I did not realize that this chair is different than the one in the house. It's much higher back. This is way more comfortable

Oh, which is fine, but I don't tell anybody in the house that no, I ordered two new lazy boys for the house

For the gaming chairs, you know, it's funny. You say that because I've been I have no place to put one

And I don't think my wife would let me but I've been like I'm like I feel like I'm at the age where I need a lazy boy

Like wasn't my idea. I want a new I want something with pockets and you know

I don't need one with like a toilet built-in or anything. That's just

You know, well one of the things I was bothered by is you can't find reclining chairs

Even though they're power with heated seats, okay, can but they're like massaging and all that and all I want is heat

Couldn't find that which is annoying, but whatever

No, it's not my idea. We both are obviously very heavy gamers at this point PC gamers. And so the ideal

Chair for gaming is a recliner a big thick heavy recliner that can hold your weight for several hours

Okay, so we got two new lazy boys present this day sale again, not the gamer

But it's funny because I think within a year there are two games that I will be playing obviously the new forza

Oh, yeah, cannot ever, you know, I cannot wait and then

Some in the next nine years will get Grand Theft Auto 6. So right. Yeah. Yeah

Maybe by 2030 or I doubt it right as the world ends. That is not the point of Grand Theft Auto is that the world ends, you know, I

Don't know. Yeah, but congratulations to Megan and her team at Forza all of her for four

I want to give a shout out to Megan not we in our group chat. We don't talk about games

But obviously we are car people and that woman is is is a is a safe like oh, yeah, she's tight-lipped on that

Yeah, yeah, she sent us a thing the day it came out. Obviously. Yeah, like this is coming out and I was like

It's like I didn't even think to ask like I know she works there, but I never I'm not a gamer

I'm not like hey not that she would ever but I'm saying like it's there's things

I don't ask about course one of those things. Yeah, like even isn't employee. I'm like, I guess you just don't ask about that

Use food in the hallway at hotels

So I was doing a little bit of research

I mean people were asking why all of a sudden Washington State is the gas going up so expensive

And it's because of the gas holes that are running this. Oh wait, that's the wrong reason. No

Partially partially the refineries in this area in California are switching over to summer gas and that is a thing

Summer gas by definition is is a type of gasoline that is produced with a lower read vapor pressure to reduce

Evaporation basically it's a gas that when it sits in your gas tank and your car sitting in the sun

It's not going to evaporate as much which is a thing it costs about 15 cents more a gallon to produce

Therefore you will start so as we're as we're transitioning into spring and summer. We're gonna be seeing that so

Hopefully these prices will raise and then they will

Level out. Yeah, so it's not just a man pricing obviously you look around the country

That's gonna happen to it happens here in California at places first

It happens in the states where the refineries are and then it works its way into the United States

So even though like places like Idaho and things like that you're seeing gas under $2

Some in the $2. Yeah weird wonder what's different

Life mysteries. We're not a political show

We walk a very thin line

Yeah, so

That's that's the reason why all of a sudden like the last week two weeks

You've seen gas prices go up again that we're starting to see those things those types of gas on the market

That's a very good Carter tip. I didn't I was not even aware summer gas existed

I didn't either and like I said, I was in some of the forums and we were talking

I was actually in the Ranger Raptor forum and everybody was bitching about their mileage and the fact that gas was now going through

The roof and I was like I wonder why and I went and looked in so as as the refineries are trend

And there's a bunch of stuff that the refinery has to do to transition to beat to make summer gas

So apparently they're they're doing that now. So that's part of it. Yeah, interesting. Yeah

Winter blend so that the gas station switch to winter blends and on September 15th to late April

So we're starting to but they're transitioning and and starting to make the gas

So therefore prices are going up. So, yeah, well, that's always fun more gas prices, right?

