Spring, it is. The whole coast of South Carolina is covered in a blanket of yellow pollen.
Yeah, we got a good dusting to a half inch here ourselves.
Yeah, I know people up north still, you know, they deal with snow. We deal with the yellow blanket of spring right after y'all get y'all snow.
That is the truth.
It is not glorious at all.
But yeah, so yeah, we're back again. We're going to talk about a few things. Somebody took a little trip and some things happened today.
We're going to talk about them a little bit. And then on top of that, before we even get there, because this is a BS Car Guys podcast.
That means we don't always talk about cars. Bill, did you see the movie?

Well, having read the book.
Well, we know the book is going to be better.
No, no, no. Having read the book, let me be the first to say it may be the most accurate to the movie book connection of any movie I have ever seen.
In fact, some of the dialogue is 100% spot on lifted from the book.
And it might be the best movie I have seen in five years.
Okay, I just realized something we didn't even say what the movie is.
The movie we're talking about is Project Hail Mary, which came out last week.
It is. What's the author name?
Oh, wait, wait, I was talking about hoppers. You're talking, nah, I'm just kidding.
That was too good.
Yeah, so Project Hail Mary, like I said, I read the book back in January, just because I had saw the initial trailer for it and knew that it was the same author as the book The Martian, which was also made into a movie.
Andy Weir is the author you are thinking of.
And let me just tell you, if you're a reader or a listener of books, this one is well worth your time and you could watch the movie first and then read the book.
And honestly, I don't think it would make that much difference.
You know, there are a few minor things that were included in the movie or maybe glossed over from the book in the movie just based on runtime and details.
But I'm telling you, it's as close as I have seen that I can recall at all.
Now, I'm not always been the best of readers, what with being a Marine Corps guy and all.
But so I haven't read all the books.
But I've read enough that have been adapted to movies that I'm usually disappointed.
And in this case, I was not.
I 100% laughed out loud multiple times during the movie very loudly, especially because of how close they were able to adapt the book to the movie.
So anyway, I give it two big thumbs up.
Likewise, I did not listen to or read the book.
I was actually you actually introduced me to that for some reason, even though we are.
We watched a lot of movies.
That one, I don't know why I wasn't paying attention to that one.
I don't know what it was, but you brung that to my attention.
I did download the book.
I did not read the book, listen to the book yet.
I was, I think, because I like you.
Like, I guess everybody kind of knows, you know, an adaptation of from print to movie that meet that median change sometimes will disappoint you.
Especially if you're a real fan of the source material.
And I didn't want to go into a disappointed.
So I wanted to kind of watch the book, watch the movie first and then listen to the book to pick up the extra details because I think that's that's a better format that works better for me.
I didn't think I was going to fall in love with a rock.
I didn't think I was going to cry over there and rock.
Oh, yeah.
I didn't think I had feelings for rocks like that.
Especially that weird five-legged blonde spider space rocks.
Yeah, exactly.
But if you're listening this, and if you like geeky stuff, if you watch it, as I told some guys at work, it's like, if you like the Martian and if you like all God, what's the one with.
McConaughey in a stellar stellar.
If this movie you this movie should be on your playlist, you should absolutely go watch this movie.
And if you're one of them, if you're one of them people who need things to blow up every five seconds, are you going to fall asleep?
This just ain't for you.

You definitely want to be a thinking movie to an extent.
But I mean, there's still a good amount of action and comedy.
Absolutely.
And there is.
But I mean, we, we had some, I would say, early 20-somethings right behind us and they were talking the whole time.
Because it was they seem like they knew they were into the movie, but they were talking the whole time and some of the parts that I wanted to listen and figure out what the heck was going on.
And then we had this, this, these two middle-aged ladies that was having a whole conversation, like two seats to the left of us.
And I wanted to call the movie theater police.
I really did.
But yeah, so yeah, that was a recommendation for a very, very good movies.
And speaking of movies, there was another, there's another movie that you brought to my attention that had a teaser trailer come out this week.
Did you watch it?
I don't know which, which were, I mean, there was a trailer this week that dropped.
It was not a teaser trailer, but it was a pretty big deal trailer.
I am talking about Drifter.
Oh, yes, I did see the teaser for that very short, hard to get a real feel for where the movie's going.
I am excited about the movie.
I was talking about Spider-Man, but we can go there.
To bring it to bring it back though to cars, what would this be in a car themed podcast and all.
Speaking of things that were released this week, I don't know if you have been keeping up with all of the content drop that has taken place this week around Forza Horizon 6.
I am not aware.
You driving games where your was your thing because what one, you're you're a better driver than me.

