"compressor W210 models. So the first of the bug-eyed Benz E-class sedans, I was a bit skeptical about that but I picked it up with you Matthew on the weekend and it drives beautifully. The Autos lovely, the engine smooth and quiet and you know, it's not the most Full version of that. In fact, I think to the least"
"I should, if I ever spoke to a Trader executive, my time I want to ask that question, or you're going for a in BMX 5 or you want to put a little bit more money as ID for, or last one. Hyundai, S 2000. Where is your money going and why? Mmm-hmm a tough one?"
"something but don't put it this way. The Come a long way and now they only I 20s and and I 30 and stuff I crackers. But I did that was Genesis guys that was the Genesis of the end. Must be honest."
"My nana and stuff would be like all the masses will always always be mostly finished in there will be there will always be the one to talk about. So it's interesting that Master had that image in Australia, but I think mostly everywhere else had a bit of a different kind of a bit of a bit more sporty because the RX-7, but with things we have our acceptance here. So I just thought that's why I'm just trying to picture on my way, was the turning point that the people like, okay, actually, Our kind of cars."

Mary J online with Edward bunting.
Patrick never and Scotty do Johnson, what's happening?
Gentlemen? Hello, I'm Matthew.
Hello, Matt. You're all good to have you
back? What would you rather?
So hopefully you guys had a couple.
That you thought of during the day and obviously, the quiz at the end of the show, as we normally do on a Tuesday night show. But we'll start with Patrick
updates with you man. So last time you heard from your
someone who hit your car and has it three correct, and you obviously, very pissed as you should have been because it was a hit-and-run. What's happening with that?
Is it all fixed up your back to back to happy that be amazed.
The three, or we still kind of I've been hanging on is that was that long ago I've been on so yeah.
Um so the car did end up just polishing it.
Yes, I buffed it out and it came out there marketing is left to still look at a certain angle is so kind of dented in a bit but I'm not really worried about that and I'm not I'm not sure if you if I did say this on the show but I think you should be with my fuel tank as well. Correct.
Yeah yep. Yep.
So obviously with the baffle so a couple weeks ago I Source of tank and I went and I picked it up and I went to go the last week to install the tank and by the time, I already pulled out my tank, the guys holding the wrong tank.
You gave you gave your sit-down tank, didn't he?
You know, it was just, it was smaller and it was made out of plastic. It was his medal.
Mine is layer. Metal large tank.
So pissed in the guy blocked you on everything, so I couldn't get in contact with you people. Kidding.
Yeah. So what I did was I just got me
pliers. And just rip the baffles out
that was making the issue. Yeah, and yeah, like the kind of
makes no noise. Everything's fine.
So, I think I've sort of that and as well as updates, the arm Masters, officially for sale. Whoa!
He said yes. Time for her to go go to a new
home. So a guy who's coming who's
supposed to come today, but some I'm up.
So it's coming on Friday. Have a look at the car.
So what are you going to replace it with a trick?
Well, what my goal and intentions are with me selling them as that I'll buy something much time.
Looking at looking at the seal answer, I'm three grand or so just to get me from the factory and back until I'm giving a worker while I have that I'm looking at hopefully very soon with the arm money from the Mazda.
And what I've already saved to officially start.
Looking at inquiring on Esther teens.
They bring. So it's going to happen.
Is chassis is happening. It's it is sad because I the
three you really enjoy that guys.
It's been two great car that it's a fantastic car.
You look hot. I have no complaints.
You know at the start. Yeah.
When I first got the car obviously know, kind of.
Yeah. Like and well once you know,
I've start driving it, you know, I took it to places and done Things with their, it just it's a fantastic car.
It's the best of both worlds. You know.
It's not, you know, too boring to the point where like it.
There's like, you get no connection.
Like, if to do some spirited driving.
It's it has a day. You know, it's got enough oomph
in the arm higher range of the RPMs and it's practical as well as going to feel. And, yeah, I've just I've grown
attached to it, but, you know, I'll come to a point as in like, I knew that I was going to keep going to keep them as the forever. So I thought, So this is the
time now I've seen it a few cause pop up and you know yeah time to let it go. There's 13 pricing, what are we
looking at breast 13? These days are they still really
expensive or whoa, the still arm in the process, still high and all like you're still looking at a stupid amount of money for an S 13, but when I'm looking at to find a clean one, even if it is on turbo but still an Sr clean. You're looking anywhere between
A 17 to 20 grand well, which is still.
Yeah, it's pricey and it's a shame that it is that much, but I can't pick up someone's of which will require a bit of work. I did find a s 1318 turbo,
manual for 15. Okay, needs injectors.
It's got a little hole in there, Fender.
That's from just from photos from just for obviously, who knows what else there is. Hopefully, but I will have a
look at that car. I have been something the guy
and when I do choir the funds then I'll go ahead and arrange a time. Look at the car.
If that car is just as it seems on the photos and it's just those key points, he's mentioned.
And I've seen then for 15 grand for already Factory, Turbo S 13.
Which means they have that factory turbo front and bar, which he, I would all Plastics and has the kaido and everything which obviously adds more investment.
Obviously, the future plans would be to Sr swap, but just to get The markets have to have the base.
Yeah, 15 grand. You can't beat it.
I want as I did really want to ness15, obviously, that is the dream. I got an email from a few
importing, companies saying they no longer import those cars anymore. Well, yeah.
Because apparently they are, they, they are all their answers was the old been tired. Maybe most of them full of rust,
whatever. And it's not worth it for them,
like they don't get and I profit or and A rich tone bringing the car back for us if we can find one for a cheap deals.
So, yeah. They said Sylvia suspect like
there's a lot of cars that they've stopped importing but Sylvia's, especially, that's it. They've stopped him pointing in
which kind of sucks because the prices of them in Japan have dropped. Because I've been watching the
market over there and it's just, yeah, nothing I can do is so Mom next best guest is get a 13 because 15 see how you're still looking at between 40 to 50 grand and I'm not spending Much.
Yeah. Yeah, that's pretty much.
How much my car updates, man. I mean, the sea was, it's a CIA
team was the smaller 1.8 Turbo, right?
That was great. Yeah, they still make those
stomach, okay, pal. Right.
Like, like the, I mean, that they're not as strong as an Sr but they see. Ya know they like there are
right Mona liked a lot of people compare them as a lot of people who say this is pretty much a baby, I'll be 20, but I think someone say, like, for around 200 to say, to 30 kilowatts, it's like a good Arrange for them, anything more.
It's kind of any more money you put into it, you're better off in getting an Sr. I mean, my my, my goal always
supposed to go SI but, and to put a ve had in everything as I explained in previous episodes before.
But yeah I mean if you're just for something just like low-power, nothing crazy. The heard they do.
Make a good note that I do greater than 4.
Then I sell better than a science.
It does sound better than Sr.'s. Yes.
But yeah. Like as as Aftermarket support
as far as you do, have a lot more compared to Cas because it's just a lot of people always meant for the bigger displacement motor. So there isn't that much.
I feel like a lot of the technology so use is.
But even with aftermarket support in Cas still very outdated, I've just from what I've seen so I guess it naturally. It's everyone.
Just shifts it as stars but look, if the guy's for the adds to the guy said he needed injectors.
Like, mechanically, I do my Trucking in a new say injectors and The case, whatever may be the fuel pump for whatever and they're running it for a bit until I've decided to jump over or two are finding their saw blacktop preferably and then yeah, yeah we'll go from there. Nice.
Sounds exciting, dude, one sad. See the most to go but excited
for the for the for the a strategy that that'll be a little bit of fun and it's good dream Carpaccio.
You've mentioned that a lot. I have I sure have yet so it
feels a bit. Still feels a bit surreal.
