take rate
Take rate is how many people decide to buy a certain feature in a car. If not many people choose it, the car company might stop offering that feature.
The take rate refers to the percentage of customers who choose a specific option or feature when purchasing a vehicle. A low take rate can indicate that a feature is not popular among buyers, which may lead manufacturers to discontinue it.
