hub
A wheel hub is the part in the middle of a car’s wheel that lets it spin and holds the wheel in place. It’s like the center of a spinning wheel.
The hub is the central part of a wheel assembly where the wheel attaches to the axle. It houses bearings that allow the wheel to rotate smoothly and supports the weight of the vehicle.
