All right people, it's Friday, I'm back, I should have some internet, it should be good.
Let me get on the right web page here and we can get started.
Give me some questions, I don't have much to talk about here today, it'll be a 10 minute
deal.
Let's view my channel, let's go podcast live and let's make sure we're good.
Sounds crispy, okay, pop out chat, pop this out, open this up, alrighty and we're good.
Okay, so this week I've spent the vast majority of the week working on organizing the back,
so I have, if you guys have been around a long time you remember, I had the, I bought
one of every Sonic tool because I wanted to kind of build my own collections and so I had bought,
I don't know, it was like 80 something thousand dollars worth of tools and I didn't pay that
much for it but I got everything, everything all set up and my, this was back in the, in
an oak street, this is before the yarn building and just sifted through, organized and then
when I moved into Darlington rather than buying a second set of foam inlay tools, I bought
the empty foam inlays and I took that master collection and then I filled up the empty
foams with all the tools that I had bought and then I have, I don't know, maybe four
or five hundred extra pieces that like aren't available in any of the, in the smaller sets
of foam inlays and so I've had those and I've been carrying those from place to place
for a while and so what I'm doing now is kind of choosing which ones I want, which ones
I don't and so I'm kind of taking the MSS plus master collection of foams and then tool
gritting around either underneath or around the foam so when I mean underneath, like the
drawer underneath it and so I have a couple more, maybe three more drawers to get through,
I've been working on that all week, I've also been working on you know what Milwaukee tools
do I need now that I'm not a dealer anymore, I can't just go on the shelf and buy and pick
them up and so I have to, I have to go and dig through you know the, it's really difficult
to buy Milwaukee and make it so complicated, just too many stupid options so I mean the
whole company's built on you walking in the store looking at the shelf and just getting
you know something catches your eye, I really thought, I really do think that I could provide
some value to them but their, you know their margins don't make it, they make it cost prohibitive
so anyway I'm working on the bits and figuring out what levels and tape measures and all that
stuff I need because when I moved from yarn to here, and I moved to Middleton, I'd taken all
of my stuff from the yarn garage, the yarn studio and moved it to Middleton so I didn't have to
buy it again and then I sold the Darlington house with all this stuff in it and so I don't
have anything for the studio out back here and so I'm having to sort of rebuild that collection
so that's what I'm working on, it's been, it's been a lot of fun going through and just kind of
picking what I need and what I have and don't have and I'll be here till eight or nine tonight
just kind of working through the details of all the different things that I you know want to buy
and and kind of get the things set up and then you know maybe I'll start doing some work in there
next week you got to get moving Wyatt starts next week my new cinematographer and Alexis
starts the following week and so next week so this week I'm carrying the weight of the OG channel
so I just finished a wash and talk which will be up this evening to make sure we get our you know
video up per week and then next week we want to do two videos and the following week three videos
on the OG channel so this week I shot a you know an hour and a half wash and talk of this Koya update
on the Armor Pro coding and all the stuff we did to it so I did that last night so I stayed down
in Middleton yesterday I did that last night, edited that this morning edited that this morning and
so that'll be up I uploaded it got set up for the podcast so right now I'm carrying all the weight
of everything next week Wyatt will carry a good portion of the weight and then we'll have the
full team and then we'll have to train them all up to get them up to speed but my goal
three videos on OG, three videos on Matt Mormon, two videos on OG Shorts which is going to become
OG How-To and then two videos on Inside the Hex so I apologize this week I don't have it inside
the Hex video what I'm going to do if you guys in the chat here give me some ideas of something I
could do for a Hexcast this weekend what would you like to hear me talk about so give me a
bunch of ideas of some topics that I could dig into that you wouldn't want to hear me talk about
if you're a Hex member if you're not a Hex member you should probably go become one because I'm
going to really make it awesome this year so that's my current update let's see Mikey says
is the Viper lineup, Krenzla AR videos coming up so Viper I think we have scheduled for
two weeks to shoot that what he's talking about is we're doing a video of every Viper chair I
want to open them up assemble them all and decide you know in a perfect world which ones do I want
in my garage and then I do have a we have to finish so we have that scheduled to finish the
rebuild or the before and after video of the you know the crappy Krenzla AR we're going to put
those together so we have to finish that video put that thing together and then I'm hopefully
going to shoot we'll see I'm kind of in a zone here organizing but I would like to shoot a
foam cannon update I got all the we had to special order a bunch of drill bits from 1.1
in 0.1 increments all the way up to 2.2 so we can start you know tapping and die and all the
different you know the foam cannons to figure out what works so we're going to adjust the
venturi hole and mess with I want to mess with the moshmatic and drilling that out I do have a
call set up with Jamie from moshmatic next week to dig into the foam cannon and how to make that
thing work and make that better so I'm going to solve the AR 635 here hopefully the 635 is fine
it's the issue of the foam cannon not functioning with a maxed out so a lower pressure high flow
maxed out electric motor I think is the issue so we're going to solve that so those all tons and
tons of videos coming let's see can we get carpet cleaner cleaner press all labels
we probably need to get that there's a bunch of labels that we're going to be working on so
the products team is about to be firing on all cylinders Ryan my new VP of marketing starts
on Monday he's going to have a couple of weeks of acclimation and then me Ryan Matt Rutledge
are really going to drive we have we've we've we've got to put somebody in tech support so
that Nathan can go join the team and we can get you know fire on all cylinders on our product
creation and so the press all and bucket package bucket labeling suite is on our very very short
list I think it's the top item to get that done so that way we can be bottling and have new bucket
packages by you know by spring time so I'll get the guys to add a carpet cleaner to that to that
line up there let's see hey Matt is Griot's interior cleaner safe to use as a regular interior cleaner
I heard someone mentioned that is high alkaline and wanted to see if it should be a pulse pulsar
something instead I don't know about alkalinity on Griot's interior cleaner maybe somebody's
tested it I would assume it's not super harsh I've been using it for shoot almost two decades now
probably longer than two decades yeah I think I started using Griot's interior cleaner probably
like 2004 maybe so 20 something years 22 years so um and I haven't had any issue at all so I think
you can use it as your regular interior cleaner let's see ATD auto spa I don't understand why all
these guys are freaking out over the foam cannon on the 635 this isn't a deal breaker right we just
we just need to figure out a better solution for the foam cannon yeah there's nothing wrong with
the 635 we got a but the current suite of products doesn't doesn't work it's it's the
the all the suite of aftermarket products work it's the foam cannon that I just need to figure
out and we'll get it we'll figure it out I'm not worried about it
um i5 zq8 says matt what would you say is the most important to do first for a small
two car garage lighting or paint I I mean I would paint the ceiling first before I did lighting on