I said it on the podcast again.
I said it before I even mentioned that the J word.
Well, I mean, believe it or not, I was going to be the first one to bring it up.
Forza Horizon 6 coming in May available now for pre-order on Xbox and Steam is set in Japan.
It has all the Japanese influence, including 7-Elevens and auto stores and car meets and customizable garages where you can say your toolbox is where you want them.
And every detail you can think of, it looks like it is going to be a phenomenal game.
Yeah, I will, I will believe you.
I, for lack of better words, I sucked at them games.
I think you reinforced how much I sucked in them games because you didn't give me a win.
You didn't let me, I wouldn't even compete.
We were, we were running two races, two different races.
I don't, I don't, I don't let anybody win at a race.
If you, if you beat me, it's because you're better than me.
That's, that's how I look at it.
Look, look, I understand, but you got to give us some hope.
There was no question of who was going to win that guy.
I, you maybe put the controller down and it's like, you know what?
I need, I just need other things to go there.
I get it.
It happens.
Listen, I'm, I'm not trying to brag because if it's a sports related game, I,
I don't even know what to do.
Like I couldn't tell you, I don't know what a play looks like.
I don't know what team to pick or what players to pick or so I couldn't be further lost.
I mean, at least with a racing game, if I hand you the controller,
you have some concept of like what the goal is.
I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm clueless when it comes to any of those.
I've never played a soccer video game or a baseball video game.
I have played football video games because I had roommates who made me, um,
but outside of that, I've never played a, an NBA, 2K, whatever,
Steph and Curry edition.
I've never played any of that stuff.
First of all, first of all, so, uh, Curry is a Carolina kid.
There will be no Carolina kids slander on this podcast.

Hey, listen, I occasionally watch and binge watch some Steph Curry highlight reels
because dude can shoot from anywhere and it's just amazing.

So I mean, my video gaming is very specific and limited and borderline autistic,
but it's, it's only in one of very limited field of play.
I don't do, um, POV third player.
Well, I don't do any of that stuff.
I don't do any of that stuff.
And I'm also so old.
Look, now you're going to get me on a crotchety old man kick.
I'm also, I'm so old.

I'm so old that I have zero interest and I literally mean zero zero interest to
play any video games of any kind online in a community of other players.
I'm only interested in playing like a story mode.
So if, if you designed a video game, but you took the day off on writing
a creative narrative that I'm not buying your game and playing it.
Well, I'm, well, I'm, I am that old as well.
Um, um, I think, before I ask you this question, actually, I think you may enjoy just,
just because I have children who play games and I work with young people, um,
that, uh, you may enjoy playing a game like Forge and stuff against competition.
I think that would be good to be honest.
Uh, you're not going to find competition or where it helps.
No, you're probably right.
But you know what?
I don't care.
I don't need, I don't need the community.
I work with a bunch of people.
I know some people.
I talk to people.
I don't need, I don't need those people and make believe video game world.
My reason for playing a video game is to zone out and drive by myself in my own
world with the nobody else trying to talk to me or do something with me.
So the last thing I want to do is get on that video game and have to deal with
other people's mental illnesses while I'm trying to play a video game.

