BYD Posts Fourth Straight Quarter of Falling Earnings as Price Cuts Squeeze Margins
BYD's first-quarter revenue dropped 12 percent to $20 billion, while net income fell 55 percent to under $600 million, according to Autoline Daily.
That marks the fourth consecutive quarter of declining earnings for the Chinese automaker.

Miami GP Rule Changes Cut Super Clipping Time from 18 Seconds to 3, Threatening Lap Times
New regulations at the Miami Grand Prix reduce super clipping, the period when hybrid systems deliver peak power, from up to 18 seconds per lap down to just three seconds, according to Autos Y Más.
P1 with Matt and Tommy notes the cars will recharge faster during super clipping, which is the mechanism intended to reduce how often it occurs.