it and then you go and touch up the the ceiling so I would like to do lighting first after the
ceiling's painted it's that way I can make sure that I painted the thing well um so I do lighting
then paint then floors then cabinets then accessories you know like hose rails and pressure washers
and and vacuum cleaners and all that vacuum systems and stuff like that
Matt are you still looking into building your own custom housing project someday right now no
but someday absolutely I mean that's my that's my if I if I said there was one little sort of
life goal left for me um or one or not left but one if there was one life goal that I
is certainly still on my list it would be to build my own house you know build the custom
house from start to finish I want to do that when I have like you know build a three million
dollar house and I've got eight million dollars in cash you know so I can go over budget and
build it exactly the way I want um and so that would be ideal to do it that way because then it
would be really fun instead of you know set a two million dollar budget build the three million
dollar house because you went a million dollars over budget and have not break a sweat because I'd
plan to spend three million bucks and not be like on the edge trying to beat the you know under the
gun to you know to get from construction to permanent financing trying to figure out what my
rate's going to be and all that stuff now um you know it would be smarter to finance that kind of
project but I always feel better and would feel better just having it uh having my life you know
buttoned up to where my house was paid for what's going on here with this thing why can I not click
right close that can't scroll up or down
why can't I scroll right click
it's like stuck on this weird thing live chat there we go okay let's see what are your other
questions here thanks for all the questions keep them coming no tool giveaways hopefully
god willing here no more giveaways ever again um been there done that don't want to do it anymore
so hopefully I don't have to do that again uh hey Matt about to buy two black press all bottles
for rinseless wash and glass cleaner in my travel kit for road tripping in Africa oh that's cool
um yeah cool the remember the black bottles um when you get them don't do what we all do
which is to scrutinize it and you're going to look at it under a microscope the black bottles
because of the fluorinating um it uh they you know they tend to get have little splotches on them
and because they ship in a giant bag you see all the imperfections once you put it on the shelf
put your labels on them start using them you'll never look at them again so it took me a while
to get over that hopefully we can solve that long term um shoot I was thinking about this the other
day when I was using the press all bottles I'm like man uh if we've come a long way on these things
they're really pretty awesome by the way I'm having great success using the the household
sprayer with traceless and uh and so until we get the you know the the pro series dialed for
traceless it's been working great I have one sitting over here so I have the fluorinated bottle
with the newest labels with the with the newest stainless tip on the old spray head so um we're
going to continue to chase that and I'll be talking to the products team about making sure we have
those in stock and available and maybe even change our kits to where you get a special um you would
want to use that sprayer for the high alcohol stuff like if you're using panel panel prep or uh
panel you know panel prep from g-technic uh Neil White says Matt there's og an obsessed
home theater any chance you could uh see yourself getting into obsessed home office desk chairs
yes that's on the list but for the foreseeable future I'm gonna hold myself back on obsessed home
and obsessed on theater so I'm holding myself back I'm going to tackle the main thing which is
obsessed garage and obsessed you know design and you know very likely local installation so I've
local installation to tackle I've got east coast west coast distribution to tackle I've got the
international markets to tackle with with the garage before I allow myself to go down that
path but I freaking love desks and I think I can add a lot of value to the world so at some point
when I get that engine built and it firing on all cylinders extremely profitable and no more risk
uh then I can take on and and then bolt on the next thing I've got a lot of work to do which
whether we're going to accomplish in the next 12 months but I got a lot of work to do um to get
og functioning uh the way that I want to take the pressure off so then like I can start to add
things like you know office and things like that uh Matt does Prevost have a pex b to Prevost adapter
I don't think so I don't think they have a adapter for that you could the way to do it
would be to get a like a male say a half inch NPT male shark bite type fitting for the end
or or a pex fitting on the end that you know that terminated into a you know into an NPT thread
like either either half inch or three quarter and then you could just
put a Prevost fitting on it and you'd be good to go
Brian says I can't find the squeeze bottle listing let me take a look here
let's go og at some point when uh when we're going to get set up here to where
I have the ability to um have more sophisticated uh podcast but for now I'm running its shotgun here
uh what was I looking for squeeze bottle squeeze
yeah just type in squeeze at the top sqe easy and I'll take you right to the press all 750
milliliters squeeze bottle which are freaking awesome by the way
let me go back to my chat here so just type in squeeze at the top and you should be able to find it
let's see if it all says still baffled as to why pan is the only youtuber I've seen with no issues
with this foam cannon and the new ar I've watched dozens and all of the others get watered down foam
um I mean it was just probably using a smaller orifice and just overdrive in the machine
that's really the only way um you know the Canadians have the same power we got so um unless
unless the some reason yeah I mean I don't I don't you mean it even if it is working it it's not um
it's probably over driving it
let's see Richard Lou says Matt what's the planned timeline for the Vegas location
jan 1 20 27 so unless we can do it faster um I could do it today I just don't have the money to
do it today and I don't have the margin to do it today uh and so what we need to do step one is to
go out talk to and make commitments and make you know renegotiate with our vendors I need to get
all of our detailing product bottled so that we're buying in totes our margin goes up there
um and so I've got some work to do to get to where I can assume the cost of a second location
and then and I need I need more profitability so I need OG to be profitable so I need to
trim some fat clean some stuff up get all the teams highly functioning um and then get the
obsessed engineering products that we're making like the you know high flow pressure washing
solution stuff like that all performing our shelves our our garage tracks um and uh and so
we're having sort of like a margin exercise we also have a cost cutting exercise that we're
working on um and I need to you know so there's a lot of steps I need to to to clean up to be
able to take that on and that's why I think it's going to take me about 12 months to get there
my hope is that I can go there and immediately turn on free shipping for everything
you know everything that is small enough say over like 50 bucks or something
but uh I'm not sure yet so I want to make sure that we're profitable enough where I can do that
and then just think about how cool that would be we'd be able to cover the entire US with UPS
ground in like two one two or worst case three business days uh you know Vegas can ship to
San Diego I think in two days so two days in ground UPS ground and so I think that that's um
and we have some negotiating to do with them and so this is the year of the cleanup instead of me
just taking risk risk risk risk risk every penny going back in I need to make the place highly
functioning highly profitable and so 2025 this entire year was to try to build the team and I've
floundering around and bouncing around and and trying to find the right personalities put the
right people in the right place to get it set up to where you can take the pressure off of me so
