tread depth
Tread depth is how deep the grooves are on a tire. Deeper grooves help tires grip better, especially when it’s wet or snowy.
Tread depth refers to the measurable distance from the top of a tire’s tread pattern to its bottom. It determines how much rubber is available to grip the road, especially in wet or snowy conditions.