I haven't even sold my car yet. But I just feels like, you know,
I'm all right. Now, just stepping into like
already like to say, starting the process now is just feels.
Okay, bye. This is happening.
You know, like hmm But my is exciting.
So now it sounds sounds. Very, very good.
We've also been joined by, it's what it says Debbie's EPC, but it's actually, it's actually who robbed.
How I wrong. I'm good.
Thanks. Good luck.
I still haven't learned how to use my new laptop yet, so I'm using Life's so only, I finally bit the bullet and bought a laptop. There you go.
First, my first computer, ever that I had to pay for.
And by its seriously, man, I've always had to work computer for the last 20 odd years. So, I'm going to see you've lost
your whole 21 years on this Earth.
Who with, who, with their laptop?
Yeah. No.
It's just I wanted that. It's actually one of those you
view term MacBooks. No not download all the photos
from the iPhone and I wanted to do some GoPro sort of photoshopping and stuff like that with the GoPro I'll do some water that media. Anything entity.
So Yes, put some of our car trips amount of bike trips together, make one real, instead of having all these little 30-second Snippets, another be cool to see.
Definitely gonna say, yeah, we'll get back.
We'll Circle back to you. Scotty do updates with you, man,
what's happening? Thanks with me.
Hmm Cowboys, not too much at the moment.
I'm planning the next week because scoreline Ace has just started. So I'm planning the next week,
I'll be doing a bunch of castoffs as Through will need a service that's just the basic service.
Just going to be or filter that myself.
I can go back to the normal ten w40 this time because the rocker covers of all been done, so there's no more leaks.
No more leak You. Luke.
Yeah, I can go back to normal. 10:40 on that one and just
recently, I haven't arrived yet, but I just bought some new brochures. I saw.
I just, I just noticed when I sent ya, so which ones?
I'm getting so I got to hardcover, R34 GT-R ones.
That's cause one of them black cover and then the other hardcovers just got the picture of the Bayside blue. 34.
Gdr on it. One of them's just got more
pages than the other so some extras in there.
The other one I got was the R34 GT-R.
Alright coupet one. So I got that brochure and a R32
GTR one as well. Just start off by.
There's so many others that I wanted.
Did you find out about the Toyota ones?
I'm going to have, I'm going to inquire for you.
That would find out if there's any of those ones that you want and neither am I to ones W so I can send the pictures over to you and see what you think. But my goodness this guy has so
Many finding was he on Marketplace or something?
Now just on just one of the web pages with Iron Chef Imports.
All right there just to help fund his.
I think he's doing a turbo rebuild or Turbo upgrade just help fund that he's just selling off a whole bunch.
So they all Ozzy brochures or Japanese brushes.
All Japanese. Mmm, Yeah, sounds good.
No, I like it with the skyline in general with that.
Not still sitting undercover solid up.
We're going to go over there. I have to go over there because
I had to borrow the lawn mower to mow my patch of land before they start start that. Yeah, runs fine.
I got to take that tiresome when it goes flat too fast so I thought was the valve and replace the valve but it's still going flat. Okay I get that done too many
jobs for the holidays. I know, just not enough holidays
need more than two weeks. That's because I got a bit of
school work, I got to do as well.
So I'm going to set up a bit of time for that too.
Is that a cat or a bird? That's a cat?
She has the most high pitch stupid meow.
And then, she starts scratching the door.
Yep. Sure.
Do everybody stays with you. All right, you've had a very
busy week. I've put you.
I was gonna say I've been quite busy with that.
I think our friend recently, I I have the old Mini for sale which is beeps out for a little while. There's a little bit of interest
in that. Someone's getting it checked out
tomorrow so maybe that will find a new home.
What else? S not like my mini.
That's like, that's like, that's like another one that I have sought the main one. Mmm, I did a bit of a buying
spree. In the last couple of weeks.
I bought. Don't mention the Civic last
time I bought an 08, Civic sedan Auto with 80,000 k.
That's a one owner car in bright red.
That that will present very well.
I'm just getting it serviced and a couple of little things done on it. I bought a Mercedes Benz E200
compressor W210 models. So the first of the bug-eyed
Benz E-class sedans, I was a bit skeptical about that but I picked it up with you Matthew on the weekend and it drives beautifully. The Autos lovely, the engine
smooth and quiet and you know, it's not the most Full version of that. In fact, I think to the least
powerful version of that car. But it's just fine.
It's so comfy and easy. And I've really I'm driving it
around every day at the moment. And it's, and it's great.
I really enjoy driving it. And I said to Matt on the
weekend, I've got I remember why I like gold benzes.
These things just eat up highway miles with such a steering wheel. Feels good to see to feel good.
It's a one-owner car that that's been garaged and not, you know, it's not cosmetically. Aged really at all.
It's very, very clean. I was going to say even when I
saw it how straight it looks. It's just yeah.
There's silver with gray and beat x / / leather, combo interior. It's got a roof full books one
95k on it but doesn't feel like it there's not a squeak or rattle or anything in. It's a really really clean car
and then I bought a Toyota to Rago another one because I like multiples of things. I found another one owner to
Rago which makes my 416,000 Look like a low.
My like this things done 583 it's a Goldie color with decals.
It's got the twin sunroofs. It's got the velour.
It's a 2.2 injected Auto. Where's my other ones?
A car be manual. So look my other ones are better
car. You know, it's in better
condition that I wouldn't sell that but this one I'm going to sort of yeah clean up and get a little bit done to it and it's got some old tin that needs to come off and few little jobs on it, and then I'll probably find And a new home for that still there any parts to take off and swap.
I did think of that Scotty, it's a good question.
The headlight covers on this new one that aren't on mine but they've got there's a little crack in each of them and so they 80% but as David or someone said to me I think they're not quite good enough for my other car.
Like I'd only put an accessory on my other car for was perfect.
I don't want to put cracked headlight covers on it now and then it's got carpet mats in it that are tailored.
To Rago carpet mats front and rear which are great, they their chocolate brown to match the carpet and I thought do I take them out and get templates made of those and put them in my other car because I've never seen those mats in one of those before. And then I thought I've got the
rubber flooring mats that I cut out around the other might arago. Yeah, you could get some fronts
made up if you wanted, but I was like, I don't know if I can be bothered. Yeah, I don't think so is the
answer. I don't think.
Is anything on this? That I would, that's better than
my car. Um, but look at dry.
It's pretty straight and original, and it drives.
Well, and pretty much everything works on it.
It just it's a little bit whiny when you driving, which could be a wheel bearing or could be the default in the rear being a bit whiny, which is highly likely those case, I don't know which it is. But yeah, it's cool to be a bit
of retro. Cool.
What else have I dealing with the suebi wagon?
The Gen 1, Liberty is currently at the panel shop, getting the bumpers front and rear repainted, rear one's not bad.
He said that's why me. Bring me today and said, what
are you giving me it? What are you giving me?
That's the way you talk about. You guys the front bars month in
its full house paint and it's got a bolt through it and he goes give me another because I can't deal with this thing and I said, yeah, I thought you might say that.
So he said look the labor to put that front bar, right?
Is to it's going to be too much. So I'm I've got to after this
Zoom call or try and find a front bar fridge in one liberty, doesn't matter what color? Because I'm gonna get painted
anyway, but ideally white. That's that 12 to not feel like
I'm missing a car Civic subi Ben's mini tamago.
No, that's them. That's that's the five cars.
I've got floating around that need to all find new homes.
Now I've got an idea for you now gentlemen, on this podcast, I'd like to get your input as well you know.
Orange to virtually identical to rago's.
I think a year apart once injected automatic other one is carburetor manual. Any other boy?
It's exciting for both. He says those are the virtually
the same thing. One's going to be more K is
what's called Les, cayes. Not promoted the boat on a lot
470,000. That's the low mileage.