that I can then execute on this content project from Naga Mountain making 10 videos a week 12
videos a week and so I need to be freed up and short up to be able to do that and not you know
not die
when is the nuke nozzle expected to be available um I I'm going to talk to Jamie this week
in the in the next month or so
Swiss tracks jack thingy what should we call it you're talking about the plate the jack plate
for Swiss tracks flooring we have our prototypes should be here like yesterday so any day we have
our you know prototypes coming and then once we once we approve that I mean we ought to be able
to go into production and have it in weeks the reason the podcast video is mirrored is because
I'm using my phone and I'm using the front camera so that I can see it once I get somebody
managing this and monitoring as I'll flip the phone around and it won't be mirrored anymore
YouTube live doesn't give me the option to choose how um how the video looks so there's no option
to change that it's highlight yeah yeah it doesn't give me an option to to flip it around
no store comments yeah no option to do that so we'll fix that I think the only way to do
is to use the not the front camera but the the rear camera um let's see I have a new home being
built doing full paint then lighting then flooring then then the stuff cabinets yeah I mean in a
perfect world you'd just spray it you know and go in and paint it and and then do the lighting
and just use you know external lighting but if you're already in the house you already have
some lights in there then I'd say paint it then lights and breeze says uh oh he's talking to somebody
else next generation of home building Mormon spec homes yeah yeah I don't know about that but
I'd like to make a good home house that'd be kind of cool let's see I wish we could pay an additional
fee to change colors on the labels and buckets yeah but think about this I can't I mean I have to buy
like 2,500 labels at a time so we can't just have 50 different colors of 2,500 labels
I mean 2,500 labels takes us like two years to go through so that's why it can't be bespoke
and you just you know keep doing a bunch of bunch of logo stuff that's different colors it's just
not a not a not viable it would only be viable if I had you know a bigger customer base
let's see if it else says I need a ceramic coat my wife's rx 350 I've been using drying
aids since detailing the paint your drying aid has great hydrophobics will decon wash
be enough to remove it uh yeah yeah it'll yank it off for sure squeeze bottles for Canada
they are headed to carzilla from the Canadian location so
Chrissy carzilla should have them very soon
I'm in talks with with carzilla about the possibility of creating a og landing page
and in that carzilla is our fulfillment for all og products in Canada
so I'm kind of working out the particulars of that we have a call set up for two weeks from
now to go over that so just something I've been I've been thinking about
let's see Simon Howard says hey Matt with og wholesale outside the USA
do you have companies picked and finalizing details or yet to pick them
it's going all of my light I just changed color time bomb in there
looking forward to an Australian dealer 2026 exciting and busy yeah um yeah I mean I've got
some friends in in in Australia what I what in order to make this work what has to happen is
they have to execute I can't uh and so um somebody's gonna do it like if Nick does it um
that was the nick of detailing shed uh or mark perch does it um somebody's got to do it and then
of just wholesale on the products sort of license the the logo and the name and then
we'll set up sort of a royalty agreement where you know I'll send all of you to there
send and you know do the marketing for it and they keep 90 percent of the margin and give me
10 percent or something like that but they have to buy the inventory and build the site and do
all that stuff and so that's what I need to have happened so that's what I'm talking about doing
with carzilla is that they'll build the pages and the site and manage all the back end by the inventory
a lot of the inventories were redundant um like if carzilla was already an AR dealer
it doesn't need to reinvent the wheel it just needs to probably buy some more ARs because
we're going to send more people to them uh and so and then we would build the OG packages and I
would send everybody there and we kind of partner together I mean and and and and then I you know
I'd sell them all the OG products all the all the stuff that I have exclusivity of to put to put
the packages together uh and like I'd like love to ship up you know five or ten of the OG high
flow washing solutions uh like you know the black cabinet with the DI and everything um ship those
up there and then um you know if we'd ship 10 at a time you know the economy of scale kind of works
and we package in you know like our shelves and all the other stuff as well so that that's what
I'm working on um but I need somebody who's capable to to execute what we found that the
difficulty in Canada is I couldn't create new products because all of my extra time
was spent going uh and working on the website excuse me working on the website so you know
mantis was doing this for us they were doing the fulfillment but we had to we had to like
manage the site and now I owned it and was just paying them a fee but net net um I ended up losing
money um because that in order to make it worth their while that fee was too too onerous on the
margin uh and so I think the way that it works is instead I have a partner not a partner but
like a strategic relationship where um they buy OG my products from me they buy all the other
products from wherever they're buying it from from you know direct from the manufacturer
I don't get my 50% margin um but um I just get you know we just sort of do like a licensing
type deal so that's what I'm trying to figure out how to make that work uh let's see where was I
um so I'm not sure if he wanted this Canada Mustang for inside the hex
but he asked do you believe OG is viable without the use of YouTube for marketing purposes not in
its current form no um it could be a much smaller company and we just did you know advertising
um but yeah I mean eventually we wouldn't be as known now the goal is to build the brand big
enough to someday where I could live without that but you know I would have to divert all of the
marketing resources that I put into YouTube into some other platform and it could be viable
but even then I think it would be a fraction of what it can produce with the power of YouTube
and and you know the style the brand that I built is um you know is really heavily based on you know
my authentic message if you will and uh and so without that I mean it um it it it doesn't I don't
think quite have as much potential but I think someday it could as we gain notoriety in the
garage space and so that's why I'm going to divert all of my resources to to the uh to the
to that tool cart comparison video anytime soon not anytime soon but is some point you know
it's in the next six months once I get my garage set up then I'll be looking for stuff to do and
that's one of them the Viper cart is terrible I'm telling you so that wouldn't be part of it
we're thinking about making our own cart so
let's see I haven't checked the voltage drop yet um so I'll have to test that out
let's see
let's see Ben Fenner says finally got the small off-grip solar setup finished in my shed
off-grid solar setup finished my shed learned two lessons huge lessons doing it much better
prepared for a whole house system he's talking about doing a solar you know power system I guess
let's see I kind of went back up there let me go back down to where I was
FM detail says watching the podcast sitting here debadging my Cox power rail there's a lot
of freaking stickers on that thing and it's hard to get them off and they there's there's
there's at least a bunch of residue behind takes forever to get those stickers cleaned off
I'm wondering why you haven't been testing out the rest of the ADS products I did most of them
aren't good at least I didn't like them or or it's not they weren't good it's just that they
aren't the best they weren't you know they didn't surplain I had the whole line and I'm looking for
and it's kind of hard to tell you what I'm looking for but looking for them to take you know like
