The final installment of listener questions brings a lively discussion among Matty J and his guests, including car updates and personal anecdotes. The crew shares experiences of unconventional driving routes and the challenges faced on the road, such as navigating unexpected dirt paths and traffic mishaps. They also debate the merits of mechanic stickers on cars, with differing opinions on their value. The episode wraps up with a quiz covering automotive trivia, showcasing the hosts' knowledge and friendly competition.
On this final episode of a 3 part series of listener questions, Matty is joined by Alam, Ed, Adrian, Tyron, Scotty and David as they discuss their latest updates, Ed gets mad about stickers and Adrian takes his M3 off roading. They then answer listener questions and battle it out in a very close quiz.

Does professional idiot. Drive.
With alum and Tyrone, and online with the lovely.
Mr. David Prince, and the lovely as well.
Mr. Edward bunting. How are you guys?
I was waiting to see. You said that because you ended
you know and the Bunting and the button.
How are we gentlemen? What's happening tonight is the
final part of our three-part question are from our viewers of, you know, their questions to to ask the way the way answering. So we're going to finish them
off today but let's get into some car updates and some updates with your cells. Let's start off with with you.
Adrian what's happening in your world?
Anything new? Yeah.
Mass I'm out the leather disco. There are sore today for the
first time. Yeah, that's gonna say you'd
actually decided to come down here.
Happy. Yeah.
But ya know, it drives there's some anything.
So is a been reliable Santa Monica?
Yeah. It is actually one of the more
reliable vehicles of had, which is surprising.
It's something, isn't it? Yeah, I reckon gosh.
Yeah. Yeah, it's terrible though.
No, because of where I work. I now have access to a lot of
parts and I started buying parts before I knew it was going to work at this place and now I can buy the same Parts, but better quality. Yeah, I'm doubling down the
Adrienne. And Paul, I love them because
you're all this paycheck. Go straight back into parts.
So I'm not even gonna say nothing kind He's doing arm, he's doing God's work for a hobby, that's why I'm there but very very good left and the M3 diff still waiting on right back in. Just there stays there back
there, it's a nice yard ornament as I was two or three years ago.
Yes, Move on to Alum updates with your so you got the STI out there. Yes.
I have a good Mentor. I want to see it.
I think he's seen it. The entire what nearly three
years of rounded and just so, you know, I don't really do that. Often a tournament request.
Has had to honor it and just yeah, the last few days while took for drug before refresh control, you know, to go for another ride, it's nice to get something with.
Um, Power and, you know, good handling once in a while because, you know, the the MX-5 is not supposed to be a week, and the D-Max is just a big boat.
So, having having something nicely powerful, nicely Tokyo's quiz, quite nice. You've been staying away from
the support of drive-thrus. I hope I have.
But and you know, I got myself into a bumper to bumper traffic situation on here for you, on the way here and I was nerve-racking because the guy behind me was in a smashed-up falcon, so included care. And I was looking for Sir, we
are as one of my kind of big fee is almost.
It's like stand behind me, half the time in stop-start traffic, just to make sure the person from behind me, doesn't come in.
Now, give me a bit of a crunch. How many guys have you done the
WRX? Now it's nearly 14,000 which is
rather funny because the D-Max, which is much, much newer is also getting close to 14,000. I think it's it just clocked
over 13,000 yesterday. Wow, very good.
Well, it's pretty guys. No, no definitely.
And yeah, I don't mind that I have lo que se, but I do want to have some cases. You don't want just saying that.
Yeah, that's just an answer. Which one?
Unless I technically car related news, I have been uploading some cutoff videos to the YouTube channel.
We're at I think, 54 episodes now, And we have a new intro, new address off of mode, the freshest videos.
So if it wants to have more visual aggressiveness just a big old thumbnail for most of the show, you know, I know a lot of you just like to throw things on YouTube or when they want to answer the First on YouTube as well.
Now actively the yeah, we're on boots official as have about 350 something, obsessed, upload it just, Just the same old.
I think just a little cosmetic stuff actually, just before I got here, I went and picked up. A, what about a protector?
Cut one, pretty cheap. 50 bucks, it was for you wanted a tea for
it, but total 50, and they wanted 60s and not 50.
They said if you come get it tonight, I'll have like it went up. There was in the packet hasn't
been used, all right? Yeah, it's it's not clear once
attended one, so yeah. Yeah, it's in the back of the
car is currently and yeah I think that's it was about its new thinking about the exhaust, right?
Yeah. All right yeah that's in the
making exhaust on phone so just take it to him not the full thing and I'm going to do the full thing currently so they could be a turbo in the making as well.
So I do And do the full exhaust and I gotta do it again.
Tell you what, I'll sell you a gas motor.
So, so, yeah, they play the spec is what I'm hearing?
Yeah, yeah. A little bit, my, my people, how
to use, what we still have its moments.
Yeah. Buddha, beginning, just
withdrawal. That's why we keep doing the
whole time. Nah, just do what you got to do
on it. David EZ invoice immediately.
Likely plan. Today's, so you have to pull
over and affected other words, it's not official people people.
Now, that was nothing really too exciting to do a few things.
Like It up in the in there so just got to find time.
Sounds good. Well, sir, make that happen and
we also joined by the one and only Scotty, do how I just got.
Oh yeah, I'm doing okay. How's everyone else?
Good. Then we're off to cop dates.
What's your updates happening? Not much of a car update this
weekend went away before my birthday on Saturday.
Thank you. How old are you?
31 36, big. Huh.
Yeah probably and we went up to we.
What's up you in his field stuck in my head and I had a nice time. Nice weekend away up there and
showed you some photos of the places that I went to do.
You caused that earthquake the other day?
Sentinel son could have been me if I didn't wake up from it.
It was Tyrone in the Falcons dropped, us in Luke are firing out that era because he's not scarred speaking.
Look, he's decided not to sell his cc3, he's going to hang on to it because you, because you have your, I'm like, oh my God.
Okay. More civil than the F6 on my
kids. Just a little bit that I want to
run their sleep. Yeah.
Anyway, really earthquake. Scotty, the earthquake you from
your, in the town. Did you did you like like
dropper tool on the 31? And anyway, yes, me just
swearing away something that's not working.
It just reminds me that episode of The Simpsons when home a lot.
Was he stubbed his toe, Tommy? You see it all of the birds and
doves just fly away and everything Escape.
Goes off David their friends. Like yeah, very good.
Scotty. Very good mr.
David Prince. I picked up the stroke the city
on said, they picked it up from where it's been sitting having some work done on it so it's going to timing belt.
Let's go to new m-seal and it's got all your fluids in your transmission fluid. All that sort of thing drives
very sweetly, I've just got to sort, there's a couple plasticy little vibration, he rattles which annoy me so just go sub those out. And just something about the
audio. Managed a there's a radio in
it's appalling or doesn't really work at all.
So you do have beautiful. What is it?
Elevens, living 21c STEEZ. Fury, you know, or even way that
you get to listen to some bombs that mr.
Prince, if you do want a new stereo, put in I I know a guy.
Brilliant happy to help more than thanks mate and also Picked up the cabbie for the 1,500 Civic, which was a guy in the club offered to rebuild for me while I was away, which was really when I returned, so that was brilliant.