Right as we return to office. I just yeah. Oh, that's right. I forgot about that. Yeah. Yeah

I might be shopping for a commuter here pretty soon. Are you? Yeah, I have no idea. I'm probably probably I don't know

I do have some idea. Yeah. Yeah, I said, I like the idea of a GTI because I want something that's still fun to drive

I also might look at the used electric market since the prices are just in the floor and I've almost free charging at work

If not free some days

Okay, so there's a there's an incentive there that I don't want it for anything else

And so if I have to go to the office

Then I basically don't have that fuel and just to give a little perspective of those of us that aren't in Washington State

A lot of us we live in the area with Microsoft Microsoft is doing return to office a couple days a week

So this is a big conversation in our area because oh, yeah, a lot of people haven't seen their office in years

Yeah, we all have new offices new spaces. Yeah, and there's about 50,000 people returning to work

Wow, it will be great for the environment and traffic. Yeah, why don't you grinning like it's a joke?

It's gonna be awesome. So okay commuter car obviously in your past life when you were doing some things

You had a like a Toyota Corolla or something like that. You put a ton of miles on

Bunch of Corollas that I just drove the living piss out of and they're the most boring cars to ever exist

There's just yeah, but it does the job. Exactly. Yeah, it was and I always said well, I was in another car

I had to see 606 at the time. I had s2000s, you know other stuff arc 7

You know, I always had like a little Corolla and or a small Japanese commuter

And they worked fantastic

Cannot say enough good things about them for being the most functional vehicle ever owned

Cannot say any good things about them for being anything other than that. Okay. I mean, they were built for that purpose. Right exactly

Great first car anybody's looking for one if you can find a good cheap Corolla the

2006 till like 2013 that era four speed auto boring as hell, but power windows abs

You know got all the good airbags. Yeah, I was gonna say you you'll survive a crash if somebody in a

Raptor hit you so right. Yeah. Yeah, totally. Okay, or if a drunk person in a full-size truck hits you

Well, I'm dead stopped at a stoplight and they're doing 45 miles. That's a very exact example there, mr. Putnam

This is a this is a side thing because you grew up in Arlington, right?

Kate's birthday is a week from is on the 7th. Oh nice. I mean that's what we're doing on the day on the day

She wants to go to Arlington hardware for their first Saturday show. I just find that

And and my dad's so excited because he wants to go because there's a popcorn maker

I know that's off subject, but it made me think of it. So yeah, my dad used to take me to that popcorn maker

Almost every Saturday and we would go get free popcorn and he would get like a load of lumber or parts for a side job

If you're in this area, uh the first Saturday in Arlington hardware, it's a it's an event. Yeah, it is. Yeah, it's it go up

It's fun. I mean they they serve popcorn. It's a it's an old school hardware store kind of thing

I I know this is very off topic, but it just made me think of that

It's a great little drive destination. You have a lot of drives that go up your Arlington and if you headed that way

Just stop in there. I don't know even if it's not an event. It's just a fun place to stop into it's

There's not a lot going on in Arlington. There's the casino and there's a Costco and that's kind of it

I guess the Albin mall is not far in Marysville, but true but in downtown Arlington

There's not much there at all, but there aren't anything hardware is a great little spot. Yeah. It's a nice little town still

Yeah, well great Carter tip. I want to follow up on something we were talking about and that is

Turbo heat blankets. Yeah, it's partially right. I thought it would be something sort of ceramic

And so the outer shell interesting enough we're going to talk about this a little bit too

outer shell basalt lava rock

fiber

silicone coated fiberglass or carbon fiber for durability

That's the outer shell the inner insulation

Calcium magnesium silicate cms wool not actual wool, but calcium magnesium silicate wool or ceramic insulation

Uh capable of withstanding direct heat above 1500 degrees

And so this is just all stuff that used to be on fire under their surface

Yes, that has come up and the the idea that we can make fibers from rocks. Okay. Yeah crush it into a

Powder then sandwich it between the blankets

Interesting structure is stainless steel mesh rivets and high-temperature Kevlar thread

And those are used to retain the exhaust heat. It reduces turbo lag

It protects the surrounding components. That's actually the biggest thing if you have a if you ever do a turbo swap

