My GT4 RS. It's the it's the background here. So it's this thing. Let me show you what it looks like. Close all this. So I ordered an acoustic treatment that looks like this. It's a freaking sick picture. I took him on the garage in my GT4.
And G.I.K. acoustics. I've done this before where I have one from my house in my office in Middleton. I've had it here. It used to be in the podcast room. It's the picture of the GT3 RS.
That's kind of turned sideways like of the front front fender, front three quarter view or something like that. And they killed it. And so I wanted to replicate that and do that here.
And they sent it here in the freaking wheel. Look like an egg. And everything was all blurry. It looked terrible. So anyway, I've got my Samantha Zimmerman photo of the GT4. I was just kind of sitting here leaning up against the wall.
And I got my Jasper. So I bought Jasper's on sale. If you're looking for an awesome, you know, air treatment for your room. I have four of them. Let's see, one, two, three, four, five of them at my house in Middleton, one in each bedroom, one in the home theater, and one in the common area to kind of scrub the air and keep it clean.
It's pretty cool. Like when you cook bacon, my house would smell for like a day, like sucks all that out of the air. They're expensive, but they were on Black Friday sale.
So I bought one for my office and one for Kate's room to kind of finish up the house. And so anyway, my painting, my actual painting is leaning up against the wall here in hopes that G.I.K is going to remake that device or remake my acoustic treatment.
So I hope to hope to do that and get that dial. But my computer setup is pretty sweet. I normally would take my laptop and plug it in. I think I'm going to get the new MacBook Pro and use that as my portable machine.
And then I'm probably just going to leave this MacBook Pro here. This is an M2 Max. So this is a, about this Mac. This is a 2023 MacBook Pro 16 inch M2 Max, 96 gigabytes of memory, four terabyte hard drives.
This was like a 5,000 laptop. But there's two things that I spend money on that don't bother me. One is my cell phone and secondly is my computer. I like to keep them fresh. I like to keep them new. In fact, I've had this one for almost three years now.
So I've just been kind of waiting on some substantial upgrade and there really isn't one. So anyway, this laptop will probably stay here in HQ because I'm going to build another desk. I freaking love desks.
But back in the studio where the sonic and the and the lever rack and the news bomb lifts and all that stuff is I have a desk area on the sonic array. It's a countertop height setup. And so I'm going to set up a desk there. I'm going to do the new 32 inch.
What do they call it? It's like 32. Let me pull up that monitor. LG 32. That's not it. 32 U 990 AS, which is their new 6K 32 inch ultra fine. Now it's only 60 Hertz, but I'm not gaming and watching video on it very much anyway. But it's sort of the answer to the Apple Pro is. I don't want to spend six grand on it because I'm going to use that that monitor as much.
This is the 27 Apple display, which I'm fine with because I do a lot of a lot of meetings in here. So I use the webcam a lot. And then at my house, I haven't my old iPhone 16 is my webcam with the Pro XDR display. So I'd like to try out the LG. It's 2000 bucks for that sucker. But I'd like to try that out.
They do make a 40 ultra wide in the same ill, but that's a 5K 2K. So I think I'm going to do the 32 6K. And then I'll take this laptop back and forth between this office and there.
And in there, I'm going to set up the nano icon or node icon as the DAC and then core fives and core sub compact. Same setup I have at my house.
And then here I have the power node with a pair of Dynodio evoke tens. And I have a sub 18s down here, subwoofer. And so since the garage is a lot bigger, I'll do a little bit more stout system there. But anyway, that's my setup here. But I freaking love my office.
I've got a 65 G5 OLED here. I've got my Dynodio. What are they called? These things. They're called contour legacy, like special addition with two sub sixes. And then I have two Dynodio or an ADC 298 amplifiers bridged.
So I'm getting like a thousand watts per speaker at frickin' sounds great in here. And I got a bunch of acoustic treatments. And that last acoustic treatment will help. And these are some really cheap lights, but they're doing really well. So anyway.
Welcome to my office. BDI desk. I've got my pens and stuff. So I organized here. And then I've got the BDI SQL 20 standing desk there. I don't really stand. But this chair sucks. It's the BDI chair. At least I got it to stop squeaking. It's not a great chair at all. So I wanted to try it.
All right. Coming clearly, man, volume's a bit low. I adjusted that.
And it's because the battery wasn't charged. And it's because the battery wasn't charged. So, you know, what are you going to do?
I just saw that. I mean, I believe those things when I see it. But it looks very LFA-like. I don't know. Be kind of interesting. Maybe the, you know, I'm going to put this on do not disturb because of frickin' phone calls. I can probably just do it from my phone or from my cables. I can probably just do it from my phone or from my computer on C or if it will.