like not only anything beats car pro eraser in performance so um you know something like that
or you know the decon soap I didn't like the consistency of it so we're working on some
products together um so you know that's Bradley's comments well if you don't like it tell me what
you don't like and we can fix it so we can make it so that's what I'm what I'm going to be working
on this year I didn't test out any soap dilution changes Spencer not yet I plan on messing around
that tonight are we having the same foaming issue with touchless yes touchless isn't particularly
great foaming it's decent but yeah touchless won't foam either with the 1.7 Mike 1970 says Matt
have you thought about having a OG detailed training camp the new headquarters looks primed
for it um I thought about that that was like a big thing when I originally set up my like my plans
for my 20 year plans so I thought we were doing I was doing the Rupas training events and I thought
I would bring in trainers and products and um I thought that could be you know that was where I
was headed but as the garage as I kind of finished detailing and then started to build the garage
and then realized that you know my differentiator and my passion is the whole package you know
detailing is 20% of the obsession the garage is 100% of the obsession let's say 80% of the obsession
and 20% and some other stuff and so the garage is the anchor of the obsession and then once I
started to recognize that that flooring lighting audio tools detailing you know all this stuff
that goes into making the garage the cars uh that stuff is you know the whole package is really
where I think my value prop is and so doing trainings is a distraction from that uh and uh
and so I did three you know private Rupas events with Jason Rose as the trainer you know I do have
the pool to bring in people from all over the world to come train us um and I've thought about that
but it's just even though it's a it'd be a you know an audience or I'm sorry a um like a customer
ingratiator it would be the way to deepen relationships I just don't think that my time
is best spent doing that kind of thing um because you can only do like 10 or 15 people at a time
so that's um that's the tricky part uh oh we have a super chat here uh Brian Hewn says have you ever
used stars and stripes touchless washing soap um I haven't I know Bob is a close friend of mine when
he's actually um Rick my coach is coaching him and has been uh and and Chemex's business um we
spent quite a bit of time together he's coming to Chemex and hung out at OG and came to my house
we shot some videos he um is in the my business course we're going to take the course together
and uh I haven't ever used his product so I probably should I'm pretty sure that stars and
stripes is a little more aggressive than we want for cars you know he's using it primarily on
your big rigs and stuff like that with or you know you need you need to do um you need harsher
chemicals um but it is on my shortlist of things to mess with
what's the update this is 12K RH says what's the update on the on the DI solution what makes
it different from CR and you're going to sell it standalone without a full cabinet um as of
right now the plan is to just sell the system um CR doesn't work above two gallons a minute
you know and barely works at two gallons a minute so I had to make something else because
we have all these pressure washers I'm doing duels so the duel is the thing that made me go and say
hey I need to make something because the only thing that exists are like these tanks that are
just off the shelf from CLAC CLAC is that you know the main supplier of all the tanks you see
with the red knobs on the top um and so like DI Rinse Pro RV Transformers the you know Adams
the Grios you know all these ones you see are just it's a company in Minnesota called
it's KLACK and they all they make all those tanks uh they're the ones you see like Colligan tanks
all these tanks are all from the same place and like I just looks janky um and so we my partner
Joe and I and then you know Tommy uh Tommy's transition to full-time engineering um we just
started drawing up what what are we going to do about these high flow pressure washers
and uh and so we made something and um and so we're probably going to have to come out with
something to support the high flow pressure washers because nothing really exists it looks good um
and so um someday yes as we would probably come out with something
let's see
Ben Venner's apparently talking to himself here any updates with Blue Sound Pulse Cinema I know
that it's starting to show up I don't think that they I don't know if they've launched it yet
I think it's a viable option um if you're in the Blue Sound architecture uh Jason just asked me
if I want to order I want to say I'm not ready for that yet um so it's um
it's uh something I'll play with at some point
Brian says how do you manage your keys a minimal uh or minimal um standard split ring um orbit key
I'm not sure what orbit key is yeah my keys aren't in here I have each of my cars on by
themselves so I don't keep any keys on the car key ring so I've got whatever seven eight cars
and each car has its own you know it's has its own key ring with you know some sort of usually
most of them have the um the og version of the GT3 RS door pool um so we have those on the site
I find that to be the the best for my key and so I have the key I don't have one in here shoot um
I have the key and then the door pool with a single key ring and so the car key and then
I have a key to my house and a key to oghq and a key to my mailbox so I have three keys so the
only three keys I have uh and so I have those in my in my uh peak design bag in the top uh and uh
and so I carry those with my bag anyway until I leave um and um I probably shouldn't tell you this
but I don't lock my house generally I've got you know ridiculous cameras everywhere and we're in
the middle suburbia uh and so now if we're going to go somewhere we we would lock it up uh like
long long term like on vacation or something but um the yeah that that's how I manage it so I have
three keys and then my seven or eight car keys and each car key is individual
have you seen the out of spec detailing video on the ar 635 he tried tons and filled bottle no I
don't watch other people's videos like that it's freaking my thing why would I watch other people
do it um copy my thing so um I'm not watching another but I don't I don't need to watch other
people I'm gonna gonna figure it out um let's see why would you want to watch somebody do your thing
worse than you do it you know that doesn't make any sense to me um Matt you mentioned making your
own wand holder in black uh yeah we should have the black up on the site um wand holder maybe we
don't have it up yet as you want holder yeah the black one isn't up yet uh we should have it in
any day I know that Tommy was working on the finish let's go back here to my pop out chat
uh let's see
Spencer says if someone didn't quite want to spend the money on a Cox power cord reel what
would be the runner-up contender also at SEMA I know you looked at a d badge tool that uses
some line do you remember it
no I don't remember that what you're talking about I don't know man I don't think they're
really is a runner-up um real craft makes them um pre-vosed this pre-vosed had a power cord reel
I don't remember it wasn't I don't think they had a power cord one because I searched for so long
it had so many different janky like craftsmen and harbor freight versions over the years
um once I found Cox on the garden hose reel I didn't spend much time that another brand is
H-A-N-N-A-Y but I think they're probably more expensive than Cox or at least the same price
so I don't know I mean everybody does the Flexzilla one which is jank
um maybe mcnaught has a power cord reel that's an Australian company that makes
decent plastic hose reels m-a-c-n-a-u-g-h-t I think is how it's spelled
so you dazzling car lab says hey I submitted an og email to support about rim mats
I think it would be a great for mobile deal to keep the tires from touching dirty surfaces
when cleaning and dressing the tires I think he's talking about um I have something that my friend
from um from Detail Image sent me um that's called a tire bib so maybe it's something
