World series of that's where we're at
Yes, that's that's first. Let's let's just get into it hell week
Oh, man, otherwise known as world series of pro mod. Yes
uh, we we debuted blue with a new pro charger setup
and uh
Damn, I mean it didn't disappoint like we made the right decision. We said that
The car all week was never a hundred percent
I believe that we hurt the motor early and it was hurt the rest of the week
Uh until eliminations that seemed to seal itself back up
It did but we never actually went really fast. We did we never got into the 50s. Nope. We won a 60
We won a 60. That's what qualified us. Yes, but
I don't think that it was
Good enough to run what even brandon wanted to
um
But luckily for us
Most of them were driver races and there was a lot of passes that everybody pedaled. Yes
I mean as much as you can pedal a pro mod. They're tough
Uh, I was talking with ryan last night about it and he and he said
Man, it just they get out of shape so quick
And I said I I truly believe that
If you're gonna pedal a pro mod you gotta pedal it quick
You cannot take these cars as far out of shape. You can't drive it as far as you drive the white car
No, not at all. Not at all. You just got to know the difference. Uh, I mean, I mean you do
You drive it as that far. So did steve
Stevie was all over the place in his car against us and and that's why he eventually had to lift
These these cars will and the best way that I can put it
I'm not trying to put ryan with an eye
On blast here, but the best way that you can put it is that's what happens when these cars get out of shape
And then everything in the car is so rigid that you can't not
Right, right, right hit the gas again. Yeah, he was just teeter-tottering. Yes. Just back and forth
And you're not driving the car at that point. You're just holding on you're just holding on
So, you know, the best the best bet that you can do when something like that happens is get the shoot out, but
I'll be honest with you that that first race against ryan
I anticipated that pedal and it worked out. Yeah
I mean, it did you seen have you seen the the overhead view of me and ryan's passes. I don't guess so
Oh, dude, it's killer. Yeah, we both lost the tire at the same time and both of the cars did exactly the same thing
Man, and I just one time real quick. Yeah, and it and it and it made it to the strike. Yeah. No, it uh
I mean, I've said it a bunch and I'll continue to say it
Whenever a race comes down to something like that, I'm gonna take my driver over anyone in the park a lot
Well, because we're stupid, you know, and we're gonna win 95 of the time. Well, we're gonna put our cars
In situations that a lot of guys haven't and I've said that a lot too
and
I truly believe that racing is much on the street even though we've just talked about that these cars don't act the same
Is what our other cars do. Oh, no
Being on the street for as long as we have has taught us things that these other guys haven't learned
Well, it's it's prepared you for different situations
And and and steve is as good as he is
That's driving steve's a driver. Okay. So so maybe steve didn't street race like we did
I'll promise you steve's still street race at some point
But steve used to race on a lot of shit tracks back in the day
A 28 10 5 slick with his old Mustang like he race on some shit tracks
So he had to drive his car. He hasn't always just been in a pro mod or radio versus the world
He's had to drive his car. So that's why he's as good as the driver is what he is now
So
That's why he had to drive his car or did drive his car like he did in round two
But a lot of these guys don't have that I should have my glasses on
I should have my glasses on after the pass when he came up to me and said, hey man, the better driver won that race
You should have turned them back on
Hey, man, what what what did you say? Yeah, it was really cool. Um
I said it, you know, I mean
We've always talked in the past that we were fans of steve. Oh, yeah, you know, and then, you know, I might have called him a douche
You know, you know, all people heard it. Yeah. Oh, yeah, but uh
You know, I never take anything back after I say it, you know, but
The fact that
When you race against him because I have never raced against him before
Until the last two races when you race against him man, the respect is there. Oh for sure
So hey and that goes a long ways
especially when it's in in an eliminations because
To qualify at these races is is something in of itself
So if if you've made it in the field, you have someone like steve's respect, I feel like so
It's a tough gig man, you know and and for him to
I mean, what was he number three qualifier or something in a car that he had never been in
That's the first time in that car
First time in that car and he went out there with the best in the business and qualified number three and most of his cars did
Well, I think he qualified all three cars. Well that one vet was brand new
They fired they hadn't even fired it up when it left arcades when I was still there. I know crazy and it qualified. Yes
And and then that car uh was at nha this week qualified
When sydney was driving it man
so
It was definitely a good time. It was definitely
Hell and we talked about we've never
Worked as hard in a week
Which not a week. That's a marathon at a race
It's it's a marathon when you're not breaking parts
Yeah, when you start breaking parts and you've got to work on this car before every round
Damn, it definitely makes you uh
Appreciate the good times think about your choices that you've made
Uh and I've seen a lot of people put it out there man. Maybe you should have took the motor out of the og
Maybe we should have yeah, maybe we should have
We knew that
Man, we're gonna put 10 12 passes on this motor and then it's going straight to
Proline to get all brand new anyways. Well, we put 10 on it before qualifying. Yes, we did
We put what 17 passes on that thing 17 passes 17 passes on that car this week
and
Or last week. Yeah, it uh
man
It was a lot, uh, but we never quit. We never gave up
All of our guys put in work and not to mention the guys that were not our guys that put in work. Yes, like like frank and uh