One low mileage. No, hear me out guys.
What do you think? We do a drag race automatic
injected verse manual car be and you are V and we and we put money on who wins? Yeah.
And I'm see, I'm dead serious. Like, we either, we take them to
court a pocket. Just let me for a while.
After a good idea. I'll put money on it as well,
100%. I really pity it.
I think the menu would win. Okay.
But the other ones. Good fuel injection.
It's an idiot. I think it's got front and rear
bars on it. And the sunroof is going to be
an extra sheet in that other one.
I think I think the menu would still be it.
Okay, well, I'm serious, I'm serious.
M. We fill them.
Both of people. Do you know, with those two
cars? I can take 16 people with two
cars, does not until I guess it's not a bad ratio.
Let's not do that. That's like everybody.
I know from this podcast, it's everything we can to two vehicles bang like a football team almost.
Absolutely. Absolutely.
So that's me. I've been very busy buying and
now I need to get busy selling sounds good.
Yeah. And who's things as Debbie, but
You know what's Rob? Rob updates with you, my friend,
God's banker, playing car. Tetris moving a Mercedes, a
Tesla to get my xr6 out to get it to my man cave.
Then I had to move another Merc to get the other workouts to get the pigs are 16 and then move the F100 back into its spot.
So that spent the whole weekend in the rain moving cars around.
Yeah. And then on top of that it's
been looking at different methods.
Filling out my van for than life.
Oh yeah, Matt yes I've got the transit.
Yeah so I'll get it in about 12 months time and so just been looking at different figure out options where I do it myself or get someone to do it. But for get someone to do it,
the most people have sort of quoting sixty to seventy thousand dollars to fit it out for Jesus.
Yeah, an engineer Engineers reports only 13 Dollars.
So, yes, it's a funny story. My dad was a temple where
shopping tonight and he saw this saw this.
Backpacking couple in a Ford. It kind of in any way they were
saying harder, but they didn't barely spoke a word of English.
But they were trying to figure out how to put a bed in the back of like, you know, like like frame.
Yeah. In the back of the, in the back
of the van and what I goes up to him.
He's like, what are you guys doing?
And then they responded to me. I was trying to have a have a
bet that's not sitting on the top of the hubs of the wheels and then all that stuff when I was like, come over my place, I'll make you one. So he invited them over and this
is like, on Jesus. Is it supposed to be in like a
in November early November? And he was, you know, he built a
forum and I will kind of see something like these two random people like, Hello? Okay.
The it is, is that in the van building, this goodness, this.
This video, this is bad for him. He's like, say I saved you money
from God. But even though going to go like
Ike here and try and make their own and I'm like, I'm like, this is we can eat. It's what you need to do, rob,
you got to make your own, it's going, it's going to be far better, it will be it's time. It's time consuming.
So you know, there's so many other things you that I could be doing and need to do as well, and it's just time.
I can't spread myself that thing I need to.
I think retire and just work on my cars.
Do me, Landscaping work on me house.
Build me Vans, I still got an F100.
I want to restore You know, start the 3rd ACC sitting in the garage that needs to be painted. What about the p76?
Yeah, that's another story. Again, it's that with my skill.
Level gets high enough and I feel that I'm good enough.
Only then will I do my p76. Okay, it's gonna happen this
p76. Yeah, I know I'd love to get
that done as well but yeah it is just I don't know once you have any projects so I don't know. I really don't know where I'm
going to start. The projects but I think I just
need to get that free 88 CC out of the garage now that I got space in the garage, get that painted up and get that on the road. So you know the pain has been
hassling me. Get it get the body work done.
Get the body work done so I can paint it for you.
Yeah. So he's keen on painting it and
here I am not working on it enough so so really go get stuck into the Bodywork of the create a sec to get that paint it up.
So the paint booths, you know, pretty much available anytime I need it. So I want it.
So it's just a matter of getting Well, I have to give her and getting that SEC up and running excited to exciting time to time. Yeah, so what's happening?
That sounds like it's going to go.
Oh, I want to see. I want to see some drawings on
to see some sketchup's of how you're going to do this.
This, this van it's gonna be interesting to say it's how was work today. I was been researching a
fiberglass shell basis and and things like that or shower.
So I'm just going to instead of building one in the, the van.
I'll just buy the fiberglass shower with it.
The the Tedford toilet and Basin built into it and everything.
So it's all one piece. At that way, there's less room
or less chance of it leaking in years to come when it's all one piece. Yeah.
So that's my thought. You don't want water leaking
through it and then rusting out from underneath or something stupid, like that. So, and that'll save a bit of
time you try to manufacture one. So it's going to cost about two
and a half grand for the actual sweet.
But it's I think money, well, spent better than 60 Grinch.
Yeah, that's right. And then you know, even by some
of build out the kitchen and what not even if I allow 10,000 for it. It's I can't say costing more
than 30. God granted fitted out no, no
way, not 60, 70 thousand what they're talking about.
So one of the transit yeah. You might have a Transit and
well that's what the guy is saying.
Well guys all these days. It's going to cost you as much
as the purchase of new vehicle to fit them out.
I go I All right. And so I'm it's disappointing a
cost that much, but yeah, people are asking premium for him and they've got a like a 12-month backlog in, in getting the cars to the van and stun to. Because if that be and people
are willing to pay sixty seventy thousand dollars for it.
It's so and the other disappointing thing I was just doing a bit of just looking at you know what features a car has like a unfortunately Australian ones that don't look like they've even though they got internet connectivity that I have a Wi-Fi extender where you can add your devices to the Wi-Fi, whereas the European and American ones do and they also come out and all Drive in England and the us but not in Australia. So, it's disappointing that you
don't have those those options with the Australian delivered Vance. Don't know why did I give it to
you? I read an article saying that it
cost, too much for, for Australia to gear up and train, all their people and have all the extra stuff in their warehouse for all Drive Transit. It's a bloody Zanna the end of
the day which is a poor excuse for not having an all-wheel drive car in Australia because I'm sure they'll still pretty well if they did. You'd have yeah to be like the
Spectrum 4x4. Ya look sounds exciting.
Yeah, it should be good. Updates with me, hit 100K is in
the fiesta. Oh wow.
What's the first service inspections are 3000 4000 5000 per service? Well here's the thing, right?
They say our intervals every 15 but they recommend.
You doing all change at seven. I'm like, yeah, I want to do
that. Like that, just be obvious.
Obviously, they don't know that out.
That's what I want to do. So yeah, that'll be going to be
that. I'm drumming, drumming a Beat.
Running. I still haven't given it.
The full beans yet. Gradually, gradually, putting my
foot into it a bit more and when I want to get about 50 in any case, I think that I can start, you know, really opening it up and see what it can do. So that'll be, that'll be fun.
Mercedes Drive it through that today, that's driving fine, started the typhoon but that's that's virtually it on my end idea that the forest is in getting its clutch time at the moment so that's not your cake and talk about that car.
It's still a family kind of things and they go it's a it's getting done. But gentlemen, that is it for me
in my car. There's now moving on to
tonight's topics of what would you rather is now?
I like to do? What would you rather?
Because I I think they get, I think you find what everybody likes a bit more in and you can, you can find out the reasoning.
And when you say, oh yeah, that's a bit of Scotty or that.
Well, that's a bit of, that's a bit of a, that's a bit of Patrick, you know, if you see one of those on the road back and Patrick, that that's a car for you.
Right there. You can really find that that
connection. I also like what we've done with
the last few times and What would you buy new and what would you buy now? Which I think really kind of
changes the game a little bit and it really, it really cuts the the real good cars from them.
Let's go, it's crap. So I've got a few to start off
with. I'll start with my first one
now, I'm a, I'm a sucker for early 2000s, small sedans that were actually look natural. You know, we're pretty good now.
