches of this industry that there are and digital dealer helps to
encapsulate all of the different entities of it from the dealers to the those that are boots on the
ground doing things with the dealers to those vendors that serve the dealers to the OEMs to
everybody that's an integral part of this system we love this event and it is always been this event
that has been a forward-thinking event considering what new technologies are out there what new
capabilities are out there or what new relationships can be built and over the years we've had the chance
to be able to see digital dealers shift and shake and reshape and try different things and do all
kinds of different attempts to make it better in different ways for everybody that attends
and what we absolutely love is that that room for improvement continues to be swept you continue to
reach into the corners to say how can we maximize and also minimize the things that need to be
minimized hence just the days even looking at the date present to an event it's like this
epiphany right for everybody of saying you know what we only needed to have so much time and inside
of our history we recognize that was very true how did you all come to the decision to actually
reduce it a day and then make it more intensive inside of the time that we do have together
yeah it really was we went back as a team for the past couple of years and looked at surveys
that's the die-hard truth and people tell us all kinds of things on surveys some I always don't
like to read but we read them all no matter what anybody says we read every word and take it all in
and it just became clear to the team that we needed to condense digital dealer right the
goal of the show is to provide a platform for the solution providers the dealers the oems to
network all the content that takes place as well so the education but then get people back out into
the dealerships they are there to sell cars they're there to make money that's really to drive revenue
and so if we can help cut a little bit of the cost for their travel right less hotel room nights that
type of thing swings everything from open to close and two big full days then we get you back out the
door so that you can take what you've learned and take it back out into your dealership and that
was really the impetus for why we made the change we're excited to see how it goes we're always willing
to adjust but that's really the thought process behind that I think you're I think it's genius I
could tell you most vendors and even dealers last day of an event especially when it ends early they're
already packing that morning you want to get on the flight you want to pack up your booth you want
to pack up your hotel room and get out there's fall hall at that moment or grabbing swag they're
going to last minute swag and nobody wants to lay I'll take it I'll take it I'll take it so I think
that's really smart and very budget oriented for people like we know that they some dealers have
more money others but at the end of the day if whatever we can save is huge you're bringing
two three freaking members you've got all these different rooms and it adds up it adds up very
quickly one that's right all the t&e it all adds up 100 so yeah we're excited to see we want you
there till close on the second day that's our ask is we want butts in seats we want you hanging
out with us at the end of the day we'll provide cocktails at the end of the second day as a bribe
but that's right but we want you there so for all two days I think you will have that because
that you guys condensed in I think people will be more excited I do know one thing the the intentions
almost everybody who's there especially if you're a dealer they're there to get something they're
there to learn they're there to get educated something that to your point they can bring back
and implement and if you fill two days up with great stuff they'll stay for that it's when it
starts to be like okay the last day is usually the trickle there's really barely any activity
even the some of the speakers maybe they've already spoke earlier so they've already seen
them so they're like okay let's let's move on or they sleep in because usually that last night's
a pretty big party it's been this right so it happens but I think that you guys are very smart
I love and I want to just go back to you talked about doing a military marine organization it was
called modern day marines modern day marine yes I appreciate you doing that that's an amazing
thing we're both veterans ourselves but at the end of the day veterans are veterans and we honor
anyone who honors our veterans and I know that's not an easy job what I love is that because you
come from that world that you're going to bring attention to detail with this and that's what
out because you had you I know with modern day marine there was a plenty of attention to detail
all the stuff had to be done you and you really probably had a lot of care for those people to
take care of you're right I'm not and I'm not a military person but I'm a marine brat and so I
tell my dad who was in the Marine Corps up until gosh his late 60s that I left boyfriends behind
as we had to move every six months to two years that type of thing the military brat side of
things but it's there is a lot of attention to detail on that show and there's a lot of making
sure things go exactly right but it's no different than digital dealer because there's money involved
vendors are spending money to be there they're spending money to get their booths set up they're
spending money to talk to the to the the dealers and the OEMs the dealers and the OEMs are spending
their money to get their right all the T&E that they've budgeted for throughout the year
and the car business can be a little upside down at times so we just want to make sure we're sensitive
to getting the most out of the time there and they are there to network they're there to learn
really we have a huge conference portion which we will talk about and I know you guys have something
special to say about that but it really is about making sure that while they're there whoever it
is on either side of the aisle that they are making those connections I don't think you can do that
when you're not in person so that's the purpose of an in-person event is all that social equity
and networking that organically takes place you run into somebody or someone that I don't and we
