I'm doing everything I can not to take the intake manifold off

because it's a TBI car.

I don't want to deal with it.

It's a lot of shit to disconnect.

And it never goes back together, right?

There's different ways to clean out the passages

because it's internal.

So I got to figure out that.

That's the last thing I got to do is get that thing through smog.

All right.

And then another one I want you to take shots of.

So question just like thinking out loud.

So is there a way that you can just run like

a rubber line from here to there, so to speak,

between the like the EGR, like vacuum fucking whatever

to the throttle body or wherever the initial is.

Like is there basically what I'm getting at?

Is there a way that you can bypass a plugged line in the.

You can't because it's cast into the intake manifold.

So it's a runner.

So it's already completely plugged.

So even if you find the source goes right in one side

and then obviously the EGR attaches right to the other end of

the intake manifold, right?

But you can clean out that that run.

Like people have done it with it on the car still.

That's what I want to do.

It's like like you spend like 18 hours with like a fucking

like a wire brush.

It's so long.

Yeah.

So you know what people use is like a rubber hose,

clear rubber hose and they spray carb cleaner into it

and just keep jamming it in.

Right.

Like 18 hours of labor.

What the tube allows for is that carbon because it's like,

you know how it gets like wet carbon.

If you've ever done one of these things,

it goes into the hose and you pull the hose out and flush it

out and keep doing that.

It's actually one of the better ways to do it because

that carbon does want to come out.

It's not hard.

It's like kind of like a liquidy,

right?

Especially after you've been running the car.

So you could do it.

It just takes forever and you got to use a flexible thing

like a wire brush won't do enough.

So I'm going to try that.

And if not, I'm just going to take it off because I've

done that like multiple times.

Take it and take manifold off and soak it and all that

kind of stuff.

Anyway, that's coming up next.

So it's basically if you do that and it does what you

tell it to and unless it gets the hose again.

And the lotion.