So anyway, yeah, I, you know, maybe a lesson learned. You should have bought an LFA and just hang on to it for 20 years and you'd have, you know, we have a million bucks. But it's, it's one of those things that I'm impatient and unwilling. So I don't know. We'll see.
Let's see. Befraz OO says, how did Black Friday and financially? Yeah, we did really great. We opened up Black Friday for Inside the Hex, the Friday prior, which I hated the idea. I was fine with the Inside the Hex, but opening up for everybody. It's like, well, why don't we just open it up in November first?
You know, it's like then you end up the whole darn, you end up the whole darn year with the Hex going on here. This thing.

We just got like six pallets of K1322s, which will all start going out today and Monday. We're repackaging right now. They're hoping to send a large batch of them out today.
This is part of the reason why I wanted to just send the containers to us. And because when Crenzlick gets stuff, they take too long. And so back in the day, he would take a month to fulfill everybody's orders. And so now we're rolling.
Okay. We'll roll those out. We'll have those all out on Monday. All 1122s came in. So those all went out. So we're doing great. The AR stuff shipped. So we should have it early next week.
I got an announcement. Remind me, I've got an announcement in the comments. I've got an announcement on AR. And you guys are going to be frickin' pumped.

But anyway, we spread it out. We opened it up for everybody on Monday night, Tuesday morning. So Tuesday, we opened it up for everyone. And we did great every single day. It was really remarkable.
We had our best month ever on November. It was our best month ever. We had our best Cyber Monday ever. We had our second best Black Friday ever.
But technically, we had our best Black Friday because Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday was really the Black Friday day. We had the best weekend days ever.
It's the best Saturday and best Sunday. And so I think we eclipsed our high in 2022 by well over a million bucks, probably closer to a million in a quarter, which is frickin' awesome.
And so thanks to all of you for buying stuff. And then thanks to the team for really doing well, the Swiss Tracks promo. We sold like 450,000 dollars for the Swiss Tracks. We sold well over 400,000 dollars for the Sonic.
And then the new launch, I think, is doing pretty well on the Sonic MSS stuff. So it was really awesome. Now I don't know where I ended up financially at the end of that.
So I'm hoping I'm meeting with the team next week to really dig into the details.
One of the things I haven't done as a business owner has been really astute in my numbers. And so I'm going to spend quite a bit of time messing and digging into that.
So anyway, we did great. It was pumped. So that's awesome.

And we brought in a limited array like the stuff he actually need. But if you go and you become a hex, hex member, we opened it up for pre-order for them.

Now, people are freaking out in the comments of the video because the price is $1,000 more than what I said. Well, we decided to include shipping. So anywhere in the lower 48, they ship for free.
And so shipping is somewhere between 750 bucks or 550 bucks and like 2200 or something like that for the really, really big array.
And some place on is going to eat some money. Some they're going to make up for it. But we're rolling and the pricing I'm really pleased with where it turned up.
And if you want to do custom reach out to design, but it's a three-month order time, you know, which some of you, if you have a project going on, maybe not that big of a deal.

My parts arrived. So I ordered the mountain pass performance suspension. I ordered the rear brakes and the front brakes for the Tesla Model 3.
I want to finish all the projects that I have. So I want to finish the Tesla. I want to get the Bronco Springs done. I want to get the GT3 detailed done.
I want to get the GT4 coated and finished. I'm going to coat the wheels, coat the PPF, take care of the interior, but get it exhaust for that.
So I want to get that all done. And then I'll order the car. The problem is that there's this perfect Bayside Blue R34, which has, you know, low miles.
It's a 4.5 out of 5 on the Japanese quality scale. It's priced right. Hopefully no one buys it, but I want to do this.
I want to turn over a new leaf here and start doing things where I can enjoy it more instead of just panicking and panicking launching into a project and then regretting it and not enjoying the process.