Small sedans in particular that were quite pricey and inverted commas. Well, built and were, you know,
up and come. Good cars.
Now, the leaders of this Market, which nearly 2,000 would be an E46 330ci. 30. I IW 203 C 320 so that these are
both six cylinders, both over three liters of capacity.
And but the, the Curve will here is the Lexus IS350.
First gen is, what would you have bought then?
And what would you buy new? What would you rather?
That's the Lexus and Lexus the Lexus?
I'm BMW E46 330ci and W. 203 C, 320.
Get about the do b2o3 that's past Lexus.
Great car. Like c-46.
Like the look like the drive but I still think I'd go the Lexus.
Hmm. I think I'll be putting on the
Beamer back then but now I'd go to Lexus.
Why? Because Alexis works and the
Beamer will need work. Yeah this is this is this is
true and Alexis is still rear drive you can still get a manual, you know it's rear drive.
Got a cool dash cluster. It's a, it's a well-put-together
car, you know, the E46 is still a great drive and good looking car but they all need stuff to under them more.
So than Alexis, I would argue. What about you rope?
Well, we buy a back then or buying them now.
So both I say both both Lexus Lexus.
Yeah. I mean, you guys have had a fall
Sixers. And that's why, that's why.
Yes, experience. All right.
Patrick authy 46. Don't get me wrong.
I think maybe back then back then, you know, I mean I was probably so, you know, feed a spa like hypothetically speaking I would probably go with the yeah.
I'll probably go with the Beamer but now it definitely add Alexis, I think it's such a great.
Car, you know, as a point out, the paint area is well nicely put together, the, the dash is nice, you know, blacks, as being a, the higher end version of Toyota it's just very thoughtful and it's reliable as well. Much more reliable than any are
46, as pains me to say, so yeah, definitely.
So I'll probably say yeah. BMW then, but definitely exists.
Now Scott, yeah, I'm pretty much the same as A else.
No difference here. BMW back then and I knew your
BMW. Now the good thing though, is
the 846 is to look really, really nice.
Even today's standards, but at least I know the Lexus will keep on going especially with the 2J under the hood and I can't say no to the dash cluster as well in the Lexus IS Looks awesome.
Yeah, that, that chronograph kind of class of them that came with was just sick. My was one of the coolest Parts
about that car. I'm seeing it and it was very
controversial, people either really like little people couldn't stand it and I was one of those people I thought this was so it looks so mechanical and that's what really why I love that first gen is whereas when I went to the second in our signature nice-looking car, I just, I found the want a bit safe. I guess you could say and it
just, it just didn't really hit the nail.
Head, as well as I did, as well as the first one that we even though the second one solar, I believe more cars.
And the first gen for me is just, it's the better sighs better looking and yeah, I'm a big fan of that version ions.
So in B is for me, new and is for me now.
So no one for the bins at all. That's interesting.
Throw threes. Not a great.
Oh, great bins, not a great guy. I would agree with you there.
Well there to see Thirty twos. See.
Senate has been hard. Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely Delight. When they had a cow that's
supercharged V6. They went.
Well, they were a better car. There are there are actually
better screwed together than the South African made.
Won't they be the the other one? So, yeah.
But in terms of just choosing, like non-performance more than one like variants, like I guess the best ones you can get with.
Like the biggest engines, I'd still take the epistle, think Alexis What's Nick? What would you rather next one?
Would you rather from me? Gentlemen is a Mark 3, 2002 MR2.
So after soft-top Roadster in the in the early 2000s and you've got the Mark 3 m R2 which is which is you know the this no sorry the wwz 30. That's the order.
Only one correct was order only in Australia for some unknown reason which we like a really stupid transmission.
But it was available as a manual elsewhere and I still still do not know why that was the case I do.
I should, if I ever spoke to a Trader executive, my time I want to ask that question, or you're going for a in BMX 5 or you want to put a little bit more money as ID for, or last one.
Hyundai, S 2000. Where is your money going and
why? Mmm-hmm a tough one?
One between you forget about the MR2.
Let's concentrate on the end, BMX five.
In the S2 that I'm thinking exact same as you.
Add, yeah, Zed for nice drive, but bit more people pricey.
Yeah, I've been a good car to. They like, they, they seem to
seem to be quite well, not a bad car, but S2000 is a bit more exotic than the MX-5. And, you know, it's got that
wonderful power to weight ratio super revi engine.
I really like those much as I'm an MX-5 fan.
I think I'd go the S2000 out of that.
One brand-new brand spankin there about seventy six grand.
I think brand-new something like that.
And what would you take today? You're probably saying probably
an S2000. I hate to be a copycat.
Yeah. So Rob is, all team is 2081
disagree. Then an arrow.
There, like a thousand. Good choice, Robert.
Good choice Scott. Copycat again.
I don't like the look of those Emma cheese with those ones.
Also badges like a voxel. No, that's a different that's a
different thing. Is they were sort of a bit weird
looking like a little bit, you know.
The first time I to that Matt's got his super wedgie 80s, fantastic. Next one was like a mini Ferrari
curvaceous still Target Etc. That third one was sort of like
this little toy thing that didn't really look exotic for want of a better word. Very good driver.
Have you ever driven one? No, I haven't despite the
gearbox the chassis actually Really, really good.
And it and on the hot version, I think it still holds the record like a modified one of those still holds the record of, like, the quickest time on that toe game.
So, wow. So they never they didn't sell a
lot of them here you don't you don't see them around very much whereas you do think that the not so much the aw 11 but there the second year was that a W12 working?
No it's not between yeah 322 okay you do see those around a bit. Patrick, see now Ike I'll give
my answer now, you know. Yeah, copy Castle S2000 but they
are the actually I do know is that something that the mi-2 like if we got it with the manual transmission I feel like it would change the car completely and you know, like like the and like they do in the states and in the one you send me as well, Matt, you know, a lot of people do swap the arm, the Tuesday's e.g. mode in it and it's pretty much just a poor
man's Lotus at that point. So you know, it's a great
chassis and also I reckon if if we did got get in a manual transmission I feel like my heart, probably go more towards them, am I too? But I've always said to anyone
who ever has asked me if I was to own any convertible ever in the world and bast2000 my question.
Well, it's interesting. You said that like, I'm Patrick
because there are a lot of people in Australia that have owned them. Those are those earlier.
So they sturgeon in my 20s and What they've done if they wanted to kill me you can actually just buy the conversion kit from Japan because they're a little more crash, some stuff convert them and they love the car. There are to be like this is
what the car was missing this whole time.
And like for me that's one of those cars that you know.
I know it's a bit of a purist here but that would be a car that you'd change to him like a proper manual gearbox and make it, make it how it should have. Come like, how we should have
had it from the factory. So for that reason to convert
and stuff. Yeah.
And I probably wouldn't go through the hassle in terms of In terms of I'll be able to lock him up for the right price.
I'd be I'll be I'll be quite interested.
Is that for? I really like always come like
that first gen set for I think it's still good.
Looking guy looks like a looks like an old British sports car with a long nose, and short deck lid and and you know, it's got, its got really cool proportions and I thought that was always a good looking car. And so even though that was like
a really crisp angle design, but I still quite, I think it's I used very well. In terms of the MX-5, well, it's
always the answer really isn't it?
But then is it the answer when you've got an A in S2000 next to it? Yes, you Downs always gonna take
the cake and you're right. It's just a little bit more
exotic and it looks a little bit more, you know, kind of just, just that bit more special. And I think I think taking that
out compared to an MX-5 out, like, for me, the msi's more than your daily driver. But yes, you thousand more,
we're an event car. You take it out for a special
sense of occasion and I think that's, I think that's for me to, it's 2000 and there's two males.