So she'd do a single turbo swap on our jdm car

You will want one of these

Heat soaks, yeah

They make a huge difference almost a necessity those things get so hot in there

They will toast whatever's on that side of the engine bay

Mine I found out in the arc seven

Gretty or g ready whatever you want to call it kit and mine single turbo with a hybrid

It's gretty. Is it not? Yeah, capital g capital r though. Oh

You ready? Oh, yeah

I've been staring at that for years. Okay. Yeah, I could be wrong. Everybody says gretty, but mine got so hot that it actually

Would boil the coolant in the engine and it was actually not the turbo

It wasn't it was this heat soak from the turbo to the engine

I had a custom manifold on it

But it was close enough to the rotary housings that that heat soak was so hot on that side

It would boil the coolant

Okay, and so I had a really weird coolant issue that I had to put a heat blanket on mine for

Interesting, okay, but yeah, um, and that's sort of funny basalt lava rock fiber. So this is a well known

Super old school. So when you see people doing that that fire walking. Oh, you're gonna debunk this

So just so people know when you see that stupid stuff

People go on their little spiritual journey and they go fire walking on the lava rock. It's all bullshit

Um, that stuff doesn't conduct heat. That's why they use it

And so those rocks really never get above at most 100 degrees

So they're hot, but they're not gonna like burn and blister your feet unless you stand in one spot and push through them

Down to the actual coals underneath them

So this is like grabbing aluminum foil when it comes out of the oven it loses its heat instantaneously. Yeah, exactly

Yeah, it doesn't allow it to transfer. Okay, same thing. So that's that's what's going on with that

It's one of the oldest scams in the book. They, you know, literally and so that's that's exactly how they do it

They put lava rock on top of the coals so that it like, you know, who you're fire walking. Yeah, whatever. Just you're dumb

I just used to see this stuff and I was like, that's stupid when I was a little kid

I remember seeing I was like, that's stupid. There's a reason that happens because physics. Yeah, you can't beat

Thermal transfer like it's heat like you if you step on it, it burns you there's just no

It's just the image of a little damn putt in them sitting there going this is wrong

It's my obsession with how things like that's great. That doesn't make any sense. Okay. I am the biggest skeptic you'll ever meet

Um, I know you're gonna be sad

But lamborghini has announced that they're cancelling the lazador lazador, which is their full ev

Because evies aren't emotional enough

Lamborghini the the the company of bright colors and fast cars and loud cars

Doesn't believe electric cars fully electric cars are emotional enough weird weird. Yeah, I can't believe they came to that conclusion

For a company that's known for how long

I mean to be fair

To be fair and to I mean as much as we love to poke fun at them and they deserve it to an extent because they tried to sell this bullshit thing

They were all of these companies at at a time. We're going to talk about lamborghini

We're talking about the world all the companies were going to be forced into electric

That was the thing like by I think it was Europe was like by 2030

Some places it was even sooner than that then it was 2035 then it was oh wait. Nobody wants any of these so we won't do it

But there was a reason they all went down this development path

It wasn't because they were trying to save the planet. That's that's not how capitalism works

It was it was obvious to all of us

Because we don't run car companies. So we know we're talking about that's a joke by the way

But

But it was obvious. It's not a joke. It's sort of there's some things though that you just kind of have to go really

Yeah, and now Porsche is doing the same thing like everybody's rolling back on this

Like Ferrari still hasn't revealed their all electric car that nobody wants. I don't know. There's some mixed opinions on that people are

Actually, some people actually like the interior

It's fine. I it just does it doesn't represent Ferrari to me. You know what it meant represented to me

A basic fiat. That's the entity when I looked at that. I was like, oh, that's a really well designed fiat 500 interior for the next gen 500

It nothing about it screened premium Ferrari

You know, I was watching anyway

I was this to this point though this because this is europe

I was watching a video and they were talking they were in monaco and they were talking about

They were looking at a 430 scud and somebody was saying this is when Ferrari

Wasn't mandated by all the european crap coming down, you know

Back when the scut the 430 the scud things like that those cars were meant to be fast