So I'm just going to come pick up some vacu.
Vacuum lines recommends, this replacing all the vacuum Lawns wallets off sort of thing just to be sure.
So when I get a chance, the next couple weekends on fiddle around with it and get that up and running again.
So and then the, the Woody Wagon, we'll be on the road.
Again, so let me go somewhere, you gotta take that.
The next Cars & Coffee because it's such a cool, cool car.
I think, I think it would think would be well-received to be fun to take a pee. Absolutely.
It turned a lot of heads, that's for sure.
And in the words of the kids they break necks is what it was.
What we'll do it would bunting. Well, I, when is the next cars
and copywriting, we just had one, didn't we?
So the next time you're wild is it was one about A month ago, I think. Yeah.
In July, maybe. What have I been doing?
Oh, I nothing. Hmm.
Yeah, cause you kind of write her own.
It's kind of nothing. I did drive the Moke on Saturday
because I wanted to tighten this bolt and I didn't have the right socket with the Bendy bit on it. My friend Alex had that so I
thought I'll just drive it to his house.
Yeah because now I fix the alternator in it the other week so I enjoyed that it was freezing.
My beanie on, but my God was fun.
I loved it. Probably type Del up down.
Oh, absolutely. And then, I mean, top top, top
down in that car is kind of this evening.
Yeah, it's not like top up, your all snug like the MX-5, the MX-5 is a bit refined for me. I've decided I don't like is
really where I met Tom's, I get it, what else, what else?
What else? The Lance has been assessed for
Roadie. It AIDS as well as all the stuff
I did. Initially it needs to.
What was that? Those Caster bushes or
something. So the doing that this week,
that's underway as we speak, what else have I done?
I went to Camp will Market on Sunday morning and bought a couple of little model cars and also inherited some model cars from David prints from his recent trip which was very nice nap. I've now got three to Rago Hot
Wheel models Brown, though the baiji one, the blue one is, sorry, the still one and the Maroni one.
I think that's what they do. I don't know if they do exactly.
Thanks. Well, full set of those other
than that car wise. No, nothing.
I'm driving. I drove the 300 coop for about a
week. I've and that's got squeaky
brakes, which have annoyed me for a while.
It's not that they're worn out there, just the backs are really squeaky, I need to get something done without them.
Just just take the pad, take the pads off, put a bit of copper grease behind it and put back on and I should, I should sort, you know. Another help me do that.
Josh just take the black calipers off and just you only need funds, you're saying put the copper grease on the the actual. So if you stop, then you stop,
you know, I had a customer customer that came into work once and he had this mess, the 66 and and the front brakes, which we just really like, I've replaced the color.
Of Don Quixote's changed everything.
He's like I've had an awesome sound like a and I don't like about over breaks like I'm like because fine he's like you just keep squeaking anyway and he's like, he's in a customer in the same the stores. Like exactly.
My are, you know, just put WD-40 will overwhelm.
I'm like, no, don't do that. That's a quick way to meet your
maker. So don't do that please.
Anyway, he proceeded to to be unsure and is Walked out of the store so I'm basically your simple near the parking lot, just bear. Yeah but I have seen ghosts in
Exodus in there in that car by could go and Annie L Falcon reversed into a into a r129 SL a really nice one way.
I want to well they're kind of like back into each other.
It was kind of like a back into but each other kind of thing and they kind of looked at each other just did that like hands up in the air and I was like, well yeah, I guess your boat.
You're both kind of a for Mia. Um, very well.
That's that's oh yeah, all done with your cars, mr.
Mr. Bob yeah. I don't think there's anything
else. Exciting.
It's almost lie down back into diesel.
Now the brakes don't squeak in The Little Mermaid diesel.
So I'll drive that for a bit. I've got to go to a winery on
Saturday. So to rago's being requested, to
take eight people, so that will come in handy.
So, you know, I'm really just musical cars at the moment but nothing too exciting. What about Matthew?
Nothing. Absolutely nothing on my.
The fiesta is going in for its first service on Friday.
It's a year to the day since I picked it up.
So I thought that was, that was pretty cool.
So it's got the are going to be there at about 7:00 and they'll give me a loan car and I'll go to work and pick up after work.
So so its first and hasn't even done like the the early amount of case yet. So I'm still has it done that
car or thousand for what? The service G is does more than
a Lanka has done in three years. Yeah.
It's, it's either 7,500 or 15,000 or 12 months.
So, so, it's the recommended is 15, but they say they put in the pin. The book, a 75, like a halfway
points for an oil change. So it's good on my end.
And even the, even the deal was like, the means I was like, yeah, just change your oil. Every 75 is like the 15th, a bit
of bit of a joke. So just just just do it that I'm
like, yeah, that's what I do. Doing.
So that's going in. Then accelerate I'm going to
take it out and moms I can use. Take out the x-rays.
I'm gonna get like, right, I'll take that out.
So I'll take I'll drive that for the rest of the week.
Give that a give that a good run because I drove the MR2 last week and I ordered something from the UK which is all right arrive today actually that's why it's from the Royal Mail commemorating the Fiesta ST. So, basically, a kind of like a
collector's edition saying the, the end of the end of the fiesta tells you all about like the history behind them.
And yeah, the story of how and how they kind of came to be, as well as the sporting fiestas from from day 1 to 2 now.
So, a bit of bit of reading for them, either both collector, editions of their of their, of, their little ones.
So I thought I'd get them and have a bit of a read.
When I, when I actually don't have things to do, which is not Not often so yeah I'll be having a having a gander, but I think that's it, in terms of car updates for me getting onto neow, the topics for tonight which is which is the final of this three-part series of our first round of viewers and listeners questions. So the first this first one is
from Lachlan Gilbert. He's asked what road did you
take that shouldn't have been able to go on.
But you did anyway and what was the result?
So where did you take what? Right.
Did you did you go on that? You should have went on but you
did anyway. And how did you go?
Did you survive, did you get eaten by a bear?
What happened? What happened from there?
You still in the bit. So if you're in way, they are
you still in the know, I called my way out.
That's that's, that's the, that's the, that's the that's the great question. Who'd like to start with a story
that they shouldn't have been. They should have went on.
I think me. And I'll going can talk about
today. Bringing you my way, the human
freeway. Yeah, it was backed up all the
way to the basically exchange of the Ring Road and you've really the only other tasks still like that.
There's a cow on the freeway was that in the Old Country Alamo here knows. Yeah.
Okay. There's cows Chillin in the hood
of a little grassy area. Oh yeah, I have talked about
this before. But yeah, the road was Melbourne
to Perth initially. And then Perth to Darwin in that
Honda City that I did the the shitbox railing and years ago.
And the Gibb River Road is particularly one worthy of mention because that's in a Tory.
Ously rough four-wheel-drive, dirt track, you know, through the top Kimberly and up around there.
Yeah, we did that in the Honda City when we didn't blow a tire.
Or have any issues. We just had to avoid the bigger
Boulders and do river Crossings and you know what not, but it worked it all worked and we got to Darwin 8,000 cases later so that was pretty much the whole thing was a Rhodes.