It's because they don't have basements. And so they fill up all their crap in the darn garage. So yeah, I don't get it either, but throw your crap away.
But I get it. Most people like their crap. I don't.
Let's see, Jack Kohler 234, he says, Hey Matt, is using a power condition or necessary for home theater, or is just a regular search protector fine looking, looking at the firm and power station for reference. What do you recommend?
Yeah, the firm and power station is really expensive. I have a audio quest, power quest 3.303, I think it says on there.
Really, I like to do the powers conditioners, largely because then I can have more plugs to plug in and it usually looks cool.
And then I feel like a piece of mine, but can you hear a difference? I don't think so. Can you feel a difference? No.
And so I think it's more for a show than it is go. And most of the time, you don't want to plug your amplifiers into it anyway.
And so you want to kind of bypass it. I think this audio quest has a high current amplifier section, but even then, if I was running like a more robust system when I was trying to turn it up.
At my home theater, my firm in there is a 20 ampere firm, but I have to plug the amplifiers and subwoofers directly into the wall because they'll go into protection mode when plugged into the firm.
So it's cool if you look in for an extra component, but I don't think it's necessary.
One of the ultimate hose nozzles back in stock, they won't be. And I think we've eliminated it on the site. I hope so. If not, we need to take it down. Let me look.

Let's see Shane says Shane seven seven chick. One says, do you think weekly touchless contributes to why CSI or CSL isn't lasting.
Touchless is almost a deconscope isn't an IPH. No, it's not. That's not the issue. The issue is the embedded, you know, contaminants.
It touchless is a high pH, but not all pH. Let's see, Pete, Pete Amber says not all pH is created equally. And so it's dependent on how you get there with what chemicals.
So, you know, CSL shouldn't be affected by by touchless at all.
But later max, we're going to launch to non hex members when it shows up. Right. And so tomorrow next week, two months from now, as soon as it shows up, it should have been five days ago.
So this is the, you know, the difficulty of getting, you know, European source products here in the US. There's always something funky.
And what you're used to, no one else talks about it like I do. I'm always talking about it way ahead of schedule in order to sell it before it gets here.
So we're going to sell out because we didn't order enough of it. And so we're going to order, I think, like six or eight more pallets of it are going to come.
So what we're going to do is open it up to sell, until we sell it out and then we'll start taking pre-orders and hopefully it won't take as long to get it this next time.
Just picked up three press all to see what the hype is about. What are three products I should put in them.
I don't like that word hype. You know, hype, to me, seems like a disingenuous word. I know what you're saying. I think you'll like them. I mean, they're good. You can put whatever you want in them.
I just wouldn't put a traceless in it, but or some sort of like wheel acid, but they work with everything else to work great. So breakbuster, I put breakbuster, drying aid, and I don't know, invisible glass in it.
Be a good good start. Stephen says, I have the OG drying aid and I'm noticing that it's leaving smear marks on my windows. I've tried two different bottles.
Is this common or something I can do to avoid this? It's probably not playing well with whatever you have on your windows. Some stuff, some glass coatings, or some glass sealants, it doesn't play well.
Make sure you shake it up well, but if you tried, my normal reaction would be well, maybe the temperature in your garage has gone up and down, because it's not super stable when you do temperature changes.
We're not cold enough yet to have problems, but if it freezes and thaws, then I found that it gets funky.
So that's probably not the case, and if you tried two different, then it might just not be playing well with what's on your windows. I have Glaco, the soft 99 Japanese product on my Bronco, and I can't put dry-nated smears crazy.
Let's see how GC1 says does pro-slot or MSS have any cabinet package similar to the vertical slide drawers, like Russo, where you keep your chemicals at your house.
No, I've never seen anything else like what Russo does with the R2V cabinet.

