We cover just about everything in the APR universe from basic Jetta tunes all the way up to their Lamborghini and R8 offerings. One thing was VERY clear, the APR boys love them some turbochargers. Back in action
We've missed you! It's been a lot of SEMA episodes, but those episodes enable us to give you ear-hole content while taking in a much-needed holiday break. That break is now over, and we're back in the studio talking car stuff (and all the other crap that rambles into our vapid brains).Josh Ostrander joins us in the studio for this episode. Hellwig Products - SEMA 2017
Another in our SEMA series of episode (only 3 more left) Jeff and I welcome Hellwig to the podcast. Hellwig are purveyors of suspension upgrades for a vast array of trucks. While Hellwig has a handle on improving overall street performance they hold an interesting niche in massively improving suspension performance for heavy loads and towing. Dan McNiff has turned into one of my favorite podcast guests over the last few years; Dan is a technical project manager and oversees warrantying all the beautiful upgrades for BMWs (and Minis) at Dinan. It's the longest trip I've done in the Benz to date, and the old Merc handled it like a champ. The HoonTruck comes home after a brief stint in the shop. It's running better, has fresh front glass, and the exhaust outlets are now evenly lined up. Meanwhile, the Benz is about to go under the knife for some suspension fixes.Right now, I'm driving the Chevy Colorado ZR2 so I've got a few things to say about that.