meet each other and there's a connection you can't really do that sitting at your desk the whole
rest of the time that's why you guys are at Freddie Chevy right now so that you can be in person
and to your point you're right we do virtual stuff all the time but the most effective
and the one that holds the longest is the training in store it's the one-on-one where we can literally
see feel and smell each other understand each other I love that you talked about the networking
that happens at these events they're phenomenal and the stuff that happens outside the expo hall the
stuff that happens when you're having dinner with a group of people the stuff that happens when
you're at the social event after the fact having a drink just having good conversation because it's
so much looser it's so business sometimes that people get they don't really they feel a little
threatened by that but when you can just for a combo get to know somebody which happens not just in
the after but during in the hallways in between booths when you're going around talking those
conversations are the magic of these events and I agree with you and we missed all that not to bring
up but COVID but we missed all that during COVID right I think that showed us we really have to be
in person and talking and creating conversation and things that take place and building relationships
all across the board so I'm excited for people to come check it out okay and one thing that
bringing up the COVID time that was awesome is that you all were the first big event post COVID
that occurred to reunite car guys and car gals that were so eager to get out and see people to
connect to people to just be present of course back then we were still wearing masks and we wouldn't
have recognized each other but we were so glad to be amongst each other we were so glad to be
out I remember doing all of the interviews while we were there and then the post interviews after
of everybody talking about how great it was to finally come out and reconnect and see people
again and the hope that was breeding at that time and brewing at that time was something that was
special at that particular time of our industry and then there were many challenges that were
going to start facing us afterward but it was a great reunification of the industry that we're
never going to forget that time it was again one of the first times that we really showed up in
public with our show and you all embraced us so well which is another reason why we're always
going to honor what it is that you were doing and going to lend our hand our microphone whatever
it is that we can our coffee our solutions to anytime you guys are doing something for the
industry like you do with that you're giving us a new opportunity which is a full circle for us
you're giving us the opportunity to be the key note presenters at the very beginning a 50 minute
presentation where we are going to hit all the fields we're going to try to hit all the senses
there's going to be some laughs there's going to be some cries there's going to be some connections
and a whole lot of high fives we assure you but with that there is so much energy that we are going
to be planning to bring for this particular keynote event but we haven't even established
when this date actually is so tell them real quick what are the dates of this actual event and
why are you having this car guy coffee crew kick off the event with the caffeination that we bring
yeah they have to know the date so that they can't miss your kickoff address your keynote talk right
so i want everybody to be there i want us doing push-ups by the time we're done we're so excited
to kick off the first day so the show is october 14th and 15th at mandalay bay in las vegas so
mark your calendars if you haven't already and then you all will be kicking us off getting us started
for a good two days of the show so we were looking for high energy we want everybody to be focused
when they come in the room bright and early on that tuesday morning maybe if they've had a good
time on monday night we want them to be we want them to be re-energized when they walk into that
floor the first day so you guys are going to kick us off get us focused get our mission for us tell
us about what you're going to do absolutely man we are pumped up about that and if there's anybody
that's going to get you forget focusing and flying it's going to be these guys and we are just pumped
up about that but the presentation that we are bringing to this particular event will be acceleration
by adaptation if there's anything that good quality car guys and car guys do it's they learn how to
adapt but we are going to be challenging the mindsets we are going to be challenging the hearts
to recognize that adapting isn't simply surviving no we want to teach you all and encourage you all
how to thrive in every season and stay with the mentality of adaptation as certified solution
every one of our core values is adapt and because of that we want to make sure that we are feeding
the vendors we are feeding the dealers and all of those that are inside of the industry in their
different ways to reunite refocus and re-engage with this industry in recognizing that adaptation is
the best way to get your accelerator moving in the right direction there's going to be a lot of
interaction there's going to be a lot of movement and yes there's going to be a lot for them to be
able to take away and to set the tone for them to start building the relationships that are going
to be vital for their business going forward that we know we're going to get started and sparked
at this particular event so we can't wait to pour a whole lot inside of everybody's cup
for them to sip on up and brew up are you are we going to do the four f's at the at are we going
to do that because i've been learning a little bit about that so i'm prepared when we do this at
the end but are we going to do the four f's you're definitely going to be we'll be dropping some f bombs
for everyone out there so be ready for the f bombs these are the ones that don't offend the moms
don't worry we'll make sure we come in there clean f bombs it's the ones that actually help you
keep growing and we know it it's a true recipe that if you follow the recipe with your heart
you will be able to keep growing and you'll be able to do it without holding all the weight of
unforgiveness on your shoulders so we do believe that so we will be showing you guys a little sneak