similar to that where you put the bib around the tire and then that way you can dress the bottom
of it without like scraping your brush on the ground or if you sprayed you know wouldn't spray your
driveway so um maybe that's what you're talking about
let's see Invasion HD says you can check your iPhone camera settings for mirror on the front
on the front camera that's a good question let me uh let me go see if I can do that for you guys
right now let's see did that change anything I don't think it did my mirror was not turned on
so I just turned mirror on and didn't do anything so yeah no dice
I think I even need to use the other the the the better camera on the back I just
I've like kind of looking at this because I'm looking at myself and I can make sure that we're moving
and let's see let me know when you need a residential drafter my wife has drawn
250,000 to 3 million dollar designs and everything in between we are in Florida
cool I actually have the design of my house um I did it with um with a really cool architect
several years ago we were planning on building a wood gate so it would be some iteration of that
I'd probably yank out a couple of the things I put in there and adjust it a little bit
but I have a pretty good design
Matt from the professional side washing side when you have too much hose length our downstream
injectors won't pull worth a shot trying a 50 foot versus 100 foot um generally you know on a
what is it a 3 8 id 5 8s od hose we're using a 3 8s internal diameter hose
under 200 feet you're good especially if we're dealing with um
but but maybe you're right maybe on the no because I did use I used a 25 foot hose on
the ar and it bogged crazy so that that wouldn't have solved it I don't think
let's see no squeeze bottles on the site for me and candy yeah he doesn't have them yet so
squeeze bottles like we were just shipping them like earlier this week he bought my Canadian
inventory I think uh let's see what's the name of the small retractable magnetic tool you have
small retractable magnetic tool
I don't know what he's talking about
oh I know what you're talking about it's like that little pen thingy with the little
shoot what is that let me see if I can find it for you here let's make sure great great radio
uh let me look at my amazon I think I got it on amazon and magnet
search orders
oh yeah it's Lyle 66 5 80 is the model number the other one I have is a as a motion pro magnetic
pull pickup tool which is kind of neat I found that on somebody had sent me a video from a
motocross guy who showed his toolbox and he had some those are the two neat things that he had in
his toolbox I thought were pretty cool but Lyle 66 5 80 is the model number I got on amazon
it was um fit 14 bucks and it took forever to you know I know that one came in two days
I ordered something it took forever to get the other one is a motion pro magnetic pickup tool
but it says no longer available maybe you can find it somewhere else motion pro magnetic
sorry about that someone's freaking calling me some some calls make it through do not disturb
let's see what it was so Lyle was that was that tool for you
let's see I thought tool grid was doing we talked about that
Evasion HD says Matt did you did you add the idea from the last live possibly making a video
series on how to spec out and what items to upgrade and add to a new custom house build
um yeah I haven't really thought much about it but that is something I think on the Matt
Mormon channel that I could you know nail down and and think through and once I have my video
production rolling that's something that would require a lot of like annotation or a lot of
b-roll and stuff like that to make something like that can we get a watch collection video
maybe a little story behind each watch I don't really have stories behind them
let's see I can probably go through the ones that I have on top top of my head here
so I have um I'm really digging the Neo vintage stuff so and I bought all the cheap ones the cheap
and other not cheap but all the in the less are expensive um
or most of them uh Rolexes and now the ones that are left are the ones that I can't I can't justify
I can't swing so I've got the black and the white dial so a black dial and a white dial Explorer 2
these are the 40 millimeter version um from the what the early 2000s
before they went to 43 millimeter I just got those
so it uh those those have the old band and you know they're they're pretty um I like those a lot
because they're they're like seven eight thousand bucks to buy and if you can find a really nice one
complete with the box and everything um uh I I don't know something like I don't like a date just
but I like the Explorer I mean on the entry level of Daytona I have I have um a Submariner date
so the black dial Submariner date I have a Coke from a GMT master Coke from 1996 which I love
and I actually have the Pepsi and the black um bezel for that that I could swap out
so that was another relatively inexpensive one um I've got a oyster
the oyster perpetual blue dial which you guys have seen me wear
I've got the GMTs that I have I have Batman Sprite root beer Pepsi the one I really want
is the Bruce Wayne and I want to get they're all an oyster on the oyster brand this one is the
Batman um I'd like to get the Bruce Wayne in a Jubilee you know but those are still because
those are new-ish those are selling still at premiums and premiums over and above what I'm
going to pay um let's see I have the Hulk the bluesy
the Starbucks and I think that's it I'm missing one
the Hulk bluesy Starbucks
I think they'll have one oh and then the Cookie Monster um that's the so that's what I have and
then I have a Tudor Pelagos Titanium and then I have my original Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean
that's too big and bulky so that's what I have and I have them all in I bought a my cube safe
it's like a cheap you know Instagram safe and I put it underneath and I put all the watches in
there and every watch is in a Swiss cubic a little you know little box a little watch wine or box
and let's see
um Hilly says dialing back home theater how does that affect youth man
he he'll probably continue some version of it through community AV they're going to finish up
the next four months you know kind of selling off the inventory and um um I basically you know
gave them the company except for I want the name so I can use it again someday I just can't I can't
deliver what they need me to deliver and so he's going to do more drop shipping consulting
the the problem for for him was that in order for this to work you know he's not going to get paid
for I'm sorry I still haven't gotten paid um eight years in and so the getting paid part is hard
was your building inventory and acquiring assets so I'm rich as heck but not on on paper not in
cash right and so if you add up all this stuff I've acquired and inventory and buildings and
cars and assets on you know net worth I've you know I'm a hundred times richer than I was when
I started this but cash wise other than me contributing my 401k I am not much better off
and so it kind of came to the conclusion that you know it's going to take him
10 years it's going to take us 10 years to build the business to where I can really start
distributing and that's what I'm looking to hope start have Obsess Garage start doing start
distributing not just um not just you know to me but the whole organization to be able to distribute
you know profit sharing element to the to the organization uh and because it took me a long
time to level up salaries to where people can survive um and so then I was always behind taxes
and salary um and then acquiring inventory and assets to be able to do business uh software and
hardware and all the different stuff and so what I want this year to be is a real solid cleanup
because now it's gotten so big that it's like not something you can just look at on a single sheet
of paper it takes you know there's a lot of places of money to disappear a lot of places for money to
hide and so I need to I need to make sure all those hiding places are closed up
and and make it really clean and understandable so we can really chase making the organization
as profitable as possible so I can start to distribute and make myself you know what's the
point of taking all the risk in a company if you're not able to you know get a paycheck
and then secondly to set up a profit sharing element that I can incentivize the team hey go kill it
