The John Clay Wolf Show has appeared on Terrestrial Radio for a really, really, really long time.
So we dug into our pockets.
And on the other side of our d***, we found something funny.
And yes, it's contagious.
Gather round as the Wolf Pack goes on this throwback adventure.
What's the damn deal is your boy DJ Pre-K with the John Clay Wolf Show.
Y'all know I'm in the archives.
I'm back with one of my favorite clips, man.
When I was an intern for the show, I used to run and get everybody's favorite hangover
cures, you know, coffee, breakfast burritos, BC powder, whatever.
But one morning, John and Bobo pondered, what happens when you go above and beyond the recommended usage?
Bobo put that old vacuum to use and found out firsthand.
Check this out.
Bob, are you going to do that?
Are you going to do that BC powder?
Are you going to keep everybody waiting?
There you go.
Yeah, no, just do it whenever we get home or wherever you're going.
I want to buy it.
I do want to buy it.
And if you're sure it's safe, I'll get it.
But go to givemethevend.com.
What's here you in right now?
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
God.
I saw him do it too.
It was a fat cut, man.
But JCW got a little heat for this.
Check it.
So, Bobo, the BC powder snorting got me in trouble
with our guiding light in the programming world
because they had some complaints about you impersonating
drug use on FCC-controlled airways.
No, no, but you showed them the package of BC powders
and there's no doubt that that's what it was.
We unwrapped it.
I put one of them on my tongue.
And how this started was I said, I'm hungover.
And Bobo said, I'm hungover too.
I said, I'm going to take a BC powder.
It really helps.
And I suggested to Bob, why don't you snort one?
And you said, sounds good.
Well, this is an ongoing thing because a few weeks ago,
when you were taking one of those,
I said, why don't you just snort it, man?
That's right.
So you and I have kind of discussed this for a while.
So we have this on our Facebook page,
the video of Bobo snorting a massive amount of BC powder.
It was a pretty good pile.
And what did it do to you?
It hurt like a bastard first thing.
Is the ice didn't turn off?
Yes.
OK.
So it hurt like a mother hurt really bad.
And also almost immediately stopped
the left side of my nose up.
It was like you took a hunk of Velvita cheese, OK?
About a quarter pound.
Like a butt plug in your nose.
Yeah.
Maybe a third of the sick and stuck it all the way up there.
No air going in around.
Did you think you'd need to go to the doctor
and get medical attention?
I began to wonder.
It was miserable, the whole show.
Do you see how red my left eye was?
It was so bad.
And I went home and nine hours later,
I'm sitting at my kitchen table with a Vixenhaler.
You know what that is?
Like a vaporizer.
Stuck all the way up the left side of my nose.
Trying to clear it out.
It's miserable.
I finally took a couple of generic Zootofeds,
like tiny red ones.
The speed stuff?
Yeah.
And they kind of dried it up a little bit.
So the next day was it gone?
Kind of.
To this day right now, this has been a week ago.
And I'm still getting kind of a strange snuffle
on my left side.
Will you ever snort BC powder again?
I think I may have burned out a little bit of cartilage
or something.
Like you hear about Stevie Nicks burned out her cartilage?
From doing drugs?
Yeah.
No, I'll never snort BC powder again.
Mom, dad, if you're listening,
I've learned my lesson about that evil BC powder.
From now on, I'm just going to eat it.
What's the other stuff called goodies?
I wonder if you can smoke it.
Let's try goodies.
God.
Try the goodies powder.
Try to smoke it.
We'll try.
I've watched the video, and I've
showed the video to others, and everybody
has the same reaction.
Their jaw just drops.
The amount of intake that you took in that one snort
was in speed of it, too.
I mean, it was gone in like a second.
Anything worth doing, Turley?
It was unbelievable.
You got a light bulb?
It was unbelievable.
What gave you the confidence to tackle that mound, that large,
that quickly?
Well, they're guys, and you're aware of these guys, too.
And some of them work in the market where we live, OK?
That are kind of playing radio.
I'm a professional, all right?
And when my producer and or host,
especially the host of the show, says, come.
So you need to be careful with the influence that I am.
My good man, come.
Come and snort this BC powder.
Sir, yes, sir.
I do.
But you were the ones that you cut the deck.
I didn't get.
You took the whole dose and cut it
into two lines with a Jim Bowie knife.
And you took a half of the whole thing on one big snort.
You OD'd.
It looked like about five grams.
You OD'd.
Yeah, it was too much.
You OD'd.
And that's that drug mentality.
That's what you do.
When you do something to hurt you
and you're still hurting the next day, you're thinking,
you know what I did wrong.
It wasn't doing the drugs.
You took too much.
It was the way you did it.
You took too much, too much.
Next time, we'll just do a little bit.
You just took it too far.
Precay knows what I'm talking about, man.
You hurt yourself on something.
You pulled a hammy.
Well, it can't be the fact that I did it.
I just did it wrong.
With that, we hope you all enjoyed the show
in our little after-duty podcast.
