Well, the annoying thing is I guess when I was working on it on Sunday is that it's in a carport and there's a bit of rain, so it was rather wet under there.

So I'm working while it was on, while it was a little bit wet, transmission still didn't want to go in.

I reckon I had maybe another. 20.

To 30 mil left to get it in and it just would not go the rest of the way. And I thought, hmm, maybe I'll,

I'll take it out and I'll just double check again with the the alignment tool. So I got the alignment tool.

It's just one of the just the plastic ones.

And it would go, it would go in. I don't know how well it's meant

to go all the way in or whatever because I've never done it before. But if I get it on the right

angle and just a little notch up, we'll go pop and go straight in. But I don't know how far it's

meant to push all the way in, but it seemed to go in well and then pull it back out and you know it was going in and out.

And it came out again. That's a good thing.

Yeah, I mean, it came, Yeah, it came back out again.

And I could, you know, I did it a few more times.

And then I thought, well, I'll do a little trick that I saw on Chris fix it when he did a video of one where you put it in there and then you get a texter and you mark it along the line of the teeth. And then you can put it up

against the transmission and adjust it the teeth so then the spline so that it will line up perfectly.

So I thought I'd do that. And then I'm under there trying

to Jack it up and get it in there and wiggle in there.

I couldn't get it back in there at all.

It's still hanging out by a fair bit.

You can get it up to the splines to go in.

For me, I got 2 jacks underneath it and I just, I couldn't, I was, there's quite a lot of quite a lot of swearing.

Parents could hear me from inside.

I'm swearing in my head off. So quite a lot of foul language.

Scott, keep it down, please. Think of the neighbours.

I'm sure they hurt some of it. I'm sure they got home and they

were outside. They would have heard some See

you next Tuesday's dropped. It it would have been oh it's

just Scotty having another domestic with the car again.

Yeah, pretty much. And Oh my God, I'm just like

lifting the whole bloody thing up by myself, like the whole weight of it and wiggling and trying to get anything and it just busted. Would not just line up.

Now I'm just thinking maybe the engines obviously tilted now because of it, that I just need to have that back end bit dropped all the way down and then maybe it should go all the way. Because I'm thinking maybe when

I had it almost in, it was up too high and it won't go all the way in because I'm listing the engine up at the same time, if that makes sense. So I'm putting extra strain on

the transmission spline and the engine at the same time.

So I need to relax that a bit to drop it down and then push it in the rest of the way and then Jack it all the way up, if that makes sense. I don't know if that makes

sense. The way I explained it in my

head, it makes sense. Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, you need the engine to tilt back a little bit so that it lines up with the input shaft.

Yeah. So yes, the engine's obviously

hanging down there. And I think what I could have

done or what I did do the first time is I've pushed it in and then I've gone, OK, it's gone in a bit and I can't wiggle it in the rest. So what I've done is it looked

like I needed to Jack up the back a bit higher.

And because I've done that, it's lifted up everything else as well. Yeah, yeah.

If I've done that, then there's no way it's going to allow me to get it in because you're putting that extra strain in the middle part. I need that to be relaxed and

then have it hanging all the way down.

And then I can lift up the back and find the right spot and wiggle it in from there myself. But yeah, I'm I'm pretty beat up

and and sore from like laying on that bloody concrete and I got all wet and everything from laying on the concrete.

Imagine the sense of bride bloody satisfaction you'll have that when it goes in. Oh, the amount of joy, yeah.

I mean if it goes in bloody. So who are you getting a ride

with on Sunday? You know, I'm guessing you need

a lift. No, you can bring the oh, no,

it's close. It's close to Japan as a new

company. Classic it's.

Close to Japan, yeah, but I can still just park it 20.

Five years or older. Yeah, bring the blade.

And swap, I mean that's what that's what I did previous years and stuff is just. Yeah.

I'll drive the Subaru and just parked it on the side.

Park in the visitors area. But if the rain stays away and

the concrete's drying and taking another crack at it tomorrow night. OK.

OK after work hopefully I'm not as sore, got some bruises and stuff on me but. So what will you do differently

tomorrow night? Some more swearing and stuff.

Sorry for Scotty. Look, I wouldn't, I wouldn't do

that. I'd prefer to just to blow up

the car than having to remove that stuff that blow the car.

Up. But I don't really think if we

can't get in this time, what we'll do, like, I'll come around and, you know, try to give you a hand with it.