What is the first time we've all agreed on both?
That's of people agreeing that's quite unheard of actually my next one guys. You know early 2000s again like
I'm sticking to this year because because I really think that was a that was one of the last school year is of cars.
Now getting back to Japan. Again is kind of was kind of the
end of the coup pays that were you know, that work there.
Coming out of Japan, coming out, coming out from all over the world, good luck. It because especially the
Japanese economic Bubbles and bursts people looking starting to go towards your hatches and SUVs in particular, but you can still get some really cool to talk you guys that for relatively relatively cheap. Now, we're not talking top-spec,
you know, type hours or anything, we just talking your standard, you stand on one's all of these cars.
So, first one is the final generation.
Toyota Celica with the to. The GE.
So the banana shape one which everyone refers with the banana.
The next choice is your Honda Integra.
The last one we got in the last integral that they made.
Besides the new one, which is not an Integrity Toronto to us on the show. And here's a spanner in the
works. For you guys, the Hyundai
Tiburon. The only one with the V6 and
actually not a bad car. Is it busy yourself Bobby a very
short podcast. If he's Are the choices Honda
Integra bang done, but the other telecast done.
Okay. Well, and what, why would you
not even consider how you are? Because I've got a Toyota and
Honda sitting next to it. You know, I'm not touching a
stupid TV on. When was the last time you saw
one of those that seem quite a quite a regular actually myself down my side are you don't but not look.
This alley cat has some credibility.
Yes but that was the real sort of year banana wedgie shave.
I'm I'm not mad on the look of it.
I think the Honda Integra was a nice-looking car and probably a lie and I'll say better engineer the toy.
It is were good, but little bit more street cred, maybe out of the Honda. Okay.
And Patrick, you, what you want to do for this league, our reasoning, I felt this leak is very underrated.
I mean, The Styling. Yeah, you can.
It can be questioned, you know, it wasn't the best compared to the previous gym but underneath, they're like, underneath it's ugly. They say I'll be skin.
It was a good car, you know, it handles.
Good had a good murder suspension.
Why? Everything like it it performed
head-to-head with the Integra at the time.
So obviously with my experience with the 2/3 is just for me it's kind of a no-brainer to choose as much as I love the Integra and I've been in them D, both DEC 2nd c5's and I drew from them both and they go hard. They have.
I understand NoDa pedigree behind them.
I don't know. I feel like I'm just going to
always be a bit more biased towards the Toyota.
As with their high-end, I do this three things, I hate in this world. That pissed me off the most
politics that when the ice cream machine is broken and Tiburon.
So, no way I'm in politics when the ice cream machine is broken.
But so Mark is always broken at Mac is.
Okay, so he's broken and the tibia on well, Scotty tricky, one. I probably would go for the
Sulekha also, whew. Okay, over the tag.
Man, it would be so close because I really do like the integra's as well. Hmm.
Okay, brand-new sleeker now, Integra.
Mmm. Okay.
All right. And why would you take the the
integrin? Now, do you think the sleeker
hasn't aged, as well as the Integra that there isn't the reason? Yeah, I don't know.
I just feel like the look of the Integrity as just aged really well. Just I'm just saying about.
I'd love one in white. Yeah.
That'd be perfect Championship white.
I think it's called just the name of it I think.
Yeah. Correct.
That would be my pick Roberts. Why are you on mute raw?
Why? I have a dog guy have a doctor
box all the time. Anyway, I have fond memories of
the Hyundai. When I first bought me WRX, they
gave me one, is alone care to be Ronald?
No, yeah, so pushing that through the hills and cornering through heals me something vomit.
Holly, actually vomited in it. Ha ha ha.
Subaru, gave you a loan cart? If Iran is that Yale is Empire
Motors back. Then in Cobourg, and they had
these WRX Sydney, but they used to sell protons I think.
Yeah, yeah, down City Road there, oh, look at it.
So as one of the earlier, two bronze but Still didn't vomit in the Rex, but he vomited in the Tiburon.
Yes, you did. It had that funny real bad
smelling that, you know that can you cast?
This was a new car smell. It was detached that what they
have these to detail the cars back in the old back in those days and they real odor in it. Like like you would when you get
a car rental, it had that real bad odor in it.
Yeah, anyways, they just tie Shine, the whole interior didn't ya. It that's starting to sit down
tire, shine inside and out. It's good stuff site.
Now I look at that. Seriously, my probably the hot,
the Honda I would actually take today any day I think, and the probably worth more than that in your underwear for bit of money to a bit about living living K. I'm looking at him for a second
hand. One with 186,000 case on it, so
yeah, they're really good. Hey, you spent eleven kale,
that's what they want for him. So V6 is 17,800 for a 2006
model. That's how asking stupid money
for him. I thought they'd be like four
and a half. Hey no.
You want to view want a V6? Buy a cheap. 500 dollar VT
Commodore, the model. That's all you need any more VTS
around? Yeah.
Me knew I would have probably said the Integra, but I would have gotten that nice blue that they came in.
Now, I would take the seleka because I think it's kind of retro. Cool.
And I always kind of always had that was my first car in Need for Speed on the ground. It was not what sort of the
focus was what was the first car or the kind of what I was but then I always had the, the Toyota was my next choice an hour. Yeah, there's such a cool car
like the hood scoop even though it did nothing and I thought was a really thought was very cool car of its period.
So I was like yeah. That's that's the car.
So I would probably go for the Silicon.
Yeah. And plus the engine and it's a
masterpiece, but like the to Zed's really underrated engine.
So I would excuse me, I would happily take on the Hyundai, even Richard Hammond likes the how you die.
So, there you go. That's that's that's saying
something but don't put it this way.
The Come a long way and now they only I 20s and and I 30 and stuff I crackers. But I did that was Genesis guys
that was the Genesis of the end. Must be honest.
That it was a proper track are not really but I'm just trying to get some credibility. So that is the third one for me.
What about you guys? What were your?
What would you rather? Did you guys putting together?
Yeah, I got a good one. Let's go early 2000's, I love
that. He runs a good ERA where we're
stuck in here. You're pretty rich, you loaded,
you like Fast Cars, and you've got a choice of three from different countries. The first choice is a Ferrari
360 Your second choice is a Porsche GT3.
And your third choice is a Honda NSX Type R.
Which one would you go for Wallace Australian, delivered Vehicles. They are Okay.
Yeah. Yeah.
The NSX week you couldn't get as a type or NSX R.
You can get that here, but you can get the NX x 1.
Think we should just go with an NSX like you could get it here.
So NSX 360. It was a, the modern I wasn't
it. That was the yeah, yeah, those
are 360. And in the night that would be a
996 GT3 be a lot, not on 6. 83 correct RS.
Yes, you be. No 96.
You know, she disliked Italian cars.
Your rights to me. The 360 is just too ugly.
I do. It was the ugliest.
Ferrari. Yeah, I do like a Porsche 911,
but the 996 is not my favorite of the 91 ones there.
Life isn't any 6 is cool but it is a GT3.
Nah, nah. Seems like, that's a pretty good
know. That's a pretty good night.
I'd say, I think I'd have to go to the port then and now, yeah, I think I do Porsche, Porsche, I like the NSX, don't get me wrong. But when you go to GT3 next to
it, now it's, it's where I'd probably go.
I Like A Flat 6, they sound great.
I'm the same as Ed, you know, it's kind of part tossing up between the NSX and the Porsche but You know, the NSX is a great car, you know phenomenal for its time but if for me personally like the best automotive car maker in performance car that in design performance and everything, it's just a Porsche always has my heart and yeah, 996 GT3 as well.
Yeah. Then now 100% we should do
lunch, Patrick, differ on the same page tonight.
