A limiter is a safety feature in cars that stops the engine from going too fast. It helps avoid breaking the engine by keeping it within safe speed limits.
A limiter, often referred to as a rev limiter, is a device that prevents an engine from exceeding a predetermined RPM (revolutions per minute). This helps protect the engine from damage due to over-revving.
