center lock wheels
Center lock wheels are a type of wheel design that uses one big nut instead of several smaller ones to hold the wheel in place. They are faster to change in racing but can be tricky for everyday drivers.
Center lock wheels use a single large nut to secure the wheel to the hub, as opposed to the traditional five lug nuts. This design allows for quicker wheel changes, typically seen in racing applications, but can be cumbersome for regular road use due to the specialized tools required for removal.