peek for those who've never seen the show at the end we're going to we're going to be doing it
with her and we're going to be showing you guys how to do the dance hold on i know jamie i'm excited
to show it with you but it's going to be a lot of fun that when we get on the stage y'all we're
going to get up there it's not about lou and i it's not fred and lou it's about you all it's about
getting you guys energized seeing something different understanding that you're getting ready to go
through two days of intensive awesome education and inspiration that you could bring back for
motivation for your team so be ready for that and we're going to be there to help you guys jump
start that like she said hopefully by the end actually not hopefully we know by the end you're
going to be ready to push up you're going to be ready to go out there and get all the education
with your notebooks and all the things that you need to write stuff down with because
real people bring notebooks that's right that's right we're going to tell them that they're they
need to bring their notebooks i have one here that's right you know if you're not taking notes
you're only going to maintain so much so just to start off there folks to kick up everything we'll
give you the pre keynote bring a notebook in a pad bring a notebook that's right bring those you will
retain over quadruple the amount that you do if you just listen so make sure you write it down so
it's going to be a lot of fun i'm excited i know there's going to be dealers there's going to be
vendors there's going to be a lot of great people there excited about being in las vegas excited
about learning speaking of dealers though i know that people like to hear that i'm sure you guys
want to know what's the what does it look like right now what do you guys think how many dealers
are expected to show up we're still in progress with our registration we still have a couple more
weeks to go so people are still registering one of the weird things we in the events industry have
learned is that people continue to register late coming up right they think oh i don't know maybe
i'm going to drive in so we still have dealers and oeans that are registering we're on track like
we were last year in terms of registration so we want to make sure we bring that for the solution
providers and then so that dealers can network with each other right they need to network
across the board themselves so registration is looking good i love that and i know that it's
going to be great and you're so right us car people shame on us we are always last minute guys and
always exciting you might need to show up at the event and be like hey i need my pass can
i pay for it right now we will totally accept that it's never too late as long as the event
is happening we want you on the floor we want you there so be there show up folks and you know
it's going to be a great show you're going to run in some great people we got great people commenting
just calleen podcast says agreed i think it was earlier when you were talking about the event and
all the networking that happens she had posted that but then she just write this cart all
car guys are such an inspiration at any event thank you so much great we agree just calling
we agree i'm i'll send you the check later no but it's really awesome i appreciate you calling
for jumping in thank you for the comments keep ringing if you have any questions don't hesitate
to ask why happy to answer them on the show but yeah this it's going to be a great event there's
going to be plenty of dealers going to be plenty of people there's going to be plenty of fun you
know and i'm excited about being there because like i said the education is one thing but the
fun is part of the education that's right really boiled up so you change some of the formatting
i know that in in times past you would have educational stuff going on while the expo hall
was going on so people were like we're not getting enough people in expo halls i'm sure you heard all
the complaints right this other what'd you guys do different this year to make sure that didn't
happen so much we went back to the surveys like what i talked about in the beginning we just we
consulted them for everything and we made a conscientious decision to de-conflict the expo
hours with the conference portion and so what that means is when there's content or conference
taking place in our meeting spaces off the expo floor the expo hall is not open and then vice
versa so if you are torn between should i go listen to speak about ai or should i be in the expo
hall talking to a solution provider you can do both we want you doing both in fact we encourage
you to do both right so you should be learning when those sessions are going on and then when
that is over please come over to the expo hall all the solution providers are there they're ready
to talk with everybody we have a lunch room in the expo hall area called the pit stop where we'll
be serving lunch and we encourage everybody to come participate in that we want to keep that whole
networking portion going but we just really want to make sure that when when everybody is in the
expo hall they're making the most of it they're making the most of the time they are spending the
time with the solution providers who very candidly have put a lot of work into their
booths they put work into their booths they've spent the money and the time to be there they're
ready to make the connections with people and then conversely when the conference is going on
we want you totally focused so you can learn something on the fly to take back the next day
or the next the day after to your dealership i love that that's awesome and that's showing the
intentionality going forward and if we're being real when we're inside of vegas it's very important
that we do have it buttoned up and we have less distraction so it is exciting that you guys are
putting that intentionality in there and that you are condensing it the way that you are and i do
believe making the shift from what we're used to always being the spot that digital dealer is
over at the mirage which is no more oh we miss you mirage but we made the shift to mandalay bay
which is out in the cut a little bit which hopefully will keep some of us a little bit closer together
it will keep everybody from going out all over the place to the strip and to all these other