You wouldn't normally take a Honda City on but it did so well it just proves that you can do it.
If you're be smart about what you take, maybe you don't need the hundred thousand dollar, Landcruiser to do all of that.
Speaking of the new language that they're having The the hot V because they've got a hobby now.
They're running like a BMW hot v-system, you know, with the turbos up top, which is what you just asking for trouble.
We like, just, just just speaking everything and they're, they're using a lot of oil. They're burning oil and yeah,
not you, there's kind of two ways.
They're coming to work to get upgrades and they've said, like the To go back to the dealership because there's been no oil in.
Well, that's shocking. That's horrible.
Well, I don't expect that from a Volkswagen product.
Yeah, I know, it's not so those cars.
Like you think that bringing out the 300 after go, how good they were with the 200, the VA was indestructible.
And yeah, they've destroyed the reputation with this, but I've had people coming to work with the 300 and they've gone.
I don't know why I'm doing this but I need to upload anything.
Yeah, basically put a lift in the car so I can start Towing and we'd like, why? And he's like they just not a
great car. Like, the one in one guy was
saying that with the engine alone when they, when he was Towing the engines screaming, the turbos are going off than I like off the nuts and the transmission is Shifting between. Yeah it's going between ten nine
and eight year and it just keeps going like fluctuating between them because doesn't know what it's doing told.
Well, that's a worry forever. Got to be really careful.
I mean, this has happened previously, when they, when we started getting kind of not going to be the codes as, you know, but mid-2000s they started bringing girls from Africa, mmm-hmm the South Australian assembled ones at sorry, South African assembled once, not the South Australian ones, Which came with the euro-spec brakes and that sort of thing.
So they had so much trouble with heated, cause going on them and, and brake rotors, and pads and eating doing it.
The 40,000 case service. You know, they're rusted on
Corolla buyers who were bought sort of seven and eight in a row sort of thing saying, I've never had to put discs and pads on my car. What is going on?
You know, and it's such a public relations nightmare to take something that's so proven. And so, So, you know, loved like
a Corolla Cruiser and and mess with the formula, but or if I really should listen to mistakes to be horrendous because of the design, though, they were overheating and they and they just keep everything. Cool.
The hose and everything horrendous like, like they did generally known to do not buy a hot V powered BMW.
Anything Mercedes is doing the same and your people like me are probably not. And Toyota is just said, let's
do that as well, and it's probably packaging all this sort of stuff, but it's utterly utterly ridiculous.
Like, I mean, you think you think it's called VW would learn from Hondas mistake about the about the, you know, the touch sensitive buttons on cars, they doing it.
And they've been crucified for it, I'm just like, you know, it's sometimes it's best. Just keep it simple stupid.
If you know, I mean, like and so you know what works and you won't have a disaster that Which is about to ensue for Toyota.
Yes, I thought those when the V8 Diesel cruises came out, I thought they did have some sort of an issue with those Motors.
I know it's not like now, I'll bet I've seen trajectory early ones was injected issues, but they sort of that out.
But yeah, I just remember there was something about those VH that wasn't no. But those engines are tank
hockey, you can't destroy him, unless you're running.
I think it was it to destroy and I think is running 150 pounds of boost then I was just like okay yeah maybe that I want to work.
Yeah. Anyway, getting back on to topic
about the craziest ride that you win on that day, that you've been on in terms of, in terms of Adventures.
So, Ed's taking a city where no City should have been should have went really well City to the country.
Yeah. So I may or may not have taken
an M3 off-road ever and you can put about ride quality.
That's up to the doctor all the way up and when she be right before I actually had the Disco, all right, Jeez, he what?
He's not kidding. You sure.
He's showing me some like yeah that is like full-on mud.
Well so yeah, he's taking this thing pop off roading a village.
A couple White's still laying frame at this point but you know that was what else is a road in Mexico?
May or may not have gone and hit that 200 km?
Yeah, in the Magna It's supposed to be pretty easy to to achieve that to achieve those. I'm yeah, but it was not on a
freeway who's on a sketchy Country Road and I was raining.
Yeah, that's probably not the smartest thing, you're not the smartest idea. I had always.
So we don't condone that Adrian. Not that definitely do not even
in Mexico. Even in Mexico from recent
experience. I can tell you if you're having
to be on the island of Sky off the west coast of Scotland.
And you think oh that could be fun.
Let's go to the only Lee, the last hand-operated car ferry in the world, which is at the end of this road, that'll be fun.
Sure. So, the right of the road was,
that was about 25. It was about 10 miles, I think
it took us about 40 minutes because it was basically, you know, you Traverse the whole Road at about 30, 40 kilometers an hour, then you stop for the Highland cows, that are in the way and then you stop. The shape that are in the way
and then you stop and reverse because there's a tractor coming towards you, that's four times the size of your car.
So you then you've got to reverse back to that and because I'm a traffic uses it at survive from Highland cows and sheep that are bother with things like, you know, one railings.
So you staring down this, probably 200 meter drop across the base of the car, and it's a little narrow little Skinny bit of Road snakes around the curb for the mountain.
And then you end up back down at water level to this hand and operated turntable. Fairy so that nearly ended in
tears, but thankfully didn't. So I'm here to tell you about
it. But yeah, our talk top tip, if
you happen to be on the up-and-up sky, don't take the and operated turntable car ferry.
We're gonna have a good test, perfectly good bridge and it's there for a reason. I learnt that Okay, just for say
there's like there's a bridge. Like yo, not even 100 meters
away. Just as you can see it, just
like, yeah. In hindsight.
We would God have the bridge. That was pretty conventional
know exactly. If David and I had to risk the
story right now. That's right.
Exactly. It's got a little bit Gray.
Aaaaahhhh after that experience, I get much longer any other crackers go as though, you got, what does that have?
Been, usually pretty safe for my dad but I'm like, I guess choice is a risk. Assessment has been playing Old
Country driving on the wrong side of the road because there was wrong side of the road is Road sometime finished vote, and sometimes a dining area for like a little streets adventurers Road that's, you know, Just general country Shenanigans actually I did that until you actually.
I did that invaluable. So when when when I went to
earlier this year and we just jumped on go to Harper scooter and jump from the scooter and started.
She started just running around everywhere.
And then what could go wrong with that and then there was just line. Those, I don't know, something
was happening. traffic was backed up all the way up there,
you know and I was trying obviously get cut in another cars with the school, you know, just get over to get get we get where I wanted to get but then at one point on stuff and I just jumped on the footpath and showed her, I didn't Well, I can I can I can add to that recently.
I was called Tyrone because I in this Camp when I was getting honestly, my ties done. There's like a Bigfoot path
around the corner and because he's like, I just, just take it, just just just round. And and it was about 100 meters
and and the traffic was cooked. I was like, well, it can fit on
it was thinner than the footpath.
So I just drove down the footpath.
Run tomatoes. Because it feels I just drew it
back. Like I was this works and I had
people looking at me like what the hell is this guy doing this new? Like this is going up first
assignment. What kind of ties did you put on
that car? I put on some named Kang.
Something's I can't without the spec but that there are ties.
145 teams probably. Yeah.