But if we can't do it from there, we should get it onto a, onto a hoist. Like just just we, we know a guy

who'll be on later on the show. We can say, can you borrow your

hoist for, I don't know, a few hours?

20 minutes. And then we can all just line it

up and click it in and then put it together.

And yeah, that should be good. So bolts.

Think you might still have the same issue though on the hoist is it's the fact that you need to tilt the engine back a bit.

It's probably going to be your best bet just thinking from a logistical point of view, Like you know those things that the support bars you can buy for just sit on top of the looking across your have that hooked up drop that take the amount out from the like the rear mount and pipe that you can get it like tilted as much as you can. That's whether you do that on a

hoist or on the in the garage might not make a difference.

It's just annoying because I saw the video of the guy doing it and he just like manhandles it and wiggles it in and pops it in. I'm like what is this, like

fire? And he's a beast.

it for a little bit and manhandle it and stuff and I was like, eat, break, need a break? So what does the E box weigh in

know, Tommy who's been on once or twice maybe is he's got an old Land Rover like a 1962, you know, series Land Rover Ute very original rust free car. But it's, it's sat for a lot of

years. So whilst it's healthy, you

know, in the body and mechanics. Anyway, some some often inquired

on it on on Gumtree and wanted to have a pre purchase inspection done. So I had it, you know, flat

bedded to a mechanic in up near Bendigo where it is and had it checked out and the report came back and and actually said it was, you know, it's by and large a very sound example.

But I said oh, was blowing smoke and 2nd gear synchro's gone and Tom was like, I got in oh that's right.

And couldn't Rd test 'cause it wouldn't go over 20 miles an hour. And talking to Tom and he said

they left it in low range like. Didn't.

Go over 20 miles an hour. They left the choke pulled fully

out. Of course it was blowing smoke.

You gotta push that back in and then it's fine and 2nd gear on those. It ain't got no Synchro.

Never did. Never.

Did. Double clutch into second.

So it was like the three, the three faults they picked kind of like user error. Oh, jeez.

Yeah, funny. Other than that.

OK, Yeah. That's, that's ridiculous.

That's yeah. It's just funny.

Did he end up selling it or? I don't know.

I don't know. This guy was coming to have a

look and. Oh, no, sorry, That was the

first guy who didn't buy. This is another one's coming to

have a look. So he's had a bit of interest in

it. So, you know, it hasn't been a

quick seller. But yeah, if you wanted one of

those series, Land Rover Utes it's, it's a very honest, original car with no rust. So, yeah, it's got a bit of

patina about it, but it doesn't have rot.

And so many of them are, yeah. Is it?

People trying to sell like R31 skylines with some very nasty looking rust up on up on the roof and on the side and stuff like that. There's someone trying to sell

one not long ago for like 6 grand sure and it had this horrible just rust where it is just eaten through it.

Yeah, but. If this is the word skull and

it's worth big money, Scotty, that's that's the it's.

Stupid. That's the rule.

Even just the cabin between the between the A&C pillows probably worth that money. But anyway, that's your updates

cars in terms of like mechanical stuff.

I just did a bunch of cleaning last weekend.

Yeah, just like a, like a paint correction on the I-30.

Not, not a correction, but, you know, just like a decontamination. Can't Polish or that.

Yeah, no, I replaced the door in the ceiling.

I think I might have talked about the last time I was on, but I still have not got around to swapping out the lock, the the handle of the lock. So currently I have to go in

through the passenger side like a, like someone from a, you know, a bit of a crappy area and unlock the car from the other side. So I've got to get around to

doing that. Apart from that, yeah, just not

much else going on with cars at the moment of coming up to Christmas. Kind of like a bit of a bit of a

rock. Yeah.

You didn't get to hill climb the final one of the year, the nationalism. No, no, I was, I was thinking

about taking the Sylvia, but I just had too many things on that weekend and couldn't make it work.

So yeah, that's that's the end of the Nuggets, unfortunately.

I mean, just as you know, Nuggets as it's been for the last 10 years. But yeah, it'll be plenty more

stuff to do next year. Yeah, absolutely.

Yeah. Were you in a clay bar Chad to

do the I30? I did.

The first time I did it I used the clay bar and then this time I used one of those clay pads the like a.

You know, synthetic ones, the. Other one?

I bought, I bought. I can't remember the brand.

It might have been sorry not, but it was a Repco Eclipse 1 and it wasn't too bad, but it just picks up so much that eventually you don't have to get rid of it. So I had ordered like a 10 pack

of chippies from Amazon. So there's just like this size

like sort of like little blocks. And they're good because they, I

think they're supposed to be, you know, just disposable.