Oh, good time and place, and I'll be there.
There's nothing like the sound of that Flat 6 firing up.
It's just you so iconic. I love it even.
Even the day, I'm the new 992 GT3 of this float and a flat six Sons. Hmm.
Oh, my days. Beautiful car.
Beautiful cock Robin. Porsche GT3.
Yeah, yeah, yes, yeah. Come to lunch to rub.
Yeah, I do. Worry a little bit about
maintenance on the Porsches that they they do not, they do need a lot of Maintenance, the Honda Probably Prairie.
Yeah. Well, forget that Ferrari
maintenance wise but the NSX would probably be the most reliable and the most Some sort car I think sort of will sort it out car. Yeah yeah.
The guy across the road from me had, he's had many many cars.
He's had Porsches. He said, he said, Ferraris and
Maseratis. He said GTR, you got all sorts
of stuff so I want him coming home with a 360 Spider in that I was becoming a baby blue color. I'm always saying the car is in
the car and I was like, well that's that's a, that's a Ferrari and then basically hearing it and, and it always needed maintenance and then and the, how to really raspy exhaust because I don't have cracked the headers and I'm just like the the cost to maintain that. What it has been an absolute
nightmare, cool car but II that was like always, that was a kind of like the first wolf-ferrari that I got to really kind of look in and have a look and see it and touch around and play with. So all Always got a fun soft
spot for the for the 360. However, the other two, I mean,
they really three cars. And from Connie, let's say
different times because and the three completely different cars to because the NSX is, let's be honest, an 80s design, that, that went to the early 2000 it and if we comparing with NSX R but even though it's this one just restrain delivered, you know, it was virtually the best version of it.
Could be. However, a GT3 is a pretty
impressive. track weapon, and they always have been so
Probably brand-new. I would have said the Porsche
But 20 nail, have the NSX. Hmm.
No. Have the NSL practical.
Yeah, I think it's been, probably the most livable cart to live with and good choice of asking us financing side with you on that one money. Yeah, brand-new Porsche now NSX.
Yeah, I think so. And I think the other six still
out of all those cars has aged the best.
I think it's, I think it looks the.
I mean, everyone's are all pushes have an age because like they will look the same. I'm like, yeah, that that is
that you got a point, but I think at times, I think the NSX is quite I was and I really like the rear end and how the integrated spoiler. And I like the, I like the front
end with the pup. So even though in the later ones
with the the non pops like, I still think they're a good-looking car and I would happily have one of my drive any day of the week so I can be that can be mine.
I want to give you one. Not read what you'll turn.
I don't mean sexually. I just made this is Mina but
only for after-hours stuff. Clarify that you think I need a
family car to write faced with the choice of the Subaru.
Liberty wagon manual, 2.2 4-cylinder boxer.
Walk the one I've got currently all the meds 266 manual, 2.2 non
boxer 4-cylinder wagon, or the Mitsubishi Magna TP manual to full size motor with a 3.6 3.6. That's right.
The estarán to do not like that. I went blank there from it.
Yeah, in a manual, Magna wagon. Which one do you choose?
That's familiar. Now, I would have My ground
straight away. They were piecing smoke in the
moment. So that is off the cards.
This to be is really good car, but I think that's 66 just was a really solidly built car really nice finish.
If Furnishings in, it was just everything was nice about it.
At the velour was nice. The interior is nice, maybe he's
got lower, I know, but it, but the suit that, but the matter was a bit that bit more nicer in terms of fit and finish and it was hit more nice, a wonderful English.
Yes. Yes.
Yes. Nice.
I'm not an English teacher in it.
Yeah. Okay.
Yeah. So you're a master boy.
I think I would have went the Mazda marching.
What does that mean? It is the bigger car though?
I'm sure the Subaru be big on the Subaru is quite quite.
I think that the Magna is the biggest of them all in terms of the wagon. Yeah.
But the magnet would have left me stranded about 20 times.
So. So I think that would be part of
response has a super because I'm a bit of a Super Fan Boy.
But okay, bring a choice. Have the super Anejo because I
think those wagons are super retro, cool.
And you could get them as a turbo wagon and just makes everything better. So you could get a 6-2 6-2 open
on the wagon and put the wagon. Yeah.
Scott. Subaru new and used Subaru.
Now a very different voice. Thank you, Scott.
I like the first gen, they look fantastic or something.
I don't know what it is. That's just something about it.
I like it. What are you doing?
I've already got a Subaru. It's okay think just want to do
for now what about Alsatian hoodie, what do you think Woody, that's you Pat our section. This tomato, you're a bit of a
mess to God. I mean, yeah, I'm getting rid of
mine, but, you know, always be a master master point heart and what about Roberts? Well, back in the days when I
was looking at the cars, a massive was an old man's car.
Yes, I agree. Good.
But ultimately the was, what, what is it was?
Very conservative. And that way, very conservative.
Hey, so sue b or all day every day?
Yeah. I'm the same subi then subi now.
Yeah, I think that you're right. Matthew like that.
In the measure was a very good car, very well finished and all those things but it was just a bit bit Old Manny bit from P.
Where is the suebi had your ear frameless Windows?
You open the door. It feels like a sports car.
It's got the boxer motor. So it's got a touch of you know,
love dub. Porsche about it.
Yeah. They just a bit of character to
them the way. They drove very torquey motor.
Hmm. So yeah, I'm stupid ants to be
dance with me now, right? Great way to put it.
Yeah. You're already like, after
dropping you as I kind of fell in love, I don't quite smitten with all these get driving eat Road of couple weeks ago.
Yeah, I thought this is this is actually really fun, kind of driving but Masters just boring sort of nice enough but very boring, the soup he's got that bubble will you know, is it could be a character. Well, I remember driving one of
the earliest over those six to shoot not until they won in a manual. The thing Hamid, like it went
really well. Well, they went harder than they
would have been a similar power somewhere around 100 kilowatts or 98 kills or something. Yeah, I'll round there.
But I found that like the messages just doesn't think thing ripped so I was, but it's interesting.
You say about that. Rob about the old man's car
because as you know, they looking back at it, I never bought a brand new Mazda 3 You 3 SP and she was like a hundred year old woman and she bought about her previous character.
That was it was a it was a master as well.
My nana and stuff would be like all the masses will always always be mostly finished in there will be there will always be the one to talk about. So it's interesting that Master
had that image in Australia, but I think mostly everywhere else had a bit of a different kind of a bit of a bit more sporty because the RX-7, but with things we have our acceptance here. So I just thought that's why I'm
just trying to picture on my way, was the turning point that the people like, okay, actually, Our kind of cars.
So I'm kind of just trying to trying to think we're never that moment was but yeah, that I would agree with you.
This is probably the cleanest to danil enough.
Oh, game with another category grandtourist, I do to thousands of that here. It's good here.
All right, the Bentley GT Continental, and they're all, they're all that their liability issues.
Aston Martin db7. Oh, I see.
Nice, CL, like 55 Mercedes. Sort of like a see our class.
See our 55. Okay.
Straight off the wall about the db7 is I'm going to, I'm going to use Ed and and David's terms. Yo, is a xjs in a party dress
which is technically what was the was the Bentley?
Continental is a football as car as they say in the states and UK. It's just they just never did
anything for me. Those those those criminals who
do these, I'll just like yeah well you know it's exotic you know they're good-looking car. I didn't follow that
good-looking fellow, get frumpy and like they look like a fat overweight cars. Like this, this car isn't just
the proportions in work. Me and the CL I always thought
was was badass. I thought if you, if you knew,
you know, if you were like the executive of a company, you bought it, you bought a CO like that.
Tell me that you went to to storm the Autobahn with, so all three horribly unreliable. But if I had to pick one then
and pick one, now, I would probably go the Merc then because I was putting the most technologically advanced out of all of them and I would take the probably take the Esther.