places of course we know in vegas there's so many great places to eat there's so many places to go
to meet but there is something especially when we would do the events down inside of tampa
that keeping the community closer together was a good way for those relationships to
keep sparking and keep germing and turning into something we believe putting it at the mandalay
bay is going to be strong what was it about the mandalay bay specifically that made you all want
to shift over to there out of all of the incredible places in vegas that you can go what made mandalay
bay stick out for you they have great meeting space they have great conference space they have good
ballrooms for the expo floor they're wonderful to work with they gave great hotel rates if we're
talking about budgets they gave great hotel rates which i believe go through the 29th we have a
special rate that goes through the 29th so i'll put that plug in there for anybody who hasn't
had the opportunity to book their room there's a special rate so a couple of those items and then
we want you to go have fun please go have fun while you're there we want you to think digital
dealers a fun event but maybe have fun after the show closes have fun at the end of the day
that's when we ask you to go have the most fun and usually there is usually there's good parties that
all of the vendors are putting on in different places so keeping up on where the party is at
is definitely something that is a trick of the trade for anybody showing up to digital dealer we
encourage you all let us know all the parties that you hear the vendors doing and we'll make
sure that CarGuyCoffee is letting you all know what's brewing out there for the the night time
events with that said for the last event of the last day of the event what is everybody going
to be expecting what's some of the cool stuff that we should be expecting to see on that night
so when the show closes both days actually not just the last day both days we're going to do a
cocktail reception to close out both days being successful we'll pre-start the social gathering
before people all go out and have a good time we want you to come back to the expo floor
come to our cocktail reception have a few drinks have a few apps
re-download your day how did it go what did you learn just continue that networking and then people
can head back out and go to dinner and do something with their friends and co-workers so we'll end the
day each day with a reception to kind of get started pre-gaming really downloading everything
that you just had being able to share hey this is what we learned this is what I saw this is what
I don't want to see again but at the end of the day you said it again another chance to network
some more right really get together I love that you said in the expo hall for vendors for you all
out there and just know that they're going to be back in there and when they're back in there you're
having another chance at it another shake at it another watch and that's such a great thing to
be able to do and they're usually in a better mood they're relaxed they've already done all the note
taking they're supposed to take now at their point they're just happy to have a conversation
quick tip of advice for most you vendors out there I'm just gonna tell you don't sell too hard while
you're doing that no build friendships build relationships set up statements for more time
to talk when they're not ready to drink that's a good time to just build great relationship
exchange information and talk about a follow-up in the future I agree with that just keep it very
natural easy going it can be the start of a good relationship it can be a conversation that you've
already been having with someone in advance but just keep it easy and free-flowing connect on
LinkedIn follow-up on email and set appointments that type of thing and then it just keeps it easy
and natural for everybody involved I will tell you on the last the last reception day we are going
to give away the AI hackathon winner belt so we're saving that for the end so we have yep
the big wwe wwf belt so we're going to announce the winner on the closing reception of the last
day I think is it Brett we's part of that he's running it he's a genius when it comes to AI so
he's in charge of the whole thing we have about 120 people 10 to 12 tables of 10 it's actually
sold out right now but we do have a waiting list so all good problems and some people
they may not be able to make it something happens or they've changed their minds so we definitely
pay attention to the waiting list to get people in but it is at the moment sold out but he will have
he'll present a problem nobody will know the problem until that day and present a problem
people will have their laptops they'll be working in groups it is a competition and whoever solves
the problem whatever Brent's rules are for solving the problem did you solve it the fastest did you
solve it the best he'll let everybody know and there will be one table that wins the AI hackathon
and receives the belt but I would also argue that everybody is going to walk away a little bit of a
winner if you will because they will have learned something with their peers with Brent with the
table captains that they can put back into real life in their dealership not to sound too corny
here but I think everybody's gonna walk away a winner just one table will walk away I don't think
it's corny at all I think that's the truth I'm gonna and I'm gonna make it sound even cheesier
is that people who are thinking about digital dealer if you're there you're gonna walk away a
winner you're gonna get there you're gonna meet people you're gonna have a new friend from it
you're gonna find a new idea you're gonna be inspired you will leave there feeling exactly
the way she just said you're a winner and you don't even have to buy a product while you're there
you don't have to do anything you just need to be there the education is going to be next level
folks going to these educational halls and sitting down and listening to them I'm telling you with
your notebook we'll talk about that again writing down some notes I'm telling you you're going to
leave there feeling so inspired you'll have something that you could take back without
spending any money except for your hotel and the cost to be at the event that's it you leave
there you don't have to go get a new product you have to onboard anybody which I recommend if you