So you use it and then you just sort of throw it away and get another one. But that turned out pretty good.

I don't think it left me deep scratches in the paint or anything like that. So yeah, it was cheap and nasty,

but it did the job. And yeah, the paint, paint

definitely felt beats better afterwards, just like soft and you know, no, no, no bad like sort of texture or anything.

So yeah, that worked pretty well.

Nice. The the mothers one works really

good too. OK.

Well, we'll try that one next. The the one with the like you

can like you've put. Your holes nice, yeah, holes,

yeah, cups in your Oh, it's an. Ergonomic.

Edward Bunting updates with you. Hello, I've just received a

disturbing text. You might find this amusing.

So today we're at work and this is not to do with cars, but it's sort of just me. My colleague at work said that

you can ring his friend's clinic where his friend's friend works or something, And it's an automated chat bot on reception, like, and he was doing it to show good how how good that AI is. Now, this is a psychology

clinic. And so it's like, oh, would you

like to make an appointment? And it's like, yeah, I'm just

feeling really down. And, you know, it's like, I'm

being silly, you know, doing this to to get responses from the chat bot. And I said a few things that

were probably controversial to the chat bot.

And it responded really well. Like, I'm sorry you're feeling

that way. Would you like this?

Or did you know, like he was very clever.

And after he was like, oh, OK, that's cool.

That's clever. He's just texted me.

With an email response saying saying they'd almost set off a chain of events including a call to 000 like an emergency, like this patient is not they're trying to book in and they're really not. Well, Oh my God.

OK anyway then I just got the the update.

It was under his phone so they knew that it was it was my colleague. Sorry bit of a rant.

Anyway us last week I forgot one important update.

One thing that we haven't talked about for a long long time and I haven't really looked at for a long long time is that old Renault 16 from the 60s where I was getting the motor rebuilt.

I think come towards the end of another year.

I really should message the engine builder guy and just, you know, see if he's thrown it out or used it as a boat anchor or.

Is it still there? You know, skip the country.

Still alone. Yeah.

What's what's going on with that?

And he did respond and he sent me a photo of a very brand new looking block head chain oil philtre on all of that.

And he said, oh, I'm about to go on one holidays, I'll finish it when I get back. And I was like, oh, well, that's

better than we have had. So it was looking real schmick

and he's a very particular guy. So I, you know, I, I have no

question about the work that he's doing.

It's just it's not done in a time frame that I might desire.

But then again it was in, you know, during tougher Financial Times and I was kind of happy to not pay him too much money.

So I have done that in instalments.

You know, he's done work sent me an invoice, done work, sent me an invoice. So it's.

It's a pretty good way. To do it.

Not like I'm going to get an insane bill at the end of it because I've kind of paid for most of it already.

So yeah, hopefully that's an early new year return to me, which means that car can maybe kick on in 2025.

That could be a little, could be a little Scotty and Ed, you know, another Scotty and Ed race of, you know, will the Renault be back on the Skyline? I would like to think the

Skyline would be soon but. You'd want to really hope so.

The skyline's been like seven or eight years in the making, but.

being a bit more relaxed with service month this this time round. I'm not I'm not watching, I'm

I've got all the other oil philtres They came in.

So I went and picked those up for the remaining vehicles and then I'll, I'll just chip through them.

But realistically, you know, we finish work late December.

If it if it drags into those few days and I sort them out, then well, fine, whatever. I think that's about it.

Favourite Prince? I have I lost drive on the

weekend. I attempted to do the mail

burgering, which is across the region Spur and the Black Spur on Sunday with a group of people that I know actually turned up in the end one pretty horrible weather pouring with rain at the start to be great and then I was the only cat.

I was the first car there thought oh happened the right spot because they had changed the meet up and then recession of Porsches arrived. GT3 and a 202911 career 4S AKN.

There were a couple of Caymans. There was a black 3 black Audis,

a white A5 coupe and a WRX. And I thought, what if these

people are the people I meant to be going on a drive with?

These are not my people. People and like, you know, a

little orange and one sort of stood out a bit like a beacon amongst the 50 Shades of grey that were the rest of the cars.

There in a very. Good way in.

A great way in a great way so. And you look at the thrills that

you get for the money you spent and dare I say, David Prince, you are winning all the way to the bank.

Thank you very much. I I thought exactly the same and

there've been a few little memes popping around this week.

The the slow car, fast, fast car slow comparisons and it's it's a really a thing. I mean it.