Now, I don't know. Yeah, good, A bit of bond, bit
of bone do that here and it is Daniel.
Craig. No that was it is probably,
right. But anyway, that's what would I
go? I think the astons out even
though I like Gaston's, I think it's out, then we've got a Bentley in a Benz. I'm a sucker for a bin.
So now that would be the bends back then because I'm, you know, the Benz would keep rolling. Now better than the Bentley will
back then I probably could have been tempted by the Bentley because it's just such an exotic piece of Kit, you know, the It says, it says something. I think a little more I have
arrived, bling, bling than the bins did the beans were a little bit understated. But you wanted to say, you
arrive at, this is your big moment and you would choose a Bentley Continental over like a over the over the Aston Martin.
Yeah, I choose the Bentley back then and I choose the Benz now.
Okay buddy look it would have to be that.
So Martin Oh good. Variety on this one.
I've Loved Aston Martin's. The look of them.
I may I would have preferred if it was the DB9.
Yes I think they came out maybe 05 it later.
Yeah, well maybe the DB nines was trying to keep the only thing I'd still, you know, reliabilities out the window.
So don't need to worry about that.
But yeah, I'd still go with the db7.
There's just Esther Martinez. I don't know something about it
and it's not not the whole James Bond thing but just the way God made them look way they've made them.
Look the designer, did a fantastic job.
Very Sleek. Weren't they?
Hmm. I think that when it came to
design of the DB9 Xander, Yeah. Healing from all angles.
Yeah, tell me about that video was again.
But yeah. Yeah, Pat Patrick may not have
heard of Bentley from being honest.
I don't know. Even the new new ones, I've
never really been a fan of Bentley's.
Astons are pretty cool. But I do the Merc just looks
game. Started this to see how 55 just,
I don't know. If I see someone driving that,
you know, I automatically, you know, fear for my life, so, yeah, I'll probably go. Yeah, Merc that America's just
regardless of, you know what? Reliability wise.
Yeah, I think it looks looks cool.
As my dad would say, Patrick Mercedes number of studies number. So number one is number one here
Robert. What are you going?
Oh, so run offense but probably a Bentley.
You and Merc now same same let's do lunch.
What if you change the Bentley to an honors T instead that would lead me towards a Bentley then there will be awesome Cruiser. Mmm.
Yeah. Almost got the same price
bracket and within a year or so of each other.
So anyway, so but anyway, any other ones guys, before we move on to the car quiz, let's do the queries.
Alright let's get into the quiz gentle very tired, you know, I've got it I've got to have some sort of Pep for the quiz will be will be all right guys, my quiz up and ready to go and get it up man. Ha, ha ha ha.
Okay, so tonight's tonight's players.
We've got Edward have got Patrick.
We've got Scotty, and we've got Debbie.
I mean, Rob, these are the calculus 3 named.
Patrick to Alsatian Woody, not certain, who are you?
So if you, if you're buzzing impact, you have to say, Alsatian Woody, the long one. Questions, plus some bonus
questions. Let's get into it.
Now, this one will be one for Patrick.
The first question, you might know the answer this question mark, the last generation of Toyotas illegal which for some reason, my computer changed to Felicia as an autocratic had had been a legendary to Xin Xin GE which had the heads from Yamaha.
What at what RPM did it get its most power?
Especially sexy. Max power.
You can't, you know, knots Read. Hi.
Hey 8,000 incorrect, Edward. Not, I wanted to say, 7600
incorrect, Rob Deadpool, made 4,000 4,000 incorrect, Scotty 8200 your, I'll give it a close as I'll give it to you, I'll give it to you. Scotty 8250 RPM is where he got
it, so I'll give it to you is going.
That's yeah, that's the screamer.
It's a screamer. At engineered rips question to
the mission mission, you should the Nissan or the Nissan Qashqai, got its name, from what Kashkari?
Real shit place, I can't, I've heard this answer but I can't.
This was the car that say listen essentially believe it or not.
This was this was a, it's a complete.
I wish they hadn't. Yeah, yeah.
Wasn't it something Turkish or a camel or something like that?
Incorrect. I can't do that.
There's something like that. It's um, I've got one of them
new. Turkish camels.
It's animals whose guess I'm not sure.
But the most rare thing that I've come to your head, it's named after food incorrect, Alsatian and after an animal in the correct Alsatian, hoodie. It's up to you our session
Woody. I reckon, I'll still the
closest. You are actually at this point
for a city incorrect. The it was after the cash by
people who live in the mountainous Central and Southwestern On, that's where it gets the name from.
So, I run off today and what the name is, she is an SUV after them. Ask what's his name going?
Who's on the Run? Be embarrassed if I was them.
I'd soon nice in. I'd be embarrassed to be
associated with it. I reckon you would name letting
lash caught up in those mountains, in the Water Tribe.
You got respect, what are you gonna argue the point, dude?
Turkic-speaking people of a sagaris mountain situated.
East of that Katara, a member of the quest guide people.
They are not. That's what it says on my Google
Rob. What was your answer?
Turkish animal? Right?
Cal's they are presumably a camel but they could be animals, so I don't know. Yeah, you spit right.
I'll let you guys decide to get the point of that because I know because he said to animal bonus question, come on.
Brother half. Haha, alright.
Alright, bonus question. What does what was the rephrase?
The question the +2 meant was in the Qashqai.
Ed it the 7-seater heads which is corrected with.
Well done. Question 3, what color am I made
from 1983 to 1991 in its first two generations which its best known for this two-door? Two-seater front-drive,
subcompact car was a big When it was released known for its Cheap Thrills. Good fuel economy & Noble
handling, this cost shared its drivetrain with the currents based off, but offered unique styling and interior Furnishings. The design was inspired by the
Alfa Romeo GT Junior zagato, which the designer owned before pinning, the first generation of this car, This car received various engines are for offering different power.
So as an economy in the u.s. it offered a UHF version, we stood
for high fuel economy, achieving 3.4 liter per 100 patient.
Waiting it got in there first. Okay.
Uh, I was thinking Lancia HP, I think I'm wrong Hewlett-Packard.
Is in the car? No, yeah, Lancia.
I was going to say Lancia something, but I don't think I'm right. No need.
Woody. I'm saying guessing myself now.
Mmm, As You Should Skip Skip, Skip Skip the second generation had four-wheel double Wishbone suspension and was completely redesigned. This car came in three
generations later. However, the first of all, what
is the most known for what? Can't am I?
So 83 two-seater yet to Sita Strong front drop subcompact subcompact. The first two generations went
from 83 to 90 one, where it's the had its name as that and then it changes name change, wasn't it still had the first minute but then I had picturing it as being a bit sporty but from the way you've described it but maybe it's not.
Maybe it's just a little buzz box.
I cannot answer anymore and it's crying just thinking out loud.
Well, I'm out what he's outs, Robin.
Robin Scott, what do you mean, answer?
So what he still got. A chance.
Okay, so true door two-seater front-drive subcompact Cheap Thrills, good fuel economy. Great handling, quite fun to
drive, based off a car in its range that the same chassis.
However you had unique styling and interior Furnishings had really good fuel economy or had more powerful option.
Engined 1M. No, no no.
But that was the later not 83 was gonna say Suzuki that.
It's that was that was all about incorrect.
Now that I know you guys will give up But honestly, CRX quickly, Patrick you are correct.
It is the hardest. See how?
Well, we did, we'd have a got them.
There was my first answer as well, but I was the first generation of the soul is the third generation, which is the reason why I said, Bonus question.
What does the word CRX supposedly mean?
I've heard that I'm a city, something something incorrect.
Repeat, it's called creepy X. I'm sorry.