They're they're not the they're not the truck, the equivalent.
Pilot Sport fives fives. Yeah yeah I'm going to need them
enough room on the tire to write the name a rehab.
See bits of walking paths with those sort of chicanes at the start, you know. So cars can go down the be
automatically. Look at the meeting, you know, I
reckon I could get but I think that all the time I actually think like after driving this car I think it's I think it's the solution I really do like I don't know what I've been saying. You've been saying this for
years but mr. President but I believe this car
is the solution like I it's it's if it's anywhere easy to park.
Park. It legit takes no space in the
world. It's the perfect City car.
I don't know why in the city people drive, big SUVs and stuff for one person we can use a Skip and they work so I'm not Lord.
So yeah, that's that, that that's for me.
That's the story about my about my dad, not the territory in this answer of told, I won a few times, but but this one was in an area. Local to me.
We got a bit lost in. My dad, seems to get a bit lost
around and around driving occasionally.
And this was when we had the Camry and and I was in the front seat of the Camry and my sister and brother in the back, and I think we had my brother's friend in the back.
And when we pick up my brother's bike from getting repaired, like he's a little bit of pushback, it had that in the boot and he's arriving units, the freeway to come to come back to to our area where we were living in. Is it guys?
This looks like an unwrapped. It was an off ramp and When you
turn them like that, something wrong way go back.
He's like, that's the silly. Sorry.
It was, it was, it was that point on my God I can already tell Mike that this is not. This is not always as this is
the wrong, this is an off-ramp. It's not all right, he's like a
crappily and he's so we just planted his foot even more that he stops it at the quantity turns out.
Make sure there's no one coming. Lucky there was no oncoming
traffic. We were as you would say as it
would kissed on are you know what that point turn left and in and drove? Million miles an hour down the
freeway and then I thought I was going to die but that's that was, those are time that we took a camera down an off ramp instead of an on-ramp but we got onto the freeway at least so that was that was kind of nice. So it was you because like he
committed and I like that you can like stop stop.
He's like I'm I'm really here and instead just figured it's just wet safe to say, I was very very terrified but anyway that's a that's another. Another cracking story of My
dads taking a car. So any other ones gentlemen
before you get to the next question I've had cirie now and again redirect us on some different roads.
Yeah, that have actually turned out.
Pretty fun. Kills one a few years ago we're
heading back from Bendigo is all weeds, just swing by and have a look at now, like a palak. Hmm.
But it took me in a weird way. I'm like, what is this road like
I know roughly where Lake a plot was meant to be but there's no way to get in there. So I didn't know what it was
doing then. Eventually we just changed it to
go home and took his down these weird, right?
I mean I'm from Bendigo and that and so you know, being backwards and forwards quite a few times and never in my life.
Have I seen or been on this road ever?
I don't know where it was. I'm amazed it.
Took us back to some Brie, I don't know how But it was so small and narrow and dodging potholes, and it was insane, that there was a, there was no one where I took the Subaru up Donnybrook up that way. I was coming down.
It's coming back. It said you heard it did it to
me twice, actually, who's that? The road.
Sorry, it's one of the roads. One of the main roads that takes
you straight up to the golf course that I was heading to was closed, so it was taking a detour.
So I'm going along or I can mean I'm listening to it.
And it's all Road and all of a sudden, it just turns into this dirt road. Obviously, the road, ha ha ha.
I'm like, what the hell is this? And there's like some Nature
Park. We can go for a walk off the
side and I'm hammering a lot on and there's like massive puddles of the Wreckers been brain and instantly and something along in this dirt road. I like, what the hell is on a
for ages? For a finally finished and took
me back onto a road that I kind of recognized again.
The second time when it did, it was like a bloody hell again.
But this time, I'm hammered a lot of catching up to other four wheel drives because I what he's doing when you go so slow going to forward drive. I'm catching up to him in the
superfood. I've ever, like, what are you
doing? Road in the M3.
So yeah. Oh, did God.
So again, what do I do? Jack it up and I'm like, hey
look at me, I'm a four-wheel drive.
Now, I did the classic. You know what I'm going to turn
around because all C of over the gone.
You're sorry sir distance. It might get better.
I'm like, you know what, I know how bad it is.
On the way back, I can tolerate that and I'll be better off on a road and back on the freeway Way that's so and the Falcon.
So lucky, that's not fun. What?
I went to Kenya sensible, Adrian in the sensible.
I don't know what that word is. What would you think?
If you use your in the forest, we went to see this Lighthouse, I would just end. It was virtually a lot of
Kangaroo Island is dirt roads, so that was fine.
But then there's one in particular had like it was the most juddery, a Strode I've ever seen it.
I felt, I thought sick. Anyway.
As far as the coilover suspension probably not ideal for those conditions and it was like a little.
Like I was shaking and steps. Just like make it end.
Please make it end. We we get there to the
lighthouse and I took it. I took a lovely photo there, but
by the way, but I will, with the cars I was like, oh yes, this is, this is, I've driven a lot of long distance for this photo and I'm like, I wonder what happens if I go faster.
So, and, and it actually, it's smooth out a little bit because I wasn't Long enough for every single little bump.
So you just kind of like in sanitary, did it?
It was good though. I just just like real just nice.
So first, we got back pretty quickly and the car was just absolutely covered in mud and it was, it took me a while to clean it, but it shouldn't have come with like that should have been on that note on that, run that road, but it was, it was a good time. Nonetheless, next questions from
our good friend, Adam ward, he asks Mechanic stickers on your car after a service. Yay.
Or nay. Do you like them on?
Or do you like it, or do you request them not to be put on, or do you take them off for a cleaner?
Look. What is your terminal?
Which Seekers Dirac? Any means like the service.
One of the top right hand corner of the windscreen is one of the back window. Yeah.
It's a necessity because on top of their game when it comes to car servicing quite a bit here. Okay, well we'll ask it for the
realistic for the ristic when they when they, when they slept on your car and your car that was on everyone.
That's 10 horsepower. So if it gives you a discount,
why not? Yeah, I've never had a ski.
I think it's absolutely inexcusable.
Evil. Oh, there we go.
Okay, David princess. I love me, right?
I had a headache that had number plate frames on it.
Probably from the dealer, I bought it from, which was one of my customers. So you know, it was a little bit
of a bit of Nod to the advertising and the light basically then to actually sell that Brandon at.
So it didn't they would be ideal for that but they're also the purveyor very exotic automobiles as well.
So it's still had your name on it so I thought.
Oh that's We'll keep that you know that looks good, they were on when I got power and everything and then I had a warranty. Should I went to another
dealership. That's what my customer and pick
the Caravan Dexter. Notice that it had their number
plate frames on it. The identity change.
My number plate frames. What did you say?
I certainly did I rang them, Sid?
Oh yeah, this is my cat. Yeah.
What's the problem? I said, well, I'm a problem.
Is you start my luck primes? That's it.
I'd like them back. Thank.
You, oh, oh, oh well, we just put widget.
Didn't think, you know, mind, if we put them on, you know.
It's a bit of advertising for us.
I said it was actually advertising for my customer.
You're not my customer, you know, there's nothing ever.