So some of those cars were worth probably 20 times what my car cost me. They weren't having 20 times the

fun. That's for.

Sure. No way.

And the, we've said it before, but the expectation that comes with spending more is so high for a lot of people.

You know, you, you really think you spend 101, fifty, 202, fifty, whatever on a car, you know, you really have a very high bar of what this thing's going to bring you or do for you. And when it rattles and creaks

and drops oil or something gets scratched on it like every other car, like every car will, you know, you're really disappointed. Whereas the cheaper car you're

like, meh, isn't it great for the money?

Isn't it? Isn't it still fun sort of

thing? We we got to the, we got to a

coffee stop at Warburton and for the first time we ended up coming back to that Vicroads. For some reason the guy that

organised it checked all the traffic sites and the roadblock sites and the Victoria roads live updates and everything but none of them actually mentioned that there was a bike race on across and stir a reef and spur like a push bike race.

Push bike race, yeah. So the turn off to to Marysville

was closed. The road was closed for the bike

race. So who's?

Running that, David. Sorry, who?

Was running the bike race? Was it a big it?

Was. I all had numbers on them and it

was, you know, one of the one number we we passed because of course we had to pass all the bikes and that the road's pretty narrow. So we you'd all bunch up and

then you'd 1 by 1. You'd get around them sort of

thing. But you know there were 4 figure

numbers on some of the bikes, 1026 and stuff but so this.

Is this is not just some gang of friends out for a ride?

This is so anyway, maybe a little bit more planning down the track might, you know, might show up what it actually is.

But anyway, had a great time. But yeah, it was funny when we

all pulled up at the at the coffee stop and we came back to the same coffee stop, actually, and the guy came out and yeah, he was only interested in one car and wanted to know all about it and where it was German. So yeah, that was that was cool.

But there was I talked to some talked to everyone on the on the day and there were just so many things that Geelong Revival.

It was last weekend, the motors and masterpieces, I think it was called at. Yeah, which there'd been a lot

of stories circulating around about that and the numbers attended, or rather the lack of numbers that attended.

I saw some photos of it through a Benz guy.

We both have seen David with his pagoda, but it it was like a display or you know, was it a it was.

It was I've I've heard, and I can't confirm this, but that it was done by the team that did Motoclassica.

So it was that sort of just there were different categories and cars were awarded prizes and stuff.

It was in a big shed, big tin shed out of the Showgrounds this year. Not a great venue, no.

It was, it was interesting. It was quite expensive to go.

There were people, oh really? A website saying it was $60.00

for a day. Ticket to go not.

For 60 bucks. Nah, the old exhibition building

where they used to have motor classica was.

Do they still do motor classica or is that gone now?

That's that's part of the reason why this this event.

OK, OK. I mean, that was a great

location and. That was part of the charm of

it, I think. Yeah, part of the charm of it,

and it wasn't insane money to get in.

It might have been half that, might have been 30 or 25 or something. Yeah, yeah, Well, I think, I

think they dropped all the prices on the website in the week leading up to it. And I heard they were pretty

keen to get some more cars there.

They didn't feel they had enough cars.

And if you saw any photos, they were quite well spaced out, you know. Yeah.

Yeah, I did think that, yeah. So yeah, it was, it was a shame,

but I mean, it was a shame that in classic the Geelong revival is a brilliant event. You know, it was a shame they

actually conflicted because I mean, you couldn't really have gone to the two in the well, certainly in the day, but even over the course of the weekend, if you're committed to one with your car, you wouldn't be able to get it to to do.

Yeah, anyway, it's a busy time of year.

It seems every weekend there's there's multiple things on, but I certainly had a good time. The other funny thing that

happened to me in the last couple of days, you probably will. Oh well, I have talked on the

podcast about it. Two years ago we sold the the

Honda Accord that the car club restored to an interesting person who was quite disappointed that it it hadn't actually just been assembled at the Saitama plant and delivered directly to him. It was in fact a 45 year old car

and he has a new owner. So he he's he was planning on

keeping it forever, but he's obviously decided to move it on.

And the club got an email yesterday from the person that bought it, who thinks it's the best thing they've ever had.

And they absolutely love the standard to which it was restored and they are to have it.

Would we possibly have any other photos of it while it was being restored? He wants to put together a bit

of a story of the history of the car, so.

All Interstate or in Victoria again or I've.

Asked the question how did it end up in Tassie and yeah, so maybe the this current custodian is a more suitable custodian the. So that guy just seemed like he

wanted, you're right, like a brand new car, like he was just I've never said I've never seen a person like that before.