They didn't care about emissions and then they got into the turbos and the and the evs and stuff

Which is fine. Yes at the sx 90s a great car

Um, I said, I love seeing the hybrid technology applied for power

But europe has has dictated all of this stuff and that's why we're seeing that

Um, and you know, frary doesn't make the the classic screaming v8s anymore and you know, which is which is really sad

Yeah, yeah, I'll be interested to see how well the new temerario does for lamborckini. Um

I will be really curious to see

With all of the emissions rollback in the us

If companies like ferrari and Lamborghini who have huge customer bases here. Yeah shift to that

Yeah, they're gonna go. I mean somebody somebody to build cars just for america. Yeah

But it would be worth it because if think of it this way ferrari comes out today and says we're gonna build

500 v12s

Nothing added to them. They're just v12s. They're flat plane cranks

They've got high flow cats the shoot fire

They sound insane. Sorry. I'm trying to get my wallet out. Yeah. Yeah, and we're gonna throw a manual transmission at them

We're not gonna do any record breaking. We don't get a crap if how well they do on the track

So my kidneys we're just gonna drive it. Yeah, those would sell out and they're gonna be like and they're only for the us market

They would sell out instantly at seven figures

Instantly and they wouldn't even have to do anything new. They'd be like, we're just gonna re-body the enzo again. Have a good have at it

They would have gone in a harp instantly. I agree and I think every collector on the planet would be like

Fighting over it. Just take my money

And I don't yeah that opportunity is there now

I hope so

Like when's Lamborghini gonna roll back and realize that we've we've reached a performance peak

Like we said the zero one beat everything the zero one x is coming up. It's probably gonna be even faster

And so they're out people are taking delivery of those. Yeah, but I mean saying they've they won car and drivers one lap

Not the car and driver. What's their call? It's not the one lap of america

It was their fastest lap basically where they do what's the fastest car overall and it's the zero one

Everything beat everything

So the zero one x is out at a point. I think we've come to the point where it doesn't matter

Or it's like, okay, cool. I've got the fastest thing on the planet neat, you know

You know how fast I can get the qfc

Right, it's like, you know, it's like we were talking about with bikes in the last episode

Miata's are still fun to drive. Yep

Uh, slow cars are fun to drive fast. So it's like, okay, you get to a break over point where that return is just not really there

It's cool to brag about and it's fun to feel don't be wrong

I could say you're driven a model plaid. Do you know how fun it is to have all that power?

Well, what do you get we we have

We have reached the stupidity level what the point is. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. We've said this before where

Really rich stupid people can buy cars. They don't know how to drive

Well, and really poor people can buy cars now. They don't know how to drive. Well, but I'm saying like

Somebody that has done successful in their in their life has done successful, but obviously

So we're clear. I'm not this person. Well, I'm just saying like look at look at

Sorry, I mean interrupt, but you're like the zeal one for example amazing car the zero six

This is the c the c seven zero six. I can't drive the car those limits

I've got a lot of time in a car. There's I will never be that fast

Most of us won't so we've already reached the point where they think you can buy all these cars have way more power than you need

And we'll kill you faster than that you will be. Yeah, that's my point. Should there be a test

There's some more vehicles selling Camaros to brian. I know so you put that out there by the way congrats again brian

Absolutely beautiful love the red the zeal one is gorgeous. I'm glad you got another one

But I'm just saying like I think there's a I think there's a whole new market for cars

Or say hey, we're just gonna sell you the most fun thing we can't it's not gonna be the fastest thing in the world

It doesn't matter just go drive it. You'll have a great time. And that's where I think that we're at this

There's an opportunity knocking at the door for these big

Exotic manufacturers to come out and throw another, you know

A displacement manual in a car and she'd be like, yeah, this year. I want to smoke it. We don't care

Go ahead. Go drive it. You'll be way cooler and they're right

I think you're still gonna have some safety regulations, but I think you're all right safety. Yeah, I mean, yeah like