But, you know, I ended up being passed around about three or four. Um, I know exactly what
happened. They would be inspection tracked
in a rubbish bin by the mechanic that did it.
And yeah, they'd be able to skip the next day and never seen again. But yeah, that was really ticked
off. That was really cool, very
annoying because you know, you and I and a couple of other people on this podcast do like original key Rings Regional stickers Regional and play Forever, you know, it's it makes the car cool. If it's got its original frames
on it from 1980 whatever. Now, that's very cool.
Absolutely. Absolutely.
I have to say that would really annoy me.
I have to say it. I'm starting to regret after
having these discos like to City Square Garden.
Hello partner frames on it or something.
I've got the original key chain for when the car was bought.
That's cool. So just like I just yeah, it's
just consistent installed, Robert seeing what.
Actually, if I remember correctly, this was actually bought in essendon, I can't remember.
But in the books who's saying It was bought from I think was arrested in October. The can't me which one it was.
Then it was the person who owned it was in craigieburn, it went to Sunshine and now it's back in crazy bird.
Yeah, yeah. Well, I should kind of like an
eye doctor that I had a, I had a doctor's appointment after work today. And and I with your doctor, I
like they're checking forgot what I've made some medical issues yet. Not that that issue.
Mr. Imma be young for that and I miss that.
What were you doing? I think he was even in the
prostate exam body cavity search.
Anyway, I have another police station and I think this is more of a, you know, love it anyway. Can you check mine Alum?
I mean, if we're not both, it could be today.
Well anyway, we had some small talk and she was, she was.
She was like ah you know? Yeah sure.
Yeah. Oh. she's husky, she was asking
me, you know and and HSV Club Sport Wagon, which that
which was, which is quite a rare thing.
And it would be well, I guess which they sold because then she bought x 4, which is still has the I know, I know, I know, I know. Anyway, she's like, oh yeah.
I'm I'm kind of cold and indifferent.
She's like, what do you think our Range Rovers?
And I just looked at her, and I'm like, please don't.
I'm, I'm like, I'm like, just, I'm like, if you value, you actually want to get to where you're going.
And yeah, yeah. Which is funny because like
today on my way to work and this is the, I swear that you had my heart, this happened, I'm passing stranger on the side of the Ring Road on a site like on. It's like, yeah, the
suspensions, like collapsed on one side and the people, the people. And I'm like, yeah, that's about
right? And I'm just driving straight
posture. Like.
Yep. That's about right.
And they look so nice though. Am I like they look good and
they look good from afar. Yeah.
And they smell nice of the leather and everything and then they and they They really nicely appointed and everything, but I'm just like, I'm like, if you'd rather walk for most of your time, we'll spend most of the time of the car in the garage. Please, please don't.
And she's like, okay, well, what would you recommend for that budget? I'm like, well, what's your
budget? Carver?
Hey, it'll be more reliable. I had six is one of the most
reliable cars out there at the moment.
Great king, and being the fact that it's made in the BMW Factory as well. Maybe Ben, do you think?
Yeah, the one that I think was exposed were made in your head.
Yeah, they've got got all the tall in there.
That's hilarious. Well, yeah, well, I'll if I ever
go back there after that exam, I will after all my dignity is gone. I will I will tell you what
about what it would be like, not, it's a T1 in drag, don't do it. Unlike any doubt that bad.
My hands are. All right.
Take one and drag it to take one and drag and it's just like, what about a KN? I'm like, I'm like a qq5 injury.
270. Yeah, because he's got all this
money. But this, this is true anyway.
Salim home become a doctor so you can afford to buy a car like this and I'm like to do you really need an SUV or she's like look my kids are kind of growing up now she's like I kind of need a car for me. I'm like I like well why don't
you buy like a if you want a Porsche by 9/11 or, you know, someone who have a real midlife crisis crisis, car to say a rock up to the like the doctor's office in like a GT3 RS, so, that'll be hilarious. She's like ah, yeah.
Like something around the the 120 or under price range of Michael use a lot. You can buy for that, I'm liking
get an M2, you can get a soup right?
She's like I like the soup rice. All the super sweet, we got
talking about students. Why poor have H H6 me?
Well, I'm convinced I think together together, either an M2 or Supra. I'm like, I'm like, they're,
they're okay, if you, if you actually like him, too.
I think, I think they're quite cool.
I don't know about the new styling of the new one, but, but like it. Okay, seeing him in person
actually, like, The new styling of the new one might be better in person. I was trying to push her towards
like a, like a stinger or something, but whatever.
The 400 said it's true, but it will never.
Do you can't even get one of this point?
So I don't think you'd ever get one to the original question.
I feel if you got a long-standing relationship with your mechanic and they ask you, it's not a bad idea.
Certain workshops have like even like a social media presence is kind of like a I'm part of the incline thing.
I want to mention the name of the workshop but yeah it's summer in Craig event but they do a lot of their cars are going more local it performs cars or you know sports cars and stuff and they kind of want it's on the main road you know go forth or you could say to them. Yeah.
But I'm going to do something like put a sticker.
I feel like spit, you know, the a bit rude.
You should eat at very least, a school just off the sticker be like hey if you feel like supporting us to new you come back as a customer we would appreciate this if you're okay with it. Well what else?
Well I think read from Huggin did the right thing.
He keep us together in the it's not on the passenger seat said, here you go. Just if you choose to put one on
you can if not enjoy. Yeah.
So okay you go what happened? It is completely unacceptable.
Absolutely. If that's told you the car
that's a different story where they you know quickly throw on there. Little you play covers, that's
one thing. But your cards, right?
Therefore, you know, just worked on and they had the audacity to pull off your plate, which obviously had nothing to do with the work being done? No.
Not if you're patient and just kind of like get a lot of to him and what he's been are. Sold the car.
Yeah, I don't know. Just yeah I'm cool with them
giving us. If they, if they totally like
Bron you seen. So here you put on, will do what
you want with it, the top to you, or they offer you or they ask you. Yeah, to say that we actually
put stickers are be positive thing.
As soon as like we put a canopy on car, you get a sticker and with the gold he'll be there but it going on the canopy.
Yeah, in the back. Let me know if I can go on the
right hand side and then they decide To put a sticker on the left hand side and it's like, okay, fair enough.
What? Why not?
If someone, if someone ripped off my original dealer sticker on the back window, and what a place to it, there is I'll go fucking mental. Yeah, yeah.
Yeah. Peel it off, they just stick it
over the top. Well, at least the other ones
still underneath. But past a certain point, it
becomes patina, right? And then it's not only just a
little bit about housing all you know, just to stick.
It becomes part of the carp out of the art.
And once is that point you cannot hear you.
Happy touch that stuff with it I like a cow with an original deal sticker on the back window. That's that's pretty much the
only sticker I sorta. Like is that actually when the
cars older a dishwasher Which is on my logo which method you designed and it got it. That got a close-up from the
highball Cars and Coffee the other week where I took the tracker. Someone took a close-up of that
sticker. I sent it to Maddie and said you
are you'll go. Your graphic design is famous.
It's because it was on the throg.
Oh, let's be honest. True, the Tigers cool the
thrivers. Maybe it's not true.
