dirty air
Dirty air is the messy airflow that comes off a car when it's moving. If another car is behind it, the air can be rough and make it harder for the second car to handle well.
Dirty air refers to the turbulent airflow that follows a car, which can negatively affect the aerodynamic performance of a car following closely behind. This can lead to reduced downforce and handling issues for the trailing car.