Invasion HD says, hey, Matt, any tips when storing a vehicle outdoors under a high-quality car cover in the north of the winter?
Yeah, man, that gets dicey. I would make sure to put some light underneath the car so that rodents don't kind of sneak in there.
So I would want to have, like, back when I had the MSS garage or that garage in the wash bay at the woodgate house, I put fluorescent LED lights underneath the car so that it was lit 100% of the time, and I also had gotten one of those, I did two things.
I put bars of soap around the car, which I guess somebody suggested, and I bought those tone generators that supposedly scared rodents away, but I would make sure also that the car was washed beforehand and then put the car cover over top of it.
If it's going to sit there long term, I'd want to make sure that I've got it very clean, and then I've got some light underneath it, if it's going to be long term.
Okay, hey, Matt, when are you getting the Bosch Polishers? The Bosch guys were just here. Alberta was here yesterday. No, Wednesday with the machines. They are looking to launch in April, so that should be, I don't think I'm speaking out of school here, I think that's public.
So the looking will launch here in the US in April, they're already available in Europe. They have too much vibration, so they're not comfortable to use, but they're very promising.
The 3-inch and the 5-inch 8-millimeter is, has tons of torque, tons of output. They're going to be priced kind of in between LE and, say, America, which I think is nice.
The batteries are great, the form factor looks great. The 3-inch with two batteries, I think, was like 6.79 or something like that.
Again, I hope I'm not speaking out of school here. I hope I'm not speaking and sharing things that can't be shared.
But it's promising, but a little disappointing, and so they haven't launched yet, they haven't shipped yet, so I'm hoping we can fix some of the...

Can you mount MSS cabinets to the wall? I have a six inch ledge in my garage. You could, but you'd have to have some skills.
Like it's not designed to do it. And so what you would probably need to do is to make it work really well.
As you'd probably need to go through the wire pipes. So you'd want to mount and put lags through the wire pipes.
So you'd need to cut your wall, put blocking in, or if it's block, you don't need to go into the block.
So you'd need to pile it, drill through the wire pipes, get everything mounted up.
Actually, you'd probably have to put everything together. Let me think about this.
I mean, you could lag the wire pipes now because you have to go through the cabinets.
I have to go look at the back of the cabinets. It would be tricky, because the backs of the cabinets are not braced.
So I don't know if we have the offers you could certainly do easily. The lowers, I'm going to have to look.

All things for enjoyment back to basics. It's tricky, man, because I'm responsible for the 30-something humans.
And I'm wired to continue to chase, but I feel like I'm making some strides on that, kind of taking your advice on it.
I decided to sort of mix the whole obsessed home with Wolfsub0 to simplify the design studio and to really focus in on the garage.
And so that takes some weight, focusing on North America, that taking some weight, focusing on not buying too many cars at once.
So I don't do any internet chasing moves. I do what I like and what I'm chasing is myself.
And so there's a lot of things that I'm super interested in and I want to keep chasing them.
I'm interested in the R34, just because I'm interested in it.
So I may pull back on Canada.
How much is the GTR selling for? You dog them a year or so ago? Yeah, I think they kind of suck. And I think I'm probably going to hate it.
I've been dogging R34 forever, I just didn't get it. But I'm starting to get it.
I didn't get the Corvette, and I bought the Corvette, and I hated it, and I still don't get the Corvette.
But I can check that off the list. And so I feel like the R34 is good to go.
The car is going to cost about 200 US. So I think it's like the one I want was 170.
And then you have all the import tariff. You have a tariff. You have the shipping and registration and all that work.
And so the car is about 200. And then I'm going to have about $150,000 build.
So it'll probably be somewhere around in the mid to low 300 range to do it.

It's different than ProSlap, and it's not as deep.
When we have the full line of stuff, it'll be quite a bit more modular.

It just fits better in every average garage because it's like four inches shallower,
which I think is important.
The fit and finish is better, but the ability to hold stuff,
the ProSlap is a little bit more, because it has the Austrian glides a little more.
At least the glides are sturdier.
But for my money, I'm buying MSS.