find the right company to consider it today what I'm saying is that you can just get the information
the ideas from that and go back and you can make some big things happen inside inside your store
inside your business inside your own desk if you're a salesperson even right this is for everyone
to be there for there's so much to learn and so much to give not to mention you may be the one
with the next great idea you may be the one over there everyone's wanting to talk to because you
have something that's different so be there and I think that goes back to that natural conversation
that takes place right some of it is just organic that happens on the fly while people are there
regarding our content we've worked our conference team has worked really hard to level up the type
of content that's at the show and going back to the surveys reading the surveys one of the things
we learned is that this group does not want a panel they don't want a bunch of people on stage
talking at them this is a smart group they're an intelligent group they're very business savvy
and they want to interact with the speakers when they're talking with them so we have no panels
no panels this year for digital dealer and the content on each day is very different so day one
is all 25 minute bite size topics that kind of run the gamut sales and marketing variable ops
fixed ops that type of thing we have something for everybody and then so it's short and then day two
is intentionally very different it's 90 minutes get your hands dirty bring your computer bring your
notebook take learn a few things and then so it's active workshops those 90 minute sessions that you
can really take something back to your dealership and put it into action so we I'm curious to see
how it goes obviously the feedback is the most important thing from our audience and we will
but I think we're headed in the right direction on something to make it interactive no one wants
to sit there all day and we talk that so we're trying to make it a little different and interactive
for our audience I love that and I can't wait for you to get the feedback from all that because I
know all you're going to do is constantly just make it better and better I think the direction
you're going is heard and felt and I love that as a person who loves to be inspired and educated
that sounds perfect for me the 25 minute session sometimes I just I can't I can't really do much
and if it's longer than that if they're just talking to me I love that you decide to make
90 minute one more interactive because that's the only way that I can sit through that so it's cool
that you're separated the two days so you know what you can get into today today I'm prepared for
this that another the next day I'm going to be ready to take me some more notes and do all that
type of stuff maybe even have some ideas to share so I awesome I love that you guys went for that
format that's going to be really good for people we keep talking about change and even from your
keynote speech talk right so you're going to be talking about adapting to change and how do you
handle that and I think back to when I first got out of college my very first job out of college
I had a manager that said and I was young so it took a little bit for it to hit me the next couple
of years when I put it into practice but the only constant in business is change and I know that
we all know that but it gets harder to practice right when you've been doing something for a long
time whether it's selling something a certain way your dealership has done something a particular
way but the business is changing the industry is changing there's a lot of technology out there now
but how do we how do you utilize all that technology so that it's a help and not more of a burden
so that you can ultimately have the most revenue possible for your dealership that's really the
goal right is how do we help how do we service the dealers so that they can have the most revenue
possible and so I hope that we're trying to keep that in mind that's really the mission of this year's
show I believe that you're going to have the chance to show it off remember folks there is a new
sheriff in town and she is leading the way we are excited to see what it is that you do and we're
excited to see how it is that this works out and we are with you all for the whole event to be able
to make sure that we do capture the magic we capture some of the sentiment that's around with
everybody speaking and some of their feelings so folks we're going to be brewing in the hallways
we're going to have bruise on the move all throughout the conference and we're going to
hopefully get an opportunity to brew with one of you so make sure that you do make some time to
jump on the podcast if you see us with a mic get behind that camera right see what's brewing but
Jamie for those I can tell you they're nice guys they don't make it too painful when you're
just so you guys all know if you we're going to have a sign-up sheet if you want to get on it

make sure we leave some room for these dealers too that's right that's right so making sure that
the dealers leave with something inside of their swag bag and something for them to brew when they
get back to their crew what is one thing one thing Jamie that you hope for all those that are
attending to receive and walk away from as they leave this event and consider digital dealer 2025
I am so glad that I came because I got what
that's actually a big question I want them to learn something innovative I want them to feel
that when they get on the plane or when they drive back to their dealership or wherever they came from
that they feel like they've learned something innovative something that they can put into their
regular daily practice in their job from the solution provider making better connections
to the dealers learning something that they can use for added revenue I want them to learn something
innovative absolutely and I believe they're coming to the right event digital dealer is the event
for that it's the digital dealer the leading and what digital is and that is it's so funny because
the digital dealer event started when digital dealing was just beginning people didn't even believe in
it now fully all the way enthralled into it it's the place to be you can't shop without it you can't
do anything without it so it really is at the car at the core of what people are doing yes so true so