With that said real quick, is Gran Turismo still a thing?
Uh, it is still a thing on the PlayStation format.
I have not, I have not played it since the PS4.
What are they on now five?
Yes, I believe.
So I have a four that we actually just recently got hooked back up to the TV
because we started playing.
Kendra and Anna wanted to play some.
Well, Kendra wanted to play some guitar hero.
So we broke that out.
I play guitar hero for the first time in my entire life.
Last from the past.
That's right.
Wow.
And, uh, and realized that I'm not any good at it, um, because, because one,
I never played it growing up and two, I don't have rhythm.
Um, so, so I struggled.
No, I don't have rhythm unless you let me borrow some.
Um, you got rhythm, but I played, uh, Gran Turismo.
It's like Gran Turismo sport or something like that, which I don't even know
what number in the series that really is.
I played it.
It's pretty good.
Um, it, it's a, it, you really start to see the difference when you play forza
versus playing Gran Turismo.
And I'm probably, if there's some like hardcore video game car enthusiasts on
here, I'm probably going to make them mad.
And it's like, you don't understand that different complexities in the system.
Well, listen, I don't, and I don't care.
So this is what I'm going to say.
I'm going to say that if you play forza, it is very much more of a, um, aesthetics
of automobilia, like you care about what the car looks like and sounds like.
And, um, you know, it's more of the, the fun enjoyment side of driving.
Whereas Gran Turismo is more of the, um, the guy who goes, enjoys going to the
DMV for the driving test.
Like it is, it is a driving simulator.
If you, if you were like, I would like to be as close to driving a car as I can
get without actually leaving my house because germs are bad, then, you know,
Gran Turismo is probably the game for you.
Cause it very much is like a driving simulator.
That's my two cents.
Okay.
And it seems, it seems like this is come full circle from the, uh, from the last
episode, we're going to talk about hard driving.
And that is okay, which is a simulator and that loop killed me every time.
That was a very old driving simulator.
That's like the tron of driving simulators.
Absolutely.
So, um, I guess we might talk about a car thing right now.
We should maybe talk about, yeah, let's do that.
Let's do that.
A real car, they say they're, people say they're kind of cool.
I guess we can kind of start with you a little bit.
Uh, did you, uh, did you make it to the car show?
I did.
I did attend the car show.
Um, I had every intention of filming a bunch of content the whole time I was down there
and putting together a YouTube episode for the channel.
Um, and, and I didn't do any of that other than film some on the drive down.
Uh, so, and here's why the thing is gigantic.
Um, it's in the old mall property where the mall used to be.
So it's, it's 43 acres, I think total and it's, it's full of cars.
It's, there were somewhere between 3,500 and 4,000 cars in that property.
And it's, um, I believe it's nothing newer than 1988.
Um, so this, this event's called run to the sun.
It's my first time ever attending it.
So if you're a listener in your classic car person, you're like, Oh my gosh,
this idiot doesn't know what he's, you're right.
I probably don't.
It was my first time going.
Um, but I went with my friend Larry and some of his friends and they had a group of guys
together.
So they, they had, um, four, five cars in their group, two C three Corvettes.
Um, a 1977 Ford F 350 wrecker and a Ford crown Vic patrol car.
And then Larry, uh, Larry had his, um, 1966 son being tiger.
Whoa.
Yeah.
And so I, I spent most of my time with the tiger, um, because it's black.
I spent most of my time leaf blowing pollen off of the tiger and, uh, and talking to people about the tiger.
Cause it's one of those cars that people either know exactly what it is or they have no clue.
Um, so, you know, fair amount of explaining exactly what a sunbeam tiger is.
And, um, yeah.
So anyway, it was a good event.
Um, I definitely got sunburned and, um, walked a lot of miles, walking around, looking at cars, a lot of cars there.
I would say, uh, an overwhelming majority of the cars that were there.
Cause we, okay.
So Larry had the only sunbeam tiger on the property.
Um, I would, I would imagine so.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And we've, we, I think we've talked about tigers before on the podcast, but you know, they, they basically, they built 7,000 of them total.
Um, I did learn some more about them that I didn't already know.
Or if I knew I forgot, I'm going to go with didn't know it.
Um, that that car essentially ended its lifespan because, because of Chrysler.
That makes sense.
A lot of things, a lot of things die when they get involved with Chrysler.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Chrysler, we're good at killing cars.
So, um, they, they bought sunbeam as a brand and, um, didn't bother to look at how the car was configured and, and realized pretty quickly like, Hey, we, we don't build a V eight with a front mounted distributor.
All of ours have rear mount distributors and now our V eights won't fit in the car.
So we've got to sell a Chrysler product on Chrysler dealerships with a Ford V eight in it.
And that didn't last long, like not even a full year.
And they said you done and they killed the tiger.
So that's why they only built about 7,000 of them total.
And if I understand right, there's only about 2,500 of them or so left.
That, you know what, that wouldn't make sense.
I mean, jumping in the bed, that jump, jumping in the bed to go get a cool thing, not understanding how it works, screw that thing up completely.
And now you just, yeah, that sounds completely right to American car companies.
That's, that's kind of what they do.
In my memory, so that isn't, I'm thinking about it.
That's not the only time that that happened where a car company,
Oh, I'm sure.
essentially bought an IP didn't, they didn't realize that it was using a engine from a different company.
