We are a relatively new team and learning right along with you. Our assumption is that you know very little to nothing about the sport but are interested in learning to drive better and eventually maybe even race in a local event of interest. We will cover all forms of racing and hope to be entertaining as well as educational.

GHIT 0411: Adam Owens Rejoins Us For Another Lap Adam Owens is a friend we met a while back and he came on as a relatively newbie racer in our World Famous Racing 101 series two years ago. We catch up with how his racing has been going since then and especially how 2022 has progressed into at least Racing 201 or probably more. Adam has been consistently renting seats in endurance racing with the Boston Whiners and has been getting faster at every race. While most of his racing seat time is in wheel-to-wheel racing, he has also been to several high performance driving events to further refine his driving skill. During this episode, we talk about what he has found to work for him and several of the skills he sees as having helped him on track and several that could be further improved. DwD 0409: Tire Pressure Optimization to Track Conditions On this Dominating with Dawson, we try to go over how to adjust the pressure of your tires when on track and the conditions change. We also get into several of the factors that can impact the absolute tire pressure as well as the relative tire pressure. This is likely another subject that will require several visits, but we hope this would be a good review and potential resource for when your track visit is exceptionally hot, cold, or wet. We often hear several theories of how to adjust the tires under different conditions and try to give a logical method that may allow you to determine if your tire pressure need to be increased of decreased. GHIT 0408: Frank Schwartz – All About B Spec Racing and More Frank Schwartz is a racer and owner of Grass Paddock Motorsports that rents B Spec Honda Fits and Mini Coopers. He is also known online as the stepfather of B Spec racing and seems to be a proud father to be of a potential new class of C Spec racing for the SCCA. Frank seems to always be involved with getting people into the sport of performance driving and racing at a reasonable budget. We ended up talking a great deal about racing in general, the motivations, as well as what you can get out of racing beyond "winning" the race. Kyle Heyer is the lead presenter and commentator for the GridLife series and has worked hosting other series including SRO on live streams and broadcast television. In addition, Kyle is involved with the GridLife team in setting up the time attack series to improve the presentation on the livestream. We recorded prior to the schedule release at PRI so we talk around the schedule and the recently released proposed rules changes.