So it suits the sticker, you know, all the followers, all the balloons. So our opinion is absolutely a
no unless you unless you choose To accept the put it on.
Is that we're we're I say ask nice definitely a service ticket on the windscreen but it makes it behind.
I'm good with a service. Yeah.
Like I want one thing that I think is quite simple as I went to one of my older mechanics at the time I need some air conditioning service English David and he actually had a guy that he would call our service. Yeah personal left their little
sticker underneath the Bonnet kind of just a little service ticket at service on this day. And by his company, it's not you
noticeable, unless you actually let's find.
That's handy. You can contact with the
original person. So if you do need some help in
that sort of thing, I think it's quite fun.
If you change a timing belt but cutting it's got a gate sticker.
Under the Bonnet saying, with the time of it was changing very handy because no one ever seems to know in the bloody thing was done, you know, where was your timing?
But I'm so very happy with that. I'm good with that.
What deal on? Do you see the most Of stuck on
cars. I was thinking I'll just see you
around then like blood Toyota. Yeah.
Well that's too long blood Toyota.
I see that quite a bit. I mean I see baby Jesus
everything. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
I say, bifid all the time doesn't help that they cause come across on a daily basis. Your average home in men and
range on the other side. Yeah, came back to know.
I always used to think, Rex hunt owned it, you know.
And I was always good. You would he blow it out?
That's all folks. What kind I did.
Rick's had put his name to is a limited edition.
I know the answer to this. It was a patrol.
I know to it was a patrol. Correct, that's that.
That should be a should be a quick question, which we will say many many, many hours of my formative peas, riding my bike around, ripping chunks that dealership in the Pennine way.
I believe not that far away and I used to ride around And spend it. How is it?
I remember going up the day, the Commodore was released to 78 and standing looking in the window. And there were lots of people
there. What to people is a big big
thing has been stolen. So cool to really.
She is closed, you know, after hours.
But it was all lit up inside and I had about four or five of them in there. Well including the hero Fire
Thorn over five Thorn SLE that they had at Burger King, Leo Bergen the hyah I was in all of the advertising and the like a the hero car that would have been pretty special like that.
What we're thinking standing there?
What were your thoughts of this new common law?
Ah, it was it was like something from outer space.
Basically, you know, compared to what?
But the current Landscaping 78 was, you know, you had X, these were out, which book look pretty much the same as XP is an exercise, you know, no, no difference.
I mean, Valiant out the assailant, just come out.
So there's a slight difference, but still basically the same shape with the different layers and then it was quite a bit smaller obviously than the Kingswood and that that was good and bad I suppose for people and some people didn't like it.
But it was it was very European and I mean the SLE had windscreen wipers on your headlights for goodness sake.
I mean, you know, that was like crazy, it's Besh.
Shane the build quality wasn't up to European standards but you know, You can't have everything. Can you last question of this
evening is from James, Billy Zane.
L kept the best for last the I'll read the question, I'll read the question as a as a as it is said, I'm not sure how to achieve this, but we need a car took voting system that will bring us to the final conclusion of the best Australian car ever made. It needs to be a fair and
balanced needs to be fair and balanced, and lead us to The Logical answer of the, a you Falcon.
So, Adrian's walking out. He's done.
So he's actually walked out of the studio, basically?
I think the question, what is really ask you?
What do you think is the best australian-made car ever?
And it doesn't have to be, it doesn't he's going to the old Studio, it doesn't have to attack, it doesn't have to be, it doesn't have to be like you for holding.
It could be a Toyota could be a Nissen.
Could, could could be, you know, could be a cries, like, whatever. What do you think is the best
Australian car made and why? And And yeah, I'll leave it in
your capable hands down the best australian-made car.
And why are you could pretty much Get on Up?
I was just going to say, I mean, you've got your condescending Commodore was the best thing because some of them were great.
Similar were bawling, you know, like so Sammy the Falcons, you know, some of them were fantastic and some of them were just grateful Michael's rubbish. I'd love to say best Car ever
made, probably the X be the crew to most like while.
No, I looking good looking car, but best one now, what, what do you bet base that on? Oh everybody knows what an expat
Coupe is because of Mad Max but also just the style in love.
It's just stunning stunning car. Yeah, I'm stunned.
By it recorder is just like the biggest piece of metal.
You can actually go on Wheels. They need to go on a diet.
Those cars, they're just loves it.
They look so good. They're all seriously, actor,
allergic to gluten and of all blood.
They are a beautiful car. I love most about 180 kilo and
became a real svelte. Mustang type taut body, maybe
then not, it's with that car Championship.
Quite a few years it's the XY G. Th o phase 3, not only that one
only was it the in the world at the time, fastest passenger car in the world at the time? Awesome.
At racing. It did everything that the
iconic article written about it, where it was taken and driven great article agreed. It was good that they clocked it
on the freeway, didn't they on the Hume?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I got there nice and easy on
that. So that is pretty.
It's a pretty good Contender isn't as good either.
Yeah. It's the one that just shows
what Australia could do. Yeah.
I mean that's a pillow. The pillow or other they were
right at the top. That's great.
Hmm. And then we made the XP and just
crumbled. Yeah.
So this is XY is just too overdone these days.
Everybody thinks that they've got a hundred thousand dollar car because they've got a mock up GT I'm not talking about that. Just when it first came out in
terms of pedigree, I think that car is part of Australian guy was probably the most pedigree. You could, you could probably
say what about you David? You've obviously seen a lot more
than I have in like gone. Not but like, but like, but like
growing up with either obviously really oh Ability. I mean it's hard to go do things
with cameras as boring as memory.
I mean, first hybrid car manufactured in Australia, with great success, you know, exports were incredible.
It was so many is ordered to the Middle East.
As it was, I believe a city countries and stuff like that.
So, you know, and just bulletproof reliability.
I mean, that they were brilliant.
Some of the Commodores will great.
I mean, the VP always amused me that the VC, which was the update to the baby. So they came out about 70 in
1979 for the 8081 Year and that they dulled the steering down a bit because people thought the VB was to sharpen the handling and they weren't used to it. They used to sort of quarter it
turn of slack in the steering so that they have EV was quite direct and handled handled well. And so the VC was sort of in
some ways the ultimate sort of that, a lot of the bugs of the early cars, then they just sort of started playing with them and the design didn't get as pure and they fiddle around with it and then stick bug bars and then they just turned a bit rubbish and there. Wasn't all that sort of ve the
baby came, you know, really good cars against really my eyes boards and I we've had this discussion before.
I did underestimate them, I haven't had a lot to do with them but I had underestimated until I drove one.
So as far as a cabin built through Australian conditions and Longevity and reliability. I mean just a little, the text
is in Australia for all those years.
Yeah, I wouldn't commit to one car.
Really because I have a make Toyotas here.
Yeah, it's not can Corollas. Don't say they did.
They did it earlier on? Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
From the from the late 60s are assembled here.
Yeah. I like those.
Yeah but when you look you know, the magnet was a really shooting car. If you're listening Andrew.
Hi. About this a that it to take a
Japanese power, literally slice it down the middle and, you know, Chuck another four and a half inches or something in the middle. I mean, how was he is that?