And they either couldn't source it or it was a, it was a straight up competitor.
And then whatever they change is a skilled car.
I'm thinking it was another car that did.
I can't think of what it is outside.
It's just, what was it?
I'm stuck.
I can't remember what it is.
It's going to come back to me as soon as we get off here or tomorrow morning when I'm doing something completely different.
But yeah, so.
But the cool cars in my hometown, I didn't go because I did crazy thing is I was thinking about it while I was cutting the grass.
And I was like, when last time I was at a car show, I haven't been in car show in a long time.
But one thing did on that same day.
One thing did encourage me after we was coming home from watching Project Hail Mary, you know how all those little automatic car wash things are popping up everywhere.
Are they doing that?
Oh yeah.
So there's one in the shopping center across the street from this movie theater and evidently on Friday nights.
This is the they open it up.
They open the gates, the gates up and they just let people park their cars and they just hang out right there.
Nice.
And I was like, oh, we're bringing this back.
This is a good thing.
And I was just, I thought in my hands like somebody's gonna mess it up somehow.
But I mean, it's so much in public that it's hard to hide anything.
It ain't really no easy way to get out of that.
So that'd be dumb.
But whoever said smart people think anyway.
But I haven't been to a car show in a long time.
I don't think about it.
I will say this.
It definitely definitely made me want to get a classic car.
I do like the car show atmosphere.
And, you know, I don't know.
Now, I will say at this particular car show, there was an overwhelmingly large, I would say the majority of vehicles fall into the like, I guess muscle car era.
I mean, overwhelming majority of people at this show were, you know, Bel Air's and Chevelle's and CTN's.
You know, those, I would say those three cars in particular were probably 20% of the cars on site.
Impala's, you know, Malibu's, a lot of Chevy products in South Carolina, a lot of Chevrolets.
Does that change a lot when you get back over to the other side of the border?
I don't know.
I mean, I guess I haven't been to a car show anywhere close to that magnitude in North Carolina in a hot minute.
I mean, the Charlotte Auto Fair is a pretty big turnout, but honestly, I don't think there's as many cars at the Auto Fair.
The Auto Fair is more about like a giant part swap meet and, you know, part sale than it is a car show.
So even that's hard to compare, even though it is a very big scale, it's really kind of different.
And I was supposed to go to the, well, there was some discussion about attending the Auto Fair, but we are going to be out of town during the Auto Fair.
So I'm not, I'm not going to be able to attend yet.
And I was going to possibly drive a car to the Auto Fair, but that kind of fell through.
So anyway, so all that being said, this was going to say we're related to the show here.
So what I realized while I was there is, and the reason I had this epiphany was the sheer number of motorized electric mobility scooters.
There had to be a thousand mobility scooters on site.
So what it got me thinking about was these cars at this show in particular, and this is probably true of most car shows of these vintages, is that they are representative of a certain generation of folks.
And those folks are car people, just like we're car people.
And most of those folks have car stories.
You know, if it's a car that maybe they had when they were younger or their parents had, or it's the car they came on from the hospital in or, you know, they had their first date in or whatever.
And so they went out and found that car and fixed it up and made it look like the way they want.
And, you know, they are at a point in their life where they have the financial freedom and the free time to go to these car shows and on these cars.
So it would be cool to get their car stories.
So I think my plan would be moving forward.
And you can tell me what you think about this because I think it will take both of us, unfortunately for you, is that we would attend an event like this and spend the first day.
This was a multiple day.
I mean, this thing was from Tuesday to Saturday or Tuesday to Sunday.
I mean, I was only there Thursday night, Friday and Saturday morning.
So I was really only there two total days.
But I think if we went to an event like this, we could show up on the first day, walk the whole thing and hand people a flyer or a piece of paper with an explanation of who we are and what the podcast is with a QR code that they could scan and request us to come back and visit them.
Okay.
And we tell them that we will come by and record for the podcast and for prosperity, their car story about their car that they brought and why it's special to them and what got them into cars and all the normal things that we like to ask on an interview.
But do that at the car show, having given the person time to be prepared and agree to do it instead of just walking up and being like, Hey, do you want to be on camera?
Because I don't think people will be as receptive to that.
I agree with you.
Actually, I commend you for not having a crazy idea.
I thought you was about to jump the shark there a little bit.
But now that was actually a pretty good idea.
Even to kind of go off of that some.
I don't know if there's a way to do it where you could have them record their dad go and their car story.
Oh, and they just simply send it to us via QR code.
Yeah, and we can have an email address attached to it.
And so we can make sure they get it.
They can hear it.
They can, you know, have some some kid years from now can listen to their granddad or grandma's dad on car story.
That's a that's a pretty good idea.
Actually, I really like that.
Sometimes we have good pretty good ideas.
I don't know exactly how we would do this, but.
But, you know, even though we are the most tech savvy people, we are the most tech savvy people that we know.
So I think we could figure it out together.