I bought some, I built my own AI portfolio, so I have, you know, most of my money at Merrill Lynch and just boring crap.
And then I bought some more Bitcoin and Ethereum at like 90.
And I bought about, about 100 grand of Tesla.
And I bought about 26 grand of like a basket of robotics and AI companies that, but I don't feel comfortable going all in.
So I put up, you know, half a million bucks to work and so the rest of the money just sitting there and cash.
And so I've been thinking about sports cards and some Rolexes.
Because that's kind of fun.
And so my life is quite a bit different and then I'm eliminating some of the risk.
And so I do have quite a bit more capital than I've had before.
So I'm thinking about selling some cards as well.
But then again, that's part of the reason why I'm thinking about buying the R34 is to keep all the cards I have aren't going to lose value.
The EVO is not going to lose value, the GT3 is not going to lose value, the GT4 is not going to lose value, the Rolexes aren't going to lose value and they may appreciate.
But I get to enjoy it, you know, in the time being.

I got a good deal on Milwaukee, but I haven't used it yet.
I don't think you can go wrong.
This is my take. The Milwaukee is a little louder. The LE is a little bit quieter.
The Milwaukee has a consistent sort of geared grindiness to it.
The LE, because it's a little quieter, but it has that kind of weird, like when it's off-axis, it has this weird grind that kind of sounds weird.
The batteries from Milwaukee, I would guess, are superior versus the Chinese batteries.
But they're probably made in a similar place.
They have about the same amount of rotational capability, like that neither one of them have like real stalling problems.
There is quite a bit more vibration that comes through your hands on the Milwaukee, and this is what does it for me.
The LE's form factor is also a little bit better, but the LE has less NVAs, less noise vibration and whatever noise vibration harshness coming through the tool.
I'd say 10% less. If you got a good deal on it, I don't think I'd return it.
I don't think you'll be disappointed in it. The LE, I would say, is overall 10% better.
I like it quieter. It's less vibration through my hands, just as much torque.
The other thing for LE is, thank you, Sarah, you want somebody to listen in.

The tornadoers work for me 100% of the time, and the air blaster, I've had issues with a bunch of different issues with it.
It stopped spinning.
So the bearings have gotten clogged up and rusted.
Also, I've had air leaks from it, and the tornadoers have been pretty bulletproof.
I think I'm actually going to the ROOP as, because the ROOP has a really high quality.
I just need to test that a little bit more, but I think that's freaking great.
Also, what's the deal with Car Supply's warehouse and the 675 they dropped?
I thought the 675, no, the 675 is 1.7 gallon per minute.
Ultra quiet, 15 amp machine.
We're probably going to bring that in as well.
It's a really nice polisher, but I think it's slightly better than a 1622.
It's quieter than a 1622, and the 1622 is really quiet, but it's a 15 amp machine.
It's nice. The fit and finish is OK.
I certainly wouldn't buy that over a 630 or the 635, the 635 is 3 gallons per minute.
Will you stop carrying pro slot now that MSS has launched?
I don't know. I don't think so, but I'm not sure.
Don't acidic soaps restore hydrophobicity or hydrophobics, let's say.
I've never experienced it doing that, but theoretically, if it's the right mineral content and the acid breaks it down, then theoretically.
Also, considering I live in Washington State, I feel like it gets rid of the winter grime, or is this something Deconso can do as well.
Yeah, I mean, I think built-hamber, like if you did the combination of built-hamber, touchless, and then follow with...
I mean, I guess you could do Deconsoap, or I would follow with CarPro Reset.

I don't think so. I think we squeezed that turn up unless something happens with transit costs via volume, transit costs, import costs, or strengthening of the dollar.
So I don't think that our volumes are going to help as much because they really sharpen their pencil on that.
What I think can happen is we'll have a drop in price of the all a cart stuff, to, to get in line with the, the pre-configured stuff.
So that's my guess. I want it to come down in price. The more comes out in price, the more I can sell it.
So, we're going to try.

You know, if I can get to the point to where obsessed garage is like higher performing, and I don't have to like take so much risk all the time and just continue to sink all the money back in, I'd really love to invest in cars, sports cards, watches.
And then, and, and, and avoid real estate. Real estate stresses me out. So stay in a small house and enjoy life.
I think that's where I'm headed.
300K for an R34, right? Yes, yeah. Yeah, I mean, that's what it takes to do it the way I want to do it. The cars to get, I want it, I need it to get the right base car.

