WLTP is a European test that tries to mimic real driving better than older tests, so the numbers are usually lower (worse) than the old ones.

Technical Definition

WLTP stands for Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure, an EU standard that measures fuel economy and emissions under more realistic driving conditions than older tests.