But I mean like the yard all the like I keep making you know

Ferrari comes up and throws all analog instrumentation into a car

Puts in with the most basic stupid bluetooth only stereo with no nav a manual transmission

A v12 or even a v8 again a 430 scud

A new one though. Yeah, so I understand. Yeah

I think there's a huge market for that and I think that market is even getting stronger. It's not weakening

I I have to say that you know and I've watched this progression

Ever since you had your day driving that roma or whatever with that that that stupid feedback

Steering wheel it it really affected you on on the type of electronics that should be in cars

Uh, it's certain like I love all the electronics on my truck. No, but I'm saying that

Yeah, you came back to that and it was speaking of secrets and and and you were when you finally talked about that

It's the one thing you brought up is it was that stupid steering wheel and it's funny because ferrari went out and fixed it

Right. Yeah, probably because you're you're me and everybody else have the same idea touch controls on a steering wheel

Yeah, um, but I just think that market is actually growing. I don't think it's decreasing

I think it's increasing because people are getting into this point where

They don't need all the power

They don't even want it. They don't care. They just want a car. That's really awesome to drive

I mean the Porsche has figured this out for years. That's why Porsche still makes manual 911s. I mean

They're they're just great cars to drive

You don't have to have you don't have to have the turbo s if you have a career 4s, for example in washington

You have the perfect sports car for here

Riot to drive tons of torque

You don't need to spend the 300 000 dollars on a turbo s to get and just an insanely good driving experience

And even better if you get a gt4 rs or even just a gt4

You know, I was talking to Kate about this and we we have the conversation because she's always like well

What's what's your car right now? What would you have?

And again, haven't driven one if anybody has one love to is the gt3 rs

I I have so I am so in love with that car. Oh, yeah

And I know that it would not do

The things I want it to do as far as drive me to the store and things like that

It would drive me nuts to do that, but I still want one

I've not driven a new gt3 rs. I'm talking about the new 99

991 991. Yeah, or 992. I guess it is. Yeah

I'm horrible. I I could be staring at the poster that explains it and I would still 1.2 or 992

I know let alone the new gt2

RS that's coming out. Well, the new gt3 rs is twin turbo now. Yeah, um

Which is interesting because gt3 rs has always been naturally aspirated. I'm sure it'll be great

Um, I don't like the additional weight, but that's just inevitable, but I hope

Like I said Porsche's figured this out. I want to see more manufacturers doing it doing it and I think those

Gates have been opened because all that hybrid stuff was off to meet emissions going forward

It's in Porsche has done it right by doing it well with meeting emissions and making a ton of power at it

But I don't know. There's there's an analog market and the analog market amongst drivers. I'm hearing more and more

They want more of it. Save the manual. Save the manual. Yeah, exactly. Even if it's not a manual just that

you know, I still think about

with speaking of nostalgia

versus

Different time that's these c606 with the 427 and the six speed no rev matching

Such a great car

Still the best bargain. I think you can get out there is a c606 the c7 is a better car. Don't get me wrong

But if you want all manual all motor

Barely any driver's aids is the c606. I think I would even be happy with like that

Obviously, this is a big big ask that new transmission from the new conix egg

That's manual and automatic so you can still shift it cool

But it it's technically you're not really shifting things the car is still doing it

I mean, you're telling what gear to be in but there's no cables attached like you're not actually shifting it

Give me the sensation that I'm shifting. I guess that's the well. Yeah, and conix like anybody's gonna pull it off. So

Nice totally safe. We were on an empty road like I was sitting there waiting to pick the dog up

These around here people drive their cars rain shine, but this was just like I was for some reason

Um, and then Nathan months brought up a topic on the facebook post that you posted today, which I think you spot on

Uh in and I remember it vaguely because we're old

When japanese cars

There's huge resistance to them. Oh, well that that was a whole movie. That was more that was more of a resistance to the things that happened during the war

but

Well the resistance to the small commuter cars agree and things like that and that they were bringing in and they were high quality

um, yeah whole movie about it gung ho with michael keaton

um

Fantastic movie by the way if you rewatch it. It's really good. Never seen it. You never seen it. No. Oh, it's a great movie gung ho. Okay