But I mean, that's just not a car you see driving on in a 26 at night.
You know, usually somebody's pulling their car out where people can see it.
You know, because you know, on highways, people are doing all the dumbest stuff.
So, especially that time of night, people were kind of either going to shift changes and stuff.
People driving crazy doing all types of stuff.
But I was like, I was looking at the car.
Giselle even looked at him and was like, oh, that is nice.
And I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then I woke up this morning and a brand new old person car debuted today.
Oh, what was a brand new old person car to debut today?
Was it a Corvette?
Absolutely.
2027 Corvette brand sport came out today.
I don't know if you've been on the tubes today because you said you had a day.
I have not been on I have not been on anything today.
I have had a day today.
Well, as soon as you get on the tubes, every car person has has a video about this car.
So usually towards the end of the run of Corvette and the last four generations for four generations.
Skip one in there.
The engineers at Chevrolet will unleash upon us the grand sport.
What are what I call the right Corvette because the fastest is not the fastest Corvette.
It's not the cheapest Corvette is just the right one.
Oh, OK.
I had to go all the way to Donut Garage video to find it.
I had to scroll quite a ways in my subscriptions because I guess I don't really follow any car review people much anymore.
I have it on at work.
So yeah.
So usually the grand sport is using a the wide track, the wider Corvette frame from the higher performance models with the the engine from the cheaper model.
And base base engine, base engine, better suspension.
Yeah, softened up a little bit, making it making it the grand sport of the GT car of the Corvettes, which I am.
That's the one I'm here for.
But if you're but if you're buying a mid engine car is is is really a grand sport car, even a thing.
I mean, grand touring cars are not mid engine cars.
Sports cars are mid engine cars.