Like that's, that's insane. Yeah, I think the disappointing

thing was and and even when it was been advertised in the last couple of months on a couple of pages and multiple people have sent it to me, but there was quite an epistle about the car and about, you know, number of references to the previous owners and that. Annoyed me.

Oh, it was, it was very passive aggressive.

It was, it was quite a bit. Enough time has has passed that

I could actually smile as I read it, thinking wow, OK.

But it's like, mate, you should have looked at it when the club got it, you know, like. He he made not one attempt to he

was. Literally ready to go to scrap,

you know, like it was, it was that point and you know, the club has saved it and made it run properly and made it look really nice and. Yep, Yep.

Is it $100,000 concourse restoration?

No, the God damn Honda Accord. You know, like, awesome.

I look forward, I look forward to updating people with that a bit more. And of course, I never told the

story to the guy that bought it of how the owner's manual popped up on yeah, placed two days before he got the car.

And I actually reunited that car with its original owner's manual and being found in an op shop. So, you know, I'll be happy to

tell the new owner that story, but and wasted on the on the previous owner. So yeah, I think that's about

The weather for both of the events, like Saturday was stinking hot and then of course Sunday was raining terribly.

easier to find parking. So it's all good.

Not much else with cars. How was your bike trip?

Yeah, the bike trip was good. So we, we've done about 3000

kilometres all the way up to the, the sort of the central table lands, northern NSW up, what's the place called?

Wild car if you've ever heard of the place up near Tamworth, up through there, fantastic country.

Then we went down to Port Macquarie and then worked our way down the coast and then back over Kuma, Jindabyne and Barry Way. So it was pretty good.

Very nice cool drive ride. Yes, car wise, well, I don't

think we've been doing anything with the cars.

Your car's gonna be a movie. Oh, yeah, my, I've been sort of.

My car's been sitting there quite a bit, the van.

So I put it on Turo. Have you ever heard of that?

little boy from school. She drops the kid off as a for a

play date, picks him, goes to pick him up an hour later.

Wasn't the person that she dropped the kid off at so the kids gone missing? Oh wow.

on, you know, crime scene investigations.

guy and he's got a lot of cars in his library of cars.

So he's got Camaros and Mustangs and he's actually in a bottle of these cars that he didn't rinse back out to the movie studios when they make movies in Melbourne.

Your take on the new logo, gentlemen.

I think the the actual logo of it is very cheap.

In Canva I think your. Kids probably could have.

Such a basic font and to think they would have spent millions of dollars for someone to make that is ridiculous.

You don't even have the actual Jaguar on there anymore.

A leaper, it's called. It just looks like someone said

that it looks like the same font in that that you have for Priceline set out exactly like that priceline.

I don't have capital letters in the middle of the word, so do they? Yeah.

It's like the, the ad makes no sense at all.

I mean, we're dealing with cars, I think I, I don't, I don't know what they're doing. The small picture that we got of

a car that they're going to introduce to have a look at.

Obviously it's just going to be a concept and that's as far as we'll go. Looks pretty crazy.

I've got a kind of idea of what it's going to look like and I don't think you were ever going to see a car that'll look like that. It'll just be some crazy concept

thing. You know, there's been a lot of

flak towards that. What's his name?

Santino something or other. He's copped a lot of flak too,

for people saying that they branded it as like a woke, a whole woke thing. Everyone's talking about it.

I guess whether it's is negative, still a good thing.

You know, the majority of it's negative, but everyone's talking about it. We were saying at work, you

know, this is the most publicity Jag I've had in a long time.

brought it up at work, it's it's everywhere.

I had a. Marketing review that it's, it's

sort of half worked already. Yeah, exactly like people are

talking about Jags. Which is, which is quite funny

because we were talking the other week about about Kia.

And how they're, they're like, well, we wanted to shock the people. We wanted people to, to not

like, you know, to talk about our, our new Tasman design.

This is kind of the same thing, but with, you know, the brand of the whole company. And yeah, it's just, it's

interesting to, to see them do that.

And, and a lot of people are saying, yeah, this is, this is the biggest thing that's happened to, to pretty much a dying company for the last, you know, 30 years.

So, yeah, interesting. Definitely interesting, I think.

Because all the actual old Jag owners are actually dying now, so unfortunately they kind of keep buying Jags.

Yeah. That they need to rebrand.