uh and then we have a have a pathway a formula for people to to to get a you know a bonus or a
you know a profit sharing type element so um so home theater and destination og and canada and
none of that really fit into this I had to simplify I think I had like
a dozen LLCs and so I just need to clean it up and simplify it and really focus in on the garage
let's see what's your opinion on the Mustang dark horse uh would you consider getting another
Mustang nah I kind of checked that box uh how to hose the rails handle winter weather Canadian
climate uh would nice be nice to have a permanent hose on the outside of my garage
I mean Ely hose reel would work and then you just take I would just take the hose off
and leave the reel out I mean it's all aluminum so it should be fine uh oh what happened
hey Matt are you a fan of the mr2 no that's a little small for me
me let's see what would it take for you to leave the apple apple ecosystem uh what would apple have
to mess up or what would the competition have to implement um I like apple too much uh I don't
I don't think there's anything I mean it'd be kind of hard to mess up I think um
the competition would have to innovate and stop copying um
I mean I think it's possible but you know build quality is important to me and like the aluminum
and the you know the nice stuff and then obviously the the closed architecture makes
everything work I just I just like it any recommendation for a three inch polisher besides
Mirka um the new Bosch is promising uh it's uh slated for April if we can figure out the balancing
I just got the I have mine and um they balanced it for their pads but the problem is their pads
suck balls and terrible so but when you put their pad on it if you take the pad off the thing
vibrates your soul if you put their pad on it smooth as silk so Bosch is going to be about 650
bucks instead of 900 bucks are still pretty cost prohibitive um on the entry level three inch
until until the le come becomes available um you'd be best I think with the griots
let's see
maybe you can do training once a year it'd be great to get like-minded people together
it would be fun driving is non-existent so it's not coming along at all but I'm working to get
myself back up to it's a long story that's too exhausted to get into it today on that but yeah
it's not not existent at the moment uh standard is you have mfg says Matt I hope you got the
t-slot wall accessories accessories I sent over I know you have a ton on your plate plate but I
but I hope you could use it even in Mike's area I dropped it off the Tommy to dig into it so
he'll let me know uh Ben says I wasn't talking to himself suggesting a suite of skin wedge tools
gotcha uh that would be cool this having a bunch of different versions of the skin wedge that's a
um watching out of spec on the AR foam cannons that has helped you roll out a ton of ops and
options yeah I'm not interested he's a good guy I'm not there's nothing wrong with him I'm just
saying I do my own thing I don't watch other detailers I watch like things to improve my like I
watch all in podcast and Joe Rogan and stuff like that I watch myself enough uh any new
meets on your carnivore journey no I'm pretty um pretty stuck on snake river farms I have been
making my eggs a little differently I followed I followed Gordon Ramsay um it's basically a
sunny side up fried egg version where you take the eggs and put a bunch of butter in
I'm putting a little bit of garlic powder a little bit of salt pepper
and top it with a pinch of red pepper flakes a little bit of Worcestershire if I'm saying that
correctly and then like a dab of shiracha and you kind of baste the eggs you know make sure
you're floating the eggs around moving the eggs around I got a one of those caraway you know
Instagram advertised pans it's really great ceramic pan instead of a you know Teflon type pan
and which is awesome so nothing ever sticks to it cleans up really well doesn't get all damaged
like the the the the the PTFE type stuff does um and then uh you just can't you know based
on the butter man I've been uh I've been house I ate five of those today kind of want to make 10
I feel like scrambled eggs is more filling than a fried like sunny side up egg for some reason
I'm stuck between the act of 2.0 and Comet any pros and cons between both um I'd like it to be
portable since I won't be mounting it or keeping it out permanently I don't think I'd mind either
yeah I mean the Comet is a rebuildable better pump but it is not I mean it is kind of portable
it's real heavy with the hose reel I'd probably rather have the active 2.0 and then a separate
og hose that way I can like kind of wind it up and put it away you know the Comet can be a decent
portable machine but it's it's just really heavy and you could buy what two actives to every one
Comet so even though the active isn't technically serviceable I think you could uh you could um
I think you do well with that let's see is Pinarello writer asked that I skip over
hilly's question where is hilly's question
oh no I did that that was the um youth man affecting youth man
yeah I think you know Michael's learned a ton and um I think he's set up for to do well
uh iCloud chris says any thoughts about making a retail section in the new in the new og where
people can come and buy products in person maybe an og coffee shop in there too definitely not a
coffee shop but yes um when we make um not not at oghq um but at because oghq just go into the
back and shop off the shelves but in the middleton showroom um we will definitely have a retail
section to be pretty sick any thoughts on the active 3.0 the active 3.0 looks just like the
active 2.3 which is a terrible pressure washer um so and it's they you know they say it's it seems
like it's the same 70 something 75 decibels so it's probably just a bigger wobble plate with
slightly bigger plungers and a different electric motor that's still too loud but I I'll definitely
try it um but it doesn't look very promising to me if it was a redesign I'd be interested but the uh
the um
the way that it looks like the 2.3 which is like my least favorite pressure washer that's come out
in a long time uh day 286 asking if you have any used dinodio stuff nope nothing for sale
jeff jr says what about sports cards who do you collect uh my 12 year old and his buddies are
into a big time it's cool to see how much they they how much they came back yeah I um I'm sort of
living vicariously I watch um chasing cardboard and I watch king of cards and um but I haven't
bought anything I um I'd like to go to the national but uh and kind of telling a little more of the
story what's happening is not only is the car but I've like the agoraphobia the phobia is like
closing in on me going to sports games going on an airplane not the airplane but the just crowds of
people bothering me and I'm freaking out so but I would love to get my crap together and um and go
to the national I want a 96 jordan rookie but what I think I want to do is get like one
card like get my favorite card of my sort of top 100 players in various sports and I would only do
football baseball basketball and hockey I might not even do hockey I would probably do hockey
because I'd love to have a Gretzky rookie and a Lemieux rookie you know like a like a 10 10 PSA 10
um 10 and maybe even a 10 10 auto um
but I don't know that I'll ever actually do this because if I do it I'll probably buy the wrong
stuff and pay the wrong price for it and lose a bunch of money but it is interesting to me that
if I had like 10 cards and then I just chased the 10 best version I'm sorry 100 cards and I chased the
the 100 best versions of those cards with the 100 best players that I like the most
like I would love to have a you know a ridiculous you know Caitlyn Clark rookie I'd love to have
LeBron, Jordan, Steph, Curry, Ricky Henderson, you know Mark McGuire, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson
so I'd get all the you know the junk wax era guys and so I made a list I started to make a list of
top 100 like I would want a PSA 10 10 auto um Griffey 89 upper deck you know and um
I think um it's something I'm interested in but maybe it's just something I it's like I just watch
other people do uh if you like Neo Vintage Rolexes why aren't you interested in Tudor Black Bay 58s