I was I was on the Hagerty because I was introducing somebody to the Hagerty drag races.
And they had a grand sport drag race that with the Bentley, the Mercedes AMG and the McLaren.
And he made the same argument that this is mid engine, but it's still a GT car.
So this was today.

There was a great drag race video.

So in the in the Hagerty video, it was the Bentley Continental GT something because it's 27 of them.

The Mercedes AMG GT and the McLaren GT grand sport or whatever they call it.

So the car came, the Corvette Grand Sport came out today and seeing how you didn't look at it.
You haven't seen it.
You're seeing it.
It's a little bit of it now.
What do you think initially?
Do you matter of fact?
I mean, do you still agree with me that the Grand Sport is the right trim of the Corvette?
For you?
Yeah, absolutely.
That is the right trim for you.
The right trim of Corvette for me is a C506.
You don't want to go all the way up to that zero one X.

So that video that I showed that kid today is a year old and it does have the Bentley Continental GT speed.
The AMG GT 63 and the McLaren GTS.
And that was that one.

One thing that they did this time with the Grand Sport is they updated the engine.
They moved away from the 6.2 small block V8 until a new 6.7 liter LS V8.
They're calling it the LS6.
They're using the old name, but it's not the old engine.
They say it's some bull crap.
Like it's the sixth generation of the LS motor.
So that's why we called it LS6.
That's like you already got one of them.
Are you going to disconfuse people?
That's not doing that.
Especially when your average demographic is so easily confused.
Absolutely. 100%.
You know how much you disconfuse people.
So it does have more horsepower now.
So it went from 495 to 535 and 520 pounds for the torque.
There was a rumor that it was going to gain a manual transmission that has not made it into reality yet.
But Tremac is developed.
There was a bunch of internet rumors last year that Tremac developed a manual transmission with the exact same bolt pattern and stuff to fit in the Corvette.
But it's not official yet.
We'll see how that works out.
There's not a manual transmission option for a C8 Corvette, right?
Yep. There is not one.
Correct.
Another reason why I would never buy a C8.
Well, we love you too.
That car is just wrong on so many levels.
Why do you have to go to the hate?
I knew it was coming.
You know, given the option to pick a front engine grand sport or this grand sport, I know which one you would pick too.
You do know which one I would pick.
But why would I pick it?
Because you're also old and crotchety.
You just pretend like you're not.
I am a little older than you and less crotchety than you.
The reason I like the C7 over the C8 is because I believe even though the car is technically better in all performance metrics,
you lose something by going to a middling car in Corvette.
And that's a lot of the things, a lot of the practical space.
One of the reasons why Corvettes and 911s and GTRs and M3s were always my favorite cars.
Always some of these other things was even though they were capable of doing all this crazy stuff performance wise, you can live with them every day.
I'm not saying that the Corvette doesn't have some space in it, but in that it doesn't.
You lose the practicality of the C7 just because you moved the engine.
And be honest, that's the biggest reason why I like that car better.
And also it's probably going to cost significantly less.
Yes, definitely going to cost significantly less.
Yeah.
They're claiming that this car is going to be under a hundred K, which had.
So, and the other thing that they did today, which I know you don't know about is well, two other things.
So they're replacing the six to everywhere.
So all the Corvettes now we're going to get at least the six, seven, and then the dad on flat plain crack and then the turbos and stuff.
So the six, two is gone.
And they killed the e-ray.
Kinda.
Which is a mistake, which is a mistake.
And listen, you tell me, look, you tell me if there's not.
In the car world is there anybody that comes anywhere close to being as desperate sounding as Chevrolet.
When they know they're selling to octogenarians, but yet they're replacing all their six twos with six, seven, six, seven.

I didn't even take it at all.

And it's gaining the electric motor from the ZR1X.
So now it has more horsepower now, too.

Why is your, well, maybe it's not.
But I mean, what is your incentive if you're a Corvette buyer or a prospective Corvette buyer?
What's your incentive right now to go buy a standard bone stock Corvette?
Money, $20,000.
You think that makes that big a difference to your average Corvette buyer?
I'm not saying they can't afford it.
What I'm telling you is because I am fastly, I feel like I'm fastly approaching that age demographic.
Spending it and being able to afford it are two different things.
Sure, sure, sure.

I mean, I agree with you.
But I mean, you understand my point.
My point is like, how in the world does Corvette Chevrolet, how do they expect to be successful selling these cars?
If they've now put themselves in a position where the performance is so, the like, the low water mark is so high.

Where's your incentive to just buy a base?
To be honest, I mean, the Grand Sport is essentially a wide-bodied base car with more options as standard features.
And a fractionally more money.
But I mean, it's not substantially, if I'm reading this chart correctly, it's going to be about $15,000 more.
Okay.
You know what else is $15,000 right now?
Everything.
I mean, unfortunately, we live in a world where now $15,000 is not a lot of money.
Correct.
When you're paying $1,000 a month car payments for 762 months.
And when he says you, he is talking about you people because we are not doing that.
We are not doing that.
Not at all.
Neither of us shall do that.
I'm looking at this chart right now on Car and Driver's website.
And they're estimating that Grand Sport should come in at $95,000.
And they're saying that Stingray, the base car 3LT convertible, well, you know what?
I do coop to coop should come out at like 85 grand.
So it's like a $10,000 difference in between it.
I mean, for every dude out there who can get one of these, somebody out there, there is a half a person.
So for every two people, every two people out there that is in a Corvette, there's one person that stretched to get in that vet.
You know what I mean?

So I mean, maybe to be honest, most people will buy the base LT1 and that will be way too much car for them to drive.
I'm starting right there.
So I mean, and then the other thing is to the layperson, they ain't going to be, all they're going to be able to see is Corvette.
They ain't going to know the difference.

The people who listen to this podcast will be able to tell the difference between these cars.
But layperson, they don't know.
All they see is Corvette.

most of those cars, I think the Lucid makes the least amount of
sense on paper to just hand it over to people.
I feel like at least with the Corvette, most of the buyers are probably,
you know, ziplock bagging them in a garage somewhere.
I think I was going to go kind of down that road, but not exactly that.
I was going to say that most people see the Corvette and they know,
hey, I need to respect this, but they just don't understand how much
they need to respect it.
The Lucid just looks like a car.

And then the worst and best part about all of this is
the cars essentially.