Raven from pro charger from pro charger, you know, and then everyone that gave us parts or let us borrow parts
Yes, nobody gave us anything mani bejinga guys mani bejinga loaned us some parts. Yes, uh
Piston still in the motor. Yeah, like it was it's not even he didn't know he was different
It didn't even it's not even the same as the pistons that were
The rest of them so seven pistons. They were all diamond pistons
But we had ran out of any spares that we had so at that point we're digging through the trailer
Looking for old ones trying to find the best use one trying to find the best use one
We didn't even have any all of the pistons that we had in there already had smashed rings. So
And we had sold a lot of pistons before that man at that point I was going man
Which I thought go go find that dude in the stands. Yes. Yes. So
For
A competitor to loan you anything that you need
Especially a competitor that we have had we haven't really had problems with mani in the past differences differences
You know and and it's not necessarily always him and that's what I told him, you know, I ended up seeing him
I don't know. It was the next day or something. It was it was uh
After after we went out it was it was dark that night. Yeah. Yeah, and he was like see I'm not so bad am I and I was like man
No, no, and I didn't know really what else to say except no, you're not, you know, like yeah, and I told him
I hadn't necessarily ever had a personal problem with you
Like it's just mainly fans and crews get crew guys that that talk talk trash about everything. Yeah, so
And that's gonna happen. Oh for sure for sure at the end of the day
It just shows what a tight knit community it is out there at the racetrack
You can literally not like somebody you can literally have all the differences in the world
you could literally want to chop somebody's head off and
Them not do good, but you're still gonna loan them parts. Yep. It's pretty crazy
Yeah, there was definitely a lot of that coming our way and thanks to everyone that helped us to continue on because man
There were times where
We were out of parts
And we could have quit then
Yes, and parts showed up
So we kept going and then there was times where we were tired of working on a car and we could have quit
But we just kept going. So I just remember too

Did you get everything back that we borrowed from you? They didn't get that sleeve
Really? Yeah. Well, I mean we don't even have any sleeves. So whenever we pick up the motors
From proline we need to get probably three sleeves have two in the trailer like normal
And then we have to because remember I had just taken that sleeve back to hobby and said here you go
Thanks for the sleeve and then we had to go borrow it from him again. Yeah, so
Oh, it's malry. Mm-hmm. So
um
Yeah, I forgot about that
But the whole hub all that stuff there are so much they uh, they got that back. Oh, did they? Okay
So he said that they were good with that and also before I forget to tell you he gave us back the gear set

Yep, so that um, I'm sure you guys have watched the videos a bunch of you have watched our videos from uh,

The chaos that goes on on them starting lines and I which for the record I love to watch
I love to sit and watch what happens at the starting line when my crew
And people standing behind my car sees me win and the the they're genuinely
Happy excited and it's a mess man. People bang into you people bump into you. It's tough to finish
Yeah, yeah, like west buck came over and picked her up and her shoes stayed on the track. So
It's it's chaos up there. So sometimes it's tough, you know and
You know as as a fan watching the video. Yeah, I like to see the whole pass too, you know
I seen some guys say yeah, it's nice picture of the sky, you know, but yeah, you're welcome
There's a whole lot going on up there and uh, sometimes that's tough. Yep. So yeah, hey look
He he does a great job 99 of time
That's the one time and and the level of excitement
For us to be going rounds after everything we've been through that week
Look man, everyone behind that car deserved to be that excited. So if you're one of the people that's mad about it
Whatever, I'll tell you what I really like to see how excited Keith is on the starting line man. It's it's really cool. So
I have a question for you and I think I've already asked it to you
I'm gonna ask it again. So, you know, we we went rounds we end up in the semifinals
And uh heartbreak set in we we had no oil pressure after the burnout. You're backing up
You're not doing what I'm telling you to over the radio. You finally killed the car to let us know something was wrong
Well, I'm trying to back up as
I'll explain to you why
I'm trying to back up as fast as possible
And a lot of you guys don't understand for me to answer phantom and for me to talk to phantom
I have to take my hand off the trans break button, which is how I reverse
I have to take my hand off of it reach down find the button to talk to him
So I'm trying to back up with no oil pressure as fast as I possibly can
I didn't want them to have to run out
Push the car back. So I'm literally trying to back up as fast as I can
And get to and the whole time I'm just focused on the oil pressure
Open, you know, it's just gonna come back. Yeah, and and it did not so after a little while
I just reached up and thought I'm I'm backing up fast enough now that if I kill it
I'll coast back to the starting line. Yeah, you know, so that's that's the reason so
so
We got no oil pressure semi-finals