Yeah, anyway, uh, like big trouble little china. I love that movie

But no, he's right. Uh, the bikes are doing it first. I think it's a it's a much easier market for them to break into

Motorcycles in case

He hasn't realized a big reason. They're so popular is their cheap speed

And I can't tell you how many bikes I sold

To military guys getting that check when they didn't want to spend

60 70 000 like their coat looks, you know, some of their

Their other guys in the service were they would buy motorcycles because they were a lot cheaper

They could save some of the money and saw some fun more part gun. Yeah

Top gun but also like hey, I don't want to go spend

Everything and more, you know, give myself a 25 interest rate on this new challenger

So i'm gonna buy a r1. Yeah for 10 grand, you know, and this is this is a great market. Anyway cheap speed

So motorcycles are a great spot for this. Um

I think we're gonna see the same thing in the cars. I think we're going through the same thing

We did with japanese cars in the 70s and 80s

Once they get here, they will be here and they will be a huge chunk of the market

Uh, we have a very different relationship with china than we do in japan and

This could go either way

There's my hopeful side is is that strengthens that relationship. We find some common ground

We get a better relationship lobby lobbyist wise

I don't see it happening that soon because the american car companies don't want them here because they know what will happen

Yeah, i'm thinking the only way for chinese cars to survive is to build them here

And that is a very real possibility. It would open up a ton of jobs. I think it would be

Here china owns a bunch of land here. It'd be pretty easy. That's true. Yeah, get rid of the farms. Yeah get some car manufacturing in, you know

You know, it's a

I'm curious to see how this plays out. I don't know how it's gonna go. It's too early to predict it

But if competitions good for the market, but I have a feeling a lot if a lot of those came in here

They would dominate the market. I don't think they can build them cheap enough here

No, but i'm saying like if they got here

Like you look at you look at what was the one that uh, the ceo farley was was driving

Yeah, and I mean and he was praising it. Yeah, so I credit for him to do it for doing that

I'm really curious to see how it goes though. And I think nathan's right

It's gonna be the same kind of thing once those break hold in canada and they will

That'll be the test bed because I mean 90 of canada is within 10 miles of the border

Obviously our relationship like you said with china is not as good as our relationship with japan

Fast and furious i'm gonna admit has been dead for

probably six movies now

Back back when you know stealing dvd players and things like that. We need a new automotive franchise

I'd be curious to see what people would think about that like obviously fast and furious kind of came out of nowhere

I mean if you were a fan of of the the the tuner the market and things like that, um, you kind of saw it coming

but I think there's

There's something there. They've tried, you know, like red line was horrible. Um, right up to an eddie griffon crashed a real ferrari

Um, the anime is fantastic. So what there's an anime called red line

It's all hand drawn. Oh, okay

Artistically speaking it's incredible. Oh, okay. Interesting. All right. I'm just saying I I need something to pull me back into that

Automotive genre. We talked about that a while ago. We need another good car movie

There hasn't been a good car movie or a movie with a hero car in a while

There's been some good attempts baby driver was a fun watch for that sti watching that thing and throw that around

There's been some good stuff, but we need a good car movie again bullet

Stuff like that. Yeah

I don't I don't I don't make movies and I don't know what people are buying

But I I would like to go I want to see hollywood come back. I'd like to see some good stuff come out. Yeah

You know, uh, if anybody's down in that area, especially one of our avance partners, you know

I'd love to see some photos from that. I think that'd be amazing that obviously the car culture in in california

I'm a big enthusiast of it. It's the state that it happens in that. I'm not an enthusiast of but other than that, you know

I I don't think there's anything better than the car culture in and in especially

The tuner culture in california. So yeah, that's taken down. That's taken place at willow springs. Which would be awesome. Um

I would love to go to south california more events. I went to the uh, the singer event, which is really cool

It's nice to meet some sunshine too

And we've got a lot of events coming up down there. We still need to go ride the rubicon on the monkeys

