Steve is one of the original VW builders from Bakersfield Ca. With is shop Volks Works he built / painted & created over a dozen cars that were featured in the mid to late 80's. His knack for customization & paint put the Bakersfield crew on the map. He also with Chris Addington sold custom dashboards, bumpers and more. If it was cool & from Bakersfield Steve probably played a role in it.
