Lemon laws help people who buy cars that have serious problems. If a car can't be fixed after several tries, the buyer can often get their money back or a new car instead.
Lemon laws are regulations that protect consumers who purchase defective vehicles. If a car is found to have significant defects that cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, the buyer may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