We've made it this far after everything that we've had to endure over the week
Um, Brandon tells you we're not making this pass
I need to know if we had another motor in the trailer ready to go

No oil or very little oil pressure. You fired it up. No oil pressure. You killed it got on the radio told me there was no oil pressure
So I ran back
That was before the burnout too. So we had a little bit more time to think
Yeah, I ran back there. You fired it up again. Still no oil pressure. You looked at me. You said
What should we do? I said that's your call, man, and you fired it up. So I ran back and we made the pass well turns out
The oil feed line that goes from the oil pan to the oil pump. It's an external oil pump. It was loose at the oil pump
So we made that pass like it got pressure once you got enough rpms
but uh
Yeah, anyways
We're dumb man and and probably probably would have just because
You can fix everything later
What if keith had leaned in the car?
And said i'll find another motor in this parking lot go win this race. I mean
I'm sure I would have yeah. Yeah
It's kind of what I figured but
I think there's a lot of ifs and ands Brandon being a little bit smarter than us. They did it for other reasons
Well, yeah, because a lot of a lot can happen part and you could crash. Yes
Yes, we had done a pretty good job of keeping all the oil in the motor at this race
Finally, and it all could have escaped. Yeah
At the worst possible time. Yeah
and
Sitting in the car. It seemed like I had zero time to think about anything next thing
I know man, they lit their bulbs and they took off
That wasn't really the case watching the see standing on the outside
It seemed like they they damn sure gave us more time than what we got in Tulsa. Absolutely. Absolutely
Hey, they did nothing wrong. I just staged the car and I'd have left just like they did
There's there's no doubt about we all know that's what I did. Yes
But
When keith was yelling stage the car stage the car
He didn't mean make a pass. But that's what we would have done. I know
He meant stage the car. I mean that could have been the third person that went red against us. Yeah, but
You know and and we probably should have staged the car
But by the time we made the decision that we are not running it
That's about the time that they were going in already. So
You know, I don't know man. I don't have any regrets the motors
That engine is rebuildable
even though
Even if we tore everything up in that bottom end as long as the heads weren't hurt. Yeah, like we're not using that block anyways
Like at some point we will use that block
but we have
a spare block sitting at proline that they're going to put
Not even all that stuff. It needs rods. It needs pistons. It needs a crank
Yeah, they're going to put all their uses ahead and all they're using is the the heads and the cam off of that
And they're going to put that right in my other one. You know, so
I mean, what were we actually out? Yeah, besides a block besides the $13,000 block
But you know, the the the one time that we did
Brank a crank really bad it did destroy the block and we had to get a new block
So there there could have been that as it is the block still saveable
We think probably we think, you know, it's got it's got that hole in it
but
I think that that can be fixed
Even if they epoxy it
Something something can be done. Like I'm sure they'll do what they did with that other block cut a chunk out of it
Well to chunk in it hone it out, but
yeah, um
Anyways, I I was just kind of curious
I'm sure we would have man. Just because we're dumb, but yeah
It's just another thing that Brandon is good for us for yeah the voice of reason. Well, he's he's keeps a cool head and he's been
He's been there so many times that
He doesn't get emotionally involved
Yeah, and I think that that's the reason that he can make those right decisions
Yeah, like look how much power he pulled out against who was it stevie. Yeah, we went to 73