um yeah so um I like Tudor I almost bought the Tudor carbon there was an auction going on and
I had a number um it was the yellow was it the uh I forget which version but it was the dry carbon
or the I forget which version of a PVD carbon or something like that
I like the Tudor stuff but you know if I'm gonna spend five grand on a Tudor and I could spend
10 grand on a Rolex I'm gonna buy a Rolex Rolex is gonna is a much better stored value
how's Mike F holding up now that Mike Mike W left he thinks fine he's fine
he's gonna like the new guy um let's see when's a new version of the OG light fixture will be
available light is better than the previous Cree but I heard build quality is not there yet what
are you talking about the maybe something that I said so we the replacement for Cree is
H.E. Williams and the quality of that is probably a little better than than Cree the the entry level
version the prime lights version the problem is our the transition from light to light
so we have a call scheduled with Tim from prime lights so we're gonna dig into um
how the the issue is so what I want him to do is make sure that the LEDs came all the way to the
end and the the Crees and the H.E.s don't come all the way to the end so if we're making something
bespoke I wanted to the LEDs to come to the end you know to the very end of the fixture
and then we're having a difficult time that there's a cap and the cap doesn't look very good
so the whole products team and the whole prime lights team we're going to get on a
regularly scheduled call to get this figured out and then the goal would be to have a 200
dollar 8 foot fixture or a 100 dollar 4 foot fixture with a seamless transition and we don't
even need 8 foot fixtures because 8 foot fixtures are really hard to ship let's see also the other
thing about home theaters there are so many excellent dealers and it's hard to make huge
profits I've been shopping audio advice for a while and I just stick with them yeah but we
weren't it's the same thing there's a hundred you know excellent retailing dealers I wasn't
pitching a retail we weren't we weren't building a retail business we're building a curated business
to find and develop brands and develop you know products that maybe you didn't know about and
then you know become design and design you know stuff so to do a little different model where
like audio advice just sells everything I bought stuff from them too
how is the real estate market in Middleton Lady Lake we're getting pretty whacked here in Toronto
it's fine I don't think much has changed I'm sure it slowed down but you know pricing hasn't changed
let's see hey Matt how many times would you consider polishing ppf before you'd be concerned
about damaging it well I'd never be concerned about damaging ppf I mean ppf is a two three
four year thing depending on your daily drivability this nonsense about 10 year warranties and stuff
is stupid same thing with coatings stupid stupid to make profess that your coating is gonna last
10 years that's insane it's nuts two years is what you get if it's you know my m3 that's sitting in
my garage maybe I'll get five years out of it but my m3 isn't gonna make it that long
and because you end up with contamination and a little you know tallying marks and scratches
and things like that that you want to you want to repair and replace so I just polish as many
times as I needed to and find out if it gets a little funky then you've got to swap it you got
to stop thinking about ppf as this final solution the point of ppf is to rip it off and put it back
on the problem is sometimes you rip the ppf off and rips the paint off with it
have you thought about building a bike from the frame up yes I have and I'm definitely
going to do that's why I bought all the tools so I'm definitely going to do that at some point
jeff schooner says appreciate you sharing the anxiety hurdles you face I recently started
becoming scared to drive my fun car so I sold it also have been getting anxious at our sun
sporting events mainly basketball yeah I can relate it man I'm freaking struggling
but I feel like I'm on the I'm on the it's it's like a thousand things that add up and it's just
the weight is carrying a lot of weight and and trying to build this team and I knew I needed
to make some some changes to og and some you know some cuts and I knew some people were going to be
moving on and carrying the weight of all of that and then you know want to move toward profitability
just too much and I do this all the time where I get to too much and then I kind of went to carnivore
plus for like a few weeks and that messed me up even more and so I'm uh I'm trying to get I'm not
trying I'm back on the mend and then I'm going to start to the walls are closing in and now I feel
like the walls are starting to go back out on me it's like Indiana Jones or the and um in the
temple of doom or the roofs coming down on them that's what I felt like and so now I feel like
it's starting to go back up again it just doesn't go up as fast as the roof did and uh and in temple
of doom uh let's see now that you've had russos in your home garage are you staying with that
are going back to sonic for foams to be clear they're both epic I agree both awesome um I think
I'm going to keep both so I'm not going back to sonic foams at home I'm going to leave that alone
I love it I'm actually here at HQ I'm going to do um both so the rolling carts are going to get
not the whole master collection I have in my house but the tools that I like the most are going to go
in there has anyone or can someone mount an active 2.0 sideways on the wall I don't know if you can do
that because of the way that oiling works maybe you could do it turn it sideways but you certainly
can't stand it up at least I don't think you can have you decided on a car for Ryan if not what's
on the shortlist so um I'm thinking GR86 GR Corolla um he wants an automatic though and
I need to talk him into it so um once I get the EVO up and running I'm going to have him come up
here and we're going to work on it in the parking lot and see if you know I think he'll like the
manual once he learns how to do it and I think it would be great for him to get a first car to
be a manual then you'll know how to drive for the rest of your life and eat manual car which is kind
of dumb unless you get into cars but the um the GR86 is the car that I mean I'm having such a great
experience with the TRD Sequoia um I think a GR86 would be great
let's see we talked about bike a frame up build so I want to build a hardtail is what I'd love to build
let's see do you have any interest in firearms made it her uh Ben Fenners from stocking you
I leave Ben alone he's a good guy um I don't really have an interest I have I've talked about this
before I have five guns I was it was interesting to buy them I have a six hour nine millimeter P226
I think it is I have a Wilson combat like everyday carry nine millimeter like a little little guy
I forget which model I have a Beretta tactical shotgun or the red dot on it I have a Daniel
Defense M M4A something or other a 556 AR I sorry where do we leave off there
I have a I have a 556 so I have an AR 556 Daniel Defense and then I have a Daniel Defense 308
with like uh so I have a Trigicon ACOG on uh Tridium ACOG on my on my AR and then I have a
loophole long distance sight on my 308 something like that
but you know I have a bunch of bullets and it just sits in the safe and I have very little
interest in it just have it just in case uh any behind the scenes stuff going on with
max flow really interested in their two and a half GPM machine Eric is coming here on Tuesday
next week and we'll be making some videos talking about what we're planning
good question Hilly says Matt with the Wabba's leaving can you give us a brief background
level of experience on their replacement so Wyatt is I want to say he's about 30
um he's coming from why don't I forget the darn town
is it st. Louis I think he's in like st. Louis he's in Missouri Missouri I think is where he is
he's moving down here as his family in Daytona so they want to move to Florida so they're moving
to Lady Lake or at least this area um he worked he did all of the media for Texas Motor Speedway
for several years and then got lured away to work for Gas Monkey um Gas Monkey Garage that
was a really short I think they hired a bunch of people for their YouTube channel and then kind
