stint
A stint is the time a driver stays on the track before stopping for new tires or fuel. It helps teams plan how long to drive before needing a break.
In racing, a stint refers to the period a driver spends on track before stopping for refueling or tire changes. The length of a stint can be influenced by fuel load, tire wear, and race strategy.