He gambled on slowing that thing down enough where it would just go where it would just go
Yep, and even said I knew you wouldn't have to pedal it on that one. I pulled so much out of it
Yep, he did that against stevie man. Yeah
And because he knew stevie was gonna go out there and try to go to 65 and even if stevie didn't red light
We had him we beat him
Yep, because he had too much so you can say, you know that
They lost we didn't win but our win light came on the win light came on and that's all that matters
That is all that matters so
We qualified at all three races last year. We didn't qualify either the two that we went to
um
So huge improvement qualified at all three and ended the season number six number six
In a field of 80 so west buck kind of laid the statistics out. God dang. He's a talker, man
He's the kind of guy that gets you ready to run through a brick wall. That's right. That's right
Like he he is a motivational talker. Yes, what he is and he's very very good at it
So so he said something he estimates there's about 600 pro mods on planet earth
Just to qualify
I'm getting just talking about this right now. Just to qualify in this field puts you in the top
10 of all pro mods on earth
Um to win or go rounds on this would put you in the top one percent
like
Damn, you know, we we finished number six out of 80 that showed up and and ran these three races
That's um, that's really cool. It's good. It's really cool. Yeah, that's why I said whenever we left there, man
Yeah, I'm upset about how it ended
But that's just the racer in me. Yeah, like looking at it
Man, we did good. We did good looking at it
You know, if you if you can look at it from the outside looking in we shouldn't have even made it that far probably
You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah, not with the problems that we had and and everything that we had to overcome to do it
So and with a car that was never 100 we never lined that thing out like we thought I was literally told there and oh
We're gonna have all week. Brandon's gonna go out there. We're gonna make three four passes and we're gonna have this baby lined out
That's not the case that was not the case
So we just struggled all week and and never got a chance to scrub in tires
Luckily, Nate came through for us on that deal. I still need to pay him back for tires
So I see a lot of people in the comments going well
You went faster
Before you, you know, you screwed up here. Well, we went faster one out of 10 times
Like in really good air on a really good cool track
Yes, the turbo car was faster as of right now times if we went rounds

John got a vasectomy this week as he just said. Yes. Did you go to a doctor's office to get it?
I didn't I didn't I never visited a doctor's office got the whole deal done never visited a doctor's office. So

The medical field has you know made leaps and bounds. Yeah, you know
I don't know when it made this leap and bound, but sounds like a couple years ago. Yeah, so

We did a video chat and talked to him and did you have to show him what he was working with us? No, no, okay
No, he's seen it all. Okay, you know, so
What what what this deal is is this called snip trip?
And I'll be honest with you the first time I got this
It was the day before valentine's day. Uh-huh and it says 10 a.m
February 14th, and I see this message and I'm great
So I have a vasectomy done on valentine's day. What is wrong with her? He was so upset
I it ruined his day for a solid three hours
It did and then erin comes in and she's like what's wrong with you and I'm like really on valentine's day
That's when this is gonna happen. You know and she goes
That's when you talk to the doctor. No that has nothing to do with
The day that it's getting done. I was like, okay, and I've told her for a couple of years
That uh that I'd get this done. Yeah, uh
I don't believe
Well, I don't know I'm not a doctor but her doctor does not believe that anybody should be on
birth control for 20 years and she has been and
I I guess it's messing with her hormones as she gets older, you know, you know the girls in their homes, man
You know gotta deal with it. I guess but
For her to feel better. I got this done
I did all this for her. Yeah, you know, yeah, they're like taking a shot to the nuts man. So yeah
Two shots to the nuts. Yeah
Once I got it worse than the other though. So anyways