Alex. I'd love to give you that point,
but no hurry to you as incorrect booty.
What is your answer? It's Civic something
experimental. I know that for a fact I will
give you a point five, Patrick Patrick, you're almost there for that. Or is it a rice experimental?
Incorrect are wildly experimental incorrect.
Patrick I'll give you 10 seconds.
If you can get there with the middle word, I'll give you.
The I'll give you the point Civic, right.
Oh God. I'll cut my tongue.
I saw it somewhere. Well, go big.
So what did you say? Civic racing experimental.
That's what, that's what Rob said, but it's often after can you out, it's the Civic. Just sounds stupid, but Civic
you extra Palace tonight. I think this is Is there is
there like a cheating formation on the easy look that?
I've just I knew it was, right? So I saw us as I kid you not, I
saw somewhere. I was going through Instagram or
whatever, going to 100 page or whatever.
I was looking back on the old CRX, and they set an alarm in bold, starting like a highlighted, the meaning of it, and I'm like, ah, who would have thought they were fully standing. I don't know why.
I remember to me and I wasn't too long ago and it's just tip of my tongue and I didn't want to say Rena.
Also further sound stupid, it does barfoot, just give it a crack. It's actually didn't know what
it would have been told until I did the ozone.
So I learned something new. I was like Civic Renaissance
experimenting like who the hell names a car after that, that makes no sense. But anyway, question for so it's
all do. So do score check its really
tight at the moment. Anyone's game Ed, one Scott
weinrobe .5, Patrick leading onto Patrick will learn question
for the Mess up our station. Woody leading onto our station
Woody. Yeah, there we go.
I'd like you to bark next time. You know.
I'm not barking. Come on.
The three MPS whenever the BK and their BL that is absolutely very good. Patrick bonus question.
What size was its engine? It hasn't already head.
Got in there. Just yes he did.
The most 23 MPS had a think it was a The original Land Rover Discovery beginning, which decade that was released here in 93, but overseas slightly earlier was definitely the 90s in practice, they didn't bring
them out in the late 80s. Matthew, I'm not saying
anything. I tell you what was that 80s?
It is absolutely correct. Correct bonus question for what.
Yeah it is. Well if you if you throwing shit
around 1989 and unites correct. Well the question 64 has
recently announced they are currently having no plans to for a next generation of the. What Ed Ed okis?
Focus is correct. Welcome!
Let's go check Ed for Patrick 3. Scotty to Rob .5 question 7 in
the movie too fast. 2, Furious what pizza shop engine does the
cop, choose in the beginning of the other side Gallo 24.
Yellow 24, is it? Nope, it's correct.
Bonus question. What is the other option?
Brian O'Connor. Give up.
It's got 12 bear. My name is so long.
Very, very well, hoodie score, check in and didn't study or on for Pace. Patrick, on for Russia trial
body. I'll tell you what.
Patchy you can you can say, you can say, just say pads because I can't I kind of want you to rethink this one field question, 8, the w220 embarrassing to know those Gallo answers is Gallo 12 by 24, gal 24-man, the gala, 24c pizza places should make more Question 8 the w204 C63 was available to purchase as what body styles it did. You know four-door sedan and
four-door wagon .500 there was one more trick.
Patrick, do they make it one in a convertible as well?
Incorrect. Absolutely, I forgot about that.
MI5 to you. Scotty .52.
You Edward question 9 BMW. This week showed off at the
Goodwood Festival of speed. The what Scott God BMW said,
yeah. BMW is it that m4c SL not the
car was looking for now? Well, they did show.
Often a drive around. I'll give you.
I'll give you a point for that, but they also show, you can't just give him points willy-nilly well.
I mean, it's, he's not wrong. That's, that's the issue.
But it's these. You're looking for Patrick, was
it? The whole depina incorrect.
So are a lot of cars, but that's the only BMW I can remember.
I don't know. I didn't see.
Rob. What's up?
The 2,000 incorrect. It was the the M3 wagon.
The new M3 wagon. Oh yes, that's right.
Looks good to you. That this is the first one.
Well done. Patrick score check so hitting
into the the last question Patrick is on for. 1.5 aired on
4.5 and tonight's currently winning don't think you can lose
Scotty on and 5.5. So last question question, 10
sake Motor Corporation stands for what?
I don't know, I don't know that one.
South Asia. Vehicles.
Own Leyland and death. They used to the name, the
brand, the brand name really? Yeah.
I never knew that. That's the reason he wore one
because he's got all his little island p76 in them.
Ya know. Deaf.
So my dad. Yes.
I'll tell you what. I'll give you an honorary point
five because I was going to be a question.
I was going to actually put in, but I thought everyone would say Lebanese domestic vehicle. So that's going to give the
answer. Shanghai automotive industry
Corporation. What it stands for makes sense.
Oh, I got a score check robbed on 1.5.
Patrick comes in third on for your Edward on 4.5 and second
place and tonight's winner. Scotty on 515 log, I just want
to say I got ripped off, you know?
No you didn't make any halfway decent, very well, may Maddie frutos Master questions at. Yeah it was like here we got.
Patrick is for you mr. Yeah, one of them but not the
other causing the game that I think the guy was tough questions in there, is there is there a usually is?
But I wanted to say like I'm not a fan of the the BMW front end, but I actually think it kind of looks good in that way.
And I think it's actually kind of fits in with that with this You go in there on the new Eminem, three wagons.
So I don't mind if it's interesting that they've only done. This is, this is the first.
This is the first M3 wagon considering those blockers but it's not the first in three wagon.
Is it not it is. Yeah but that's the first one
that BMW is made. But other people have made in
free wagons, screw correct. It's like someone getting a Ford
Falcon wagon and I'm putting turbo running gear and yeah next are six turbo I guess. Which I must make my please add.
We should have got great. I agree.
There's a, there's a company in French, really cool adventure Galley, Auto Salvage and they do conversions and they want to first people to do do that. It was you know, it wasn't like
for magazine, but they, they made it, they put it if six typhoon, that was, that was written.
Although a tornado that the you that was written off.
They put in the, the running gear and dear friend, everything in that because because of divs a solid, a solid axle in those.
And they called it, the F6 tsunami, Cuz I had the typhoon tornado and the wagon was a tsunami, so they made, they made a wagon called the sooner we do. Which, I thought was pretty damn
cool. I was like, yeah, I respect
that. All right, mmm, it's still
getting around. They called it the, the tsunami.
So definitely people when they put their minds in these conditions, we need fought stop making a wagon.
Was that the be a nice be F, which is the F.
So I said be F Series 3, which went into about I think 2010 or 2011. So that's when I went to
territory. I don't know that with the
territory in 2004, but they do. Continue to do the Falcon wagon.
They just kept it as a territory.
So, right. Okay.
Because because it hurt you without selling it.
Yeah. Because the other people were
buying the the wagons would tell struck with Telstra pants.
Made them boring. They just made them boring.
They did, they did some really cool.
Maybe like an exercise six wagon years ago, which was, which was awesome. And they're like, super duper
are these days, like, really rare and they actually actually cost a lot more money than the sedan counterpart because, you know, it's a wagon was cool. But yeah, I like a cool wagon.
The fast wagons a great thing I saw coming to work the other day. It was a w204.
I think I mentioned this to you guys, I think to you and David Tua forward to a full wagon C63 AMG.
I was like so cool. Like I'd have one in a bag in a
heartbeat. I reckon there's a wagon.
They're just sick. Like, yeah, and it's everything
should be should be a wagon. Everything you should be faster,
other wagons wagon. #Wagon law.
Correct always liked the 300C. Wagons hurry, they look great.
Actually that work. That would they looked all
right? There were cool.
I am. I'm in greens with you.
They all might be penalized. They were cool car.