of pulled back on that I think when they realized that YouTube isn't as lucrative as discovery
and then he's been doing most of the content most of the editing for garage gym reviews
uh and um and so but it was a it was like a consulting or like a um a contract basis
and so he's looking for something permanent uh and so like all the videos and garage gym reviews
which resonates with me because I've watched a lot of them um so he has a lot of experience there
he ran social media and video as well as the live video Texas Motor Speedway
um and uh and so he's gonna come and run everything for me
Alexis is fresh out of college uh was a marketing and like social media um student
and she was a gymnast so she was an athlete which I like you know the competitive part of it and
she's fresh young green and what I was looking for most I interviewed I think 14 people for the
social media role and no eight or nine people for the social media role and I think about
14 for the cinematographer role I was looking for chemistry you know people that I that can be I
would don't mind being around that I'd like to be around like the Wobbos I really enjoyed being
around them I'm looking for people who want to be behind the camera not in front of the camera
and I think I found my people so we're going to drive them hard they're going to chase it and
we're going to build a a we're going to make media a profit center um and um and really you
know hopefully make really great stuff for you guys that you're interested in watching
and let's see I have ppf on my BMDX3 and I get a lot of rock chips it's why I have it and we'll
probably replace it in a year or two uh I've had it since 2022 yeah sounds about right you know three
three to five years you replace it and do it again um Matthew Dunlap says with extra weight
there's no room left for critical thinking deep research uh with that the anxiety is real I could
not go to Costco without feeling faint and anxious so you know what I'm talking about it's like
there's no room there's no room for for extra and I tend to worry and ruminate and the best way I
can describe it is or or the thing that was bothering me the most and I didn't even know that
notice this but the moment that I stepped foot over the threshold of my building the building
I've taken all the risk to buy and so OGHQ I step over the threshold and my mind immediately
starts racing who's mad at me who wants more money what's going wrong am I almost bankrupt
can we afford the inventory are we gonna you know what what's broken you know what's leaking
what's the problem instead of man I can't wait to get here to come and organize and make it great
and so this is why I've been focused on what is that what are the things that's causing that
who do I need to hire to put in place to make sure that that's not the case
and who needs to be in what position to make it so that it's a challenging exciting work environment
and then I don't have to step over the threshold panicked every day and and struggling to exist
car enthusiasts ask how do you view profit sharing equity through the lens of an employer
compared to a 401k eventually providing a match there incentivized through fractional ownership
so when I'm talking profit sharing I would prefer as an employee to not have a forced tax deferred
profit sharing and we're not a mature enough company where we have you know ultra high net worth
people that are trying to defer taxes we have people that are trying to live life and survive here
and and so I know that when I was in that you know when I was younger I would have much preferred
rather than getting some stock option or long-term thing that I just got a bonus that I can do
whatever I want with and and then if we get to the point where we have an executive team let's
say we're a 200 million dollar business and we've got some you know some ultra some high net worth
or high income earners that needed to defer then we would do more of a profit it's traditional
profit sharing a tax deferred profit sharing type arrangement esop like stock stock option plan or
stock ownership plan at this point I don't have any interest of diluting so equity ownership is
not on the table it's not big enough to divvy it up and I don't want to so and I don't have any
interest of having you know employees buy me out and so at least not yet so I you know I don't have
interest to bring on investors or in diluting you know ownership and so what I what I would like to
set up is to have a just a simple taxable performance base bonus plan you know we're
we're starting small here and so to this point in a company where I'm rowing the boat and everybody's
just jumping in and you know and and rowing with me it's like well you know can I have a raise
what are you gonna do to justify that or I was late to give you one that I can't keep that going
forever because you get to the point where the company can't afford its payroll because everybody
wants more in perpetuity and which is understandable but it doesn't work that can't work that way
forever and so we're going to build KPIs key performance index measures we're going to build
the system that's not my strong suit I don't have any interest in doing that so I hired some people
who that is their strong suit they do have interest in doing that and so then they can
put that layer in in the organization that's missing in order to get the most out of people
and then give them a future path so we already do a you know basic three and a half percent 401k
match we have a 401k I don't know many companies my size that have had a 401k a 401k match a full
healthcare plan since day one so I made sure to install that immediately and so I think
I think that the the goal would be to have a structure where there's an incentive structure
or upside but we're gonna have to we have to hit a certain
we have to hit a certain you know profitability in order to you know qualify you know you can't
can't just keep paying out if the company isn't profitable isn't making money and so we need to
have the culture of of making sure that the company is profitable and so if everybody's
watching everybody's back you know and then the team gets a reward based on that I think that's
that's that's what we're looking to create hey everybody's saying force them to learn a manual
OG Mike is not leaving is he no he's not I love the idea of a GRD6 a civic type R
accurate and take your type S would be a good choice yeah I mean the front wheel drive the problem
is the front wheel drive sucks um safer but we don't really need front wheel drive here so I uh
yeah um but I do like the you know an accurate we kind of cool so we'll see
let's see what else do we got I think that's it what's next on the engineering list
uh let's see what do we we got it like 50 things
microfiber 4.0 I'm trying to get that done before spring is probably not gonna happen but I'm working
on it uh any coming upcoming warehouse operation vids coming um probably not on the warehouse
but the bullpen will have some videos on as Mike kind of starts getting that ready to go for all the
all the humans to reside that's the next step you know we have our priorities here in the
warehouses first then our studio is next the studio is important um they kind of did a little
moonlight project and getting my office done to entice me to show up here more often uh and so my
office was like a little little project a little veer to the side project and um um so the uh Monday
is the first video that Wyatt Wyatt and I are gonna shoot and that's on the see the the compressed
air system and then the sort of finishing up the the final the the tour of my studio in the back
which I think you're gonna like so that's my plan anyway I'll work on this mirroring part for the
coming weeks um wash and talk it's a hour and 27 minute wash and talk going up on the og channel
tonight I'll put that up tonight Nathan's working on let me see if he sent me I got a thumbnail to
put up there so I'll put the thumbnail up and I'll put that up tonight and then um this weekend
I'm gonna shoot some sort of sit down hex cast for um for inside the hex and I am shooting an
organization video of me organizing the back area for the Matt Norman channel and um yeah
it's gonna be an awesome couple of months coming up here getting us set up for the spring
anyway I appreciate you all I will see you next week I should still be on schedule we'll see you soon