Would you do a project like that again? No, it was a good learning experience, but it's not what I want to do.
And so, it was worth it that I was going to do it someday at some point. So, it's helped. I mean, I'd say that's a good percentage of the ideation for the design studio and what I want that design studio to be.
So, I don't think I would do a house remodel again, at least not anytime soon. Not until OG is like dominating North America.
Matt, have you ever used any XLR mics for voiceover on videos? If so, which ones do you like or use? You really don't need to do that anymore.
The XLR mics, sort of the standard is the Sure SM7B, which I've used for many, many years, and then you need some sort of digital analog converter, like a universal audio Apollo or something like that. That's what I've used it for years.
You could also do like a shotgun mic, like a Sennheiser of some sort. I find that the quality difference between now, like I have the road USB-C mic, and I don't need any DAC. I don't need any external device which causes problems. It's just so much easier to deal with.
I find that the audio quality is good, or even even this DJI wireless mic, the quality is pretty awesome.
I've kind of gone away from the complexity of the XLR with cloud lifters and DACs and all that kind of stuff, because it's just so much extra effort and not a lot of payoff.
I just got that tire D-Nip kit from Gene Show, Gene Show, Kept 899. I see what you like about Kinipix. Pretty high quality, pretty sick.

I got to make some videos. I do want to do the golf cart. And I'm going to make the, going on here, I'm going to make the tour of my every drawer video.
So I want to make that this weekend, assuming I don't get lazy. Let's see what we got on content.
Let's see. Yeah, we have the pressure washer. The dual AR630 video is going up on Saturday on the OG channel.
So that's the high-flow pressure washer solution and focused on the AR630 duals. So that's going up this weekend.
And then if I get my videos done for the garage, I probably need to wash something as well.
So I kind of need to wash the Sequoia again. So I'm going to have to do that again. All my cars are clean.
Let's see. Do you have a collector car insurance policy? No. I just have state form. I should probably visit that in my financial analysis this year as I want to become really financially efficient in both at OG and personally.
So I'm going to probably visit a haggity, chub. So I should go down that path. The state farm has it, but I think they have like a 25-year-old.
That has to be 25-year-old. They have like a classic car policy. But I don't have anything 25-years-old. I'm the EVO's only 20-years-old.
So I'm paying, probably overpaying, for state farms, so I should consider that.

When would you expect to do container outdoor wash bay? As soon as we finish it, I'd like to get the right-tech door done and then do it.
So probably January, February is what I'm thinking. What he's talking about is doing a container on the left and right side and then building a roof on top of that.
And I'm going to cut some roll-up doors into the container to make it so that I have like a wash bay with all my wash equipment outside in the containers. I think that's going to be pretty sick.
Is the OG bifold custom made for OG with those colors, or can you order the same wallet from that company, but in a different style?
I think it's custom for us. Blue stitching, Alcantara. The sun is messing us up here and we'll go over a little bit.
I ordered some shades from my office. We talked about Bravia versus the G5 already. I'm sorry, these are awesome. I ate them almost daily. I'm going to try.
Any future videos of Mike F's personal garage and outdoor kitchen, I think he's getting close to being ready to do it.
He had to do a lot of infrastructure work at his house, so I'm sure we'll go out and video it.
Another thing that most people don't check is that they have all their discounts in place with car insurance like low mileage if you don't drive much.
What happens to you after you get to a certain level? I know this because I've made the come up.
The difference between a thousand bucks on car insurance, I hate to say this, but it just doesn't matter.
The relationship with my insurance person matters more. That time is not worth me checking into it.
It's one of those simple things when they call. You just say, hey, can you double check and make sure I've got the best rate.
How fast does Swiss track ship from manufacturer? It depends. My guess is, in most of the time it's a day or two, it's probably three or four days now.
Did your son of bill raise your electricity bill much? Not that I noticed.
Do you have any idea of the date for cars in culture in January? No. I don't know if we'll do one in January since we're doing it so late.
It may be the February 28th cars in Middleton motoring fest. We may do that.
Dean says we'll be stalking young cars products. No. No. I'm not going to do that.

So I'm going to wrap it up here today. I'm going to go back and start organizing my garage.
We have the L-shape in and then Monday. I think maybe it's Tuesday. Mike and Mike are going to finish the sonic array and start outfitting. That's going to be a lot of fun.

The garage is coming to a conclusion. We'll start working on the outdoor wash bay. It's going to be a fun year.