So i've been talking about that. So I shout out to our friends at uh snail trail four four podcast and um

They I've pitched it their way to see because they've done the rubicon

I don't know how many times dozens. Yeah, it's like us doing the wabder for them

But that's you know, but the rubicon's like a seven eight and the wabder's like a two

So it's a bit of a difference, but if anybody knows the trail, it's those guys

And so i'm hoping they will give me some real feedback. I told them it's like hey look before you think we're crazy, you know, we've done

You know

We are first of all, we are we are yeah, but you know, it's more about

Are there way around boulders that we would high center on that's really all there is to it

So

Oh now am I walking my bike through this is what you're yeah, okay

Yeah, it's like do I have to walk it up this some of the hills because it

Steep isn't really a big deal

Down those boulders. Yeah, it's just the boulders like if you have to boulder hop like you do in some four by four trails

That can be really difficult

But you're also talking like do you have a body width your shoulder if your shoulders can fit through it

You can ride through it because you're only doing like a mile an hour

And shift yeah, yeah, so hopefully

That'd be a good way to work on some of my my motorcycle control as far as getting the front end to come up and things like that and slow

Yeah, yeah, yeah, so

I'm I'm itching. I need I need to do some riding. Like I said, we're gonna

Do a couple of drives rides this year. I've got some ideas

I want to I want to do and we I will make them public for people that have

Small bikes and stuff like that, but we're we want to do a couple of little things

I got to get everything figured out but

I'd love to go out to the islands, you know or the peninsula

Yeah, I think that'd be fun and I want to get on some dirt again

Even if we're just doing section three or something like that

You know, I'd also like to go up to section four and find my GoPro four years later, but yeah

Make a good summer trip in the jungle. Yeah. So yeah, no, I want to I want to get back over to Idaho more than anything

Yeah, I mean so much more exploring

I yeah, I'm I think I think there's a trip to moab

Next year that I want to do but I think I want to take my parents

Good plan. So

Yeah, we'll see

But I obviously take the monkey with me, but

My god, I it's it's weird. I

Have traveled a ton, but I I was so bit by that Utah bug. Yeah

It's it's it's it's not a world calling and I don't I don't quite understand it

Like I was talking to Kate about that. I said, I don't know what

Makes me want to be like, oh

I've got two more days. I got two days off. I think I'll just drive down there kind of thing

Like it's I've not I've never really been that person where I'm kind of a planner. I'm like, oh, let's just go

So

It's easy to go down there and not have a plan though because there's so much

Opportunity to you and it's so low maintenance. It's not like you got to go down there and have to have reservations and tickets and book

Things you can like any hotel do the first thing that's called to me. I don't it's you know, trust me

I understand completely. Yeah, I understand Moana now

The sea called to her. Um, well, I've calls to me. Yeah. Yeah

Well, that's a that's a great closing question for the audience. Is there a place outside of moab

Yeah, that calls to you what calls to you. Yeah. Yeah, is there a place that you're like, I have to go back to this place

That's automotive related. I don't mean like you go there because it's your favorite nudist colony

I mean, do you go down there and you're like, this is the place that could be automotive related

It could be okay like tale of the drag. I'm talking place like tail dragon you go to yeah

I mean some of the best, you know, all the driving roads in america. Um

Yeah, I feel like why I feel like most of them are going to be in the southwest. Uh, colorado is another big one for me

I love driving through colorado colorado is so beautiful

And you and I think it's sort of the same thing though

Just like moab in in utah in general

There's so many great driving roads that aren't crowded in color in colorado because in that section of

Western colorado eastern utah

Even I mean, there's not many roads per se in wyoming

But that same kind of strip even northern new mexico, arizona

There's a lot of paved roads. They don't get severe weather like we do the snow. They get in colorado is dry

Remember that it doesn't hammer the roads like we get over here. They get ice, but it doesn't

Quickly destroy the roads like ours. It's very different

So you and all these side roads that just go beautiful places

And they're just not a lot of traffic the parks for sure

but