this doctor
First off legit doctor
This guy's been doing this for years at a doctor's office at a doctor's office. He's been doing it for years
We started this on his own deal where he went out and bought a sprinter van and turned it into his mobile office
Hold on
You you got in a van I got in a sprinter van with a dude you've never met dude
I never met with a scalpel and a needle. Yes
Yeah, that's exactly what happened around your genitals. That is yes. It was all over them just all over them
So and this was Aaron's idea it was so and anybody that knows Aaron knows that she researches everything really good
and this doctor's supposed to be one of the best and
The only difference is and she even said which fair enough man. She said I was never going to get you to a doctor's office
I said that's fair. Yeah
So
What happens is
An hour before he shows up to your house you take a full bar zany man, which you know, I already got a pretty good tolerance to those
so
I take this full bar
At seven o'clock at night so that you could just go right to bed as soon as he's done. Yeah
He knocks on the door
I was hey, buddy. How you doing first time I've ever met him, you know
And he's like you ready and I was man as ready as I'm ever going to be
So I literally follow him out to his van. It's a nice little van
Did he have candy for you? No, he did not, you know, and I from what I understand
He takes off the stickers that say spay and neuter your your your animals beforehand. Yeah, that way your neighbors don't
Yeah, it's very discreet. I get in this van and he's got the thunder game playing in the background big tv
That's as as wide as the van. Yeah, you know
And I don't know I guess the
I took a gummy too, you know, so
I wasn't nervous at all
You know, and I sat there and he's like, all right, man get undressed
And I was like like full right on it. I had my shirt on still
So I get undressed. He's like here put this around you, you know and
Boy, he didn't have no problem and he went right to work man. He grabbed my old junk and
and I went
You know and I told him I said look, I'm gonna be honest with you, man
You're the first dude that's ever touched me, you know, and he goes well
I must be some kind of tramp then because you're the tenth person dude. I've touched today
And you know, we laughed about it for a minute, man. Hey, and he went right to work, man, and uh
I literally looked down and watched him for a little while. Oh, I can do that. There's a lot of blood
There's a lot of blood. There's a lot of blood down there was there was a lot of blood, you know and uh
It was legitimately 20 minutes. There's a 20 minute deal. He said, uh
You're gonna feel a little poke and then you're gonna feel a burn after that
You won't feel anything and man, he was right, you know, he
Stabs the old first one in and I whoo, you know, and then you could feel it burn as it's going in
and then
Nothing after that after that you just feel a little bit of tugging a little bit of pulling
And could you hear the oh, yeah
You hear it, you know and then like literally 10 minutes later
He goes, all right, I'm done with the first side and the first side man. I feel like that went off great
Yeah, second side though. You have a little trouble man. I I don't think he had any trouble, but I'm having some trouble so
Obviously ice is your friend, you know, so I've been icing them every night. I go to bed with an ice pack on
And everything's fine. Well into day three day four man things really start hurting and they say
Get some tight underwear. Uh-huh
Hold your boys up in there. You know, yeah with some tight underwear. Yeah, and uh
so I I did that and
The transition from standing up to sitting down or from sitting down to standing up takes a minute it hurts
and
And once you get past that it's not that bad if I'm sitting down like right now don't even feel not a big deal at all
so
I'm into today's day six
About day three
man
Just one side really started hurting
The old left side started hurting and the right side
I got to go it's healed everything's fine
Well anyways, they started turning black
and everything down there is black, you know, which
Man
Which Aaron may not be upset about yeah, but
Have you saw this one about that? Well, she started looking it up last night and and this guy
Her search history is wild. Yeah. Yeah. This guy gets on there and says man day five was the worst day for me
Day five was probably my worst day too, man because
It had been a couple of days since I used any ice because I thought man
I'm on the downhill side of this man. We're we're good. Yeah, and then boom
And just black and hurting and swollen
And so I started putting ice on it again
And then this guy literally said, you know day five was the worst one for me and
Talking about bruised all up and yeah, I know it's all bruised up and
They say, you know about a week to heal. So today's day six
And I'm feeling better, but
Man just black bruised up black
hurts man
Damn, I know I don't feel any different. Everything feels the same. Yeah, so
Man, so a dude came to your house. Yep in a van
Yep, and gave you a vasectomy and this was your wife of 20 years idea. Yep
It's just wild to me that it was a really really good payout on me if something happens
Yeah, no, we're watching this pretty closely as this unfolds. It's just it's wild to me that this was Aaron's idea
I think that's what gets me the most
But I also understand how she was never going to get you to doctor's office
And the doctor even told me look man, this is the best thing I've ever done
You know if he did 11 that day and honestly guys if you want it done
man
It seems very reasonable do the other the other going to the doctor
But I'd say that this was the easiest possible thing that you could do if you if you gotta have this done
You know like you don't have to worry about nothing. He comes to your place
And just done. You don't have to go to the doctor. Did he put gloves on?
Oh, yeah, okay. He's a legit doctor. Okay, you know, I wasn't worried about that part
It wasn't like skin to skin. No, no, you know, I've made it a little worse. Yeah, but
Man, 1100 bucks
That's that's pretty good. You know, no insurance. No nothing
100 bucks
You want it done? I mean and he even told me I talked to him about it. He said man
COVID is what made me really think about making this deal happen. Yeah, and he said when COVID hit
Everything kind of got online. You do everything, you know people's delivering your groceries nowadays people are delivering everything to you
And I started talking to somebody man. What if I just outfitted a van as an office?
You know, and he goes best decision. I've ever made man. He goes, you know what?
I've never even been out here. I've lived in Oklahoma City. My whole life never been to union city
He goes, I get to see things now, man. I don't just go to the doctor's office every day
I drive around all day. Yeah, you know and do the same work
You know, he said it's the best thing I've ever done
And he said word of mouth has been my best. He goes, I don't even really advertise
He said and I am booked up
That's that's pretty cool. I mean if he did 10 that day, he made $11,000. Yep that day in a day
It's not too bad. Nope in a week. He could pay for that sprinter van. Yeah
I bet that thing's paid for
So, you know, if you're if you're looking into it, man
Yeah, look at that like even monkey was like, hey man, think I have that done