I've read here it says that they're trying to give their brand more of a younger, younger appeal, appeal to younger drivers. But Jags have always been kind

of like like the boss's car that that he brings around and stuff like that. It's it's like the the older

gentleman's vehicle and it's. Distinguished Gentleman.

Priced out of the younger people.

It's like for after saying that, yeah, absolutely rebranding.

You know, it's like kind of the same, Jeremy, kind of the same.

Well, it's funny that they that they, you know, released this logo, right? And it says and that the catch

phrase was copy nothing and delete ordinary, but it showed none of the their new range that's coming, like none of the upcoming models. So like you think you show up

with you bring it in with some sort of like a car to kind of make make sense, right? Like you'd say, well, I, I get

the logo now because it kind of fits with the aesthetic of this of this, of this vehicle. But they're they're not doing

that. They've kind of, they've kind of

just said here it is and have you just got some people and, you know, it was like there's still, have you guys seen the ad campaign? It's the weirdest ad campaign of

yeah, I think it just makes no sense.

It looks like an art project. You know man.

literally is. It's something you'd say at the

VCA, you know, like the, that's, that's what you would, you know, actually, you know, to be fair, the VCA would, would be, would be slightly more interesting. And say hello.

to do? They're like, we don't want the

I'm like, oh, OK, so then when they when they took off the chicken, it like, and they showed some examples of to the to the staff of, you know, this, this is this could be a direction. They all like a person crossed

them all out or or no, sorry, wrote got a new piece of paper and put bring the chicken back and then got all the teachers were just signing that. So, so so no, So no one kind of

no one even looked at any of the other besides so and and that's at a school, right? So like when you got a heritage,

when you got when you got pedigree in a brand, you you, you know, I'm more for updating it and making it look modern.

But you know, especially with a brain that's so synonymous with that, that it's just like Ford getting rid of the Oval for the blue Oval. Like it's just yeah, it makes,

you know, it's it we getting rid of it's like, you know, that that that's weird or or you know.

Changing the way you do the F for Ford.

But I just think one of the two reasons I don't why I don't think that's going to work. One, these type of cars that

they're not they're not going to have like the same collectibility value as any as you know, anything really, really anything else. They're kind of more of a more

of an appliance. So people be like, why should I

do it? And two, the dangers of working

on an electric car like that. You, you know, it's, you need to

have, you need to be kind of specialised with it.

It's not just like your get your back VN cut the springs job, you know, at the back of your house. It's, it's, it's, it's a

complete, you know, it's, it's, it's really, you know, a scary kind of proposition. You know, you, you people have

died from, from, you know, from electric cars.

would agree, but what I like. Where some of this is going is

they're actually putting old bodies on a Tesla platform.

So I managed to do the repair that was required and then carefully masked up the rest of the door because it was, it was quite windy and the car was outside and I was worried about overspray and what sort of thing.

And then proceeded to pull the tape off and pulled off the finish on the insert panel of the door trim.

The sad thing was this was never going to win a concourse, this car and I sort of half thought, why are we even, Why does the person even want this done anyway?

I, I, I realised straight away that I wasn't going to be able to sort that out easily. I'd already spent too much time

on the job and I just thought I said look, I'm sorry I've done this. I won't charge you now until

it's sorted out, but I'll sort it out for you.

I said let me go away and come up with some options.

So of course I price 1A new door.

Well, when did you allow to see if I could get the insert?

Of course you can't get the insert.

It comes with the door trim. XUKI didn't even ask the price.

I said no, we won't be doing that.

So I went to a well known Rover Wrecker.

Hard, hard to find that one of those.

Yeah, it's because it was. Of course it wasn't a black door

trim. It was a rabbit cat over almond,

so it was the own beige and brown.

I they said oh that's going to be hard we'll see what we can do we'll get back to you. So they got back to me so they

could get me one from Adelaide. 795 dollars Oh trim that's it

not. Happening.

I was charging her 175 for the job, so I said I'm all you know, I don't think I'll be doing that.

So I went to good old Facebook Marketplace and a wrecker in Craigieburn had one and had a photo of the dual trimmer wanted. So I thought it's probably

mounted, you know, like the car was pretty trashed and it's probably no better than the one I've got.

He sent me a photo of it. I messaged him, sent me a photo

straight away. 100 bucks. I'll drive, drive that to

Craigieburn for that. Yeah, lovely guy.

The very easy transaction out in the boondocks of somewhere off that road to Sydney and there were lots of wreckers and lots of, you know, smoking businesses going on and found it.