Yeah, well we haven't is make a bit.
We've got to be bigger. We'll just let me go.
He's got it up and we'll just put a bit in, you know, if we did a poll and ask people between the GD, H 0, phase 3, and the original Magna. I wonder what they choose.
Absolutely. GT H 0 phase 3.
I mean, that's one specific model, you know, of their an awful lot of pretty. You know, also ran other options
in which there always money now, but even by the time, a magnet got sound right before the 380, that would great cars to know.
I mean they've been sort of all the boat they had will though reliable. They could do astronomical Kay's
now too. So we had a great automotive
industry. I think we have a real shot.
It's gone. We killed it real shame.
Well we've been feel it. The government could kind of the
schools in the council's. The were stopping us know, the
various I think, I think we just, I think we didn't adapt.
You know, like what we try to territory was an SUV because they're always going to SUVs and it sold well and to torture, even until it died sold very well on and there's a good case for Probably one of the best Italian cars because it was well designed and engineered percent. I mean, a lot of knocking, you
know, a lot of them had a front of suspension, collapses on those. You know what, and that's a
pretty easy thing to do, isn't it?
One something happened goes wrong with something.
Well, you know, it's absolutely wrong words.
You write the whole thing off for, from one little one little issue. That's right with do with those
people that have that say that they are ball joint, just doesn't disintegrate like that it doesn't, it doesn't They have to knock. Knock Knock First and saying,
hang on. There's something wrong with the
car. Hello.
Hello. Hello.
50 direct their regulations, which needs a big V8 cars cheap it true. You're all big turbos you know?
And we still be gone for this industry.
Please don't want to adapt and I met us adapter, we've done.
The one thing that for did really well was the territory turbo, he that I admit I have a soft spot for them because it's just like, it's a soccer, mom a bill but it's got, you know, you can put like, 900 horsepower and thing quite easy.
Yeah. And it's like one wonderfully
pasta. E on the Ring Road yesterday,
like, in and out of traffic. And this thing was spooling for
days. I was like, what the hell I do?
You think you think was a falcon?
Is a territory passing me? Like I'm sitting still on my
God. Okay, but maybe we can talk.
Was it the turbo mode folk? Oh, you still need still in
there in Europe? Yes.
So he's over there. What was she doing?
There could be a whole episode, really of like what do we think?
And we can all come up with one car that we thinks a bit the best australian-made curve. And what we'll do is, why is
that action? If you say I have out here it's
no matter what anyone brings in their you thousands of winning.
Yeah, that's true. I think it comes down to Camry
versus Magna. Okay.
All right. Okay.
Well you should do Henry vs. Magna through the deck.
Decades. So, maybe one might prefer a
Camry because of something in the next step, I will Magna was better. This decade.
Okay, let's put you should check.
I'll tell you what we'll do. Is try and figure out the best
one after that. Sleeping pill and the weather is
so we can only be on THS. Will have a huge tuned in from
like, take to the beach. Maybe, when there's like 40
bucks, a lot of Indians is this, what is this, what?
It's all good, it's going to be that, okay?
And then the week after that, it's going to be we're going to come up with one car that we Things too, busy showing makeover and we're going to, we're going to have a discussion and basically put our points forward and we can choose at the end. How does that sound?
Okay, actually, it's the to look at it with the hatchet.
Obviously goes without saying, yes, it's absolutely original sticker. On the rear window.
Yes. F6 F6.
There you go. What?
That'll be cool. There you go.
I promise. Old get the discussion next week
I guess I'll bring it all the figures and everything else.
Sounds good. Sounds good.
Jonah, is a type of the quiz? Yes.
Which words and it's going to be using quite hard paddle.
Me, my notepad ready. So we're going to have taking a
quiz. There's a correction you make
for about 400 something episodes ago.
And somebody said, True or false a supercharger uses exhaust fumes. That's already, like the exhaust
tip ourself up and first said, true, but you said no the sauce at our charges as that, but you forgot to mention that Al is a type of Supercharger. So we need to go back refund, a
business point, you know, the truth.
Correcting that thank you. You're doing God's work there.
Are you doing you doing you doing a really good job fixing one Injustice at a time? You know that the show modern
modern have continued after that, after day.
It's called a car to car quiz. The, I've got my phone facing
this way so now so Adrienne can see.
So let's go. Ten questions plus some bonus
questions, you know, the rules Scotty.
I think we all have to do it. His next week to be able to do
your your your link remind will do question 1.
Each Ford F-150 sold makes for approximately how much profit closest to will get the chocolates.
So H F-150s, old Elm. So we're taking for look like
corporate or like the dealer before the corporate.
Yeah, like like, as, as the company like is the mortise in her Daily News? Well, America forty seven
hundred dollars. Yeah, pretty good Eagles, do not
to not what you're not doing that.
The lightning. No.
Just just the F-150 regular ones that make everyone saw it.
How much does that make Ford in profits?
Okay thousand also 10,000? Yeah.
Yep. Okay.
Scott, how can I make a good killing off at 15 grand 15-7, a half ago, 75 says David 666, Tyrone and Adrian.
Wow. 12 Edward bang on the money that make 10 grand on each one.
Well, done done. Absolutely.
Bonus question in terms of global profits for Ford, the F-150 equates to how much percent in terms of all profit for the company in the zone. So Tyrone says 10% Prophets.
I think the range is about 99% first.
So what was that 17.5, 17.5. 23.5 to grow.
We are Global profits to what was that David 23 on a 3.5 45.
Say the other ones. It's like 80%.
Yep, this is incredibly. You guys are gonna laugh at this
down ninety percent of all profits.
Ford makes our F-150s. Yeah.
I dream in America. It's the muscle car in America.
It is. Yep, absolutely.
Yeah. So, it's selling, I guess, the
making much less profit on the rest of the cars.
I imagined them. Yeah, yeah.
Like, what happened to, you know, solve the think about it.
The F-150 is something, like, one solid like every 10 seconds or something. Like it is, it's actually, it's
something still the biggest salt muscle car in the world.
Currently, Yeah. I think it is just as
predominately sold in North America which is just blows your mind because America question to the Volkswagen Golf R is celebrating what with its limited edition all of its 20th anniversary 20th anniversary. Absolutely on the 20th
anniversary it's the Tony Tony Oliver SRI bonus question.
How many will be sold in Australia?
Alum bt-50 is correct. What an alarm.
That's that, you know, so much about Volkswagens One by one, what Adrian on one apiece LM on to question 3, what do a Mercedes r129 SL500 Holden? Monaro cv8 in a BMW, E39 540i
have all have in common Adrian. Adrian, the size of the engine.
Oh, no, Scott, got in the next row V8, so they're all V8 absolutely Scotty. Well done Iron Man.
I was kissing the whole rear wheel drive.
They all drive. I'll give you this.
Look at that. You've got.
You've got. That was the, that was the bonus
question. Well, give me that.
Then I did. I just hit
Celebrating with the Corvette this year.
A Ed, is it the 60th anniversary incorrect.
Yeah, David got a man, I'm going to say the 70th.
It is the 70th year. Well Done, anniversary of the
Corvette. Twenty twenty three seventy
years of Corvette question 5, which tuning company had factory-backed approval from Ford with their fiesta and focus models here in Australia, and in, and in Europe, Alum Monsoon.
Monsoon is correct. I'll pay that.
Yeah, well then you could walk in, you can walk it off.
Or dealership and say, I want my car upgraded with more power and they would like it. We can factory back you a kit
and then rip off of those on the intercooler.
That's all. That's all I do.
Question six. How many hot versions of Ford
Fiesta did we get in Australia. Hey, Ed 5 incorrect.
Oh, Allen or incorrect. David David?
PS turn our Focus PS thing. That's correct.
Yeah. Only after Fiesta here.
So how many hot models did they bring?
What do mean? Hot models like the hot hatch
versions. Performance version.
So, what was it? Those three is correct.
My friend. That is absolutely correct.
Which one is it? Or is that gonna be the next
question? That is the next question is
about this question, Scott. Well, the question is name them?
So if you is it like half a point or I'll give you a point for each of, you can name all three?
Well, we got the St. That is that can compare.
How many Estes, whether it's going, what do I need?
Because they were called there was a few.
Well, there's they had the xr4, that's the other one.
Yep, that's what I was thinking. I'm so okay, yeah, I'll pay
that. They made they had 2 STS and 1 x
R4. So I'll give you two points
because you mentioned two is to take two series of aesthetic.
Question 7. What they call them any
different or just not that that was it.
So it's question 7. How much does the current Toyota
Supra start at in Australia? We do xylem which was a manual
or automatic just base model price.
So At the at the G105 says LM, that is incorrect but I'll give close to that. It is Tyrone.
89 99 99 99 T driveway, never 990 Drive Away Adrian.
I'm gonna say 9595 K and Edward is lost the sb7.
Maybe seven the winner is Adrian.
It's at 95,000 $684 against whatever that's a very expensive BMW. Also good GTS devil
You could order an Oreo Oreo on him and Ed got in there first.
All right, you could get an Ariane for Sarah.
That is that is one. Yep.
I think you could get an Ariane. ATX, there's a mellow.
Yep, I'm an ATX, precise era. Was it a prodigy in cleared with
the Prodigy? Wasn't one of the last ones you
could you can order my God. So that rules you are.
Asian was in the next I heard Adrian a society, are they not?
That's incorrect. They did do it daily, but that
was earlier on a David was in there, after, after Edward, hey, you got precise era and 8080 X6. Tanya dad worked at well, you
should know this. Yeah, Taro.
Yeah. Prodigy is well, actually, but
so, yeah, I know. But I think a text-based prodigy
was top. I think there's a middle one, a
while. So it won't what Prodigy was top
of the name? Then they stopped our star, atop
Alum, Delta X, Delta X is incorrect.
So we still got Scotty and Tyrone, you can count me out.
I think it's the middle. Remember that ATX, that's all I
remembered the middle one. We're missing.
It is the middle one. Missing.
I'll tell you. No, it's not.
Yeah, let's go. And I gave it two points.
There bud. He said Prodigy.
So, you get minus 1. No, I said, he was just like
this. All right.
So let's go check at question. Nine score.
Check. David to Adrienne to Ed word,
for, and Scotty, and Alomar on three apiece.
So still technically, anybody's game, unless your name is Tyrone, so efficient, yeah. Which car company had the slogan
if you can find a Better Built better back to cut anywhere, then buy it a Ed. It's Abby, she makes him
absolutely bonus question for what car in particular, did they have that slogan for Glenda incorrect.
David David wasn't the 383 80s. Absolutely correct David.
Yep, well done one. So, David Gets A another point
there. Yeah.
And I get my point. You got your points.
Okay, you got your point. And, you know, you don't get
anything for this year. Yeah, I just can't window
sticker. That's what set me off hasn't
even happened. Every time he goes to his cars.
Just looking around. Where's the sticker?
It's much. Bonus.
Bonus question, who originally said A variation of the quote if you can find a Better Built better by Car anywhere than bias to which would be, she adopted, David David are now go to in mind. What?
What are the two names you got? And I can tell you if one of
them is correct. How does that sound the shading?
Yeah. Stating they lost half a point.
Yeah. Is that your guess it is my
case. It's saying I wasn't Henry Ford
not, not like that so anybody otherwise go crickets on this one. Senator John button he worked in
the automotive industry was very very, very well known.
What was the slogan again and figure are right?
If you can find a better look, better, bad car anywhere than think I can. I have another guess.
He's getting warmer. Question question. 10 in what
decade did? Hold and become a subsidiary of
General Motors. David David Ortiz?
Incorrect a drinker in the next. I remember seeing this recently
was it was it the 60s incorrect, Alum?
I'm going with the 50s incorrect.
Hey, what if we had 40 50, 60? Like photos.
Where was about here again? Even though still warm.
Yeah, the 1931 was the year to be exact but I knew no one was going to get it all. Someone would get it a bit but
although it did get up a bit, get it a year wrong.
So I'll put a decade. He's always one here.
Also is already off bread so score check Turin one Adrian to on three pieces. David and Scotty second place is
fun for Elam and tonight's winner on a Grand total of what's at five now. I think we change that to four
and a half weeks I to choose whose attitude for 4.5 is mr.
Edward bond order is your one. There are is a real mess.
You get nothing. He's bragging rights
What do you mean? Like a Roman god right now, like
you're looking very hot. He's just see the let's get
those. Get the knives.
It's gonna think it's even got a hole in it in Cerritos Scotty's, golf tips of the week on my birthday, actually got myself a hybrid. I thought I'd give these clubs
ago. Hybrid Club, pardon have you
tried hitting one? Yeah, I tried it the same day.
I'm going to get it. It's good.
When you don't get it. You you want to throw it away?
It's meant to be like more consistent but I think I'm still a bit more consistent with my 3-iron.
Just arranged like Scotty. It's a very hybrid, your
question, isn't it? It's pretty good off the tee.
I'll smack it off the tee. I was pretty good distance on
it, compared to some other clubs.
So, it was well worth it for that but Hitting off the ground and I think I'm still need a bit more practice.
I might be a good fit with a little bit elevated.
It helps you Better. Yeah, I think I need to hit it
more like an eye and and less like a would expect more like a 7-iron or something. I might be able to get better.
So still working on. Have you um have you named it
Prius the Camry Camry Camry Hybrid.
So golf tip would recommend cutter cutter.
Got so serious. I'd say if you get new clubs,
don't go straight out to the golf course and using Go to driving ranges and try and figure it out.
Watch some videos. I watched a few with hybrids and
most people are saying hit it like anions.
No, but I don't know. My hitting it like a long iron
and I'm not hitting it like a shorter iron so just by trying to find the sweet spot. So I'll bite Scotty, what's a
Hybrid Club? Hybrid Club is kind of in
between an iron and wood so it doesn't have a huge head.
Like a like a wood has. Yeah.
A lot more small ice and there's more Loft to it too.
So it's a lot easier and you can hit it more consistent compared to you longer, irons their bit more fatter and beefier so, can actually hit it further to us. Okay, I believe mr.
